The hotel is just super in every way. A gorgeous beach, swimming pools, recreation areas, its own aqua park. The bars are good enough to satisfy most requests. There are two restaurants with the widest menus.

A wonderful hotel! We are resting for the second time already. A varied diet (2 types of fish), meat (beef, veal, lamb), chicken-all sorts of lula, cutlets... seafood alternates every day (crayfish, shrimp, mussels). Very interesting animation for both children and adults. Water activities on boats, beach. Especially interesting is the sound meditation with bowls (almost everyone falls asleep), conducted by a pleasant, attentive Alexandra, she also conducts yoga, stretching, I highly recommend it! We went on a jaiping (it seems to be called that), energetic, fun, also super! The territory is green and well maintained. The hotel is large, but there is no sense of crowds. There was a meeting for regular customers, we gathered opinions and suggestions for improving the hotel and recreation. Cosmetic bags with the hotel logo were presented. It's great that they take into account the requests of the guests. Olga.

On July 2, 2024, we are going to go to this hotel. We have been going there only for 3 years to relax. The hotel is super! My son is now 14 years old, he is a football player, there is a field there, an animator who plays football with children. Organizes tournaments. The child is happy. The food is very varied. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly.

We were on the May holidays. The rooms in the main building are spacious and clean. The food is good, high-quality, a large selection. The animation is active during the day and in the evening. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is gentle. The sea was cool, but many people were swimming. The pools are cold. There is heated water in the indoor pools, you can swim.

We were a family at this hotel for the 2nd time in early June 2023. The first time was in October 2021. What can I say, everything is fine, there's not even anything to complain about. I am an experienced traveler. In Turkey, 5-x 13 times. Everything has changed a lot. The staff is excellent. All issues are resolved instantly. We flew tired, I was looking forward to a long check-in , I think they will give the scariest room first, then a good one for an additional fee. But no))), they gave me the passports, after 20 seconds, with apologies for making me wait, they gave me a great big room in the main building, although I bought the cheapest club room on the website. Everything is standard in the room, bathrobes , shampoos, they asked for toothbrushes with paste, it seemed that they were standing right outside the door, they immediately brought it. Last time I was sad about the work of the waiters in the restaurant, not to mention the bars, now everything is different, the guys are flying, I grab dirty dishes out of my hands))). Top-class food, meat, red fish, common fish of 5 species , sea bass , dorado , mackerel, etc. The guys even brought pickled mushrooms and pickles. There have always been rolls, Crayfish every other day , but I don't eat them, I think it's a show-off to get meat in them , you have to try. strawberries, watermelon, melon, chocolate fountain. The restaurant is wonderful. The coffee machines in each bar are real, coffee beans. There are also 2 coffee shops, one nescafe next to the beach bar, the other in the pines near the relax pool. Ice cream is everywhere. For alcohol , chivas12, jack, jam, balant, captain rum, gin Gordon, absolut vodka, Smirnov, brut champagne and some other , omega tequila, it's free, for a fee remy, hennes, gin beefeater, whiskey jack gentleman.... . Also free aperol original and various liqueurs there I I don 't drink them . The beach is huge, there is enough space for everyone, Entertainment for every taste, shows in the evening, such as circus performers, cover bands based on the classics of the 90s, . Disco by the sea, kakaoke and live music in an Irish bar.
The sea is warm, the weather is good, the price is affordable. Children's club fire. The child was waiting for us to take him away, and from there he did not want to go to the room))).
Fly guys, the most important thing is to be in a good mood.

The hotel has excellent food, good service, lots of activities. But the Internet is just terrible!! He will catch you only in the rooms and in the area where coffee is brewed. In the restaurant, by the pool, by the sea - he will not be there. This is inexcusable for a 5* rated hotel in Turkey.
You will not be able to work or distract the child with a cartoon while eating and give you and others a rest (parents will understand)

The hotel is an ordinary Turkish five. Ultra all - apparently for the original booze in bars, otherwise no discoveries. One of the advantages is a green area in ancient pines, all the party space is taken out to the coast and fenced off by the main building from the rooms, i.e. you can sleep peacefully, even during the day. Sandy beach, pier and pontoons. Of the minuses- rotten Internet on the beach, since the beginning of June, the influx of people and the beginning of the struggle for sunbeds in the morning. The classics at check-in, when they offer the most lame room, are present. For a symbolic surcharge, you can choose a normal room. In my opinion, it is better to take bungalows in blocks 6-8, not so far from the sea. In odd bungalows, the side facing the neighboring hotel is not entirely successful - a bunch of pipes from the dining room and other noise. Overall, the hotel is a solid four plus.

Just a favorite hotel. We've been in it 12 times. Unfortunately, apparently we may not go next year. The reasons are a serious increase in prices, simplification of the kitchen in the hotel, congestion of the hotel. But the territory, the guest house are wonderful, especially the head Anastasia, the rooms are renovated, the beach is great.

Not matching the price and quality. The beach is poorly cleaned, the sunbeds are 200 years old, everything is tired. The rooms are basically normal. The distances are huge, it's impossible to walk in the heat under 50. The food is boring. Animation - I don't know, the child is jumping with us))) She is not interested in animation. I won't recommend it, it's a very strange feeling from the place. Not 5 stars exactly.

I love this hotel. We were in it 2 times, both successfully. The location, the territory is beautiful, pine trees, sand, sea..
The cuisine is decent, the alcohol is of high quality. Animation at altitude: aqua aerobics, yoga, shooting tournaments. Everything is cool!!!

