Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, first of all, the staff is just so positive that the atmosphere is already favorable. Everyone is very nice and attentive.
They immediately pleased us from the moment of check-in, as they gave us a superior room for nothing. I think there were just rooms available and they were given selectively or to families with children.
The room is gorgeous: two-room. The plumbing is beautiful and decent. The TVs are modern and large, the bed is 2.40.
The bed linen is like silk.
The sofa is folding. Shower products, shampoo, hand gel smell delicious. There are Lime smells in the hallway.
The view from the room on the 5th floor opened onto the bay..The photo is in the application. In short, the room is awesome, even without extra charges.
Of course, the hotel is really located on the outskirts. The grocery store is probably an hour on foot and everything there is about 2-3 times more expensive than in Russia.
The construction around it, yes, spoils the views a little, but it doesn't bother much, there is noise, but with the window closed you can't hear anything.
The beach is nice with seashells, starfish and fish. The water is clear, but cold byrr (we were in March). We swam a couple of times. We took a dip and ran out.
But the pool was nice: warm and clean! For me, it's a big plus that I'm half in the shade during the day, since I don't want to sunbathe.
There is a separate room for children.
It's a long drive to Dubai Airport, 1.5 hours if you don't stop anywhere. If with check-ins to hotels, then more of course.
There is a lot of island food, for children there are only nuggets, sausages, pasta. I have porridge in the morning.
But in the morning, delicious pancakes. pancakes sometimes. There was a chocolate fountain.
The desserts are delicious Arabic.
Very tasty coffee in the vending machines.
There is nothing on the territory except a tennis court; a playground is probably in the plans, because there is a place for it
There are zero animations.
There is a pirate club with slot machines, 4 coins for free, then you need to buy a 50 dirhams card.
We took a sightseeing tour to Dubai with a boat along the Marina. It's expensive, but everyone really liked it. It was a boat ride along the Marina that was the highlight of the tour.

One of the advantages is food, you can eat a hearty meal, but this is not a buffet of a 5-star hotel))

Union Pay cards are not accepted to pay the tour fee, our passports were taken away until we brought cash and paid.
Construction is in full swing around, in 2 years it will be an island like a second Vegas (a casino is being built here)
There's nowhere to go except the pool and the beach. There is not a single cafe or bar nearby.
Local guys (Hindus and Pakistanis) come for the weekend and the feeling that you are at the market all day does not leave you.
The hotel is for a 3-day stay, no more.

The hotel is missing!...it was good in it until February 1, 2024, while the owners were Arabs. One February night, the French changed the sign and attributes of the hotel and condemned it to negative reviews. There are queues for 1.5-2 hours in the restaurant, which has been turned into a canteen, the doors from the guests are locked with locks that the staff cannot open immediately. The restaurant's premises are not designed to fully load the hotel, and I'm not even talking about the staff, it's just not enough. If you come to breakfast for the opening, then there are no waffles, no pancakes, no omelette, no scrambled eggs yet. The chefs who do all this pull up only after 20-30 minutes, slowly start cooking, and a queue forms again. If you come for breakfast, lunch or dinner, after standing in line, then empty plates from disassembled dishes are no longer replenished, you have to be content with the leftovers. The assortment is meager. The waiters can not cope with so many guests, the tables are filled with dirty dishes. The rooms are poorly cleaned, sometimes you have to remind after lunch that the cleaning has not been done. The furniture, TVs, carpet, towels and bed linen are sooooo tired. The mini-bar is empty, and the drinks offered last year are missing. There is water, but now it is in glass bottles, without a label, open, what is poured there is unknown. The French save on everything from the staff to the comfort of the guests. The first sign of failed management is the absence of local Arabs among the vacationers. They just stopped coming here. The reception is rude, not qualified, not to mention the knowledge of the Russian language. The decline in the rating of the hotel can be traced throughout. Our vacation was accompanied by a struggle for survival according to the "all inclusive" system. The hotel received payment for the lack of services. I do not recommend it!!!

