I was in hotels from 8.11 to 17.11.19. with a kid of 7 years.
The hotel is family-run, so there is no entertainment for adults, a purely beach holiday, and children from seven years old too, because they have outgrown the trampoline, a slide where to climb too, bike rental is not interested. The pirate club, too, so we went to the mall, where the kids' club is cooler and more interesting. And so breakfast, sea, lunch pool, dinner, promenade.
Food. The buffet was designed for Russian speakers, there was borscht, constantly various porridges for children, sausages and nuggets, (there was even one day of a riot when there were no small ones), potatoes, pasta, various vegetable salads, sweets, meat, fruits, etc., they feed well. Who takes FB (breakfast, lunch, dinner), I advise you to take all inclusive, I had a difference in the ticket was 1,500 rubles, but for this you do not get water for lunch and dinner, but juices and coffee, also on the beach and by the pool. And so toad strangles coffee for 600, ice cream for a small 400.
I didn't go to restaurants, so there was an appointment, and with a small one with his love for sausages, fruits and sweets, there was no sense.
The beach is 5 minutes on foot across the road, or by tuk tuk, is located in a bay, so the water is less flowing, more salty, sandy, muddy at depth, there is a cafe, toilet, shower, there were always enough sunbeds and towels, so it's strange sometimes to watch our caps rush to spread out at 7 in the morning.
The staff is half Russian-speaking, adequate, all household problems were solved quickly, there when checking in I asked the mini bar to be removed, with a safe, well, a couple of questions arose.
They take a deposit of 500 dirhams paid from the card, returned immediately to the card when they were already on the card in Moscow, and 20 dirhams from the room per day tourist fee, non-refundable.
Tourists are mostly 60-70 percent Russian-speaking, Arabs 10-15 percent mostly on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
The hotel is the only non-alcoholic one in Ras al Khaimah, so not in restaurants, not in a mine bar, not in a store (small, but the main thing is there) there is nothing, I advise you to go to the mall, but not on a 5-hour transfer, otherwise remember Vykhino.
You can smoke on the balcony, there are many urns on the territory where you can smoke without disturbing.
Wi-Fi is good, they connect two subscribers from the number, sometimes I took it on the beach, but remember that it is difficult to make a call and a video call from the UAE, so only text and photos with videos.

I almost always left a tip, a couple of times there was no change, but it was still cleaned clean. The food is varied and delicious, especially pleased with lamb and veal) A lot of fruit. Its own beach, which you can walk to, about 300m or take an electric car. Towels on the beach were provided free of charge. We rested on the "all inclusive" system, so it was very comfortable, you can drink lemonade and juices on the beach if you have a snack for money. I liked the party on the beach, in my opinion 150 dirhams per person

We have been staying at this hotel since January 5th. This hotel has left behind only wonderful impressions. The rooms are good: clean, tea and coffee replenished daily, shower accessories (soap, shampoos, hair conditioner, body lotion)- everything is of good quality. There is an iron and ironing board in the room. The meals were 2 meals a day, but many here are on "all inclusive". The food in the restaurants is delicious, the choice is good. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk to the sea, under an awning. The beach is good, there are pebbles at the entrance to the sea, but the children enjoyed swimming.
From the cons: there is no entertainment, you leave the hotel-a long promenade, but there is nothing to see. The shopping center is a 10-minute drive away: there is a free shuttle service, you can also take a taxi for 18 dirhams.
We flew from Anex, Dubai Al Martum airport-the road to the hotel is 2 hours.

Disgusting room service! You can't interrogate towels! Cleaning - they only make the bed, and then not very neatly. Disgusting reception work. When exchanging money, they do not finish, referring to the lack of change, they write down requests, but they do not fulfill them, they offered to go to the highway for a taxi myself!!! I did not expect such a service from a 5 star hotel in the UAE at all. And I have not met in any country.

Excellent service, delicious food, good and fast accommodation. Some staff speak Russian. I recommend having breakfast in an Asian restaurant, there are fewer people there. Otlel is 55km away. From Dubai Airport. The hotel is built on an artificial island. Apart from him, there are no other hotels there now, construction is underway and this may scare away tourists. There is a private beach, but you need to walk across the entire island to reach it. Also, free electric cars run from the main entrance to the hotel to the beach. The beach itself is boring, but there are water activities.
You can call a taxi and ask them to take you to a wild beach, where the underwater world is more interesting. The main disadvantage of the hotel is the complete absence of alcohol. For him, you need to take a taxi to the liquor shop in Alhamra Mall.

There was a Suite with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, but we paid for standard rooms. Of the minuses, because this is a hotel and not a hotel there is no territory, it is boring with children, there are no animators, the sea ebbs / flows and is very shallow, the bottom is dirty.
