A wonderful hotel in the city center, all important places are within walking distance. The staff is extremely polite and customer-oriented, always ready to sincerely offer any help. The rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed here when the restaurant was closed, so there's nothing to say about the kitchen. But this hotel will be ideal for those who travel by car, because there is its own Parking lot, and for those who came from the railway station (the taxi ride took at most 7 minutes). Great hotel in the city center! Everything is nearby and the location is very convenient! This was a key factor in choosing a very clean room - there were bathrobes and slippers, washing sets and shampoos
The design and renovation are a bit old, but it didn't bother us. We were not in the spa area, the restaurant does not work / but it was for the best, there are such wonderful places for breakfast nearby

One star only for the beautiful chandelier.
Those small advantages that were initially noted (for example, location) disappeared by the end of your stay at this hotel.
When approaching the hotel, the first thing they saw was a building under construction nearby. This was not warned when booking the room. I managed to sleep on the day off only until 8:00, then they started hammering outside the window.
Upon entering the hotel door, I was confused by an unpleasant smell (either chemicals, or something else ...)
Business number. The reservation was for two people: the room was staffed for only one person, I had to ask to bring it. There is 1 liter of water in the room, they did not bring any more. This is very little. Regarding the coffee, which was not there at all, the cleaner replied: "it's a strain with coffee" 😄
The "tired" room: scuffed legs of tables and chairs. I was confused by the tulle on the windows, the color is not white, yellowish. Most likely, it has not been washed for a long time, there are big doubts that this is a "native" color.
The bathrobes in the room are designed for people no taller than 1.6m. The husband is 1.98m tall. One of the robes had a torn armpit and a torn pocket. If they knew what would start at the end of the "wonderful" stay, they would ask for a replacement, but at that stage they just smiled. In vain... 😄
About the SPA. I can't imagine how more than 4 people can be there at the same time. And also imagine that you can only stay there from 9:00 to 12:00. It's strange, because at 11:58 they call - "pack your things and get out", and you, as if theoretically, can still be in the SPA)))
I.e., obviously stay 9:00-11:30 for all guests.
Other hotels offer a much more convenient evening time for guests - 20:00 -23:00
There is nowhere to eat in the hotel right now, the restaurant is closed.
But the most unpleasant moment was waiting for the eviction: while the "search" of the room was going on, we waited downstairs. And this, to put it mildly, is annoying. As a result, the cleaner found a foot towel stained with street dirt (it's rainy outside, mud), which touched the dirty bottom of the suitcase. The cleaner allegedly already managed to soak the towel and try to wash it and, oh horror, she failed.
We didn't want to be there anymore, so we just paid 25p for this old towel and finally left this "nice hotel"
The staff is not familiar with the word "customer orientation"
Conclusion: you don't need to be guided to the beautiful pictures of the hotel's Instagram page, you should have read the reviews here 🙂
And, of course, we will never return here again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone for accommodation.

A chic hotel, you go in and find yourself in a fairy tale: everything is expensive, rich, in gold and velvet. It reminded me of Turkish hotels, only in miniature. The lobby, transparent elevators, the design of the corridors - makes an impression! I was very pleased with the lack of noise. The insulation is good. And even the windows facing Nemiga did not cause any inconvenience with noise, this is important to me. The cleaning is good, what else can I say? I will definitely come back, because I did not go to the Spa, I was not at breakfast, it also needs to be evaluated))

A great hotel, the room was quiet and peaceful.
For citizens of the Russian Federation, you can pay with a MIR card.
For smokers, it is convenient that there are smoking areas on the floors, you do not need to go down and back up every time.
Convenient access and Parking, the room had everything you needed: starting with soap, ending with a sewing kit, dental and cosmetic accessories.
Cleaning was carried out every day, and everyone brought water, added missing supplies, and changed towels.
The interior is above all praise.