We rested here with my daughter before the New Year, a heavenly place, top-level service, wonderful staff, I have never seen better. Delicious food, cleanliness and beauty, you just can't think of a better one, great cuisine, gym, sauna, swimming pools, your own beach 200 meters from the hotel (and even then the car drives back and forth every 5 minutes), we had a great rest, we'll go again in the fall

The hotel is nice, but there is a construction site around! The silence mode is observed. It is forbidden to swim on the embankment in front of the beach. The main beach is across the street, about 6 min walk. There is an electric car for 6 people, but for a hotel with 1000 rooms, this is completely ridiculous. There are about 300 sunbeds on the beach, there are also not enough, sometimes people sit in the bar on chairs or on the sand lying on towels. The beach is clean, the sea is very calm (for an amateur).

Tractors, excavators, trucks, cranes, full action and this is just the beginning. Movement from dusk to dawn. I don't know how people rested there, the deaf are probably settled there. A very authentic hotel, unlike the Hilton and Redisson of the same type, here you get into an oriental fairy tale! At the entrance, he is greeted by a gin from the Aladdin lamp with a cup of coffee, next to it there are 2 huge "tanks" with soft drinks. In the restaurants you can taste dishes from all cuisines of the world. The waiters are attentive, serve quickly, professionally!
The beach has a special feature: the beach itself is large, there are enough sun beds, umbrellas, towels for everyone and always! There is no need to run to take a place in the shade at 6 am. But, the bay in this place is very small, there are algae at the bottom, so the water is cloudy. But the coastline is large, you can walk along the beaches of neighboring hotels.

We were in the middle of March, 1 adult and 2 children (8 and 11 years old). a wonderful hotel. Not a super five, but it matches its price. The food is excellent, seafood, meat, fish every day, very diverse and there was enough of everything, but it was the beginning of the season and the hotel was not fully filled. The rooms are tired and in need of repair. The beach is gorgeous - clear clear water, white sand, smooth approach, located next to the road, the construction site does not interfere with rest at all. In general, the island is beautiful and clean. There are no shops nearby, it's a 40-minute walk. The hotel is quiet and calm, but despite the fact that I am an active person, we were not bored, we walked and swam a lot, went on excursions.

The hotel has good rooms, some are terrible. If you're lucky. I got a room with dirty windows. There was dirt between the panes, and it couldn't be cleaned. The location is on a separate island, the nearest store is 20-30 minutes away. It is very scarce for children, 1 hour a day is free at the pirate club, but there is nothing else to do there. Once a week, a cooking class-baked pizza. There is nothing on the territory for children, photos on the Internet with a trampoline and a slide do not match, they are not there. I didn't like the beach at all. There is no changing room. It's across the street, about 5 minutes on foot, so you have to put clothes on a wet swimsuit and go. The toilet is small and dirty, there is no way to change clothes. The reception staff is Russian-speaking, but it is rarely possible to catch them.

We had a family vacation with a child of 3 years old from February 11 to 18, 2024. A wonderful hotel, the staff is very responsible for their duties, everything is beautiful and pleasant everywhere. Everything is there for family holidays, a good beach, a children's room with staff, a good restaurant with delicious food. During the rest, a child got sick and it so happened that they were hospitalized. Special thanks to staff member John, who has been with us all this time to help resolve all issues at the hospital. We will definitely return to this hotel again

The hotel does not pull in 5 stars at all. A maximum of 3. The food is monotonous, of fruits it is usually apples and grapefruits. It's very boring, there's nowhere to walk, they kick you off the beach if you want to sit by the bay in the evening or just walk along the beach with nothing to do. Construction is everywhere. Our huge mistake is to come here for 14 days, because the food is no longer the same, boring and terrible. Even considering that we took a lot of excursions. I'm counting the days until I get home. It's a pity that they gave away a lot of money - but in fact it's a disappointment.

