Advantages of the hotel:
1. Beautiful and large territory
2. Animation
3. Snack bar (fast food can be delicious)!lobby (good service, wi-fi drinks)
4. Shuttle bus from the beach to the rooms
Minuses:
1. Food: monotonous (the same thing for lunch and dinner), poor quality (poisoned, sour tomatoes were in the salad), non-compliance with the rules of cooking by the staff (you can not take raw foods and cooked with gloves alone). Desserts are not delicious.
2. Drinks: juices are good, in all bars. Alcohol is normal only in the lobby, in other bars it is local.
3. Maintenance. There is practically no one on the veranda in restaurants. And at breakfast, lunch and dinner, you bring drinks yourself. If you call the waiter, well, he will pour water.
4. Rooms: we rested in the fourth, although the room had 3 beds and a non-folding sofa. If you put another cot, then you will not pass in the room at all. We had block 14. The view from the balcony was not bad, but! There were wells with water, which was formed from the operation of generators. And this water was pumped out very noisily at 12 at night or 6 in the morning. Horror, this is a rest.
5. Cleaning. In the rooms, cleaning consisted of changing towels and taking out garbage. The carpet has not been vacuumed for a very long time. The bed was changed on request. Shampoos were replenished also on request. And our room was on the corner, so no one passed there during the cleaning. The maid took advantage of the moment and treated herself to our sweets and whiskey. This is the first hotel that has done this to us.
The mini-bar was replenished daily, which is a plus.
6. In general, the hotel does not shine with cleanliness. Especially terrible were the glass turntables, forever stained from top to bottom.
7. Wi-Fi. He was practically nowhere to be found. I didn't catch well in the room, on the beach and in the restaurant I didn't catch at all. It was written that the number of users was exceeded. How's that? Three times they set it up for me and after an hour everything turned off. Wi-Fi was only in the reception area and in the lobby bar.
8. The beach. The eternal shortage of deck chairs. And not only on the beach, but also by the pool and in the aqua park. Everything is occupied with towels, and whether they have an owner or not is unknown.
9. The pier is in half with the neighboring Papilon Hotel. So there are also few deck chairs on the pier. But there is a bar with soft drinks.
10. We were unlucky with the sea. It was stormy and it was terribly dirty. But this does not apply to the hotel.
11. Aqua Park. Very old. The slides are designed for children up to 7 years old, the older ones are not interested at all. And the more or less normal slide did not work. The most terrible thing in the aqua park is water. I do not know what kind of chemistry it is, but after it the whole nasopharynx is torn and the skin itches. It was the first time we got into such chemistry.
It is a pity that the prices for tours are growing, and the quality is lower and lower. Especially after the Gloria, Bellis and Akka hotels, it's just sad.

Great hotel. Very good staff.
A huge selection of dishes for different tastes. Every day at least 5 soups, one of them borscht, dumplings, pasties and other reminders of home cooking every day. Fresh juice for breakfast (not for euro).
Rooms as luck would have it, the main building after renovation, but the bungalows are a little tired, but it's worth noting that it's clean everywhere the same. There are rooms in more expensive hotels in worse condition.
In bars, (open 24/7), all alcohol is imported only, Chivas 12, Martel, etc. and so on. Bottled and draft beer of three types.
The only negative is the very dirty streets of Belek, but the hotel is definitely not to blame for this....

A magnificent place
Excellent cuisine for EVERY taste, sooo delicious cooking, the freshest food.
There are a lot of pools and they are clean and warm. They give out their own beach, towels. There are a lot of treats in the pool area, all inclusive. Rooms are cleaned every day. The beautiful territory of the hotel. Everything is very clean. A paradise for children. Its entertainment programs are available every day from 21 o'clock to 00 o'clock at night .There are no disadvantages at all. We'll come here again.