I love this place, but the hotel requires a complete renovation: everything is already very "tired", including wiring (you can hear it), water supply, extractor hood - which is like a drill, cracks and buzzes very much. The furniture is all dead: worn, badly damaged. The beds and mattresses are comfortable, there is a choice of pillows!
The staff, as always, tries very hard to make your stay comfortable. The room has a kettle, tea and coffee + a mini-bar. Boiled white and perfectly ironed linen + towels + bathrobes, everything in the room (except old carpets) is clean. Cosmetics are always available and replenished in the bathroom and hallway.
I hope that the owners will update this pearl and it will be as before

A gorgeous place! Comfortable accommodation is the main thing for me on vacation, and the choice fell on the boutique hotel "Buta". I chose by photo, I didn't read the reviews. Expectation and reality coincided. Convenient location - the city center, but a little removed from the busy street, near the square and many cafes and restaurants. Check-in is standard, from 14:00. We arrived around 10 a.m., took a little walk, we were informed that the room was ready, things were in the room.
The first thing you pay attention to when you get to the hotel is the cleanliness, courtesy of the staff and the stunning chandelier.
Room : very spacious, Windows facing two countries, comfortable bed, pillows, clean bed linen. Cleaning was daily, all towels were changed every day.
We were 100% satisfied.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Minsk near the pedestrian street. The interior of the hotel is simply luxurious! One crystal chandelier with almost 4 floors is worth it! The room itself is not very large, but very cozy. Comfortable bed, slippers, bathrobes.... A wonderful hotel! Small, clean, bright and cozy. The staff instantly reacts to everything-from the barrier (no need to walk, wait or honk) to the non-working electronic key to the room (I ran into a man at the elevator who was already rushing to help).
Great location-the very center! Cafes, restaurants, bars, bistros are 3 minutes away. Independence Square and the government House are 5 minutes away.

Very contradictory emotions from this hotel. Overall, the interior is very good, the room is well decorated. But there are several disadvantages that are critical for me. The first and most important thing is that we always sleep with the windows open for ventilation. But this is not possible in this hotel, as it is very noisy. The windows are on a very drivable street and every disrespectful motorcyclist decides to squeeze all the roar out of his motorcycle.
Then there are no breakfasts, let them talk: "This is temporary, but we are in the center and you can have breakfast in any cafe." Don't believe it. Although this is the center, it takes at least 10-15 minutes to get to the cafe and they start working from 12 o'clock, and to find a cafe that works in the morning you have to try.
Well, you can feel the savings on everything: do not turn on the air conditioner in the reception area, even in the wild heat - you go in there like in a greenhouse. They give one bottle of water for the whole family, they say if necessary, we will bring it to you. Upon departure, it turns out that what was brought was for extra money, which they did not warn about.
In general, it's fine, but there are nuances.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely bedding and towels. There are absolutely all soap accessories. The mini bar is well equipped. We haven't tried it, but the prices for the hotel seemed adequate.
They were allowed to leave things before check-in and after check-out.

When using furniture and interior, it wears out, it is natural. There is something to work on here. But all the accessories are present, the air conditioner properly performs its functions and curtains that will give you enough sleep. A very good mattress. This is very important for traveling. A huge disadvantage is a restaurant with a misunderstood concept and prices. There are a lot of places nearby, I advise you to choose them. The staff is friendly. The hotel does not have a restaurant, you have to stomp your feet before breakfast and not as close as it seems. If you are a free couple looking for adventure, then yes, cool) but if you are travelers with children and especially small ones, then by the time you get to breakfast, the children are worn out)))) in the end, I had to buy cottage cheese and eat right in the room in the morning
And the most unpleasant thing ... in the reviews they wrote that it was quiet. It may depend on the location of the windows, of course, but the family room is NOT QUIET. We sleep all night, or should I say we try to sleep under the loud howl of motorcycles, then we freak out, close the window and try to sleep in the wild stuffiness, then we freak out again and turn on the air conditioner. The battery works noisily and the power is poorly regulated. In general, you have to choose from three evils)))
We slept very, very poorly all nights in Minsk.
I really asked to be relocated. At least somewhere. But the girls only said that they would think what could be done) and did nothing) thank you, although they answered sweetly and made a sympathetic Appearance) but this did not change our dream)
