We were at this hotel in April 2023. The hotel is located on a bulk island. Clean, the food is good, in principle, you can always find familiar dishes. The hotel is large, pleasant territory and embankment. The beach itself is a 3-minute walk away, if you are too lazy to go, then regularly oversees a shuttle for 6 seats (naturally free). In general, the territory of the entire island is under construction, but it does not cause any noise or dirt to tourists. As is customary everywhere in the UAE, all construction sites are hidden from the eyes of vacationers, the territories between the hotels are large, there is a place to walk in the evening. Of the surprises - I found out that there are no waves in the water on the island at all, and sometimes I just wanted to swing on the waves, but it turns out there is no such phenomenon on the bulk islands ...
I realized for myself that it's worth resting in such a place, but the second time if I go, then after many years, to see how everything will change. I bet 5 for new discoveries.

I haven't been to the hotel itself. But I was on the territory. A green area where you can sit in the shade of palm trees. The bay is 5 meters from the hotel, but you can not swim - the coastal area is laid with large stones, probably act as breakwaters. The beach itself is on the other side of the island, across the street. Guests are taken from the hotel by electric car (like for golf, for 4-6 people)

About the sea: Of course, I did not expect and did not know that there was a bay there, and this is not exactly what I love, i.e. it seems like the sea, but rather a warm bath)) It's not particularly refreshing to swim, and even more so it's not refreshing, especially at +44 on sushi.
The beach is small, but there are enough sun beds, although you can stay on the beach until sunset, i.e. somewhere before 18:20-40, then the staff begin to expel.
Food: delicious, but not a lot of choice
Staff: Angels))), always in touch, always help, prompt
Rooms: clean, spacious, cozy and comfortable.
Which I really didn't like and I write about it exclusively for people like me.
There are a lot of children, I chose the hotel from those considerations that are not for children, and there is not much there for children, but local whole families come and there is nowhere to go from the children, especially in the dining room, they yell, about and without.
I have finally decided for myself that I will no longer take risks and in the future I will choose only 18+ hotels.

We had a rest in October 2023 with a family with daughters of 6 years and 1.5 years. Friendly staff, good cleaning, excellent buffet food. There was always fish in sauce for lunch and dinner, 2 types of chicken. There were often beef steaks and stewed, for children there were always 2 types of pasta except for breakfast. Rice in different types, just white, pilaf with meat, rice with vegetables. Of the drinks that are included in the food, apple juice, orange, pineapple, water, tea, coffee. There were always soups. Even a 1.5-year-old child was always found something to feed. A lot of pastries, pies, various breads, pita bread, rolls.
By the pool, free water, tonic, sweet sodas, tea, coffee. Paid ice cream, lemonades, smoothies. Orange juice on the beach and by the pool has never been available, although it is included in the list of drinks for free.
There was not enough pasta for breakfast, cucumbers tomatoes tasteless. The rest of the cabbage, greens, salads were all delicious.
The first days at the hotel, the staff was kind of unfriendly, I was surprised. But on the third day, everyone began to smile a lot, open the door in front of the stroller, always ran to help. So I think it was just a coincidence in the early days))) it's a bit hot to go to the beach even in the morning and evening, we were there at 39-41 degrees. Walk 5 minutes slowly. The transfer goes often, it takes 3 minutes to get to the beach with traffic lights. Sometimes they waited for a transfer, there were no 10 minutes and since they were waiting in the heat, they went to the pool, since they didn't want to go to the beach anymore.
The room was a little tired. There was a musty smell from the toilet at night. The lights were turned off in the bathroom and toilet for 2 days. To fix it, it was necessary to go to the reception, since only English speakers answered the calls. Separate greetings to the maids, they cleaned well, the bed was changed almost daily, missed a couple of times, towels are fresh every day.
The indoor pool is very cold, we went once. The Jacuzzi is hot, the pool is cold, not comfortable. Therefore, there is always almost no one there. Outside in the pool is very comfortable, it is cooled. You get used to the first 10 seconds, and then you didn't get out with the children for 2 hours. The eldest and 3 hours swam without a break. Sometimes in the evenings there is a wind by the pool, it gets cool.
We were unexpectedly surprised when we came to the beach in the evening, and it closes as the sun has set. It's still light, but it's already closed. We returned to the pool and it's closed there. We did not know about such a feature that everything closes after sunset, although it is still light for almost an hour. But nothing, they found out and adjusted their schedule further to this feature.
In general, with all the pros and cons, we had a very good rest, the hotel is excellent. The main thing is non-alcoholic, no one breaks the peace. It's perfect with children. Thank you to the staff for doing everything to make us rest!

The cuisine is varied, it's delicious to me), there is a national Indian. The guests are multinational. A shuttle to Dubai Expo stopped at the hotel, very convenient! Beach: across the street from the hotel, towels at the entrance, generally cozy. There are water activities on the beach. During my stay there were strong tides and there was no sea, the bottom is muddy, who likes space, there is not much of it. Sun beds and tables were periodically covered with droppings due to birds, it was sometimes selectively washed off the sun beds by employees. There are long sports tracks along the road near the hotel. There is a mini embankment.