In February 2024, the hotel changed hands and things got bad. So in order..... There are construction sites around the hotel, noise, concrete mixers and all the delights of construction. Walk to the beach, across the street. The sun beds on the beach are torn and dirty, the bar occasionally ran out of something (5* hotel). The numbers aren't quite dead yet. Be careful with the water in glass bottles, the bottles themselves are badly scratched and the lids are new... The sockets in the rooms are special, they gave me one adapter, and I had to ask at the reception. There was cement dust in the rooms due to construction projects around, so cleaning was done every day. Coffee machines only in the restaurant, (2 pcs), constant queues, to drink coffee. There is nowhere else to drink coffee on the territory, or for money. And this is with the All-inclusive hotel concept. The restaurant...... There are no tablecloths at all, paper napkins are sometimes white from fabric. I had to ask the waiters for the dishes. The staff is all tired and they don't care about the guests. The food..... well, maybe you won't get poisoned, it didn't suit us at all. We met with Russians vacationing at the hotel, the people are in shock.... They gave a lot of money, but they got THIS.... let's go to Marjan, let's leave Pullman (they say the French bought it out). While here for the third day with a 6-year-old child, the room and view are amazing, the food is varied and delicious, the staff is friendly (not Russian-speaking). The number of rooms is 5 out of 5 .The sea and the beach are the cleanest, if you did not come for a party, but to relax , bask in the sun, swim and sleep - here it is! The nearest shopping center store ( by taxi 20-25 Dirhams ) . There is nothing nearby but a beautiful bay and white sand , there is not enough good playground , there is also no trampoline , although I saw it in the photo .In general, one of the disadvantages is that there is one children's room for children, and it is also impossible to enter the spa area with children. Otherwise, everything depends on your mood, and you can always find entertainment for yourself and your loved ones. By the way , today will be a holiday , they brought an invitation for 17:30 , we will meet the new management of the hotel. I recommend the hotel. My son is delighted, I don 't know how , but a 6- year-old boy ( who does not speak English ) is understood by all the staff.Greetings to all from Platona👋💙

But it's time to make repairs. The ceiling is gray with streaks, the tiles in the bathroom are chipping off, the plumbing also needs repair.
The windows are dirty, and so are the railings on the balcony. It's time to clean the carpet too.
Our Windows overlooked the pool, but on the other side there is a construction site under the windows. The road has been excavated, excavators and trucks have been working all day.
The beach is nearby. You can walk, you can drive a golf cart.
Sun beds and towels are free of charge.
There are no shops nearby, there is no shopping center.
The nearest supermarket is 15-20 minutes on foot. There are two restaurants nearby (except the main one), but the food is so-so.

Nice hotel, polite staff. There is a private beach, a few minutes walk from the hotel, or free by tuk-tuk. The pool is clean, there is a shallow part and deeper. The cuisine is varied. The hotel is suitable for those who like a relaxing holiday. The nearest minimarket is 20-25 minutes on foot. It takes 30 minutes by taxi to the big shopping center. It takes an hour ($120) one way to Dubai by taxi.

Of the advantages, this is the sea and it is not the one that goes into the bay, there is no beach there, but that towards the bulk bay. The rooms are spacious. The reception staff, cleaning staff, golf cart drivers and everyone except the canteens are well done, very friendly and polite.
Neutral - food, drinks. Everything is normal, not good or bad, just fine. The rooms are tired, but not critical.
One of the disadvantages is the very poor service in the restaurant and bar on the beach. There are very few employees, respectively, unserved tables, a queue at the bar. The only employee of the canteen, tall and thin, is an exception. He works, tries, knows a little Russian. No shuttles to the shopping center or any other civilization.
Well, a huge minus is 2024, and perhaps the next one is a construction site. Something is being built opposite, apparently another hotel, a road is being built or reconstructed. Work is going on around the clock. The noise and rumbling is constant. Rooms with a view of the beach are simply uninhabited because of this, as the noise from work and the beeping sound signal from the equipment does not stop all night.
In general, this is certainly not 5 stars, but despite the disadvantages, I would come again, but only when the construction is over. It doesn't make sense before. I don't write about the lack of animation and entertainment for children, so I was looking for it without these options.

Nice hotel, large rooms, tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, shower gel, hair balm, soap, cream, hair dryer, iron with board, kettle. If you additionally need personal hygiene items or an adapter for sockets, everything will be brought to the room upon request at the reception. Good cuisine. There are restaurants for a fee. The hotel's beach is 2 minutes on foot or driven by a small electric car, the pool is open, the gyms are separate for men and women and they have separate indoor pools. The hotel is a great place to relax.

