Very nice hotel! Delicious and varied food, lots of fish, seafood, fruits, desserts) and there is a children's restaurant where you can find something to feed your child. There is a lot of food... if one restaurant finishes working, then another starts working, or you can eat in bars, of which there are several near the beach. A large sandy beach with a playground by the sea, a pier, a volleyball field and all sorts of activities, for example, the game "The Last Hero" took place not once during our stay. Water aerobics takes place in the sea. The evening animation programs are bright and varied! A large green beautiful area in the pines, where there are swimming pools and a water park, children's mini clubs for children of different ages, as well as bars. In general, I liked everything very much, except for the smell of tobacco smoke, which was everywhere… Although signs hang on every umbrella on the beach that smoking is prohibited. Thank you, the guest service, the reception staff for their quick response to all questions that arise.

I really liked everything!!!Animation deserves special praise for both children and adults (you guys are the best)

The only thing is maybe I would have turned on the heated pool earlier, otherwise the water there, and in the water park, is very invigorating)

I rested for 11 days in August 2024. A wonderful hotel, with excellent ultra inclusive food, although all good foreign-made drinks can only be obtained in the lobby bar. The hotel has a sandy beach with a convenient entrance to the sea, as well as its own pier with places to relax. There is an outdoor saltwater pool 20 meters long and 3 outdoor pools with ordinary chlorinated water. The sun beds near the sea are usually all occupied if you don't come before breakfast. The main advantage of this hotel is a diverse sports and entertainment program, a huge number of different sports activities: yoga, volleyball, football, darts, bocce, archery, daily water competitions, group training, meditation, etc. Every evening there is a gorgeous cultural program on a huge private outdoor stage, which is quite remote from the residential building and does not interfere with relaxation. Since the hotel has an extended territory, electric cars run every 5 minutes. The whole area is overgrown with century-old pines and bougainvilleas! We lived in a bungalow and it was old and dirty, no matter how much I asked for cleaning, it didn't get any better (Otherwise there are no comments on the hotel.

I really liked the hotel. The beautiful green area is covered with pines and citrus fruits, it is very pleasant to walk. Delicious food - very diverse and for every taste. Helpful staff, ready to help. A fly in the ointment - a child caught Coxsackie, either on a playground on the beach, playing in the sand, or in a children's club. I know that this is a common problem in Turkey, but it spoiled the rest. Be careful!

Great hotel. They were in August 2024. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good food and just a super animation team. Thank you so much, you made our vacation great. There are a lot of activities, the whole day is scheduled literally by the minute. Bocha and Alina are just great, archery, rifles, pool games, boat races - just an explosion of emotions. I'm sorry, I don't remember all the names of the animators, but you're all super cool!!! In terms of food, you can always find something to eat, without frills, but there is enough of everything! There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. Bartenders make cocktails in different ways, but on the whole, it's good. The staff is friendly. I definitely recommend the hotel, I hope to return next year!!!

Pros: A hotel with a fairly long beach (~ 300m) and with a large private area and a large territory with lots of greenery. Many trees are oranges, tangerines, cedars. There is a lot of food of all kinds and delicious, and it is not even necessary to list it. There are 2 tennis courts, a football court, a fitness room, a hammam, a spa area and 2 indoor pools. The staff is very friendly, they immediately helped us when we did not like the old room with the old renovation and the bungalow, we were moved to a room with a new renovation. The Russian-speaking girl at the reception, Vladlena, helped us a lot.
Cons: The rooms in the bungalow have not been renovated for a long time. At 8 a.m., all the good places on the sun beds by the sea and by the pools (there are 3 of them) are occupied, and this despite the fact that the hotel has a very long beach. The water in the pools is cool.

