From the point of view of the price-quality ratio, it's just super. Everything is decent inside (even different types of pillows can be ordered) and the location is convenient.
I really liked the chandelier) see the attached photo.
However, there were no breakfasts, as the restaurant is under renovation. And don't get fooled by the breakfast delivery. We were promised no more than half an hour, but we had to wait almost an hour and a half.

I am very glad that I chose this hotel. Despite the huge building it occupies, the hotel is very cozy. The room is quiet and very clean, daily cleaning, individual air conditioning, excellent quality textiles, pillow menu for every taste, consumables are replenished every day. Unfortunately, it was not possible to evaluate the spa, but I am sure that everything is fine there too. Special thanks to the staff, everyone with whom I had a chance to talk was very welcoming and friendly.
The conditional disadvantages include the lack of a restaurant, but it was a separate pleasure for me to walk around the neighborhood in the morning and find another cozy warm place with delicious coffee and fluffy omelette. Thanks! Next time, just come here.

Nice modern hotel. Everything you need to stay is there. The decor of the room was thought out by the designer. Furniture and materials are not cheap. The restaurant didn't work, but it's not a problem downtown and there are many places to eat nearby. The price is reasonable, the staff is polite.

1. When checking in, the room keys did not work, the attempt to reprogram did not lead to anything. Only the intervention of the manager saved the situation.
2. In 3 days, the room was cleaned 1 time after contacting the reception. The second room was never cleaned. The bed was not changed.
3. At 7 a.m. on the last day of stay, the fire alarm went off. I woke up the child. I guessed well to call the reception: "Don't worry. A drill.". In the morning.
4. We just fell asleep. After 20 minutes, the siren sounded again and an evacuation announcement was made. And a similar response from the reception.
They're being bullied. 1 star (hopefully) it will help them improve.

Nice hotel. Attentive staff. I asked for wine glasses in the room, they answered at the reception that there was no connection with the restaurant (10 m from the counter), so I had to go down myself. It's kind of weird for the money.

We stayed at this hotel from 03/08/2024 to 03/10/2024 - the room cards did not work, we had to go down several times and rewire them. At the check-out, they waited 20 minutes for the room to be accepted, as a result, they were presented with a bathrobe stained in green tea, they gave 1,500 rubles for dry cleaning, they did not argue. The impression of the hotel remained negative!

It was at this moment that the restaurant stopped working, that is, breakfast must be obtained in establishments 500-700 meters away, not all of them work even from 10 a.m.
This makes the whole logistics of the stay very difficult.
Customer orientation is 0, spa for residents only until 12.00 and at this time breakfast is just being prepared, the minibar does not match the description (nuts, chocolate are written but there are none). It's my birthday on the 24th - they didn't come up with anything, but they could at least offer free access to the spa. Just sleeping is expensive. By the way, fix the light bulb in room 705. It does not turn off at night.

It's not cheap. But there is nothing to complain about. My wife and I are very happy. We took the simplest, standard room for $ 92. Wonderful interior both in the hotel and in the room. The bed is gorgeous, there is a minibar, all toiletries/slippers/bathrobes are available. The SPA is included, Parking is available, the restaurant is around the clock, delicious and very, very inexpensive (surprisingly). The location is in the very center. The rooms are quiet. I don't know what else to add.....If I'm going to Minsk again, I'll definitely stay here!!!

The other day we stayed in this hotel in 601 rooms, we stopped in late at night tired. The first thing we came across was that the key they gave us didn't work, but it was basically nothing, the boy quickly came up, opened it, and brought us another key. The second, and most important, is a poorly cleaned room, only three long black female hairs were found on two pillows, they were also present in the shower cabin. And the third thing is the lack of breakfast, the restaurant was not working for technical reasons. We paid 12 thousand rubles per night for the room in Russian money, and for this money we got a dirty room, so we also stayed hungry. I'm sorry, but for the money that we will pay, we could have come up with some kind of breakfast option. For the remaining days in Minsk, we decided to stay in another hotel. The room itself is large and comfortable.

Nice hotel, great location. Everything is polite and comfortable. There is a casino in the building (it does not bother at all, if this is not the goal), there is also an exchanger, an independent restaurant from the hotel (unfortunately) with good cuisine, but very long in service (especially breakfast - lay 35-45min). Probably the only disadvantage is a very weak air conditioner (if it's hot outside - it happened during my stay, it will be uncomfortable).
