Vacationed at this hotel in March 2023.
The hotel itself evokes positive impressions. So in order:
1. Located on a bulk island. It does not cause discomfort. Very quiet place
2. The beach is private, across the road (there are almost no cars), a golf cart (shuttle) goes to the beach, so if you are too lazy to walk 100 meters, you can take your ass to the beach with a breeze.
3. There is a bar on the beach (who has everything included, free drinks, except cocktails, the rest is paid), sun beds, awnings, a gentle entrance to the water. At low tide, you can find starfish on the shallows. There is an opportunity to ride a jet ski and some other attractions. I don't know the price, we didn't ride.
4. Check-in at the hotel: we arrived at 10 o'clock in the morning, we were checked in at about 12.30, because there were no available rooms. We must pay tribute to the staff that we were constantly kept informed when the room would be ready, despite the fact that check-in at 14)))
5. In the evening, if you leave the hotel, then you can meet wild foxes about 100m away, they were specially brought to the island to catch rodents, but as it turned out it was easier for them to walk and beg for food from people or eat in hotel dumps))), they are not tame, but they come close enough to a person, absolutely friendly, a lot of foxes with them.
6. Infrastructure: it simply does not exist outside the hotel)) in addition to one recreation area in the form of a park with benches and a playground, there is a tennis court, a football field, a small park, an embankment with benches, a couple of cafes on the territory of the hotel. There is a heated swimming pool on site.
7. The dining room of the hotel is a separate story :) at the entrance, you will be marked according to the list that you can eat, and then you never know who will eat something extra.
8. If anyone is interested in driving to the city, then it's only by taxi. Public stransport is practically absent in the UAE. The price of a trip to the city is about 1800 rubles. for our money, in local currency it is about 60-65 dirhams.
The rooms are excellent, everything is relatively new, cleaning almost every day.

It is better not to travel here for the next 3-5 years while construction is underway. You will wake up at 6 a.m. from a pile-driving machine. The roads in front of the hotel are blocked. I was surprised that the nearby hotels had 4* but were located on the first line of the beach, this hotel is behind the road, you need to walk along the construction fences to the sea. The hotel itself is not bad in terms of food and style, but the remoteness from the sea, the construction site, and the lack of any entertainment do not pull the top five. It is very very dark in the rooms. Who cares, there are no shops nearby. The nearest one is 40 minutes from the hotel through the construction sites.

A great hotel, I liked everything: the quality of cleaning, restaurant staff, delicious food. Breakfast and lunch or dinner were enough for us, since there is a large time interval for eating. Earlier I read reviews that construction work is underway nearby to improve the territory, but this does not interfere in any way, the passage to the sea is excellent, it takes 3 minutes to walk, you can take a ride on a golf cart. When the work is completed, I believe that the price will increase, so I recommend visiting 5 stars for a reasonable price.

But if you don't eat much there, then in Ras el Khaimah you eat everything and everything is delicious. The sea is warm and clean. The beach is seashell sand. There is not much animation for children except for the pirates' room and slot machines, we were there once. On the beach you can catch crabs and sand crabs and stars in the water. Children are interested. There is no animation for adults. There is only one disadvantage of the hotel: there is no civilization around. To the shops by taxi. Taxis are expensive. I am currently vacationing in this hotel, 503 rooms with a beautiful view from the balcony, before the trip I read several negative reviews and got upset.But in vain!Harmful people will find something to complain about everywhere! Nice hotel. "Five arrivals of the early 2000s", a little already patched up, but quite cozy. The kitchen is a cannon, the pool and the pool area are pleasant, the pool bar has a slow staff. I liked the hotel upon arrival.We stopped by on Monday.On Thursday, local Indians began to visit.The restaurant is full of noise from them.Children run around with dirty hair shaking the dishes at the distribution.They ride jet skis on the beach, so there's nothing to breathe, there's only fumes from them.The food is monotonous, but there seems to be enough of everything.There is always chicken, fish, lamb or beef for lunch and dinner.Fruits: apples, oranges, melon, sometimes pineapple.If you take the all-inclusive rate: the beach bar provides alcoholic beverages from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., then the bar closes.There is a pool bar until 20_30.There are no more bars.In the restaurant, you can also order alcoholic beverages during meals, but they bring it for a very long time, you will have time to eat everything, if you order beer, then you will normally quickly get poisoned two days before departure.I couldn't eat anything for a day, I coped with antibiotics.

