Nice hotel. Cleaning every day, the food is excellent-they cook delicious, there are a lot of meat dishes and salads are varied, fruits are fresh, juicy and delicious. The breakfasts are excellent. We rested at the hotel from November 3 to November 9 , 3023. We arrived at the hotel late, hungry, and there is nowhere to eat. I liked the hotel very much, it is beautiful, calm, there are no animation and discos here, there are two bars by the pool and on the beach. The rooms are nice, cleaned every day, water, tea, coffee, kettle in the room. The mini bar is empty. The hair dryer was found on the day of departure in a drawer . Shampoo, gel, body cream - everything is there. There are not enough towels, there are slippers, there are no bathrobes. The room was caught without a balcony, it's very inconvenient, even there is no place to dry a swimsuit. I liked the breakfasts, lunches and dinners, a lot of fruits, meat, fish, chicken, 2 types of soups, there was even a wonderful borscht!the sea is warm and clean, the shore is white sand! Beauty!the staff is polite, they speak Russian at the reception, in general we liked it! There are of course nuances, but there are not many of them. A tuk tuk takes you to the beach, very convenient! Although it takes 5 minutes to walk there . I would come there again!

The hotel is nice, but it's boring in the evening: there is no animation, in the evening you can only walk along the embankment.
The food is delicious, the room and the hotel are clean, the staff is polite and responsive.

A wonderful hotel on the island. This is a place for those who like a quiet, peaceful, comfortable stay with all amenities. If you like noisy parties, loud animation, then you are definitely not in this hotel. There is peace and relaxation here. Clean rooms, delicious food, professional, responsive, responsible staff. Honestly, it doesn't correspond to 5 stars, in general, even the Turkish 5 stars are better. The beach is within walking distance across the street, it takes 5 minutes to walk, but now everything is blocked and there is a huge construction site on all sides of the hotel, so they take golf cars to the beach. Beach... so, the name and the puddle.... Just some kind of backwater, you definitely can't call it a beach. If you really want to relax on the beach, then you definitely don't want to go to this hotel. In the hotel itself, the pool is not very conveniently made: there is a well between the hotel and the sun to sunbathe there no earlier than 11-13 hours. There's really nowhere to go for a walk. There are no shops nearby, the embankment is short... Hardcover food. Alcohol, if you have everything included, is of terrible quality, and it's impossible to drink wine like that... They don't make cocktails in the bar, only for a fee, but they just pour rum and cola + ice.

The rooms are nice and large... However, when taking some towels, they forget to put clean ones.. Soap is only liquid... Slippers and bathrobes must be requested separately - they are given out free of charge. WiFi is available throughout, including the beach. There is a bar on the beach. Alcoholic drinks are everywhere until sunset, then only in the restaurant and bar until 22.00. The all-inclusive restaurant is one, if you come to the beginning, there is a queue. The staff speaks Russian partially, it makes no sense to speak English with the service staff with good knowledge, because they don't speak it much either... There is construction going on around, this is for those who find it stressful... In the bar, you can play backgammon, checkers, etc. in complete coolness over a " mug"... You can cool off in the pool after the beach, because the water in the bay is too warm (September). The buffet is not particularly varied, but you will not stay hungry. The room has an iron, ironing board, refrigerator, safe, TV (including Russian). The most important thing about the UAE is that they do not have a license for messengers, so you will not be able to call through them via local connection and WiFi, only through your connection (roaming) and then only using a VPN. I am writing because many people do not know and make a scandal at the reception. The beach is a 3-minute walk away or a golf cart rides every five minutes and takes you to the beach and back. There is no need to carry towels, there is an issue near the pool and on the beach... Alcohol: tequila, vodka, brandy, rum, gin, beer, wine, champagne, cheese, cocktails, respectively, the rest for money. A playroom for children. In the evening, there is nothing else to do except sit at the bar. There is no animation. The nearest store is about 30 minutes on foot, but in the evenings it is very stuffy and humid, there will definitely be no desire to walk. In general, it is not bad for a relaxing holiday... I don't want to describe the rest of the little things, such as, for example, a lot of local pigeons flying around the bolcons, respectively, a lot of excrement from them...