The hotel is very good, rating 4.7 out of 5: fresh food, good rooms, friendly staff, a lot of workers and vacationers from Kazakhstan. Even the cheapest hammam, which costs 4,000 rubles in 30 minutes, can be ruined. Starting with towels (they gave out beach towels and a rag under your head that has seen a million washes), do not dream about harata. The doors of the hammam are open, there is no steam at all)) and there was no, the tile is slightly warm, the floor is cold, the eyes of the lying customers are directed into huge garbage barrels in the number of three pieces. The art of the hammam is waving a net of vegetables in foam, which is created in a basin). Soap from the showers in the room - this smell and its concentration can be remembered for a lifetime. A scrub is a glove, but my homemade washcloth is much better. The bath attendant is a separate song - he is a bath attendant, he is a cosmetologist, he is a doctor, he is very pleased with himself) He pressed the coccyx unexpectedly when he was asked not to make money anywhere. We stayed at this hotel at the end of August. They lived in the main building. I liked the hotel. The room is clean, spacious enough, plumbing and air conditioning worked. The only disadvantage of the room was the noise from the chillers of the neighboring hotel, which is audible when the balcony is open, if the balcony is closed, the noise disappears. In general, the hotel has good sound insulation both between the rooms and between the room and the corridor. There is a carpet covering on the floor in the rooms and in the corridors, which absorbs noise well. The food was excellent, there were crayfish, shrimps, mussels, fish, various types of meat, fruits, pastries, sweets, magnificent watermelons on a regular basis. There was always enough on the buffet. Alcoholic drinks are of good quality both in restaurants and in the bar. It is advisable to ask for original drinks at the bar. Live music is played periodically in the Irish pub in the evening. Separately, I would like to mention the coffee shop in anex, where excellent coffee is served from a professional coffee machine. The hotel has several shops with above-average prices, an indoor pool and a spa complex. The hotel has a large territory, which is regularly used by electric cars. Next to the main building there are 3 adult pools, 2 with sea water and 1 with fresh water. The pools are excellent, the water is clear and warm, it's a pleasure to swim, but the pools have slippery stairs, there are no rubber pads on the steps and you need to be careful. It is advisable to take places by the pool early in the morning. The hotel has excellent children's animation, there is a children's club and a small water park, the child went with pleasure. For adults, there are also various activities from gymnastics to evening shows that were a pleasure to watch. The hotel has its own sandy beach with a gentle entrance, a pier, and there are pontoons near the shore. The staff is very attentive, always ready to answer questions and provide assistance. Most of the staff (animators, bartenders) speak Russian well.

Great hotel! We are resting now. I've been going to Turkey for 20 years. I understand a little) The territory is excellent, large, green, well-groomed, intelligently planned. There are always plenty of sun beds because there are many pools , a wide beach , piers.. just a special thanks, you have to frantically run in the morning to take a place in the sun! The animation team is on fire! The girls coaches are super! DJ - great music! MS is a handsome man! In general, there are a lot of activities at the hotel. They entertain you with high quality. The rooms are normal, it's nice that the houses are secluded far from animation, surrounded by beautiful flowers and citrus trees.. Meal.. normal food. It happens in Turkey and is more luxurious, but this is bullshit compared to other advantages. I was pleased with the hotel! I'll be back)

The hotel is after renovation in the main building. Very good service! (The silver chain was returned - the child lost it.) The food is average, but you will not stay hungry - we had enough of everything; there is electric transport on the territory, because there is a large green area! Lots of pools! There are warm, heated pools, which is important if you eat in April-May. There is a wonderful animation for children and adults. There is no luxury in interior decoration, but everything is very decent. We plan to return and this is the best feature!

