We have known this hotel for a long time and love it very much for its comfort and service. But this time it's four stars, because there's no restaurant, it's very inconvenient. We are waiting for the restaurant to open. We will definitely come again.

At the reception at the check-out, other visitors (not hotel guests) were rude, but the security put them in place very delicately, thank you!

The appearance of the hotel is 10/10, but the service is insanely lame.
First, you cannot control the temperature in the room yourself, the reception said that the thermostat is blocked for self-regulation.
In the evening, the floors are just icy, as is the whole room.
There is no restaurant area at the hotel, everything is only in the room. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order food at night, the kitchen and bar are closed at this time.
On the 1st floor, everything was disappointing, the pool is very small and cold, the gym area is the only simulator.
The sofas are very worn, it is clear that many things have not been updated or cared for for a very long time.
The hotel is not being monitored at all.

Service:
when checking in at the reception, they told me that in the two-room room (superior family), which I paid for two weeks before arrival, they would lock the second room with a key, since the room was supposedly designed for three, and I arrived only with my adult son, and there were only two of us, not three. Although it was obvious from the armor. They offered to sleep in the same bed. SHOCK!!! They would also offer to move someone in for the kit! There was no one from the Administration! Only after a prolonged scandal and instructions !The guard! We agreed to open a second room with a separate bed.
Food:
it doesn't come from the word "at all", as the restaurant is chronically closed. There is no bar either! The mini bar in the room is surprisingly meager, despite the fact that the price tag is inadequate. A large sign at the entrance: "Buta Casino" is a complete fake.
Staff: except for the girl at the reception and the security guard, I did not meet…
In general, I plunged into the "unobtrusive" service of the last century.
Don't even think about the 4* hotel category!
I do not recommend it…

It's very beautiful, the staff is very good! We couldn't take our eyes off the young employees)) the room is clean, the TV is working, everything is OK! The only thing that confused me was the restaurant.. We went to breakfast, took an omelet. Well, you have to try to ruin an omelet... just a tasteless sole! And salmon (added additionally)- as if there was ice cream, after which they waited for the bill for 20 minutes, tried to prove to us that everything was OK and we had to pay, but they still took it away and deleted it from the bill :) so everything is ok! We highly recommend it!)

I visited the sauna in this hotel. A luxury sauna. I won't say that she impressed me with something special, but the cleanliness and order were pleasantly surprised, there was no "mlyadyushnik" raid. Adults were provided with bathrobes, towels, hats for the steam room and disposable (surprisingly comfortable) slippers. The hotel staff is friendly, the lobby is fresh and beautifully done. The steam room in the sauna is quite large, we warmed up at a satisfactory level.
The price also corresponded to the status of the sauna. But I would recommend to visit