Lovely hotel with good service, fully equipped beach, varied cuisine. Our super suite room could fit a couple more people, a room on the 5th floor with a balcony of 50 meters. The view is gorgeous on both sides of the Persian Gulf.
Russian-speaking staff works at the reception, it is not difficult to find out the necessary information.
The hotel is suitable for a secluded relaxing holiday, and for couples with children.
There are two swimming pools for adults and a children's pool on the territory.
It takes exactly 3 minutes to go to the beach, but they take a buggy from the hotel.
The nearest shopping centers are located in Ras al Khaimah: the closest to the hotel is Al Hamra Mall (15 minutes drive, taxi fare 20-25 aed), but I recommend Monar Mall (30-35 minutes drive, taxi fare 65 aed). Monar Mall has a large selection of shops, a very good Carrefour supermarket with relatively low prices for products.

We stayed at this hotel from 10/24/2024 to 11/22/2024.
It was the third time in the UAE, and the Emirate of Ras al Khaimah was vacationing for the first time. We liked the hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day, linen was changed and everything like in the top five - there were no questions even once. Food-yes, there is a problem there. I would say 4* meals with a slight stretch, but you will not stay hungry. When the main restaurant is full, they open another one and redirect guests there, we have never experienced any discomfort in terms of overcrowding of the restaurant, we just don't have to run to the very beginning as the hungriest. Everything is brought and taken away, the tables are rubbed with antiseptics, the staff always looks neat and ironed, they respond quickly to requests and try to meet the guests as much as possible. We generally had an HB food package and we never went hungry, we just need to plan our day correctly from the beginning.
The hotel is very calm and truly family-friendly: there are many families with children. There is no animation, but we really liked that you can just lie down by the pool and really relax from the noisy and running animators. We considered just such a relaxing holiday, so everything tripled and in this part we also need to take into account – fans of noisy parties should not choose this hotel, it is more about a calm and secluded vacation.
Beach. Those days when we completely devoted our holidays to the beach, we saw the whole picture, which we wrote about in a negative way in previous reviews. There really is a squeak hour - this is the time interval from 10:00 to 12:30. BUT if you came and there are no free shislongs, then in the gallery (in the very last row on the beach under the palm trees) we always found empty seats, left our things there and went swimming. While you're swimming there, look and there's ALWAYS something in the front row that gets released. Again, people are to blame for creating this problem (they will throw towels and leave the beach for half a day, like they took a place - shameless!) The staff tries to fight this as best they can, but unfortunately there are enough cheeky and arrogant people who manage to quarrel and spoil their rest even on vacation. Beach workers sometimes clean up abandoned towels on the shislongs without people and do it very correctly. The three of us always came at rush hour and never caused problems for ourselves or people and always found empty seats.
The beach is gorgeous! The water is beautiful, clean, calm, and the entrance to the bay is very comfortable. On the left and right there are generally free beaches with white sand - go for a walk and admire the views and the world.
Golfcar constantly runs from the hotel to the beach, the waiting time is not long.
There is a construction site near the hotel (they pull a pipe on the way to the casino under construction), but it did not particularly annoy us, apparently the nervous system is fine. The construction process is civilized, restrictive signs are exposed, there is no dust at all - everything is watered. The workers are adequate, they work for themselves and work.
There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, so there are no problems with identifying needs at all. It's all good.
Upon check-in, if they have such an opportunity, they will upgrade your room category and leave another fruit dish in the room, as it was with us. This gesture of the staff was very pleasant to us, for which special thanks to the young guy at the reception.
All the staff is customer-oriented, they try to respond to all requests as quickly as possible. In general, we were satisfied with the rest. If you have any questions, write while everything is fresh in your memory - I will try to answer and help so that your vacation is also comfortable and you take away the most pleasant impressions from there. Our room was No. 423, with a side view of the bay.
About excursions for those who are interested. We took 3 excursions from our tour operator (FUN SUN). Prices are not cheap, but tolerable. We took a sightseeing tour in the middle price category for $ 95 (there are 65 and 125 more) per person, a safari park (an open-air zoo) and a safari in the desert by jeep. If you take several excursions, they will make a small discount if you ask. We were satisfied with each of them. I recommend everything!