The best hotel we've ever visited!)
The price is low for such service, food, and location!
It takes about 30 minutes from the airport, opposite the entrance there is a stop to the center of Belek, in 10 minutes at the intersection there is a stop to Belek, to Land of Legends, and to the center of Antalya without transfers.
The center of Belek is about 40 minutes away on foot.
The territory itself is large, very green, it feels like walking in a park: there are many different coniferous, orange, and pomegranate trees, and the smell is amazing. Very well maintained. The paths are neat, it is convenient to walk with a stroller.
There is a club for children, several playgrounds, on the beach and near the pool under awnings.
There are wooden decking between the rows of sun beds on the beach, and the beach is spacious, but if you don't take a seat before breakfast, you'll have to look for a place. A few days when a conference was held at the hotel were especially problematic.
The beach is cleaned regularly, the entrance to the sea is shallow, it is comfortable without guards.
Shower, refrigerator with water, changing rooms. There is a pier where people come for fantastic sunset shots.
The sea was clean and very warm in early October, and we enjoyed swimming with the child.
Restaurant 2: in the main building and the Anex building. The Anex is smaller, but has a separate children's area. The choice is the same.
The food is great, always grilled fish, smoked fish, various meats, crayfish, ribs, seafood, sushi, pasta, fresh vegetables, ready-made salads, delicious desserts, honeycombs, several types of soups, porridges with and without milk, all variations from eggs, from fruits: grapes, apples, bananas, figs, watermelon and melons, baby yoghurts, baby food in cans. Boiled buckwheat! I've never seen her in Turkish hotels before. Rice, fish, steamed chicken.
I fed a 1.5-year-old child without any problems.
For dinner and lunch, alcoholic drinks are brought by the waiters. They're quick and smiling.
We came at different times, always sat at +/- the same table. Children's chairs are in sufficient quantity, always clean and covered with food film.
Cocktails are worthy only in the Lobby bar of the main building. There's also bottled beer, cola/spray/fanta in the glass.
Coffee is everywhere. I didn't like the cold coffee: it was already ready, it looked like powdered coffee, and it was too sugary.
There's some food at the pool bar, but we didn't take it. Ice cream, cakes all day.
The best location of the rooms in Anex is as close as possible to the beach and its own restaurant. Also bungalows 1-4. We lived in bungalow 12 with a balcony overlooking the kids' club - these are almost the furthest ones, but it was difficult for us to walk. Quietly. It's not crowded.
There is a secluded swimming pool and a bar nearby.
A golf cart runs, delivers around the territory. The wait is short. We used it 1 time.
The room itself is small, if you find fault, you can speak about the level of decoration. Plumbing, refrigerator, TV are working properly. Cleaning and replenishment of the bar every day. The bar and safe are free. Baby bed on request. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the linen is snow-white.
The animation is not stressful, no one walks, does not invite, does not persuade. Women's sports are present. The mini disco is incendiary, there are a lot of children. We were at the vechernaya once and then only for a short time. Usually, after dinner, they went to put the child to bed.
The staff, most of them from the CIS countries, speak excellent Russian. The guest service for the votsap is available.
Wi-Fi works well everywhere except the beach.
The gym is well equipped, my husband went several times.
The water park is open by the hour, there are adult and children's slides, we never got into it.

A great hotel for families with children! We flew with a 2-year-old child. I liked everything - the food, the beach, the pools, the children's evening animation. Take rooms in the main building - the rooms were updated there. A soft sandy beach, the opportunity to eat anywhere and at any time, and be sure to go to the lobby bar in the evening! Great hotel!
I will note the following advantages:
- animation, starting from 08-00 to 17-00 there is always something to do (yoga, darts, bow, rifle, boccia, water polo, meditation);
- evening shows (something new every day without repetition);
- the beach and the sea are always clean;
- location (the best coast of Belek);
- staff (all very friendly and always helpful).
Life hacks:
- you can only live in the main building where the rooms are updated, in the other buildings (bungalows) everything is very tired;
- the best coffee is made in the tea house.
A lot of tourists come to this hotel every year, at one of the shows they congratulated the couple on their 25th visit. I recommend you to visit, you will be satisfied.

Nice hotel. The food is varied, there is a children's table, a diet table. The rooms have been updated in the main building. The territory is large, there are children's clubs. The only drawback is that there are no shops or pharmacies nearby. A 10-minute bus ride to the shopping center.
The nurse at the hotel is not competent (October 2024) . She said about a two-year-old child with a temperature of 40 that it was no higher than 37, as their electronic thermometer showed.