There weren't even any salads during the week.. The room was cleaned three times in 8 days.. Towels for three are 4 pieces.. The linen was not changed.. Robes with three approaches were requested.. Very nice hotel, beautiful. Clean , cozy, everything is cultural. The rooms are large. It is a 5 -minute walk to the sea , but you can also drive by car , they take you to and from the beach . Umbrellas , sun beds , cafes .

All inclusive is not Turkish, you just need to study the system how it works in the UAE, all hotels are the same, we did not experience restrictions in food, drinks, or alcohol. Everything is delicious! In the end, of course, it gets boring, but this effect will overtake in any hotel))) The pool is pleasant with a sea view. The beach is 2 minutes on foot or 0.5 minutes by golf cart, which goes back and forth. The sea is pleasant, the sun beds are almost all occupied by the towels left behind, but even so they always found places. To the right and left of the hotel beach are wild beaches, it's nice to walk left to Radisson and their construction sites and right to the Hampton high-rise building with a million people (hee-hee)! We were during the autumn holidays, the hotel was full, but there was no feeling of a crowd, there were more locals on weekends than on other days, it was comfortable, the same tourists /families/children as us. There is no animation, in the evening the children run around the pool and on the field, entertain themselves. There are no construction sites right next to it (they are closer to radisson, they have them right under the windows), although cranes are visible in the distance on any horizon of the sea and beach (a feature of active construction in Ras al Khaimah). The only negative is the repair (not a construction site!) roads in front of the main entrance, those with Windows facing the road - noise and a bad view. That's why we immediately asked for a balcony with a view of the pool upon arrival, it's quiet and beautiful here. I don't even know if they give children beds or not, because they gave a two-room room with a sofa, but in the end they slept with the child on a huge bed, 2.5 meters wide, probably, so don't bother. In short, a wonderful budget hotel, you can go. There are no shops nearby - if it's important to someone, people drive a taxi. We went to Dubai with Valid (there are many reviews about him in TG travelask), it is very comfortable, not expensive and everything we wanted was to see, speaks Russian, orientates, buys online tickets in advance. We are glad that we did not choose a bus tour with a crowd.

I am currently staying at this hotel. The Russian agency does not warn that there is a construction site all around ! From 8 a.m., the receptionist sends us to rooms with a view of the construction site, while claiming that the room overlooks the pool. Amazing ignorance of the location of the rooms! Now we have been offered to wait in one room so that at 16.00 (now 11.35) we can finally move to the promised room. When we asked where our luggage was, it turned out that it was left in the first room. It took time to find an employee who found another employee who brought us to a room that doesn't have a key.... Some kind of absurdity.... The impression is so-so ) A strange service for the Emirate!!!

Check-in was at 19.00, no one was waiting at the hotel, an extremely unfriendly Asian woman at the reception (she was filling out some documents, she didn't want to pay attention to the guests), they initially gave a dirty room, then they corrected and gave a good one. The most comfortable hotel for a beach holiday. Staying at the hotel left an exceptionally pleasant impression and a desire to return. And yes, my wife and I were lucky-we got a junior suite (completely free of charge instead of a standard room) with a balcony to the garden, which allowed us to avoid the discomfort of noise from the pool in the courtyard. Many thanks to the Russian administrators. By and large, I liked everything. The room, inconspicuous, responsive and undemanding (give a dollar) staff, administrators who are able to solve issues, food (pineapples are just a bomb), clean well-groomed beach.

