The hotel is great! Thank you all for the tremendous work, you just put your soul into it - it's obvious! The only thing that spoils the image of the hotel is not the decent provision of paid services in the SPA, aggressive marketing of managers is simply off the scale, they impose services that they do not want to take, it is not possible to negotiate, they do not respond kindly to the refusal of an extra service, they impose mixes of services that are not in the price list and not all the promised ones are fulfilled, but professionalism and the quality does not match the price.

Like it. A good place, a fairly spacious complex. My children and I were in a building where there was no noise. There are many swimming pools and access to the sea from the hotel. I liked the food too.

We went with a big family to this hotel for the first time. The hotel is good in principle, but most likely we will not return.

It's not tasty, like a lot of food, but I don't want to eat anything, like meat and fish and everything, but somehow everything is not very tasty. Very tasteless alcohol, the best in the lobby bar. It is impossible to drink wine)) Tired renovation of the hotel.
We were at the restaurant for an a la carte dinner (paid dinner) the same as in all inclusive, only with a serving. Only the main course was good. Desserts, snacks, salads by. Alcohol, if anything, comes at an additional cost.
In general, a solid four out of 5 points.

The hotel is tired, the location of the buildings is unfortunate. We lived in the main building on the 5th floor, in a room with a sea view. In a nearby hotel, the disco started at 22:30. Very loud! I had to close the windows and sleep with air conditioning. There was smoking in the neighboring rooms, which was also unpleasant. One of the advantages is good food. The sea was warm! And the Botany cafe is wonderful, it seems nothing special, but the girls made delicious coffee! I won't go a second time. It's not worth the money I paid. We were in late June and early July.

An amazing hotel, I've been to Turkey a bit a lot 10 times, this hotel is definitely in the top 3 (if not the top 1). On food: you definitely won't stay hungry, food is everywhere, food is in bulk, the variety is excellent.
Service/rooms: no questions, everything is on top, the rooms are clean, the bar is replenished every day, they respond quickly to requests.
Staff: friendly and very friendly, not intrusive and not hypocritical! which is not a little important.
Territory: There's a separate WOW! Greenery, pine trees, the sea - cleanliness, freshness. It's straight 100/100, perfect for me.
Cleanliness: CLEANLINESS! There are 100/100
Beach: the beach itself is sand, the approach from behind the waves is slightly rocky, then sand again, pantone (2 pcs) are huge with sun beds and a roof in the form of fabric from the sun.
I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Belek.

Great hotel: I don't want to list everything :))) My girls and I liked him. In 90% of cases, the staff is Russian-speaking. Everyone is good-natured and ready to help.
The only drawback, but it concerns the whole of Turkey, not just this hotel - the crisis is still in full swing. This is reflected in the variety of food in the hotel and in the prices in the shops.