The hotel is beautiful, located on the 1st line; it is a 5-minute walk to the sea, as soon as you leave the hotel door, they immediately offer to take you to the sea on a golf cart. The beach is sandy, the bottom is sand, without sudden changes in depth. The services at the hotel are as expected for a 5* hotel. We took breakfast , a wide range of dishes, everything is very fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly, if something ends up in the room, everything will be brought or replaced immediately upon request. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything is perfect, the rest was great, it was very cool here! We will come back again and recommend it to our friends.

The hotel is a solid 4-ka, there are pros and cons. From the pros: amazing staff, respond to all requests instantly, very clean, the rooms are large, spacious, the view from the window is beautiful. Of the minuses: the bottom of the sea is full of algae, is it really impossible to clean the beach? The food was heavy for us, although the choice is quite large, there is no children's menu.

The promenade along the shore at the hotel is on one side of the bulk part of the island, the beach is on the other, you need to cross the road to use a buggy. A slight inconvenience on the beach due to the construction of a new hotel. But it doesn't bother in any way, everything is fenced. We were in this hotel for a week from 17.03 to 24.03.23. Impressions are positive. The food is delicious, the weather is gorgeous, the sea is warm.
The hotel is on the first line, but there is a private beach across the street. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk, but you can also go by delivery. The beach is equipped with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas. During our vacation, there were few people around the pool and on the beach. The beach is a small shell, like coarse sand. There is little entertainment for children. We went with 2 children aged 8 and 6. In the evening we went to the children's playground next to the hotel or walked along the embankment to the fountains opposite the Tree Doble Hotel. And now about the number. We had a chic room on the second floor with a comfortable and soft bed, a large TV with Russian channels (2 or 3) and a balcony.sea view. The only thing is that a trip to the gold shop and to the fur shop, which was included in the price of the voucher, was superfluous. The prices are huge, although you can also buy at reasonable prices in any other store in Dubai.

However, there is no access to the beach, you have to go across the road and some kind of construction site. In the hotel itself, they thought of doing repairs on New Year's holidays too. It overshadowed the whole vacation. A great hotel for your money. We had a rest in early December 2023. The arrival was early by flyers at 5.30 am, we got to the hotel in 1 hour and 10 minutes. They settled right away. We were given a nice room with a sea view, although we booked a regular one. The room is large, with a large bathroom, which has both a bathtub and a shower, and a separate bidet, a large balcony with a table and three chairs. The room is clean, although a little tired, but such things do not bother us.
The food is good, those who write that they are starving, I would like to ask, but at home there is daily restaurant food. There are always plenty of tables, there are no queues for anything (unlike most hotels in Turkey and Egypt).
The sea is beautiful, clean, warm, deep enough even at low tide. There are plenty of sunbeds and towels, no one steals anything.
We took half board, it was enough. In dutik, they took beer on arrival, it was enough for the whole vacation.
The hotel is on the island-there are no exchangers, no shops, no cafes. Russian charging is only turned on in the bathroom.
We will definitely come here again

One day was windy, cool (at most a light hoodie and thin jeans), as well as T-shirts, dresses, sundresses,trousers/jeans light only,light clothes (cotton, linen), open shoes.
19. The water is very warm in the bay, we swam every day. There is probably water in the heated pool. We didn't swim there, but we touched some water.
20. Things were dried on the balcony. We had a balcony in our room.

If you are 70+ then this is your hotel.
1) If you are with children, you are definitely not here, there is not a single game room, then what is represented by the "Pirate Room" is a horror, there are 3 vending machines and billiards.The kids are just going crazy here.
2) Animation-yes, there is simply no animation, there is no staff..There is no staff at all, cleaning after lunch is when your child is sleeping.There is one person in the bar-he pours, he collects, I wouldn't be surprised if he also washes the glasses.
3) The food is just terrible-it's the same thing every day, I don't understand at all how they got such a rating, the food sucks!every day rice, terrible pasta and terrible meat-my family and I, after 3 days of stay, began to have dinner at the shopping center.
4) Alcohol-well, this is space in general, all bars close at 17:30 (3 in total)there is one left until 22:40, then they are too lazy to work.
Here, in general, everything dies after sunset-apparently "twilight" and you have to run home.
Conclusion, the all-inclusive system is not theirs.The hotel is rubbish, mold everywhere, pool, bathroom in the room.Everyone who gives them 5 stars has definitely never been in it, but if they suddenly were, apparently you got a ticket for free.