We rested at the hotel in September 2023. In general, we were very satisfied with the rest, but there are nuances. But remember - your rest and its success depends primarily on your attitude to the situation and the way to solve it (for me, the main thing was to relax as much as possible without being distracted by problematic moments and quickly forgetting about them; not to look for minuses, but to see only the good for myself in everything).I put 4*.
At the hotel, most of the tourists were from Russia, so there was always a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, who immediately solved all the issues that arose. There were no bathrobes in the room - they were brought; an ironing board and iron were brought on request and were not taken away for the entire period of stay. The rooms require a little repair, but these are quite small things (for example, a worn wall). Room cleaning leaves much to be desired: by the time of your pre-dinner return to the room from the beach or pool, cleaning will not be done, even while you are at lunch - you will return to the dirty room again, but as soon as you want to lie down, they will come to clean... To the request to come later - only the next day. The balcony and the balcony door are not washed apparently in principle: dust and debris on the balcony, the glass is all stained (since the moment of settlement, and so it has not been wiped from the inside, not from the outside). The bed linen may turn out to have holes, or spots of something you don't understand. In the bathroom, they do not monitor that you are running out of shampoo / gel / conditioner (reusable dispensers are hanging). There are no hygienic bags. Tea, coffee, water and sugar are reported. But, the mugs in the room may be chipped and cracked. There is no toothbrush cup in the bathroom. You can dry the laundry only on a rope, which is located in the shower (in summer and in September there is high humidity, and nothing will dry on the balcony). The air conditioner works perfectly! The location is also good: it does not blow directly on the bed or on your head. The beach is about 5 minutes on foot along a shaded path. Electric cars drive, but sometimes you can't wait for them, or there's a big queue.
Bars: there are 2 of them - by the pool in the courtyard of the hotel, and on the beach. They work from 10 to 18 hours, but sometimes they close earlier. On the beach 2 out of 7 days in the morning there was no light, only water was given. At other times, soft drinks. Bartenders are extremely serious (tired), it's definitely not worth waiting for them to smile or keep up a conversation, jokes or a little more attention. And by the pool in the bar, you can stand for a long time and wait for the bartender to come to his workplace, having solved all personal questions by phone.
Security guards throughout the territory, including on the beach, lifeguards. There are animators on the beach - they play volleyball in the afternoon (16-17 hours). But keep in mind - they will not invite you. If you see that several animators have started throwing the ball to each other, you need to go to them.
Meals at the restaurant (he is alone). They let you in by room number. There is not enough space in the restaurant, so sometimes there is a queue for the entrance in standby mode (this happens more often for dinner). Breakfast - one type of porridge, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles, hot, fruits, vegetables, cereals, yoghurts. There are no dates, raisins and nuts. Coffee is terribly tasteless, purely from the vending machine. Lunches and dinners have 3-4 types of meat and one type of fish (white), the side dish is also 3-4 dishes. Salads, vegetables, desserts and fruits. There is always an Indian corner separately: basmati rice, chickpeas, curry. We have extremely mixed feelings about the service in the restaurant, because of the special diet for honey.indications (gluten-free). On the first day, they approached the manager, the chefs, asked what was possible and what was not, but at first the staff reacted extremely indifferently. When, on the second day of rest, I felt unwell due to an error in the diet, the conversation was tougher, and only with two managers and two cooks we were able to find a compromise and understanding of the whole situation, for which we thank them very much!!! The manager Ajin Dinesan, with his attention to our situation, saved the rating of our review, brightened up our meals, negotiating dishes with the chefs (we were cooked separately meat and fish, desserts, pancakes for breakfast). But they need to take a closer look at the waiters' work - the guys work slowly, the plates are taken away for a very long time.
I do not know how further rest will develop in this hotel, since the new owners have bought it and are beginning to change the concept of the entire rest in this place.
You can walk only a little around the hotel, walk to the neighboring one (2-4 km in one direction along an equipped path). There is no shop in the hotel, they said that it will open only on October 1, when the season officially begins. There is always a taxi, but payment is only in cash.

I really liked it, we want to come back again. I went with my son of 4 years old, friendly staff, huge rooms (we had a two-room with two bathrooms and a huge balcony without extra charges), delicious food, a cool path to the beach (the beach is on the other side, it was very cool to walk in the shade), silence and comfort! There is nothing around the hotels - no shops (to the nearest 2.5 km), nothing, but that's what we were looking for, a relaxing holiday. WiFi worked everywhere, including on the beach. The beach looks into the bay (other hotels will be visible).