I do not recommend it, I will not return!
We had a family vacation with my husband and a 1.5-year-old child in July. Having secured the recommendation of a tour agent (which later surprised the verified one) and having read rave reviews with high ratings on several sites, we chose pine beach. As it turned out later, the reviews are either custom-made, or the hotel provides the maximum in this price range, I do not know, because I have not vacationed in Turkey since 2014, I did not own the market at all.
I'll start with the cons.
1. Very old territory, public areas, games and restaurants of the hotel. The Council of Ministers. The style of the Bulgarian resort of the 80s. The main building is divided into 2 zones - a zone with rooms and a zone with public places (spa, restaurants, shops). A large hallway leads from the first to the second, dark, gloomy as an underground subway passage, with an unpleasant stagnant smell, like in a state hospital. The restaurant also has an unpleasant smell of the dining room, it constantly smells of fried fish, even for breakfast. The restaurant is not beautiful, it is also dark. The feeling of a sanatorium. With that , the early 2000s , when they were not engaged. Now some of our sanatoriums look even more cheerful.
The children's club and the children's area in the restaurant are shabby as state children. gardens of the 90s.
Many have written about the beauty of the territory, but apart from the age-old pines, there is no beauty in anything else, there are few flower beds and flowers. The territory is not small, but it is a road leading through the entire hotel to the bungalow, that's all.
2. Nutrition. Yes yes. This is a minus of the hotel, so as not to write in other reviews!!! It is diverse , but of POOR QUALITY. 70% is inedible, 30% can be found. Anyone who is used to good products will be shocked here. The hot dishes are all very overcooked, not coals, of course, but... everything is cooked in a pile of butter. Sushi sucks, I don't eat it, even if I got paid. Salads are a mess. I took only sliced vegetables (there are a lot of vegetables and types of greens). The "vaunted" red fish steaks turned out to be artificially grown freshwater trout with a terrible taste. Again, our family does not eat this (((
There is no freshly squeezed orange juice!!! I.e. it is declared, but in fact the staff mixes a concentrate of 5L cans with a jug of freshly squeezed juice in front of visitors(((.
The same goes for smoothies. A kiosk with supposedly watermelon and melon smoothies is open all day by the pool. But there are packaged juices of the appropriate flavors under the bar, and the bartender interferes with fruits and a bunch of ice.
3. Alcohol and cocktails are good only in the lobby bar. The rest of the bars are not professional and tasteless. The bartenders don't even try.
4. There is no concept of 24-hour power supply. The last restaurant closes at midnight. Then just breakfast.
5. Poor Internet throughout the territory. It works with fluctuations.
6. Hammam and sauna - for a fee!...
Advantages:
1. New rooms, renovated on a turnkey basis, in the main building. Spacious, thoughtful. The mini-bar and hygiene supplies were replenished regularly. The cleaning is good.
2. Polite, responsive, efficient staff (except bartenders). Promptly eliminate problems.
3. A large, wide, clean beach. You can sit on the sand or on the lawn. Good entry into the sea. Cool kids.a playground on the beach under a dense awning. Children can play at any time and will not get burned.
4. One plus of nutrition is always and everywhere a lot of ripe, sweet fruits - peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, various grapes, melons, watermelon, apples, bananas, oranges, even in snack bars.
Bottom line: we are the ones who try to relax and unload, regardless of the situation. That's what we did - we bought up in a beautiful sailor, changed the situation and took a break from everyday life, breathed in the pine air, we didn't go hungry. But this, of course, cannot be considered the result of a vacation at the 5 star Uall hotel. So I don't recommend coming here. I think you can find a lot of other options for a similar amount.

We were from July 15 to July 24. We lived in the main building!!! I liked everything. The food is great. The shows are great. I especially liked the show Mr. pine beach. The only thing that we really missed is our Russian cuisine. When I saw borscht there, I immediately thought. Oh yeah. That's what you need. In fact, it's just boiled beetroot with cabbage. There was this borscht all the time. Well, in general, the soups there are the same. In short, we recommend it.

Hello everyone. We returned from this hotel a couple of days ago. Compared to the nearby Aisha Papilon Hotel, which we often visited :
1. Pine has a very large territory, but I advise you to settle in the main building.
2. I really liked eating fish steaks all the time, there are crayfish and large shrimp.
3. The lobby bar is the best on site. There are good drinks here, and there is a small coffee shop nearby.
4. The animation is average, in Aisha it is better by an order of magnitude.
5. There are enough sun beds for everyone, you can not get up early in the morning because of this.
6. They clean every day, everything is normal here.
The hotel justifies its money, but do not expect a high premium! I advise you!

The hotel does not match its declared name! The hotel has 3 big advantages:
1. The rooms in the main building were renovated in 2024, very clean and pleasant. The hotel is clean everywhere, constantly cleaned, tinder. The room is cleaned in different ways, depending on the cleaner, they may not come at all.
2. The customer service responds very quickly. Many people understand Russian, it's convenient.
3. There are no people in the hotel during the day, everything is done conveniently.
Now the cons:
The beach is dirty, the sea is dirty, even squeamish. There is always some kind of crushed garbage in the sea, starting at 10 a.m. If only to swim to the depths, with children is not an option. There's probably a drain pipe coming out next to it. The sun beds on the beach are old, they stand very close to each other, there is little space.
There is no restaurant, 4* meals, nothing unusual, everything is simple. During the 10 days of stay, we were not surprised by anything, but we would like to. Almost everything is fresh, but tasteless. There is always fried fish (sea bass, Dorado, trout). The bars are normal, the waiters are trying, someone is doing super, someone is average. You can ask for imported alcohol, there is always one. There are practically no queues in bars. Ice cream - there are balls, but it's tasteless, it's in the package, but for some reason the refrigerator is hidden with it, you can't even see what kind of ice cream there is.
The animation is not intrusive, it is very pleasing.
There are no shops nearby, in order to walk in the evening, just take a taxi. I don't want to return for such money, it's not worth it, I didn't see any advantages for myself. There were so many wonderful words from the tour agent to this hotel, but they did not come true. They say the hotel is now for rent, maybe that's why it went bad. Many people in the hotel go to it not once, return. I was not attracted at all.