We rested at the hotel from 15 to 22.09.24. The hotel does not pull for 5 solid 3. The food is monotonous.Queues at the restaurant. People stand at the door for half an hour for dinner to come in. We rested at the hotel from 19 to 28. 03 2023. I liked everything! A new, modern hotel with comfortable and clean rooms that were cleaned every day. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, ironing board, iron, hair dryer. Towels are changed daily, water, tea, coffee are brought. Mind-blowing view from the balcony, we had a 6th floor with a view of the pool and the bay. A large beach with convenient access to the sea and a huge number of sun beds and umbrellas. Everything is clean everywhere! Very! Friendly staff, constantly doing their job. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!! I really want to come back!!!

Many thanks to the chefs of this hotel! For breakfast, lunch and dinner - 5 points. Varied, fresh and delicious food! Lots of salads, desserts. Hot is not a big choice, but always delicious meat and fish! This is the 3rd trip to the UAE, the best food in this hotel.
I'll start with Marjan Island: just an hour's drive from Dubai Airport. A beautiful bulk spit. On one side are boulders from the pier, on the other- beaches. From all rooms there is a sea view practically, while there is a huge number of free places for hotels nearby.
There is a nice embankment where you can walk. The island is quiet and peaceful. There are no parties. Beach: not sand, but shell rock. Kids don't like it, and I advise the elderly to wear shoes. They cut their legs with shells or stones. The entrance to the beach is flat, there is a low tide. If you like swimming, you won't like it. Quiet bay, plenty of sun beds. Bar with drinks (all inclusive:only juices, soda, tea and coffee, water), food and ice cream (only for a fee).
About the sea:February is cold, but you get used to it and you can swim. I liked the sea more than in Dubai:cleaner, there is something to see: fish, stars and even a turtle swam.
An electric car takes you to the beach. That's super! The child was delighted. Although it's a 5-minute walk to the beach.
Hotel: old, in need of renovation. The balcony door, bathroom plumbing and air conditioning did not work in our superior room! Why they take a deposit is not clear. About the deposit, be sure to change dollars and give strictly in dirhams. The course is not profitable, it will be returned in dirhams. They will take away the tourist tax. Or pay by card.
Reception: I didn't like anyone at all! Vanity, pretended to solve your questions! Arrived at this hotel for the first time, no information... We had to approach ourselves almost every day and ask and find out everything. Sadly. So welcome the guests!
For children: there is a shameful playground on the beach, although the place is good, under palm trees, in the shade. There is a good playground next to a football field and a tennis court, but the whole day in the sun. Full house in the evening. And there is a pirate club, for your money :)))) upon arrival, they give out 1 card per child, 25 dirhams on it, this is about 3-4 times to ride. Then you put the money and go ahead... There is a children's club, with an unclear schedule. They were not allowed, without a tutor, to come in to play. And with the tutor, the child refused. That's it! Neither 16 years, nor 10 years, nor 3 years was interesting, and in the evenings it was boring. The children had fun in groups, according to interests and languages, as they could themselves.
Pools: small, heated, shallow. The small one is comfortable with kids up to 3 years old. Since the hotel is built with the letter P, the pool is covered by the sun for a short time, from about 11 to 15.
The hotel has a small shop with snacks, beer, chocolate, ice cream and juices. And there are basic necessities. There is a shop with swimming accessories and bicycles can be rented.
Near the hotel there are electric scooters and a soft running road.
There is always a taxi.
In general, a nice and quiet hotel!

The hotel has no infrastructure, there is a construction site around, you can only go somewhere by taxi or on an excursion, you have to stand in a kilometer-long queue for everything to eat, you can't set up air conditioning in the rooms, it will always blow cold, just turn it off completely, there are not even changing rooms on the beach that is tied to the hotel