The average budget five. If you haven't been to other hotels, it's fine, if you have something to compare it with, it's terrible.
1. The territory is tired and large, but this is more of a minus. A children's club and a water park are located at the farthest point of the hotel. To take a child there or check it out, you need to go by car.
2. In fact, there is 1 freshwater pool near the beach - by lunch there is soup from people, the water becomes dirty.
3. Vacationers 🤦🏻♀️ from 7 a.m. occupy the sun beds with things and even glasses of water. They leave and leave things for the whole day. The hotel does not track this in any way and does not remove things. Therefore, you cannot find a sunbed, all the time there is a feeling that you will have to get it or put things under a tree while swimming.
In the evening, they also take up space for animation.
4. There is a lot of food, but all tasteless and the same. On day 6, you can't see this food anymore
5. There is no bar on the beach, to get drinks or ice cream you need to go far away and stand in line
6. You won't find animation, you won't ask anyone. In the evening, you don't understand what and where will be for the children. The location changes every time.
7. The shows are boring, the same dances.
8. After cleaning, our room was not closed one day, we went in well after lunch to get our things and noticed. Then they came and wanted to move other people into our room. Our keys have been deactivated.
9. The sea is good only in the morning, then there are terribly many people and the sea is dirty. Sticks, glasses are floating, the water is cloudy with streaks. Swimming is already unpleasant after lunch.

Overall, the hotel is good. There is a children's room for toddlers with a room for sleeping. There are slides for the little ones and their own river. There was also something to feed each meal. There are a couple of coffee shops, outlets with desserts and ice cream (even packaged). One day there were power outages for three hours (no one even commented), we ate with phone flashlights. There is constant entertainment in the evening, there is a night disco closer to the beach. There is a private parking under the roof, run on a rented car without question. The cocktails are delicious and there is a large selection, you can pick them up in the room. Imported alcohol.
There were very few desserts for breakfast or at least baklava. A lot of coffee machines (there is cocoa) did not stand in line even once. In the main restaurant, one bar was often missing.
I recommend it with children.

Great hotel! A very green area, pine trees, citrus fruits, flowers- my head is spinning from the smells and birdsong! The service is excellent, everything is clean and comfortable. Room cleaning without complaints, the mini bar was replenished daily! All the defects in the number were eliminated very quickly. The food in the restaurant is varied and delicious. Lots of fruits, meat and fish dishes. There is a separate area for children with small tables and tables, as well as food jars. The beach is long, there is a pier with sun beds and a minibar. The entrance to the sea is sand, there is a little bit of pebbles, but it causes absolutely no discomfort. There are three floating pantones in the sea, you can dive or sunbathe. Pools- out of 4 on the territory, 3 in the active zone and one near the children's club, it is relaxing. There are water slides, they work according to the schedule 2 times a day. The animation in the hotel is excellent. There are a lot of sports and entertainment programs. There is a mini club and a teen club. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, you can get to Belek (5 minutes), the bus runs every 30 minutes, so you have to wait, the cost is 15 lira per person. There is also a taxi stop there. The rest was wonderful, I really want to come back!

We rest for the second time. We choose the hotel according to the cuisine. Last year the kitchen was very good, so we came again. The cuisine is fantastic this year. A magnificent hotel. There are rooms in the main building, there are two-storey and one-storey bungalows. Green: tangerine, lemon, orange trees, pines! The food is delicious, fruits: watermelons, melons, apricots, cherries, pears, oranges, golden apples, peaches, everything is ripe and washed. Meat of all kinds, cheeses are delicious. The beach is super, there is activity from 8:30 and before the show, which starts at 21:15- circus on ice, Michael Jackson, and a bunch more. But the most important thing is that the hotel is very thoughtful! No hype! The stage faces the beach and is separated by a restaurant, nothing can be heard in the rooms. Lots of bars with different assortment, 2 large restaurants, and even food on the verandas. Excellent full-fledged snacks that replace a full meal in all bars. Children's room, water park - in one part. The beach and adult activities are different. The staff is great: they are always ready to help, smiling. Clean, tasty and fun. There is a football school for children, children are taught to swim at 8:00. Just fire! And no annoying people!