They were from October 7 to October 15, 2024. A great family hotel, a chic well-groomed territory, pine trees, oranges, limes and many flowers. The hotel fully corresponds to the description on the website. The rooms in the bungalows are older, but we wanted to get away from the noise and music, so we were completely satisfied with the room in the bungalow. Wonderful cuisine, the restaurant is large, there is enough space, the restaurant has excellent waiter service, the food selection is great, there is a children's area in the restaurant. The lobby bar makes the most delicious coffee, compared with other bars of the hotel, they also make more delicious cocktails there. The animators are a super team, they try all day, in the evening there is a show of professional circus performers, dancers, for lovers of classics, live music and piano play in the Irish bar in the evenings. I would like to say a special thank you to the guest managers (located to the left of the reception), especially Ulyana, solves all the issues that you may have very quickly and professionally, a very pleasant and positive girl. The rest was a 300% success. I definitely recommend the hotel.

We had a vacation in July 2024 with my wife and child of 5 years.
I liked everything! The main building has modern and beautiful rooms with a balcony and a replenished minibar every day. The room was well cleaned. We were impressed by the clean beach, many pools with sea and ordinary water, a large green well-groomed territory, there is a place to walk and walk. If you are too lazy to walk, shuttles run on the territory. After breakfast /lunch, I understand there are a lot of people who want to attend them, you need to wait a little)
Excellent buffet selection at the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They feed everywhere all day, almost near every pool and on the beach: gozleme, fast food, fruits, "baby potatoes" with fillers, ice cream, etc. Lots of bars. I will note the delicious ice coffee near the relax pool. We also tried beer, it's decent in all bars, but the alcoholic cocktails are delicious until 22:00, after that time they seem to be diluted with local alcohol, and the taste gets worse. After comments, corrected 😏
Separately, we note the children's club, to which a 5-year-old child himself asked every day and stayed there without us! Animators at the umnichki children's club, every day there were different activities for children: pizza day, cookie day, Indian day, catamarans in the pool, banana riding/ a yacht at sea, bandana coloring, a drawing contest, body art and much more. For children, as for me, from 5 years old - paradise))) Thanks to Alexandra, Andrey, Julia, Burhan! You can see how they all sincerely treat children warmly.
The entire hotel staff is friendly and attentive! Even at one o'clock in the morning they found a chocolate bar for the child)
In the last two days my husband had stomach problems, we did not find the reason, but they kindly extended the room for free on the day of departure. Thanks for that. 👍🏻
There were evening shows every day, which were praised by other guests, but we did not attend, we went to bed early.
I recommend the hotel to put more sun beds near the pools (there is a place), personally it was difficult for us to find free ones after 10:00.
There were free deck chairs on the beach by the sea at any time.

I liked the hotel, it's cozy, clean, beautiful, the food is delicious, the beach is clean, there are a lot of sun beds, but this is in May. Great animation and cool evening shows. I did not regret my choice. I advise you to choose rooms with sea views, they are in the main building and the anex building. By the way, Anex is most conveniently located, the closest to the sea, restaurant, coffee shop, closer than the main building. There is a pier for two hotels at once. The water park was not particularly impressed, it was ordinary. I liked the staff, everyone speaks Russian without any problems. The only drawback is the conferences taking place at the hotel, because of them it was very noisy for a couple of days and a lot of people in the restaurant, it was difficult to find a free table. There are many Turks among the vacationers. There is good alcohol at the bar near the sea and in the lobby. I read in the reviews that last year they smoked everywhere, now there are smoking areas, a separate smoking area in the restaurant, "no smoking" badges on the beach.

A wonderful all-inclusive family hotel. Advantages: separate houses-buildings with a small number of rooms on the territory. Pine trees, birdsong. The first line by the sea. Delicious and varied food, several restaurants of Mediterranean and European cuisine to choose from. There are several pools, and they are well kept in order. Cons: the restaurant "a la carte" for a separate price did not meet expectations at all, the proposed dinner was almost no different from the buffet, and several dishes were taken away just to gape, I did not have time to taste. Obsessive sellers of shopping tours on the beach. But these are the nuances of a vacation in Turkey in general.
A separate minus is departure and arrival. But this is not a question for the hotel, but for the tour operator, which always offers charter flights. Two tall adults (172 and 194) were given the only seats on board without reclining backs (at the emergency exits). The Turkish airline even had tea and coffee on board for a fee, they offered only water.
In general, the hotel left a positive impression, I give it 5 stars.

