Nice hotel. Clean, beautiful. There is everything you need. The restaurant serves delicious food, but it is expensive. Breakfast for a family - two adults and a child - cost us 102 Belarusian rubles. The location of the hotel is very convenient, everything is close)) the staff is polite, but they do not congratulate the guest on his birthday))) it's a little annoying to wait while the security checks the room at the check-out. We travel often and visit different hotels, there is no such check-out anywhere. The feeling that the guest is not trusted... Someone here wrote in a review that they were forced to pay for a soiled bathrobe...I think that the cost of washing is included in a fairly high cost of living and going to check the bathrobes at check-out is a bit strange... We were fine, but it still feels unpleasant while you're waiting. And yes, one liter bottle a day is not enough for three people. I think we will come back again, although I doubt it a little))

The hotel is good. The chandelier is the most gorgeous thing in this hotel!!!!5+❤ The location is good in the park. The city center!!!! The rooms are good. There are a lot of cosmetics in the bathroom, they clean perfectly. The maids are 5+. 1 liter of water in a large bottle, unusually, per room. There is no coffee and cream, stated in the room at the time of booking, for 5 arrivals. The restaurant is very small. It has only been opened since the time of Covid. Breakfast is not included in the menu. The menu is small. They cook very well. Cook👍5+. The staff is 5+👍. They have a problem with the reception, the human factor, to the question: Why is there no coffee and cream in the room, the administrator's answer on May 10: Coffee in the restaurant!!!! It is unacceptable for a guest to give such an answer!!!! Security 5+. The building is also being demolished under the window, it does not interfere, it is temporary. P.S. It turns out that there is no respect for the hotel guests at all, in response to my review, the representative of the hotel addresses me, Ekaterina, they did not even look that my name is Olga!!!! This is the 5th check-in hotel!!!! I have been in many countries of the world, and in Russia, there was no such thing anywhere in hotels, they have some kind of wildness checking rooms when checking in, sitting at the reception and waiting for the search to take place after your arrival in the hotel room. The hotel seems to be in the center and seems to be a little away. Such a quiet, almost courtyard-like place. But everything is nearby. And catering and transport, including metro, accessibility. The location of the hotel is fantastic! All interesting locations are within walking distance.
The staff is polite, friendly, friendly, ready to help with any question. We lived in a family room on the 7th floor. The room is large, bright and air-conditioned. It was possible to open the window, if necessary. The bathroom had everything you needed. The room is cleaned daily. The hotel itself is very stylish, the chandelier in the center is gorgeous, especially in the evening. Breakfast was not included in the price, but the restaurant in the hotel was working. A la carte breakfasts for an additional fee. It was delicious, we definitely recommend the hotel!

A wonderful hotel, everything you need in the room, fresh clean plumbing, a full set of towels. Room cleaning every day. The location of the hotel is very good, all the main attractions are in the center, there are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The staff at the hotel is polite and helpful. A great hotel within walking distance of everything that can be useful. The center and the metro are 5 minutes away on foot.
It takes 20 minutes to walk from the railway station. Or take a taxi for 5 minutes.
Everything is clean and new. Beautiful interior. Everything you need is in the room.

We were at the end of July. Great hotel! Clean, cozy. There is a smoking area on the floor. The air conditioner is working properly. There are no complaints about plumbing. Expensive is rich. This is the main feeling of the hotel. Everything is clean, fresh, pompous. It is located near all the sights of Minsk. I would point out that this is not about a family vacation. Couples will be most comfortable there.
The restaurant is also beautiful, not the most affordable in terms of prices, the range of dishes is small, but delicious.

The hotel is a maximum of 3 stars, the price for 3 nights in a standard room without breakfast was 35,000, the location is not very convenient and it takes 15 minutes to walk from the train station.
Towels/ bathrobes should have been changed long ago, it's a shame to give them to guests of a 5-star hotel.....

Beautiful hotel, liked the location too, clean, everything is changed and cleaned. We were there for two days. An amazing chandelier, for which we stopped by it. Of the very big disadvantages, there is no restaurant, it is closed and, accordingly, any food in the hotel, there is only tea in the room, there is no coffee, there is also only a liter bottle of water for three adults for a day. Since we stopped by late in the evening, there are no convenience stores nearby, in the morning we had to run 2 blocks for water. There are no coolers in the hotel either. At the reception, they also did not offer to give an additional one.water, although I went down in the morning with the question of where to buy it. The SPA is very nominal, a small swimming pool and a dry sauna, with a capacity of 4-5 people throughout the entire territory of this spa. It is difficult to call a swimming pool more than a font-a large Jacuzzi.
Overall, the impression was pleasant, there was no negative, the staff was polite and friendly.