We were with colleagues at the exhibition, were housed in a bungalow, the event was held in the conference hall at the hotel. The territory is large, green, the number of bungalows is quite 5, towels are changed daily! The cuisine in all restaurants and cafes on the territory is delicious, for every taste, it's very nice to eat outside and admire the views! Excellent hotel, family rested in early June 2023, pleasant atmosphere, well-groomed territory, good animation for children and adults, 5++ meals, on the fourth day of rest, the child (7 years old) felt slightly unwell, turned to the medical center at the hotel, an hour later a doctor came to examine the child, reassured that nothing serious (small overheating in the sun) and indeed, a day later, my daughter was swimming and having fun again. We had a family vacation in September 2024. I can say that this is not a 5*. The hotel is a maximum of 4*. Cleaning 1 time a day, not vacuumed. There should be 2 cleaning services in 5* hotels (morning and evening). There are no ironing supplies in the room. You need to ask them to bring it, it doesn't bother, but they bring "dead" irons that just spoil your things. Sun beds - if you didn't take them at 7.30, then everything is not. Food - everything is there, but because of the huge number of people, this is not a restaurant, but a dining room . Faced with the need to extend the room, 30€ per hour. And you can only extend it until 15.00. At 15.00 they just kick you out. They see that a small child is not dressed , just woke up , anyway , no lifting . This is a minus. A huge minus is alcohol . 🥃 Alcohol is only local. Besides, either they dilute it or it's unclear what....😳 for that kind of money 💰 it's certainly too much. For children 1-3 there is a mini club, from 2 years old you can leave unaccompanied. But there are no activities for such children. It is much more interesting for children 4-7 years old. This is one of the advantages. In general, if you understand that this is 4 * then ok. But do not count on 5*.

Friendly staff who always met us halfway, earlier check-in is no problem.
There is a lot of food and delicious at any time and in any of the restaurants, there was almost no need to stand in queues. The territory is well maintained, the beach too. On the beach, you can almost always find a sunbed on the first line. There are pontoons, you can sunbathe and swim from the pier, there is also a bar. There are many pools with different waters, a water park. The alcohol in the lobby is excellent, the rest is local. Evening program every day and at a pretty good level. The animation is excellent and at the same time not intrusive. The only thing I didn't really like was the rooms. I especially recommend it for visits with children.

I am currently staying at this hotel..my family and I decided to visit the hotel 2 times and we were not very pleasantly greeted ... we arrived at 9 a.m. ... we were checked in at 14.30 .. and if we hadn't started swearing, we would have been checked in later ... the attitude towards the guests was not pleasant..rest is very expensive more than 600 ... and in the end, as in Anapa ... the room is not the one that was ordered ... the mini bar is empty ... they say it was renovated ..but I can't tell you that this is a poor name for repairs ... we are very sorry that we returned here ..the first time we had positive impressions, but now it's a complete minus ... the hotel either keeps its brand or grows.and then they started to decline ..We do not recommend this hotel... there are much better hotels

A great family hotel! Well-kept grounds, large rooms (we had a bungalow with a bay window on the 2nd floor). A large selection of food. There was seafood every day. More often mussels, a couple of times shrimp, crayfish. But they fry crayfish without salt, it's unusual for Russians, it was tasteless to me. Good animation. Every day there is a show, activity, but not imposed, I liked the Hawaiian party. The service is excellent. Delicious coffee in the coffee shop.
The sea in Belek is cloudy, this is the only disadvantage.
But the beach is wide, there are a lot of sun beds and solid awnings, no need to move umbrellas and open them.