Great hotel. I've been to this hotel 4 times more than 15 years ago. Now I've decided to come back as an adult. We lived in a bungalow- the rooms are excellent. The mini bar is cleaned and refilled every day. Electric cars constantly run from the bungalow to transport tourists around the territory. Excellent daytime animation. The guys are all doing well. We were very well entertained. We rested in the highest season (the last week of July) and, if you do not come super early, then it was difficult to find sun beds by the pool and by the sea, especially two nearby, but it is possible. The evening animation is also good. We don't drink alcohol, so I can't say, but I'll write about food: we don't eat meat products and it turned out to be quite difficult to find a place for seafood. The choice of fish is very small. During the week that we were there, there were no shrimps (although we were told that they generally come to the hotel, but we were unlucky) there was fish, of course, every day, but for the whole vacation there were only 4 types of fish and when you eat fish cooked twice a day every day and in the same way, it gets a little boring. But the choice of meat products is good - it won't get boring in a week. Nice well-maintained and clean area. There is a lot of bottled water everywhere, an excellent coffee shop on site with the opportunity to take coffee with vegetable milk. A great beach, a high reward system for daytime activities. I really liked the hotel and I would definitely like to return if we didn't have such a problem with food.

It was the first trip to Turkey for my husband and me. We had a rest in the period from October 2 to October 10, 2024. We chose a hotel for a long time and decided to stay at pine beach belek. We liked the hotel! The food is good, varied: 2-3 types of fish every day, meat is the same, pastries, salads, pasta, crayfish, rolls, fruits, desserts in general, whatever your heart desires to eat, you will not stay hungry))) We were pleased with the evening show programs. Every day there is something new and interesting with elements of dance and gymnastics. The organizers at the hotel are well done! The sea is clean, the beach is cleared every day in the evenings, there is a pier. There are enough sun beds, no matter what time we came to the beach, we could always find 2 free places. It was also always possible to find places near the pools. The pools are clean, but the water seemed a little cool to us, even compared to the sea, but here specifically our feelings.
The bars are not bad, but if you need good quality alcohol, then only in the lobby bar, there is a large selection and the bartenders are more professional. The lobby is pleasant, spacious, there is a lot of space, pleasant music in the background, you can relax, sit, chat. The territory of the hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff is polite.
There are Alaskan restaurants on the territory, we visited Mediterranean cuisine, we really liked it, the portions are good, hearty.
What we take a star for is for the rooms, and specifically for cleaning them. The cleaning is bad, at least for us. There is a carpet in the room, it was probably vacuumed only 1 time. The table and bedside tables are not wiped, the dust is also not removed. The toilet cleaning is bad. I am attaching a photo. No one has ever entered the shower cabin, the sand after the sea appeared from us and remained until the eviction. A black hair appeared in the shower, most likely someone from the cleaners, because I'm blonde and that's how it appeared and lay😃 No one cleaned the jars used from gel and shampoo, an impressive pile accumulated in 9 days 😃 Bed linen was changed 1 time in 9 days, maybe that's enough. Upon check-in, they did not find dental cleaning supplies, they called us by phone and brought us promptly, but they did not bring us any more toothpaste, they cleaned with two bottles all the remaining days of rest, they did not ask for new ones. On the positive side of cleaning: towels were changed every day, the bar was replenished daily as well.
The bed is comfortable, large, and it was comfortable to sleep.
The room itself can be seen to have already seen life, a little old interior, but updated furniture. If the room with a better toilet was cleaned, then in principle there would be nothing to complain about, in general, the room is cozy, but cleaning spoils everything.
There are a lot of foreigners, Russians, I think 30-40%.
We recommend this hotel, but be prepared to clean the rooms, maybe it's just our bad luck.