A wonderful hotel. It is made in a modern and tasteful way. The room has everything you need: bathrobes, slippers, bathroom filling, a kettle with tea and coffee + a good mini-bar. Room cleaning and change of towels daily. There is a large parking lot right next to the hotel. The staff is friendly.
We had breakfast in the restaurant, everything is delicious and beautifully served))
The location is within walking distance from the main attractions, there are also good cafes nearby.

I am pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room is spacious (even standard), everything is very fresh. I disagree with the comment that the hotel is "tired" - in my opinion everything is new and well maintained. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, there is tea in the room, and all the accessories in the bathroom (even a toothbrush and a razor. The room is bright (I took it on the 5th floor). The spa from 9 to 12 is included for guests. The sauna is clean and hot, the pool is clean and even with the current. I really liked it. We didn't try breakfast (not included in the price), but we were offered a voucher for free coffee (not used, but it was nice). Located in the center, it is very convenient to walk.

Room 404. A lovely hotel and a great room. The key to everything is VENTILATION!!! It works great! Respect! In the bathroom, the shower enclosure does not allow water to penetrate outside. Hot water comes immediately. A mixer with a thermostat. A comfortable large mattress and a comfortable pillow. Get enough sleep and regain your strength definitely! Excellent serving of breakfast dishes! "Difloppe" in the best sense of the word. Well done. I liked the chandelier in the hall very much. And tea bags in the room too. Surprisingly good.

Wonderful hotel! Big, but cozy. We didn't have a particularly large, but spacious room. Excellent sound insulation, the Windows of our room looked out on Nemiga, but the room is very quiet, I slept very well. Daily cleaning, replacement of towels, bathrobes and cosmetics. Friendly staff. The SPA area on the 1st floor, a sauna and a pool with hydro massage are beautiful. The location of the hotel is just super - the very center of Minsk, in three days we went around and saw almost all the famous and not so famous sights. Even a restaurant that is not working in the hotel did not spoil the mood, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. We really liked this hotel. I recommend

A very decent level of the hotel. A wonderful mattress on the bed, which is rare, a choice of pillows. The room is clean, the air conditioner worked without sticking the card into the receiver, which is a big plus. We stayed for one night, so I won't say much for the service - we didn't use it much. I'll skip about the food, too, because we ate outside.
It was a little annoying that at the check-out they asked to wait for 5 minutes until the guard took the room. A little out of line with the hotel. You already have the card, any losses can be written off without acceptance, as in the whole world.

We were in two , overall a good hotel and pleasant responsive staff . There is parking , a sauna and a small swimming pool . The room was clean . Of the minuses, I can single out that they give out one key, and it turns out if one person leaves and the second sleeps, then in the end everyone gets up) also , the water in the pool is cool , I think you can make it warmer . There are moments in the sauna that need to be repaired , for example , the board departs on the second row . It is also not very convenient to take towels from the room, I think you can give them to the room and downstairs, and it was generally cool to install water with lemon, after the sauna it would be good at all. And finally , I would like a bigger blanket , since it 's not enough for two ) . The restaurant is closed now , but this is temporary . In general, there is something to improve and a little and it will definitely be 5. I recommend to stay and we will definitely return.

We came a second time.
Everything was great the first time, so we came back.
This time (6.01.25-8.01.25) the cleaning was disappointing, the dust lay in a layer 2 weeks ago. Number 607.
The funny thing is that on the bedside table under the TV, where there was dust, there was a hotel catalog, so someone ran a finger over a layer of dust on it before me.
During the eviction, she made a remark at the reception, the girl was of course surprised and said that of course she would tell them to check, but by the way (!) they didn't even apologize.
One more nuance. There was and still is a casino on the territory of the hotel. But this time it didn't work, they said it would open in a few days, it's strange that you don't warn the guests about it. This was one of the selection criteria.
On our next trip to Minsk, let's think a few times before choosing this hotel.
It is strange that the hotel does not include breakfast. Only tea bags are brought to the room, there is no coffee or cream.