We returned the day before from a trip to Turkey, specifically from the Belek area.
Belek is something like a suburb of Antalya, located about 30-40 km from the city, an elite and fashionable area for tourists.
For me, as a person visiting Turkey for the first time, everything was new. The hotel looks beautiful, modern and massive, like all 5-star hotels in Turkey. The staff at the hotel is polite, Russian-speaking, smiling, tried to help.
Among the advantages: a large green really well-groomed territory of the hotel (there is a place to walk and take pictures), the first line of the sea and its own beach (this is important because in Belek many hotels are far from the sea, and you can only get to it, it is unrealistic to walk, especially in the local heat and stuffiness, and as on it is unknown how you will get there), a huge double classroom bed, air conditioning in the room, a lot of activities and leisure for both children and adults, animations and evening shows were also interesting and fun, there is a water park, swimming pools (with salt and fresh water) on the territory of the hotel.
The buffet was really big, quite tasty and varied (there was always a choice of beef, chicken, vegetables, pastries, sweets, fruits, drinks, soups, porridges, fast food, etc.).
The room was cleaned every day, the free mini bar and bathroom accessories were delivered and updated.
Defiantly, the staff also cleaned every day in the corridors, on the stairs, everywhere! It is very nice to see cleanliness, and most importantly, so many guests are resting, and many with children, and really nowhere without careful cleaning, thank you!
I would not like to, but I will say, of the cons (-1 star for them):
1) great distance from Antalya, and in principle from any shopping malls, there is NO PHARMACY IN the HOTEL, the nearest one is 4 km from the hotel, you can only take a taxi for $ 10 one way, or wait and order a transfer at the reception. You can order medicines at the reception itself, but when they will be delivered, the big question is (the staff do not know themselves).
This is a big minus, given the size of the hotel, it is children who have a lot of rest, and there is no pharmacy on site, in case of an emergency, you can only count on a paid medical room with a nurse, apparently....(but I haven't seen anyone ill, so maybe none of you will need this information).
2) Hammam and spa treatments, everything is paid, and the prices are not very affordable, the staff themselves are very intrusive trying to rub these procedures even on the beach.
3) The lack of chefs on the hotline, where they cooked pasta, scrambled eggs, meat, pancakes, HUGE QUEUES, because of which they simply did not want to stand and wait for food for 20 minutes....
4) The lack of a normal dryer on the balcony, this is a trifle in fact, but after the sea, wet clothes and towels, unfortunately, simply have nowhere to hang (2 iron handrails on the balcony are a dryer for a maximum of 1 towel, there were 2 more chairs and a table, hung swimsuits and stuff on them, somehow dried up until morning).
As a result, of course, I liked everything very much, the impressions are unforgettable, the Mediterranean sea cannot be compared with the black sea at all!!!
I have never been poisoned here and did not get sick with rotavirus, a miracle!!!
I am satisfied with my vacation in Turkey as much as possible (unfortunately, I cannot say this about "rest" on the Black Sea coast, a couple the days from each trip are spent in the toilet and pharmacy).
I recommend Pine Beach Hotel for families with children, for young people without children, it may be a little boring.

I'll give you a five, but there are both cons and pros. The three of us had a rest this year, my daughter of 11 years, me and my mother. We rested in a bungalow, got from the main hotel on our pockets, but you can walk, which is also good after so much food. They feed nauba from 8 a.m. to 21:30, the food points are located on the territory in such a way that there are no queues anywhere, and you can sit both closer by the pool and to the sea. Ice cream tastes better than I've ever eaten anywhere. The entertainment program was at a high level, aerialists, motorcyclists, Mr. Hotel contests. According to the animators, I did not have enough entertainment during the day, except for volleyball, a game of durst and a foam party there was nothing. Fitness in the pool, Pilates and mamba lessons. For some reason, there were no holidays, as there were in all hotels, for example, Turkey Day, hotel day. The room was cleaned, but there were no beautiful swans, rose petals on the bed, as usually happens when you come from the beach, and the art on the bed is made of sheets. And of course, for me, a big minus is the streaks on the territory, they fall silent at 23 00 and start chirping at 6 00, I got used to them for two days, but this is such a subjective factor. We have not yet been able to find someone who will inflate our mattress on the territory of the entire hotel, we had to pay $ 5 for inflating, which is also not a pleasant trifle. In general, the hotel is good near the airport, there are a lot of excursions, but I will not go there anymore