A large green area, a beach with fine sand, fish in the water (5 species were counted, even small stingrays were seen on the neighboring beach), everything is clean, the food is delicious and varied (for every taste). Cleaning standards. If something was wrong, it was fixed within 20 minutes. We were without children, so we can't appreciate entertainment for them, there is a water park on the territory, children. I will immediately note a large number of advantages - a really beautiful territory, there is where to walk and spend the calories carefully collected in the restaurant). We walked around the nearby hotels - Papillon Aisha and Atlantis, there is much less territory there, there is a feeling of a large crowd of people. Here, with our hotel fully loaded, it is much freer. We live in a bungalow on the second floor, a room with a niche and a sofa. I was hesitant when choosing between the bungalow and the main building, but we never regretted the decision - the rooms are in the shade of huge pine trees, citrus trees and lawns under the balcony, next to us there is a relaxation pool with an excellent coffee shop. The rooms are cleaned decently, but they are not always replenished with detergents and drinks without a reminder. Perhaps, as for the service, this is the only disadvantage.
I would like to note the presence of Russian-speaking staff in almost all hotel services - it is very convenient and pleasant. The reception staff was very friendly, they allowed us to choose a room from the available ones, and solved other issues. Electric cars run around the territory, with their help you can quickly get to the bungalow in the heat - it takes about a minute and a half, although we mostly walk.
As for the kitchen, judging by the reviews, many people did not have enough here, we had enough of everything, although I am quite demanding about food. Yes, I have met a higher level of service in restaurants and the concept of food, but in these hotels the price tag is of a different level, so it makes no sense to compare. There are a lot of different activities during the day, here we also have enough of everything). To summarize the impressions - in its price category, a wonderful hotel with excellent food.

The hotel is for 4.
There is children's animation by age and for teenagers, the guest relation service works for 5+, the hotel even has pillows to choose from, food is different and delicious a lot of seafood and fish, there is food for children and a separate restaurant with kids and of course ice cream is different on a stick and in a cup, many coffee points. There are a lot of sun beds, but they still run to borrow out of habit. There is always a lifeguard at the pool, but they have never seen one on the beach, although there is a chair.
Shows every day, but the same type... With dancing, there was no traditional Turkish night in two weeks. Ask the rooms to settle on the 4th-5th floor and the side on the bungalow. We had music for a nearby hotel until 2 a.m., but judging by the songs, the parties there were clearly more interesting.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of locations for a photo shoot... Kachelka and hammock.. all ...

The rooms in the main building were renovated, but the hair dryer is 20 years old, it does not really dry see the photo.
The entrance to the sea is sharp with small pebbles at the entrance. It's not comfortable with kids. Ala kart is a paid price without alcohol. But the hotel is still for the very elderly. Young people will be bored. The disco is about nothing. The hotel next door was clearly more interesting)

A great place for family holidays, exciting activities, a huge area with beautiful landscaping. The kitchen as a whole is 4+, but the safety is at a height, we have never been poisoned.
There is a water park on the territory, its own beach.
There are a lot of entertainment activities for children, from morning to evening. In the evening, adults can have fun, but there is something to do in the afternoon - archery, darts, football, water polo.
Rooms in bungalows for 3+, the new buildings are probably fresher.
Everything was fine with cleaning, every day.

It's all good. This hotel is not for YOUNG PEOPLE. People who are 40/45+ have a rest here and it's perfect for them. Or with very small children under 1/3 of the year.
We came with a group of 6 people, all under 30 years old. Unfortunately, nothing worked for us (( there is nowhere to find food after 23:00. Discos where only very grown-up people. We were the youngest in the entire hotel, not counting the staff.
I give 5 stars because there is no hotel vein here. On the contrary, the hotel was always making concessions to us and trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank them very much for that.

The hotel is gorgeous, but I advise you to take a room in the main building!
1. The room is nice, clean, modern, daily cleaning.

Strawberries with cream, watermelons and so on.
Desserts are delicious, I usually don't eat in hotels, but I just fell in love with a couple here.