One star only for the beautiful chandelier.
Those small advantages that were initially noted (for example, location) disappeared by the end of your stay at this hotel.
When approaching the hotel, the first thing they saw was a building under construction nearby. This was not warned when booking the room. I managed to sleep on the day off only until 8:00, then they started hammering outside the window.
Upon entering the hotel door, I was confused by an unpleasant smell (either chemicals, or something else ...)
Business number. The reservation was for two people: the room was staffed for only one person, I had to ask to bring it. There is 1 liter of water in the room, they did not bring any more. This is very little. Regarding the coffee, which was not there at all, the cleaner replied: "it's a strain with coffee" 😄
The "tired" room: scuffed legs of tables and chairs. I was confused by the tulle on the windows, the color is not white, yellowish. Most likely, it has not been washed for a long time, there are big doubts that this is a "native" color.
The bathrobes in the room are designed for people no taller than 1.6m. The husband is 1.98m tall. One of the robes had a torn armpit and a torn pocket. If they knew what would start at the end of the "wonderful" stay, they would ask for a replacement, but at that stage they just smiled. In vain... 😄
About the SPA. I can't imagine how more than 4 people can be there at the same time. And also imagine that you can only stay there from 9:00 to 12:00. It's strange, because at 11:58 they call - "pack your things and get out", and you, as if theoretically, can still be in the SPA)))
I.e., obviously stay 9:00-11:30 for all guests.
Other hotels offer a much more convenient evening time for guests - 20:00 -23:00
There is nowhere to eat in the hotel right now, the restaurant is closed.
But the most unpleasant moment was waiting for the eviction: while the "search" of the room was going on, we waited downstairs. And this, to put it mildly, is annoying. As a result, the cleaner found a foot towel stained with street dirt (it's rainy outside, mud), which touched the dirty bottom of the suitcase. The cleaner allegedly already managed to soak the towel and try to wash it and, oh horror, she failed.
We didn't want to be there anymore, so we just paid 25p for this old towel and finally left this "nice hotel"
The staff is not familiar with the word "customer orientation"
Conclusion: you don't need to be guided to the beautiful pictures of the hotel's Instagram page, you should have read the reviews here 🙂
And, of course, we will never return here again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone for accommodation.

The room is spacious, equipped with everything you need, the cleaning is excellent, everything is clean. It's a pity there is no buffet for breakfast, it was really not enough. I really liked the hotel. Beautiful, in a single pompously luxurious style, with a stunning chandelier 7 floors high. We took an improved double room - very spacious, clean. It is very bright thanks to the wide windows on two walls. Everything is clean, the furniture and plumbing are in good condition. The staff is polite, the location of the hotel is convenient, there are many cafes nearby, you can walk to the main attractions. We were very satisfied!

A pleasant hotel, a lot of gold and beautiful decor elements, but the cost and number of stars do not match the quality of the rooms (the wooden elements are all shabby, the shower stall does not close until the end, the TV, despite being framed in the form of a golden frame, does not have a package of services for watching movies / channels through additional programs).
Room service consists in replenishing supplies by type of shampoos, as well as making the bed without changing the pastel linen and without conducting a general cleaning part in the room.
There are no special offers for the birthday, however, the hotel where our friends stayed, upon learning about it, provided additional bonuses, even though we were not guests.
In general, the hotel is pleasant, has its own restaurant and spa complex, but we will not stop any more.

There are many very decent restaurants nearby. The only drawback: the lack of a restaurant in the hotel. The issue of breakfast was solved in the nearest supermarket. We ate sandwiches for a long time. Still, it's hard to wait for the restaurant to open from morning to 11-12 o'clock. I love this place, but the hotel requires a complete renovation: everything is already very "tired", including wiring (you can hear it), water supply, extractor hood - which is like a drill, cracks and buzzes very much. The furniture is all dead: worn, badly damaged. The beds and mattresses are comfortable, there is a choice of pillows!
The staff, as always, tries very hard to make your stay comfortable. The room has a kettle, tea and coffee + a mini-bar. Boiled white and perfectly ironed linen + towels + bathrobes, everything in the room (except old carpets) is clean. Cosmetics are always available and replenished in the bathroom and hallway.
I hope that the owners will update this pearl and it will be as before

The hotel is in the center of the city, I would also like the opportunity to enter it without going around from the main street through a small square. The staff is attentive, everything is beautiful and pompous, the chandelier is generally a fire. The Windows overlooked the destroyed building and people at this construction site work on weekends from 7 a.m., but the double-glazed windows in the hotel are very good, the audibility is zero, only you need to turn on the split system, and it makes noise. There is parking, places on it too, all detergents are present, even combs and razors, bathrobes and slippers. I would also really like breakfast to be included in the room rate. As it is, everything is fine, you liked it.

They forgot to warn about this procedure. They replied that it was necessary to read the rules of accommodation. Apparently this is a more important activity for the guests.The windows do not close tightly, it does not whistle like a child in a strong wind. At least the heating in the room was working.