For a relaxing family holiday, I highly recommend it!!! This is a price-quality hotel (for the UAE, its price is low), while you get a quality vacation. 4 points - because there is something to improve.
Now for more details:
1. Already at the exit of the transfer bus, the hotel staff takes care - they immediately help carry suitcases to the reception! Further care in everything. All requests are fulfilled very quickly, do not be dissatisfied, just ask and everything will be provided to you.
2. We booked a two-room suite (marjan suite). They asked for a quiet one - they did everything. A huge balcony with a view of the sea in both directions and the sunset. Two bathrooms, two TVs, two air conditioners. We were settled before the arrival time, for which we thank you very much. In the room there is an ironing board with an iron, a tea/coffee making set, 0.5 l bottled water is replenished daily, the mini-bar is empty. The pillows seemed uncomfortable, but they adapted. The mattress is great. Minus - there were not enough shelves in the closet. The plumbing is new. Furniture (cabinets, cabinets) are not new, but in good condition.
2. The food is very tasty. I liked all the dishes I tried, and this rarely happens. Very tasty stew (beef and lamb). Squid and shrimp can be found in salads. For children, there is mashed potatoes (not every day), steamed vegetables, rice, pasta, mashed soups, there was even borscht - children could be fed without problems. In the all-inclusive soft food, it was also possible to take drinks for free at bars on the beach and in the pool (tea, coffee, soda, water, juices). By the way, packaged juices of good quality (apple, orange, pineapple). There were always seats in the hotel restaurant. Very large meal intervals are very convenient!!
3. The beach is a small shell. At low tide, algae underfoot, not very comfortable. It is difficult to find places on the beach in the shade, as they occupy sun beds in advance. In general, the contingent of vacationers is so-so, but the hotel is not to blame for this. The hotel needs to install additional canopies or fungi from the sun. The hotel has been under the management of Pulman since the beginning of 2024 and the concept is not yet clear. If it is a family one, then there is clearly not enough children's entertainment both on site and on the beach.
Of the cons:
- in April 24, there was no playground and football gates on the territory, although they are in the photos on the website and aggregators in the descriptions.
- a football is given for money. For 5* it's petty.
Positive: so far, it is more economical than the neighboring 5 *; a small but cozy territory, polite staff, there were few guests in Ramadan, quiet, calm, spacious rooms and a beautiful hotel lobby. It's pretty clean and delicious on the buffet.

The hotel itself, despite being somewhat tired, the view makes a good impression. Huge rooms. The beach is a bit far, but it's even good, not much physical education after a hearty lunch won't hurt. We stayed at this hotel from February 10th to 20th. I really liked the hotel, absolutely everything, from the room to the staff. For the first time in the Emirates, as soon as we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised, the king-size bed is in the bedroom, the sofa is unfolded in the hall, also wide, the bed linen is snow-white, bathrobes, towels are 3 of them, slippers are also all white. In the hall and in the bedroom there is a large TV, expensive furniture, two bathrooms, two bidets and a bathtub. We took a superior room with a large balcony overlooking the bay. As for nutrition, there are so many words of gratitude to write here, everything is delicious, everything is missing, mostly we took juices, fruits, nuts, dates, seeds, porridges, soups, salads, fish, meat. So many pastries are prepared, always delicious, fresh, it is not possible to refuse. The food is excellent. The hotel staff is friendly, everyone always has a smile on their face, they try to talk to us in Russian. We thank you for organizing our vacation, I will definitely tell my friends about the hotel and we will certainly return here. The hotel is wonderful, we got a room for two for 70k for three nights with breakfasts and dinners - we are completely satisfied.
The staff is magical, speaks English; things will be delivered, the door will be opened, food and appliances will be brought. There are Russian-speaking staff.
Food: you can safely take food from breakfast, no one has ever stopped us. A chic buffet: salads, vegetables, fruits, side dishes, meat, fish, poultry, soups, homemade desserts and pastries. It is very satisfying and delicious. Drinks: coffee machine, two types of juice (apple and orange), water. Alcohol is charged separately.
We only had enough breakfasts and dinners: you just overeat, you also take a couple of sandwiches (they prepare triangular sandwiches in the morning, which are convenient to take with you).
The only joke: for some reason there are no disposable napkins, only a full-fledged cloth one along with the appliances. If you want to take something with you, you need to take napkins from the room.
The outdoor pool is excellent, warm. Indoor is also a charm, there is a hammam and sauna, a gym - this whole complex is separate: separately for men and women.
There was no bathrobe in the room, there were slippers. The sound insulation is a little weak, you can hear a lot of birds.
There is no entertainment program and you can't really walk around either: the nearest embankment is 4-5 km away. You can take a taxi - they have a city taxi, they downloaded the application and drove quietly. It will be around 12-15 dirhams.
You can go on excursions.
The guide will also offer to go shopping for free. Jackets, fur coats, bags, cosmetics, perfumes, souvenirs." Of all this, there will only be jackets, fur coats and bags for $ 1,000 and above (well, okay, bags for 100 were given away). In short, they will bring you by private car to some nearby warehouses, which are converted inside into a two-story store. Entrance with a carpet, that's it. There you will have to fight for 20-30 minutes from sellers and their desire to promote you to buy a fur coat for 500k, and then you will be offered to go either to the Mall or to the hotel right away. The hotel's private promenade is small, but cool.
A buggy rides to and from the beach every 10 minutes. It is also not very far to go from the beach, along the Alley it goes quickly.
You get towels by card in the Otar pool and on the beach. When closed, they just give you towels.