We have been vacationing here since August 26, 2024. The hotel was chosen based on the recommendations of a travel agent and based on reviews that are around 5 stars. Recommended as adapted for holidays with children (daughter 11 months old).
We didn't see anything like that here.
We arrived - a long wait for the "buggy" that takes us to the room. For a second, people after a flight with a baby.
The room is for 3+ maximum. The renovation is already old-fashioned. At the same time, the territory itself, the appearance of the hotel is 4. Pleasant.
The room was not ready for a child - the lack of a cot and any other nuances. Whose mistake?(the hotel knew the guest list and the presence of a child). You can talk a lot - for a vacation with a child - nothing. A baby cot - instead of a mattress - 2 pieces of foam rubber on top of each other. How is this even possible?
For the rest.
There is a problem with drinks, it even happens that there is no water in some places. Either at breakfast, or an empty refrigerator on the beach. That's horrible.
Cola zero - that is, then no, then no gas.
I don't drink the rest, I don't know.
The restaurant has few staff. The waiter never came up to me for 3 dinners. I go for drinks myself. Areas where omelets, pasta, etc. are cooked (fire), where people want to get fresh and hot (and not cold in the tray) food - a long wait and the work of one cook and only one such zone is a disaster for the service. Waiting for 10-20 minutes. We need at least 2 such zones or an arrangement for two chefs.
The food itself is delicious and varied.
The staff is kind of friendly :)
The beach is full of rocks, before and after-sand.
There are not enough sun beds. Considering that half of it is just occupied with towels as usual, you have to look for it, and you are with a stroller at + 35 and a child. This is a minus.
I tried to describe it as honestly as possible, pointing out both the pros and cons. But so that you, like us, do not fall for incomplete information. Again, to each his own.
We have been to Rixos Belek 2 times - earth and sky. Pine is 3 stars compared to him.

I have never seen a worse hotel in Turkey. The food is monotonous, bland and simply not tasty. The service is terrible. There is a shortage of staff. The battle for the sunbeds was like I was in Anapa. It was obvious that they were saving on everything. As we later learned from local Turks that this hotel was rented to some European and I quote, "if you want to have a good rest, then choose a hotel where the owner is a Turk." That's the way it is!

We really liked this hotel! We always rest in Side in the big five. This is probably the best option! Second only to the water park - small and simple. Otherwise, everything is great! Food - strawberries for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is always, even at the beginning of dinner, even at the end! Boiled beef tongue for lunch, meat, turkey, everything is very tasty! A large sandy beach, a very conveniently located Playground on the beach, next to the sun beds. Very green Area. Good shows and a very good location of the stage - the show can be seen from anywhere: you can watch it on sun beds on the lawn, on swings and even from the balcony of the restaurant. Almost all the staff is Russian-speaking. The children's animators are all ours too. In general, almost all vacationers are Russian. And it was very pleasant. Buses run around the territory all day, and you can always get from distant bungalows. I liked everything very much.

Приезжаем в отель второй год подряд из-за моря. Оно как парное молоко, песчаный пляж и шикарный пирс.
Отель купила сеть Регнум (отель рядом), поэтому осенью его уже снесут. Из-за этого есть минусы по сравнению с прошлым годом: почти на две трети уменьшилась Территория, если вид из окна не на море, то он на стройку и т.д.
Ходит по отелю и пляжу такой молодой человек Иса, с ним девушка Кристина, предлагают бесплатно поехать в Анталию в моллы, но сначала нужно посетить магазин кожи и меха Ponto. В общем, если вы любите навязчивые продажи, когда вас практически заставляют силой совершить покупку, итоговую цену вам не говорят, типа «потом обсудим», узнаёте ее лишь на кассе - езжайте. Если вы ничего не купили, начинается агрессия и хамство со стороны продавцов. А так же без покупки вам не дадут время на посещение моллов, просто скажут что в ваш депозит это не входит и увезут обратно в отель. Итого (если вам не нужны шубы/дубленки) = трата времени.

Отдыхали 5 раз с 2012 по 2016 год. Тогда было все супер: море и пляж чистейший, питание, проживание, рестораны а-ля карте за каждые 6 дней - раз посещение. Куда бассейнов, аниматоров, еда везде 24/7, мороженое, гала-ужины. Дети при деле. За бакс можно на автобусике в Кадре на шоппинг смотаться.

The hotel is like a five, but in the end it feels like I was on vacation in Anapa... A very large hotel, very many people, huge queues everywhere. There is no free table for breakfast/lunch/dinner. You need to take a sunbed and an umbrella at 6 a.m., otherwise you will sunbathe on a towel under the scorching sun... In September, the water in all the pools is cold, there is not a single heated pool, even the children's one is icy. The child was upset. Positive: beautiful green area, fresh nice room, good buffet. But we are really "tired" of such a holiday among crowds of people...

There are 2 saltwater pools, and there is a pool in the depths of the territory, where it is usually quiet and few people.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to, in terms of the level of staff work, food and equipment for guests to relax. There are enough sun loungers with umbrellas on the shore for everyone. I really enjoyed starting the day with yoga classes before breakfast.

The large territory of the hotel. The main building with restaurants and bars of daily use is located near the coastline. Buildings of one and two floors are located behind the main building in two alleys. The best option for living in blocks 5-7. The audibility in the rooms is excellent, you will be aware of the life of the neighbors. The room stock is already tired, but quite tolerable. They are cleaned daily with moderate diligence. The food is varied, without a twist. Drinks are mostly local, but some bars have imported ones. The staff is contact, there are many Russian speakers. The beach is sandy, so you should not expect crystal clear water. At the entrance to the sea, the sand is mixed with small pebbles, but not critically. Three swimming pools, lots of sun loungers, some on the lawn. Beach activities are standard. Minus one star for the fatigue of the hotel and its resemblance to a large boarding house. The audience is mostly decent, but there is no gloss. The neighboring hotel (I don't remember the name; on the right, if you look from the roadway) is more interesting. But this is generally normal. It is much better to have a rest in Sochi.