We are at the hotel. It is huge, entertainment areas are well located, its own water park, disco, events do not interfere with rest. An active program from morning to evening. Three beach areas - shared on the sand, shared on the lawn and paid in tents. The most comfortable places under the trees are occupied early in the morning, throwing things or a towel. But it doesn't bother. There's nothing else to find fault with. Except for the training of bartenders. Pine beach belek is not suitable for family holidays out of season, it is focused only on hosting groups/conferences.
We bought a tour for the New Year holidays until January 10, 2025 for family holidays with children. But the hotel that was chosen was replaced by the operator Pegasus, without the possibility of choosing Pine beach belek.
Previously, we had been to hotels several times in winter. The territories and restaurants were decorated in a New Year's style, there were themed New Year's photo zones (for example, Swandor Topkapi palace), festive events were held, we had a great vacation, nothing foreshadowed…
Upon arrival at Pine beach belek, it turned out that there were several families vacationing at the hotel, we are the only ones from Russia. The rest are only foreign conferences. The off-season hotel is only focused on hosting groups/conferences. Accordingly, the atmosphere is working, not relaxing.
Pine beach belek Hotel does not host New Year's Eve celebrations in January. There is no Christmas dinner on January 6th, etc., as in other hotels. There are no Christmas decorations on site in the restaurant. The Christmas tree and decorations at the entrance were removed on January 3.
The heated outdoor pool does not work, as stated in the winter concept.
Playgrounds are abandoned and inoperable.
The
swimming pools and the restaurant on the club side are being renovated/reconstructed on the territory. Construction equipment regularly travels around the territory.
According to the winter concept, bars have a very limited list of imported alcoholic beverages, much less than in other hotels that were visited in winter. It is necessary to name a specific name and check that it is not used locally. Wine / champagne is not delicious (here, of course, the taste and color).
Of the advantages, you can note the food, WiFi throughout the territory (depending on the location in the rooms), etc. The animation guys and Sasha from the kids club are great.
The guest Service, when they received information that our family was the only one Pegasus had dropped off at the hotel, for their part offered to improve our stay as much as they could. We are grateful to Ulyana and other employees.
There is a lot of outdated stuff in the hotel. Although the rooms in the main building have been renovated, they already have very dirty carpeting, outdated repairs in the bathrooms, a plastic tray in the shower is crumpled, there are no modern televisions, there is no clear image, etc. The
creepy endless lifeless outdated corridor that needs to be overcome several times every day is a separate kind of bullying in the hotel)))
The cost of a tour to Pine beach belek in January 2025 is the same as in the summer of 2024 at Calista luxury resort, and the quantity / quality of services provided is much worse. Don't even compare the level.
It was very unusual and strange to feel like the only family vacationing in a hotel among foreign groups who came to work/study conferences.

We stayed at this hotel in June. There were no high expectations. But, the hotel pleasantly surprised us. The staff is very attentive and always ready to help.
We lived in a bungalow, among citrus fruits (oranges, tangerines, grapefruits, limes) and coniferous trees. There's silence, it was important for us. In the evening, you can sit quietly on the balcony.
The room has everything you need (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shaving kit, individually packaged cotton swabs /discs, shaving kit, body cream, padding if necessary), but they were not always replenished during, periodically reminded. The refrigerator with drinks was replenished daily. An iron is available on request.
There is a lot of food (without frills), everything is delicious: several types of fish, several types of meat, a lot of fresh salads, side dishes, national dishes, we saw salads like olivier, a lot of snacks, we gave crayfish and a sea cocktail a couple of times. Every evening for dinner there is a theme of a certain country. You can eat in the main restaurant, as well as on the beach and in the snack bar. There is little choice on the beach, and grilled fish is excellent. The snack bar impressed me, there is both healthy food and burgers. They have an excellent pizza Margarita. We are fans of grilled fish and vegetable salads, we found food for ourselves everywhere.
Coffee and sweets are much tastier in coffee shops than in the main restaurant. In the main restaurant there are just monotonous cakes, in coffee shops there are delicious desserts.
A children's table was seen at a brunch.
Alcohol, of course, is the best in the lobby bar. We trusted the bartenders and asked them to prepare delicious cocktails for us. The drinks were served very interestingly and were on top. Of course, not all bartenders prepare cocktails equally tasty, but you can always find out from the staff who is on top.
Entertainment was of little interest to us, children's and adult animation takes place in the evening. What made me happy, the music doesn't scream too much.
We were without children, we saw that all the children were given a book with animation by age.
On the beach, animators actively invited to various events. It was very nice when the animator saw us and worried that we would not burn down. She was ready to give us the cream.
There are 4 pools, one of them with sea water. We always rested on the beach, there were no problems with sun beds. There is a water park, but it is located at the very beginning of the hotel.
The territory of the hotel is large, there is a place to walk in the evening.
Wi-fi works well, there may be problems with it on the beach in some areas.
What disadvantages did they see, they were not very happy with the cleaning, even when they left a tip.
There were a lot of mosquitoes, they did not immediately treat the territory from them.
Everything on the territory of the hotel costs a lot of money, probably like everywhere else. But there must be some kind of reasonableness.
The mattress is a bit harsh for me, but that's how someone likes it.