The rooms have not been updated since 2013 (the year of construction). The carpet is stained, the furniture is pretty tired, it's unpleasant to touch the curtains. A set of towels for one person was placed in the room for three people, and bed linen for only two people. The bottles of care products are empty, dental kits and bathrobes are not put in, toilet paper is one roll. When asked to provide the necessary funds, the reception staff is rude. To the restaurant, no, rather to the dining room, there is a queue. People gather before the start of the meal. The door is locked with three locks so that no one "breaks through" earlier for a minute. The food is spicy, the assortment is meager compared to last year. If you didn't make it to the beginning, there will be frankly nothing to eat at the end. The waiters do not clean dirty plates, all the tables are crowded. The hall is not designed for a fully populated hotel. However, the staff is not prepared for such a volume of residents. The room can be cleaned only by 16 o'clock, even if you asked at 8 am, going to the beach. They do not respond to requests, they have "few staff and full workload." The bar, which is open from 10 o'clock and "until sunset", has very conveniently come up with opening hours. After all, no one knows who has the sunset and at what time, maybe it is at 18 o'clock, or maybe at 17, in any case, the bartenders do not overwork and close at a convenient time for them, even if they see the queue standing behind the drinks, they closed the curtains and that's it. Rest turns into a round-the-clock struggle, then for a place in the "dining room", then for a sunbed, then for a drink at the bar or a place in the delivery to the hotel. People now travel entirely Russian and are not always accustomed to foreign resorts. We will not return to the hotel anymore, but you decide for yourself.

The food is excellent before you go, I read in the reviews that there is not much choice. But I want to say there is a decent choice. I am fastidious about food and I found food for myself without any questions and it was very tasty. I want to express my Gratitude to the waiter Oksana, Ahmed, Said. They are very responsive guys and work quickly, understanding us from the start.
The hotel has an outdoor pool, an indoor pool with cooling. The sea is gorgeous, warm, clean, there are sun beds, tables, a bar, a shower, a toilet everywhere is clean.
The receptionists at the reception have Russian speakers who are very friendly, especially Alexandra.
At the entrance, the guy meets and offers coffee or drinks that are delicious.

We had a rest at the end of July. Overall, I liked the hotel. Check-in takes place at 15 o'clock, check-out at 12. But if there are available rooms, they meet us halfway and check in earlier, they are evicted at 15 o'clock, which happened in our case, for which we are very grateful) The food was delicious, not all the dishes were suitable for us, but from all the variety, everyone could choose something to their liking from the Shvets table. According to the ultra all inclusive system, some cooling and alcoholic beverages were included, cocktails are paid separately. The rooms were cleaned daily, towels were changed for fresh ones. The beach is across the street, 10 minutes on foot, or by electric car, which was carried for free every 15 minutes, towels are given on the beach according to hotel cards, the beach is equipped with sun beds, tables, umbrellas, tables, chairs under a canopy at the bar, there are toilets, showers, places for changing clothes. The beach bar was open until 17.30, the hookah bar on the embankment and by the pool until 23 o'clock. There are many construction sites throughout the emirate, including near the hotel, right by the beach, some may be confused by the noise coming from it. There are no shops within walking distance, you need to get by transport, or buy in malls on days of visits to other emirates, during excursions, they take a lot of time for this (do not hesitate to bargain in the markets, the price is usually overestimated by 3 times). At the entrance to the hotel, you are greeted by a hostess in a smart traditional outfit, I really liked it, it pleased the eye) in the lobby, iced tea, homemade lemonade. The hotel itself and the rooms are very beautiful. Contrary to other reviews, the staff was friendly, smiling and sympathetic. but!!! There is no entertainment program, everything is closed at 23-00.00. And all that remains is to go to bed, and I attribute this to the disadvantage of the hotel.

The beach bar: we have been here for 4 days and not a single day has the bar worked according to its schedule-it is constantly closed earlier by 15-20 minutes and so the working hours are up to 17-30 in total!!! the service at the bar is very slow, today we stood in line for drinks for 45 minutes, although there were 10-12 people in the queue.
Now from the good news: a lot of staff speaks Russian, the rooms are cleaned well.

The sea itself, though not deep, and when there are tides you have to walk on algae, but it is always calm and there are never big waves, you can swim comfortably. There are enough people in the hotel. 90% of Russians.
Those who write negative reviews, I did not understand, either you were unlucky with the room, or you chose the wrong hotel for yourself, or just competitors.

Great hotel.We had a rest in November.There was a superior room with a view of the bay.Everything is clean and cozy.The service also pleased me.Kpedvc changed the towel on request every day.Water and tea were also brought to the room.The food is very tasty and varied.The beach is clean, 300 meters from the hotel, but you can still get there by a separate transport, for the particularly lazy. Overall a very cool place.The only thing that happens is not in an urban area.There is no shopping center nearby.You have to take a taxi to them.It is better to pay in dirzams, since taxi drivers can heat up the currency)))

I had a rest in December 2023. Reception, rooms, pool, beach are excellent. There are few vacationers, without queues. I would especially like to mention a variety of breakfasts-omelets, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, croutons, several types of cheese, cold cuts, fruits, herbs, natural coffee and beautiful dishes. Yes, the nearest Mall is 7 km,17 dirhams, to Ras al Khaimah 30 km, 60 dirhams, if with someone, then inexpensive.You can just walk along the embankment.I didn't like it.
