The chandelier is cool, but they turn it on for only an hour, every day from 22 to 23 hours.

Great hotel! The location is great! In downtown. New! Clean! Beds, mattresses - everything is fine! The only negative is that there are no breakfasts! But there is a Lido cafe nearby, which is open from 9: 00 and the choice of dishes is normal! I recommend it!

A great hotel. The room is super. All accessories are present, bathrobes, slippers, etc. A gorgeous chandelier in the hall))) Our accommodation also included a sauna and a swimming pool, but we did not have time to go. I boldly recommend the hotel.

A disgusting hotel. Everything is old, breaks at the slightest touch, you won't even notice what's broken. And you will be charged for what is broken.
On the first day in bed, there were 3 white hairs, although my son and I are dark-haired. The reception didn't even apologize.
There was no cleaning on the second day. When asked at 19:00 why there was no cleaning, the girls sweetly replied that they had not reached it yet. And with hope in their voice they asked, maybe we don't need cleaning? At 19 o'clock!!! In a hotel that positions itself at 5 stars and has hair of unknown origin in the beds.
Cleaning is one name. The beds were made, the towel was removed from the floor, but they did not give a new one.
The wallpaper in the room is torn off in a number of places, it is noticeable and looks ugly. In general, everything is very dilapidated.
The cherry on the cake, which made me put these jambs together and write here - when accepting the number (and this is 5-7 minutes, put them on departure necessarily) they said that we tore off the carvings in the mini-bar, which we opened 1 time to get Coca-Cola... well, they didn't tie the torn wallpaper to us. I had to pay for it. At the same time, I did not receive any apologies or compensation for the hair in the bed.
The food in the restaurant is so-so, keep in mind, there are better places for breakfast in the city.

A good hotel, located almost in the center of Minsk. Beautifully decorated. Among the disadvantages: the lack of a restaurant, many Windows overlook the prison, a construction site next to the hotel, the roar all day.

Of the cons: the hotel's website allows you to book a family room with a child, but this does not mean bedding for a child - they are for an additional fee. A very strange scheme.
The room is a little "tired", but not critical.
Of course, the lack of breakfast in the hotel is not good. We didn't go to the SPA.

I really liked the hotel. A quiet place, within walking distance from the most popular places in Minsk. Free parking. The rooms are chic, with good beds, slippers, bathrobes, air conditioning. One disadvantage is that there are no breakfasts, but it is easily offset by the many cafes within walking distance. Responsive managers. I highly recommend it.

I liked everything - great location, nice room, nice staff, reasonable price tag. Awesome chandelier! But there is one caveat. When leaving, they impose a humiliating procedure of "number acceptance", I thought this atavism no longer exists in Minsk.. I try not to have breakfast in hotels, I can't appreciate it, sorry.

The location is perfect! The very cent! Parking, spa, sauna, casino, restaurant closed until June, not critical! Near the Lido, restaurants, cafes, cheburechnaya and khinkalnaya, you will not stay hungry. I definitely recommend it!

We stayed here for the March holidays. We booked a room in Moscow with payment on the spot. We paid with a mir card upon check-in, the room was ready by the time we asked. The room is not very big; but comfortable, comfortable bed. There were problems with the shower, I don't know in all rooms, or I was lucky separately, the elastic bands in the shower fell off when we left, the handle flew out. But overall the hotel is good. When the restaurant is renovated (temporarily closed), I think it will be even better