Great hotel! We had a family vacation in early March 2023. This is just the perfect place to relax with children! In the evening it is quiet, there is a Playground, a well-groomed territory where you can safely walk, ride bicycles. Nice heated pool for children and adults. It is better to go to the sea in the morning, because the tide is out in the evening. The sea is wonderful in the morning! The kitchen also pleased, a large selection of various dishes, everything is very tasty! The room is gorgeous, with views of palm trees, the sea from all sides. Everything is clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly, caring and attentive, especially to children. We recommend the hotel for those who want to relax in peace. A wonderful place!
Excellent responsive staff at the reception there is a Russian-speaking Xenia, clean, beautiful, fresh flowers and a fountain in the Lobby, the beach is clean, there is a shuttle service to it, the pool is open, closed, I would especially like to mention a large selection of delicious dishes in the main buffet restaurant, I recommend taking all inclusive

Nice hotel, large spacious rooms, cleaning every day, replenishment of water, tea, coffee without restrictions. The food is normal, you will not stay hungry. A lot of rice is cooked and a lot of beans. A wonderful stew of lamb, beef is also very soft and delicious cooked. Fruits every day: watermelon, pineapple, pears, apples, oranges, grapefruits. Melon was also there, but not tasty, it resembles fig. Fresh juices only, there are no packaged ones. The beach is not far from the hotel. Stingrays come every day if you come early in the morning while there are no tourists. The sea is clean, the water is clear. True, when the tide is out, the sea resembles a lake with algae, not very pleasant, and even shallow. There is also a Minus in the hotel that there is no lunch at the check-out, some strange rule. The nearest supermarket is Alhamra 8 kilometers from the hotel, by taxi 10 minutes 20 dirhams, where you can buy strong alcohol, wine, no beer. A lot of exotic fruits are sold there: mango, Thai fruits, strawberries and much more. Prices certainly bite.

I really liked the hotel, the service is on the level, the beach is good, but seashells and algae are present.
The food is very diverse, I liked everything, there is even for "little ones")) There are no shops very close, you need to take a taxi (20-25 derham in one direction), 13 photos show a set of products worth 88 derham from a local supermarket in Al Hamra Mall.

I was in hotels in September.
The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are good, the advantages end there.Products
the cheapest, all in gravy.It's not tasty.The coffee is disgusting.
Construction is underway .... 24 hours piles are driven in. noise.
There is a puddle instead of a bay.Swimming is not very pleasant.
An amateur hotel.I do not recommend it.

A gorgeous place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, have been there 5 times already!
The hotel itself is chic, with its own infrastructure, underground Parking, restaurants, tennis courts, everything for children, there is everything!
The hotel has a chic fragrance, the restaurant is chic, there are just no other words, luxury rooms, clean, well-groomed!
The beach is clean, the sea is clean, if you want to relax and unwind, then this is your hotel!

We had a rest in March 2024. There was a very mixed opinion about this hotel. The reception was well received.They gave me a wonderful room.During the 8 days of rest, they were cleaned only three times! We approached the reception and, with the help of an interpreter, asked for cleaning and a sewing kit - they nodded at us with a smile and did nothing.. We went to get the water ourselves in the evening to change the bottles! The food in the restaurant is beyond praise: I liked everything! Sea=22..23 degrees..we went to the hammam to warm up.There is an indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi.It smells very much like bleach. It takes a long time to get to the shops and everything is more expensive there than in Russia.We put a check mark for ourselves that we have visited this emirate.