We had a rest in August 2024. The hotel is old with dirty, ruined rooms (the renovation was only in the rooms of the central building). Upon check-in, 4 rooms were changed, because each has mold.
The territory is not being monitored. It's dirty. It is not possible to walk, minicars with service personnel constantly drive along the central alley (although there is a bypass road).
The food is poor. Complete unsanitary conditions. Dishes and cutlery are not washed, with leftovers. Dirty tables and napkins. The vegetables and fruits in the dishes are either rotten or not ripe, but consistently dirty.
The minibar is partially filled, they will definitely forget to replenish something.
From drinks: in the lobby bar alone, you can drink something decent and not diluted.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. A cheap, dirty hotel. It's not worth the money. It's amazing how such a hotel has been awarded the status of 5 stars.

I highly recommend this hotel for families with children! The animators are smart, they directly involve children in the process of playing / activities. For an additional fee.for a fee, we went to a nearby hotel, rode horses and a mini zoo, and all services are included in the price of the tour. A good hotel, a lot of Russian-speaking staff, service is on the level, but the food is not very good: soups and porridges are normal, and the rest is either tasteless or there is nothing to choose. The rooms are clean, but some of them smell damp and it is better to stay in a bungalow rather than in the main building. Some rooms in the main building overlook the driveway and it is impossible to open the balcony on the lower floors because of the constant noise and conversations. The territory is large, there is a water park, several pools and a nightclub, a lot of animation and evening shows. The beach is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, but the entrance, as in many places, is pebbly, although further into the sea is sand. In May, the sea was cool, but you can swim, but a lot of mud floats. There are a lot of children, there is an equipped playground. In general, if you tune in to rest and do not pay attention to these little things, then it is quite comfortable.

We had a family vacation at the end of August. Briefly about the main thing ) 1. The hotel is elderly. And simple, without "palatial" and chic. We need a deep renovation of the rooms and common areas. 2. The bungalow. The best option for silence is the blocks far from the beach. The restaurant and the sea can be reached in 5 minutes by a pleasant road. In addition, electric cars with smiling car drivers constantly drive)). But the rooms of the 1st block and the rooms of the Anex building, although closest to the beach, are located next to the water park of the neighboring hotel (Papiillon), so there is high humidity. 3. Large and very green, well-groomed territory, a huge number of pines and other trees! Gardeners get a credit! )) But outside the hotel there is only the road to the center of Belek. There is nowhere to walk outside the territory. 4. 3 swimming pools and a small relaxation pool under the pines, very calm and pleasant! The main pools are in a line by the beach, one with sea water, there are a lot of people in them during the day, but in the morning it was very pleasant to swim! 5. A small water park. 5 slides for adults, ordinary, slow, there is a closed slide with "cheesecakes". There are slides for children. Everyone is in the shade of the trees, it's great! there are a lot of sun beds, there is also a snack bar, in general, the water park is thoughtful and cozy. It is far from the beach, almost at the exit of the hotel, so there is no crowding. 6. The beach. It is very wide and comfortable, especially compared to all the hotels nearby in one direction and the other (with the exception of Rixos). There are a lot of sun loungers, you can always find free ones. The first and second lines are usually busy in the morning. The sand is good, fine, cleaned between the rows of sun loungers and by the sea every evening, there are wooden decking between the rows of sun loungers. There are very few small pebbles only on the surf line. The depth starts after about 4-5 m. The water is cloudy in the afternoon and evening. There is a large pier if you want to go down into relatively clear water 7. Restaurants and bars. Restaurants are more like "canteens". Simple and functional, without zest and prettiness. The choice of food is sufficient, but also without frills, you will not stay hungry, but you will not admire something. The fruits are seasonal, enough, but not always ripe. There are a lot of tables, there is always a place to sit, you can sit on a large and extended veranda, but in August and in the evening it was very hot and stuffy, so we chose tables inside. A la carte restaurants are paid, we did not go. There are many bars throughout the territory, but all have different opening hours. The lobby bar has excellent cocktails and Turkish coffee! In the afternoon - well, very tasty pies and cakes, a real pastry shop! I also want to mention the Akdeniz fish snack bar (on the right, if you look from the sea), we went there for lunch to save time, there were always free tables, not as diverse, of course, as in the main restaurant, but you won't stay hungry)). In all restaurants and bars, the staff try their best, work conscientiously, especially the bartenders in the lobby, the pros! There are many Russian speakers. By the way, you can definitely praise the administration for the work of the staff - without any complaints at all! and gardeners (I have already said), and cleaners, and households. the service and the administrators are almost everything, as it seemed to me (and I am very picky!) they work in good faith! 8. Activities. A lot. No - Very much and constantly! Diverse. You will not get bored either in the afternoon or in the evening! But at the same time, it's not noisy after 23h. 9. Staff. There are many Russian-speaking employees both at Guest Relations and at the reception. The problems were solved very quickly and kindly! As a result, I would give the hotel 4.8 out of 5 points and reduce it only for the "tired" rooms and general minimalism.

