Nice, quiet, family-run hotel. Recently, alcohol has been added to all inclusive, and of good quality and natural: Dutch beer, French brandy, Scotch whiskey. The rooms were cleaned every day, the staff is friendly, the service is good.
Of the minuses, there was only the repair of the entrance, but in the evening everything was cleaned.

But no, this one-to-one hotel matches its price. Don't expect fine cuisine and perfect service, it's for you to go to another hotel, look for more expensive ones. And here you just have a good rest for the money you paid. Normal quality food, decent service , and a lot of Russian speakers, don't get lost for sure).

The equipment in the children's playroom is old except for the PS5. Also, the staff does not speak Russian and cannot figure out what happened between Russian-speaking children. I had to sort out the conflict between the children at the request of the staff. I also witnessed that a Russian-speaking child was injured by the pool, and the guards tried to communicate with him through a translator on a mobile phone.

This is a very comfortable hotel for a family vacation, there is no loud music. The food is very good, we took breakfast and dinner. The beach is a 7-minute walk away, but a golf cart runs constantly. We were very happy, we were with a child of 4.5 years.

Great hotel, very tasty food, not new, but everything is fine inside, new plumbing, fire service, a lot of staff speaks Russian. The tour operator did not make a note that an additional one is needed. A bed for a child, the hotel itself gave us a huge "mini" suite without extra charges. I really liked it. For a seal vacation for that kind of money in the Emirates is great.

One pool is small, the rooms are excellent, the restaurant is also cozy, but there is no territory in fact, there is a construction site next to the beach, the sea seems dead and gets bored very quickly, there is sadness at low tide. The children and I were bored and monotonous for all 12 days. I don't want to come back at all.

The hotel is nice, but if you're lucky. The three of us were settled in a one-room room, and we were 2 women and one man. In the room, upon check-in, everything is for 2 people, a set for tea- coffee, towels, no toothbrushes. Most importantly, there is no balcony, that is, there is nowhere to dry any thing. The hair dryer is terrible, you can dry short hair for three days. In a restaurant, if there are a lot of people, people stick around, not an item until there are no empty seats. Although the hotel is located in space, apparently it's just too lazy to cover and clean up excess territories. There is enough space for everyone on the beach, although after 17.00 they gave out a towel, they said they were over. At 18.00 the whistle of the observer is heard and everyone must get out of the water. The water is very warm, at times it is not very pleasant, it can be difficult to cool down. The outdoor pool is open until 18.00. The food is good, delicious, but there is no fruit, only apples, pears and oranges. There are no shops and pharmacies nearby at all, this should be taken into account. The lobby of the hotel is very chic and there is a place to sit.

We rested at this hotel in March 2023. The room was on the 2nd floor, quite spacious, the room was cleaned daily. It is worth noting that in fact the hotel is located on the 2nd line, although it stands on the very shore, 300-400 meters to the beach from the hotel, there is a shuttle to the beach by golf electric car. It is also the only non-alcoholic hotel on the island, keep in mind for whom it is important. The all-inclusive meals are delicious and quite varied, my rather fastidious wife always found something to eat. Very tasty pastries and desserts, made of fruits, no melon, watermelon, pineapple, pears, apples. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, we can say that the majority of Russian-speaking guests are here. On weekends, a large number of locals are settled, there was enough space on the sun beds and by the pool and on the beach for everyone.

Overall, we liked it. They provided a great room, the staff is polite, the food is delicious, the pool is good, and all that. I lowered the star for the fact that there was no animation at all in the kids' club, and it was boring for adults in the evenings (March 2-10, 2023), there is almost no food for children (everything with spices, except nuggets, which are not useful) and in the pictures it is more beautiful than in reality. P.S. There were also very good reviews about excursions in the lobby, but I would rate them a C.

This hotel is not worthy of 5 stars. He is worthy of all the stars of the sky! I am sure that people who go to heaven go to Marjan Island. And they are met by real angels and part-time receptionists: Lena, Ksenia K., Ksenia S., New, Minita, Hassan, Ibrahim and John. The only downside is that the uniform does not imply a glowing halo over your head. Very friendly, open, funny, charming and unique.
The rooms are equipped with everything you need, the water in the shower sinks into the soul, only good dreams are dreamed on the beds in the hotel. The room was always clean and tidy. Bathrobes and toothbrushes need to be ordered separately, but they are brought with lightning speed.
It is worth noting separately the invisible angels of this heavenly place: Clinton and Muhammad - operators on the phone. These people try to understand everyone, no matter what language a person speaks to them and always help, like Fixies.
The food in the hotel restaurant is better than in the Ratatouille cartoon and is worthy of a Michelin star. Separately, I want to mention Ferus and Cora - the employees of the restaurant hall - very smiling, polite and pleasant people.
Also thanks to Ramil and Ole - representatives of the tour agency for an excellent conversation, attentiveness and an unforgettable tour. I am very glad to meet such interesting and bright people!
I highly recommend everyone to visit this particular hotel! It leaves warm impressions and unforgettable memories. I have never wanted to go back to anywhere as much as to Marjan Island.

Tired room stock, the smell of dampness, service for 4, the food is as fast as in Egypt, there is a ball rolling around the hotel, a full pool of Pakistanis or whoever they are, you just can't approach the children's room. The hotel is good. The breakfasts are normal . Cleaning is only a change of linen or garbage removal. I recommend taking a tour with dinner because on-site prices in the restaurant are 5 thousand per person at least. There are no coffee shops or shops at all. The nearest super market is 8km away. And the prices in it are from outer space. For example, 1000rub tomatoes are all 5-10 times more expensive than in Russia.