I will put 5 for the price-quality ratio, but there are questions for the hotel. The staff is friendly, always trying to help. Bartenders, especially in open bars, are super weak. With Bellini on the menu, the barmaid didn't even understand what I wanted. When I pointed her out to the bar menu, I poured an almost full plastic glass of champagne and decided to put a drop of peach juice in it. There is no presentation and aesthetics. I'd rather do it myself. In general, bartenders are not very good. Sour faces, cocktails are not decorated, mixed at random. I didn't like the word at all. I didn't like the waiters either. The only waiter who has no questions about the quality of service and communication is Kairat. Always friendly, fast service. Clever girl. I visited the hotel for the second time in August and at the end of October. We had a great rest in both months. We settled in quickly, took a ride on a typewriter (shuttle runs until the evening). The food was very tasty and a lot. Animation for both children and adults is excellent. Karaoke and show programs are interesting. The service is good, the staff is polite. A large selection of meat and fish products, lots of fruits and sweets in the form of cakes and praises. We stopped at the hotel on May 23rd, the sea water was 24 degrees. Many have already bathed. Children mostly swam in the pools. The hotel has shops, shoes, bags, suitcases, as well as swimming accessories, jewelry and watches. My wife bought a bag, and I bought loafers. Thanks to Ilham and his wife Marina.I didn't decide on the watch, the price indicates a cheap fake. And the seller did not inspire confidence! Special thanks to the girls of the second reception, Maria and Altynai. They will advise and help! Very positive people. Good luck to them! The price also turned out to be a gift, you can say, for 9 nights, all inclusive, they gave 200 thousand. In other hotels, no better than ours, people paid 1.5-2 times more expensive. A good hotel is a decent budget Turkish five. We had a rest in August 2024.
We must be aware that this is not a premium level, but a fairly simple hotel, but at the same time everything is at a very decent level.
Of the advantages:
Excellent food. Crayfish were more than 6 days from our 10-day vacation (maybe even more often, but we couldn't eat that much anymore), there were king prawns twice. Mussels, lightly salted trout, sea bass, dorado - daily. There was mutton and quail. I'm not even talking about chicken and beef - they were daily. We tried the desserts only at the end of our vacation in the lobby bar - they were not bad. Before that, they ate so much at dinners that they didn't even go to dinners and didn't eat sweets.
You can also have a snack with delicious Turkish tortillas, fast food, etc.
Imported alcohol is present, not local alcohol. Chivas, red label, beer. The only thing is, prosecco is not the best. But it's not bad in cocktails.
There were always places in the dining room. Queues were a little present, but not critical.
The cleaning is not bad. The surfaces, of course, were not wiped much. But at the same time, the cleaning was always at a convenient time for us, prompt and without unpleasant incidents. Even in higher-level hotels, there were sometimes more cleaning problems than here.
The territory is beautiful and green. There is tennis, billiards, slot machines, slides in one of the pools, a lazy river. Due to such a well-developed infrastructure, the hotel does not have to be bored.
The bungalow rooms are uncomfortable. Gloomy, old. Initially, we were settled there. But they gave me a choice of several options. We were not satisfied with the bungalows. For an additional fee of 300 euros for 10 days, we moved to the main building, where there is a repair. It was good there. It was definitely worth it.
There were minor disadvantages: the lack of a smart TV and the most uncomfortable pillows.
The hotel has a pillow menu. We asked them to replace it with softer and lower ones. Of course, they were replaced for us. And we had as many as 10 or 11 pillows for the three of us!But they were all just as terribly uncomfortable: very dense and tall. But thanks for your efforts anyway!)
And another big minus is the acute shortage of sun beds by the pool! If you come there after 10 a.m., it's unrealistic to go to bed! Everything is occupied from 7-8 in the morning
There is not much place to walk near the hotel, but it takes just 8 minutes to get to the nearest center by rented car, and 18 minutes to the land of legends amusement park.
By the way, there are shops on the territory of the hotel, if absolutely necessary, you can buy something right at the hotel.
There is animation. Unobtrusive. The shows are good. The disco is not bad (if you're lucky with a DJ). Once we were disappointed, and the second time my husband barely dragged me out of there.
The sea is close. But it was cloudy, we didn't swim, so I can't evaluate it
Summing up: The hotel is decent for its money. We were satisfied with our vacation. But I do not recommend bungalows, they look worse in real life than in the photo