We are leaving the hotel today, so I am writing a review in hot pursuit. The three of us had a rest: me, my husband and my son of 2.1 years. I'll start with the disadvantages that crossed out the whole vacation. 1 - inhuman audibility of animation from a nearby hotel until 4 a.m. and the same inhuman audibility of neighbors (not only coughing, drawers sliding out of bedside tables, but also quite distinct words in the usual quiet dialogue of neighbors behind the wall). It's just trash. It feels like the walls are just made of drywall. 2 - on the fifth day, my husband and I fell ill with poisoning, and my son also fell ill on the day before departure. It rinsed everyone all night, despite taking sorbent and rehydrone. We ate only at the hotel, did not swim in the pool, did not swallow water in the sea (neither we nor my son). I only conclude that there were half-washed cutlery or something with food somewhere. There is also a terrible smell of sewage on the beach from time to time.
From the good - a large well-groomed area with orange trees, a beautiful wide beach with a playground right on the beach, a lot of sun beds, they are not tubby, the entrance to the sea is wonderful for both children and adults. The room was cleaned well. The food was always chicken and beef, two types of fish (usually mackerel and dorado), a couple of times a week there was also sea trout and several times mutton in tandoor. Fruits include apples, pears, melons, grapes, persimmons, bananas, plums, oranges. A huge selection of cakes. A large selection of vegetables and herbs. The children's food corner is not bad, when we were poisoned, we just ate rice and chicken broth there.
The pools look clean and plenty, the water park is small but good, there is also a children's mini club where you can leave a child (4-12 years old) from morning to evening. We definitely will not return anymore, because 350 thousand for 8 days is actually not worth this hotel for two and a half. I understand that these are such strange prices for us now, that both in dollars and euros it cost some amount 3-4 years ago, so it probably costs (there were a lot of Germans), but holy crap!!! Old rooms (the hotel was built in 2001 and it shows). And poisoning, of course. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I was in Turkey for the fifth time, I was in different hotels, and worse, and better, and in July and September, but never once did I come down with poisoning.