The food is delicious, but the assortment is very meager and monotonous. The fruits are unripe, mostly only melon and watermelon, oranges. There were pineapples once a week, the rooms were poorly lit, the handle was broken in ours, there were traces on the walls, seafood was completely absent from the diet, some chicken, some beef. When checking in, an employee personally approached me and asked me to write a good review, I was confused and did not know how to react, while he did not leave without confirming what I had written.
Not even 3 stars, not even 2
1: there is a continuous construction site around, they are building day and night, it is impossible to sleep and is in the room, from the sounds of construction
2: I was surprised that in a "5 star hotel" you have to wait in line to eat (they stood for 10 minutes)
3: there is nothing to eat at all, we rested with the child, the most edible was pasta
4: walk to the beach in 5 minutes along the construction site and along the roadway
5: there is nothing to do here except the gym, in the description of the hotel they write that there is a children's room — as a result, there is no one, there are 10 slot machines, of which only 3 work, and one game on this machine costs 7 dirhams
6: there are no toothbrushes or bathrobes in the rooms, everything, absolutely everything needs to be begged.
I have never seen a worse hotel, even in a 3-star hotel in Turkey it was more comfortable.
It's sad that they could have paid much less and got to the hotel better, but they fell for the reviews.

We had a great rest. The staff is attentive, the rooms are gorgeous, the kitchen is average, you want more seafood dishes, the OCEAN is very warm, but you can spend time in the gym, soak up the Jacuzzi and go to the sauna. In general, I put 4.8 points on 5 stars.

Attractions, globally, there is nothing but hotels and infrastructure -1/5.
Language barriers - many people speak or can understand and explain in Russian or with a translator application, we can say that they do not exist.
There are almost no shops. We found one within the boundaries of one of the hotels. What needs for water, sweets, hygiene will be covered.
Excursions are worth taking. They offer
Especially safari.
I highly recommend taking a power bank with you.
There is no charging on tour buses. This is a big disadvantage for the lack of technology. We in Russia are already used to them.

A very beautiful colorful hotel. The service is good, all requests are quickly fulfilled, the staff is very friendly. The food is very diverse, you can always choose something new, for kids, too, the food is simple and familiar. The room is beautiful, clean, the air conditioning works well, the room is cleaned regularly. The beach is a 10-minute walk away or you can take an electric car that runs between the hotel and the beach. The beach is a mixture of sand and seashells, but the legs do not prick, the child runs calmly. The water in the bay is clean, very warm. The pool in the hotel has very nice cool water, there is a children's pool.

The place is just wonderful. Quietly , calmly . Starting from the reception, the impression was very good - friendly staff who goes to the meeting to resolve any issues. Delicious food . Good drinks. Large spacious rooms ( daily cleaning)!!! Clean beach - well equipped!!! I really liked everything!!!

We had a rest in December 2023.
I'll start with a good one. The buffet food is decent. A large selection. But - everything is too salty, spicy, however, there are pancakes and porridge for children.
The beach is wonderful. It's clean, they keep an eye on the sun beds, there were always free ones.
After December 10, I noticed for a long time that the water and air become cooler by literally two degrees, but quite noticeably.
Room cleaning is also of high quality.
Now about the cons.
I have not seen such a check-in in any hotel. 2.5 hours for a group of 10 people. The reception is poorly organized. All bookings have been paid for. The children fell asleep, the adults quarreled. The 5-star hotel!
Wi-Fi worked until December 13 without interruptions, after that neither on the beach nor in the room to watch a movie, only intermittently, waiting for messages, not to mention movies.. What's it? The end of the season?
The food in the restaurants is disgusting, even in Lebanese, where they ask you to put 5 after each meal, demanding to download the app (a nightmare), I don't even want to mention the rest. The pirate club is one name, unionpay card machines do not accept, there is no one to change bills for small change, the child was crying.
In the pool bar, cocktails are made by eye, almost without alcohol, the bar is closed at 20.
There is no leisure at all, but every day they call for fur coats. Don't waste your time. In Moscow, everything is much tastier, cheaper, and better. There is only the sea here. And preferably all inclusive

The five-star hotel was opened in January 2025. The interior is outdated, in need of repair,carpets in the hallway with the smell of old age, air fresheners with a pungent odor are everywhere in the hallway.I met a cockroach, eliminated it! It's not boring what kind of animation. There is a construction site in front of the hotel entrance, it feels like I came not to the hotel, but to the construction site!!! The beach is far away, although they write the first line! Deception! To get to the beach, you need to walk or drive through this construction site and cross the road! In short, I do not recommend this hotel "Pullman".