We have been staying at the hotel since 09/16/24 (I am writing on 23.09). I have never written reviews, but here, it is impossible to remain silent.
According to the hotel: everyone is settled in a bungalow, and it's still a walk to the sea to live in the main building, which needs to be paid extra after renovation. Clean up cleanly.
Food: monotonous, the same thing every day, seafood on weekends, and that is impossible, then tasteless, then salty, all the food is tasteless. If something ends, they may not go to bed for a long time!
The pools are all cold, there are a lot of children around and all with snot and cough because of this.
Animation: very weak, darts, archery, again, the same thing every day.
And now to the main thing: my child is 1 year old, vomiting began without stopping, it was problematic to contact the insurance, the guest relation girl suggested that we go to their nurse, who will do NOTHING. I asked to call an ambulance, they said no problem, wait. We waited for almost an HOUR, I pull them again, they say the ambulance WILL NOT ARRIVE! You will go in our car, okay, we are waiting for almost an HOUR again! And again, after pulling out, they say the car WILL NOT ARRIVE! And the child is still vomiting! As a result, I catch a taxi myself and go to the hospital.
A ruined vacation, a terrible hotel!

It's not "Ultra all inclusive" at all: you have to pay for the same billiards or game room, which is really amazing. The price for the spa is $ 80, 15 minutes from the hotel there is an awesome spa center, where the same set costs $ 25. The same can be said about the shops inside the hotel. The interior is 4 stars, a little dirty and old, but still good. Desserts for the most part (except baklava) are not tasty. I have listed only the disadvantages, the rest is quite at a high level.

Great! One of the few hotels where you want to return. Yes, there are ‘Turkish’ features with hundreds of offers to buy leather-gold-souvenirs. I would not like to see this on the territory of the beach -pools for sure. But in general, it is clear that the team is trying. There is a wide variety of food. Both meat and fish.
I would also like to thank the guys - drivers who take vacationers around the territory. The girl (I didn't have time to ask her name)- it's a miracle! She always greeted and smiled.
There were some cleaning issues, but all issues were resolved with guest relations. What pleased me was waffle, not terry robes. Even with a child's size. And waffle sheets. There are also mosquito nets on the balcony door. This is a nice bonus)
Animation is definitely there)) there was simply no energy left for the night, and there were a lot of activities during the day in the heat. Here, of course, we would like to take into account the seasonality and change the schedule on the hottest days. Shooting at 15.30 with a gun on a fairly sunny site is still not what you want to do. The schedule at the teens club was even worse. The children didn't get out. But again, we caught the heat.
But these moments did not spoil the mood, we really want to return to Pine beach once again

Very nice territory, 2 pools with sea water, the rest are fresh, good original drinks in the Lobby, the price and quality are optimal. It is better to take rooms in the main building, it is a little more expensive, but after major repairs.

Good: one of the best beaches in Belek is at this hotel! Good nutrition. There are always the freshest greens and vegetables, meat and fish dishes, fruits - it's always there. Almost everything is delicious. The children's restaurant is also sweet and charming. The rooms are pleasant, especially in the main building. The area is very green and pleasant - all covered with pines and citrus trees.
The animation team makes everyone fall in love with themselves. ANIMATOR JULIA is generally lovely! Thank you now for your sincerity and positivity! The entire hotel staff is VERY NICE! that's not to take away and very friendly. The hotel is clean, the beach is also very clean - not every hotel nearby is either.
Nuances: it's time to refresh a lot of things, although the hotel is not shabby. There are a lot of Turkish smokers among the guests (this did not happen before) - and in the culture of this country it is customary to smoke EVERYWHERE: in a restaurant, on the beach, in an amphitheater, next to your children, etc. Cocktails - they are not here, although they could well be at the price tag.
Total: a very good hotel. Very nice beach. Bad smokers)))
