There is nothing at all for children! No children's room, no playground, no swing, nothing! Pensioners and with children, that's such a contingent. No one will take you anywhere for free to the shops! Local and tour operators offer to get to the gold store (where there are 10 rings and earrings, at cosmic prices), but then they will take you to the small shopping center for free, and back by themselves and by taxi for 20 dirhams (400-500₽). In general, just eat, sleep and swim in the sea) there is nothing else to do. The nearest store is a 25-minute walk to the edge of the island (from the hotel to the right and to the right where the Pacific Apartments are being built). In 20-25 minutes walk there is the only shop on the island (there are no winos, only zero beer). In general, the rooms are good, the hotel service is decent. If the purpose of swimming is to sleep, then he is the one. Please note, if you get by group transfer from Almaktum airport (Dubai), it will take ~ 4-5 hours, taking into account the bus occupancy and delivery to other hotels (usually delivered to Sharjah). There are absolutely not enough staff and this affects everything: cleaning, restaurants, pool bar, etc. They knocked on our room for two days in a row to clean at 9:00, well, guys, I understand you won't have time later... And so it turned out, he said let's come later, no one came later)) busy. We cleaned 1 time in 6 days, we didn't ask for it on purpose, the cleaning was mediocre. The minibar is empty, they bring only water in glass, the bottles are dirty, apparently reusable, there is no other explanation. If you ask to bring a coke or sprite to the bar, one glass of 0.3 - 20 dirhams is 600 rubles. And it's not even in season!!! In Marriott Sochi, cola costs 300 rubles in the season, but it's not even close to Marriott!!! In the dining room, not the restaurant)) After arrival on January 31-1, there are constant queues, there are no tables or mugs. There is simply not enough staff to assemble tables and bring washed dishes. The hotel is a little "tired", with"at one time with a luxurious renovation, but not bad, the main thing is that it is clean everywhere and the rooms are cleaned every day, but at your request.That is, every day the maids ring the doorbell and ask:Do I need cleaning or what needs to be changed?Should I bring water or change towels?Alternatively, you can hang a tag on the handle asking you to clean the room and or not to disturb.

The staff at the reception is responsive, Russian-speaking staff are always present, and the entire staff understands a lot of Russian.

You can officially change the room on the spot, for an additional fee, if you don't like it, but before check-in.
The sea is across the street, close, 3-5 min walk or 1 minute drive by car, which run every 3-5 minutes between the hotel and the beach.

We checked out of the hotel at 14:30, when asked to stay in the room for 2 hours until 14:00, we were politely refused, citing the influx of vacationers.

We stayed at this hotel with the children at the end of December 2024 for 10 nights. The room is an all-inclusive standard. The hotel itself, although not new, does not have anything shabby, broken, or frankly outdated. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The furniture in the room is also in very good condition for a hotel that was not built last year. The room service is good. The cleaner came twice a day and asked if anything was needed (to clean up, water, tea, toiletries, take out the trash or something else). Sometimes I forgot to leave my tea, but this did not affect the quality of cleaning and attitude in any way.
The entire hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. Almost everyone at the reception is Russian-speaking.
It is a 4-minute walk to the beach or golf carts take you from the hotel entrance every 5 minutes. The hotel's beach is small, with a bar and a volleyball court. There were always enough sun beds. The guys from flyfish are handsome.
There is a small promenade area along the sea, but it is quite sufficient and cozy for a walk after dinner. If you want to take a walk, you can walk a hundred meters from the hotel and there will be a long promenade area. But you need to keep in mind that this is all on the alluvial island and shops, pharmacies, etc. Not within walking distance.
Food. A buffet with a strong emphasis on oriental cuisine. The choice of salads is good, there are vegetables, herbs, melons, watermelons, pineapples, oranges. Porridges, soups, and side dishes are quite diverse. To taste, everything is average, sometimes something is delicious. Shingles are fire. The bread is delicious and fresh and there is a large selection. Meat is a small choice, but you can always strengthen yourself with something (chicken, beef, mutton a couple of times a week). At Christmas, there was a barbecue in the courtyard of the hotel, sushi and lots of cake.
Chef Mamutu - a special huge thank you! He is a wonderful person, thanks to whom we had no problems with our son, who eats only a few foods (from the buffet he could only eat pancakes, bread and watermelon). Mamut made him French fries every meal and treated him personally (after he saw on our first day that the child was sick and he wasn't eating anything).
Upon arrival, they asked for a room with a balcony. He was released a day later and we were moved into it without any problems. They also offered additional services for free. the bed (we didn't need it, but if you order it booked, it costs a lot). In general, for your money, a good beach hotel without animation and other entertainment for children.

There is a construction site around, trucks drive until night and start again at 6, you will not be able to rest. The nearest grocery store is 3.5 km away. Next to it there is an alcohol store and a pharmacy if anyone needs it. You can only get to the shopping malls by taxi. To Dubai, you can go 1.15 approximately with a taxi driver to arrange a round trip of $ 150.

We are in the hotel now. We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. We did not have to wait until 15 o'clock, we were given a room with a balcony overlooking the beach 645 immediately upon arrival, and there is a construction site under the windows and it is noisy all day and all night. The builders are especially trying to rattle at 7 a.m., so you won't be able to sleep any longer. Regarding the service, it is clear that the staff is trying, but they are sewn up, there are simply not enough of them. Hence the poor-quality cleaning, untidy tables in the restaurant.
On the second day we came to the beach. There are no beachboys on the beach, so no one makes sure that there are enough sunbeds. We arrived at 11 o'clock. There are either people or just towels on all the sun beds... moreover, I watched people leave for lunch and leave towels on the sun beds.
In other hotels, if there are towels, but there are no things, then towels are removed from the sunbed.... so go and justify yourself later, why don't you have a towel or a card for issuing it! One or two would have been punished like that, the rest would have thought about it... well, or add sun beds. There is a mountain of broken sun beds, shyly covered with a cloth. Will they be repaired? Hardly, but they don't take it out either.
We just sat on the beach on chairs, took a swim and went to the room. There was no comfort on the beach. About the queue for drinks is generally a separate topic.
I complained to the reception about the lack of free sunbeds and wrote to the hotel's website. A day later, 30 pieces of deck chairs were put up. So they heard me. Don't be silent, tell me if something is wrong!!

Reception. Waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. Then 40 minutes of waiting for our reservation. A room with a view of the pool and a balcony, with one bed. The bed is large, we slept in the fourth without any problems.

Nice hotel. It is located on the seashore, but you can not swim there. They take you swimming in rickshaws, drive a couple of minutes, walk to the beach from the hotel in 5 minutes. It's quite comfortable. There is a small promenade with benches near the hotel. There are no shops nearby, but I would like to. The beach is clean, the sunbeds are decent. We only had breakfast and dinner included, so instead of dinner we could have lunch of our choice. They always go to meet the guests. They moved into a suite instead of a standard room. Since the three of us flew, it turned out quite conveniently. No extra charges even. The only thing is that the windows in one of the rooms did not open at all (I assume they were just broken), and the bathroom faucet did not switch to the shower. But there was also a shower, so we didn't even deal with this issue. The food is good, the cleaning is daily and thorough, the linen was changed every day. We are happy with our vacation.

We visited the hotel from March 14 to March 24, 2025. With 3 children, 10 years old and twins 1.5 years old.