Good afternoon!
Well, it's time for an honest review of the hotels. (Most likely it will be deleted, like all other negative reviews)
1. let's start with the cleanliness of the rooms: the rooms are cleaned very, very poorly; the dust is not wiped; the bed linen has not been changed once in 10 days; as for the carpets, they are so dirty that the feet were black!!!!; towels are rarely changed; balconies and furniture on the balcony are dirty to horror!
2. Restaurant and food: the waiters in this hotel (in the open area) are not so attentive that they do not pay any attention to visitors, however, when the check arrives, or honored guests, the appearance of work is created as much as possible, but only at nearby tables, it is terribly disgusting and not beautiful!; food for so much monotonous that all 10 days of eating did not get any pleasure, only to satisfy hunger.
3. Bar: oh, this is a separate story, high-quality alcohol is presented only in 2 bars out of 5; for some reason, in all the others, it always ended ... it is very strange when the concept of the hotel is not from the economy segment!; bartenders are so slow and sluggish in doing their job that you can lose 10 to 30 minutes in the queue!
4. Pools: in general, not bad, but I was very surprised by the children's pool, in which there are sharp teeth at the bottom that cut the legs into blood!
There are also positive points to note:
1. Animation is great, lots of interesting activities!
2. A very large and green area.
3. Helpful reception staff!
In general, this is all of the advantages!!!
We are very upset about visiting this hotel, because the price and quality are completely unjustified!
We will not return to this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Excellent hotel complex .it is located in a forest area , beauty , silence , clean air . Everything is really included , you don 't even know what else to wish for . Swimming pools with sea and fresh water , Sauna , hammam, gym. There is still not enough bus to Gorda at least 2-3 times a week for complete happiness. The hotel is good...but you will be met at the reception by a young man who speaks excellent Russian.. .and with a smile, pleased with himself, he will give you the most unsuccessful number....He will say at the same time , yes , as you asked. ..he did not take into account either our age (9 bungalows, 3614) or the floor - this is the first time we have encountered this...we did not change anything, we did not bring pleasure with humiliation to relocate..but we will not return to this hotel and will not recommend it...The owners of the hotel say thank you to him.....

I was at this hotel with my family from August 16th to 23rd. I've been to Turkey about 23 times, age/experience, what can I do))), so there is something to compare it with. In general, a very good, just an excellent hotel, I recommend you to visit, but there are small nuances that I will describe so that the hotel would react, and note to you. We arrived early in the morning, at 6-45 we were at the hotel. There was a kid at the reception who spoke both English and Russian poorly, sent us to the sofas in the lobby to wait for check-in. When asked about the availability of a lounge area, (they asked several times) I sent my hands to the first floor. Sleep-the room turned out to be closed. We didn't get confused, had breakfast, changed clothes in the toilet, went to relax on the beach. The beach is large, you can always find a free sunbed, the shade from the umbrella is not very good, you have to constantly carry a sunbed, separate smoking areas, most of them no one smokes, it's just super. At 1400 we checked in, the room is large, clean, freshly renovated, the air conditioner is coping, we lived as a family, four of us, everything is just fine. As a result, it turned out that they give a card for access to the Sleep room, but this is after 9 a.m. when the day shift of managers, adequate and very friendly, takes over. That's probably why there are a lot of tourists lying on tables and sofas in the lobby until 9 a.m.)) By the way, they didn't give out cards for beach towels in the morning either. Towels were given to us by a towel change service employee, after my request and explanation of the situation. Moreover, he spoke both English and Russian))). The entrance to the sea is simply magnificent, the sand is smooth. The sea is clean, there are a lot of fish....they bite...)))Two pontoons, a pier connected to the Papillon Hotel, do not interfere with each other in any way. Clean area, there is a place to walk. The staff is all Russian-speaking and very friendly. An excellent, fairly large children's water park. It's just a large area, you can relax on the beach, on the sand, and on the grass, on lawns. The saltwater pool smells strongly of chlorine, the younger one swam once. Gazebos are installed everywhere, for 100 euros you can rent for the whole day, good shade, you can sleep, there is a safe and an outlet, any bottled drinks are distributed. On the day of departure, the gazebo is especially relevant if it was not possible to extend the room for a late check-out. There is also a small fly in the ointment)): at a local store (I attached a photo of the store), at the hotel, before leaving, I bought a bottle of mulberry wine, branded in appearance, they wanted to celebrate the departure. It turned out to be fermented, cloudy and vinegar-flavored. When asked to replace, the owner gave the wine to the saleswoman to try, she liked it)))))) He says this is how it should be....I left this bottle to them, I did not swear, let them drink to their health))) for the first time in many years, I bought trash, and even in a great hotel. By the way, the food in the hotel's restaurants is very varied and delicious)! I would also like to express my gratitude to the hotel guide Olga from Pegasus, a very responsive and good person, (and she advised excellent excursions, gave full information (although I haven't gone anywhere for a long time, I saw everything) and sent home quickly, the transfer is super. I'm sorry for being tongue-tied, I chose the time, I scribbled what I remember, but honestly...
