At the reception they demanded a mark in the passport, they would not settle without it, they say a Chinese citizen is here illegally, we explained that the Chinese partner flew in from Moscow on an international flight, there was no passport control on arrival, the documents were not checked. Then I called dozens of numbers and finally got through to the border control officer on duty, he asked again: "A Chinese citizen? Flew from Moscow?.. What kind of mark do you want from him?" I.e., with all his appearance, he made it clear that no stamps are required in the passport upon arrival. I handed the phone to the girl at the reception, the man repeated the same thing to her, she told him in response, but what about the Presidential Decree of 2017? The man replied, saying that this decree is no longer valid and there is a newer one in 2021, according to which Chinese citizens are exempt from these procedures. The girl naturally did not like that she was poked in ignorance of the current legislation, and she ran to call her boss for fun. Everything was audible. Her words literally: "Well, he (meaning the attendant) said that, in principle, you can not put (meaning a mark)." Agree, there are two big differences in how she distorted the information. As a result of all the conversations, she made it clear that she would love to move in, but her boss is against it and we are standing under the cameras... I don't understand what's what. As a result, we left there, settled into an adequate hotel without any problems, the staff promised help with a refund for the reservation, but the expedition service replied that the hotel refused to do it. Like that. Hypocritical... The boss admitted that the staff works according to the old laws, and the staff is touchy, incorrectly brings information to the management and is not customer-oriented.
The restaurant in the hotel has not been open for a year, after the laundry at the polo hotel, the village is divided into two sizes, shower accessories such as shampoo, shower gel are put in the butt and forget to update when cleaning, the girls at the reception are polite and friendly

Nice hotel, clean, nice rooms. The staff leaves much to be desired, it is worth being more friendly with the guests. The sauna and pool are open from 9 am to 11 am for guests for free, then you need to book and pay. It's a strange policy. For three days I did not notice the excitement at the hotel.

I really liked the hotel, it is quiet and peaceful. There is a parking lot especially for guests, the room was spacious and bright. By the way, it's great that there were panoramic windows in the room and blackout curtains (this decision is very important to me in the interior of the room). Responsive staff
The service leaves much to be desired. Upon check-in, the room was changed without explanation, cleaning the room during the stay was limited only to garbage removal
A good hotel, very good, but the cons are that the restoran does not work, the spa does not really get into the house. The location is good, in the very center of the city.
We have been staying in Bute for several years now. But, unfortunately, it's not as comfortable as it used to be. There is no restaurant, the schedule has changed in the spa area.

We booked a family room 3 weeks in advance. I chose it because of the pool, as teenage children need something to entertain in the evening.
I immediately said that I needed a late check-out at 6 p.m. I was warned that it would cost + 50%. At the same time, I ordered a transfer from the airport. We sent a confirmation of the service -30 bel.r. 2 days before the visit, they write that they cannot provide late check-out, because the hotel is overcrowded and my room is already booked. Well, it's not a problem: since I ideally needed a room only for 1 hour before departure, I was sure that I would be able to spend this time in the pool, which I wrote to the administrator about. Upon arrival, I was immediately charged for accommodation + transfer. On the eve of departure, I was offered to move to a standard room from 12-18 on the day of departure and pay for a full day. To my question "why for a full day?", I was told that this is already a new number and does not count as an extension :))
Well, YOU can't leave me in my room and I'm going to meet YOU, moving to another one and paying it 50%!!!?!! The manager disagreed with me). Then I asked to book a sauna for me on 16-18, so that there would only be a place to clean up before the plane, so there were things in the city during the day. The sauna turned out to be booked with 18-23 clients NOT staying at the hotel, and I was offered time until 17:30, which they managed to clean there. Ok. After 15 minutes, they called me and refused to do this, saying that they would not have time to remove it in 30 minutes))
It should be noted that during the 3 days of our stay at the hotel, we were not able to get into the pool for a single evening, as it was always booked by someone:(( . Simultaneously with the next refusal, they tell me that they made a mistake, and I owe not 30 b.r. for the transfer, but 30.$!!! Seriously?!?!))). Where did the services for $$$$ in a Belarusian hotel come from??! I'm not even talking about the fact that a car came for us, in the trunk of which only 1 suitcase fit, the second one was driving between the children in the back seat. And if there were 4 of us?!? And the meeting driver was wearing swim shorts. And for this $ 30 ?!?
To all of the above, it should be added that at the time of booking, no one warned that neither the restaurant nor the bar was open at the hotel! There is nothing at all! Breakfasts were offered for an additional fee from a neighboring institution. I.e., at the time of submission, everything will be guaranteed to be cold!!! We have a nice discussion about all this with the receptionist girl, who just gives me the manager's orders. After going through all the points, I clarify with her: is it exactly 5 *?!?! The receptionist apologized, saying that she completely agreed with me, but she was only a performer. After 15 minutes, I got a call again: the hotel decided to meet me halfway and allowed me to stay in my room until 4 p.m. for free! I sincerely thanked him, although I will remind you- I only need an hour 17-18 before departure to the airport. And now the cherry on the cake: at 2 p.m., when I was taking my luggage out of the room to leave it at the reception and go to the city, I got a call again: "the manager said he changed his mind about leaving you in the room for free if you don't pay $ 30"😂😂😂
I want to appeal to the owners of the hotel: urgently change the manager! I understand that in our difficult time, everyone wants to make money on whatever / whom they can, but do not stoop to hucksters- keep at least some level of stardom of world standards of hotels. With such a management policy, you don't even roll down to "bed& breakfast", but "only bed" (((because you don't even have breakfast now. It 's a shame , of course 🤦♀️

- we took a business room with a double bed, in fact two shifted desks
- and for dessert, a subjective fact: there is a light bulb on the ceiling that cannot be turned off, someone will probably like it, it annoyed me. The master was called, he also did not know how to turn it off. I went to get the stepladder to unscrew it.
