We rested at the hotel on 18-25.10.21 with my husband and daughter 1.8 g. From what I liked: the territory is large, clean, a lot of greenery, it's nice to walk. There is a large availability of free sun beds, we found no problems at any time. Evening discos for kids, adult animation was not seen, because the child had a sleep mode, but the music played until 00, the announced programs were, I think, interesting. The pools are large, clean, with sea water. But almost no one swims anymore, the water does not warm up. From November 1, they should start warming up, it is not clear why not do it earlier. Cleaning is daily and excellent, without tips. They were left only at the check-out. The bungalows were tired, the carpet was dirty and the room itself was not very tidy. They moved to the main building for $100. There are no complaints about the room, but a little renovation would not hurt the hotel.
Drinks are normal, free mini-bar, refilled daily. Alcohol is imported, but you need to ask for it. The entrance to the sea is comfortable, no slippers are needed, and no one has been seen in them. There is no pier of its own, there is some kind of stove instead. Wi-Fi works well on site.
I didn't like it:
The food. Generally, except for desserts.
It was the same thing at the grill bar for 4 days! And in the main restaurant, something seemed to change, but the essence is the same and the dishes are the same. We are not picky, but this is objectively true and for this the hotel has a big minus! For a week there was not a single soup that could be fed to a child. I liked the pastries, we tried a lot of things.
Playgrounds are not very interesting-swings, a rocking chair and a small slide. There is simply nothing to do there, and with a large number of children, it is not possible to accommodate there. Mini-birdhouse sadness and sadness (the water park was no longer working, I can't say anything about it.
In general, the overall impression is generally positive, but there is no desire to return.

We stayed at the hotel from 06.06 to 17.06.2022. I liked the kitchen, there was everything, there was a lot of food and everything was delicious, the animation was just gorgeous, the beach was of course for an amateur, I don't like sand mixed with pebbles. The room, well, why not make tiles on the floor, the carpet is all stained, old furniture, although I'm not picky, but for that kind of money I want to be in comfort. The territory is huge, tidy, birds, trees, very beautiful. Suitable for a relaxing family holiday.

We stayed at this hotel from 29.06 to 13.07.24. Let's start with check-in: we arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m., the girl took a questionnaire from us at the reception and said that we could go to the -1 floor for breakfast for now, after going through the entire -1 floor, we bumped into the exit from the entrance to the evening animation site, that from the -1 floor you need to climb the stairs to the restaurant from the reception staff Not a word! During the 14 days of my stay at the hotel, I observed 4 couples with cards and with the same questions, where is the restaurant?! OK, we had breakfast at the reception, we were given cards to check into the bungalow! They take us by electric car to the bungalow, the territory is gorgeous, we entered the bungalow and ah... li! Just savok, a 400k ticket, turned on the air conditioner and the waterfall started! Thankfully, after this incident, we were moved to the main building, where cosmetic repairs were recently made, and everything seems to be OK. Food: in the hotel, the main restaurant is divided by a wall into 2 separate rooms, which can be accessed either through the terrace or by stairs closer to the disco, but few people know about this and the hotel staff does not inform about it! Accordingly, at lunch and dinner in the restaurant, which is closer to the Irish pub, the people are just an anthill! 7-8 people in line for breakfast for an omelet, while 2-4 people are in line on the terrace for an omelet! But even here it's an embarrassment, after 10 days of rest on Oslet Street, they fried in one pan with 4 burners! I ask why the burners are not working, they find out for 10-15 minutes, they point at each other with their fingers, as a result, nothing happens, they save gas! In the Irish pub, throughout the rest, there was a girl at the bar, I don't remember her name, constantly with a poker face, unhappy, who constantly had to beg for a drink, what is it called?! does it feel like she's taking alcohol out of her pocket and saving it?! There is no animation in the hotel at all! There is no evening show, for 14 nights there has never been a national Turkish show! It feels like it's just an economy option! Guys! I compare this hotel with a vacation in 2023 at the Akka Alinda hotel, the price for 2024 is the same, and the service of Akka is much better! Also in this review, I want to note the negligence and unprofessionalism of the staff of the Fun Sun tour operator, they arrived at the hotel by individual transfer, and at the airport at the exit desk they informed us that we were going to the hotel ourselves. The employee took a picture of our voucher and said, have a nice trip! I didn't provide any memos or any information! Upon arrival at the hotel, information from the tour operator was not sent to the phone number, as it was last year. Taking into account the strike of Antalya airport dispatchers, two days before departure, I went to the counter of a representative of the tour operator at the hotel, left my phone number and asked to warn me about a flight change, in response, say ok! On the day of departure, it turned out that our flight was postponed an hour and a half earlier, but with a grin, the staff of the tour operator tell me, and I sent you the information on the phone! We arrived yesterday after a 10-day rest and I can't help but share my feedback.
Check-in.
We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., we had paid for a room in the main building, but I wanted a bungalow. I asked to give us a bungalow on the 2nd floor, they asked me why I wanted a bungalow, I said I wanted to go to breakfast in the morning and enjoy the park. I was offered 10 and 8 bungalows, I chose 10 because it is further away. 10 bungalows are located near the water park and the children's club and opposite the relax pool and the botanical bar. At the reception, I was asked to write a handwritten statement that I personally asked for a room of a category lower than indicated in the voucher. And we were immediately taken to our bungalow.
Number.
The room was on the 2nd floor, the Windows overlooked the children's club, which was located behind a living green fence. The room is large, there were 2 beds in the room, a sofa (which was also made with bed linen) for small children, an extra bed is also suitable, but it is smaller in width and length than an ordinary bed. Overall, the room is clean and spacious. The room had slippers, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, a small comb, washcloths, a dental kit, cotton pads and sticks, a disposable razor and shaving foam, soap, bathrobes were not and were not asked for. The mini bar is replenished free of charge every day: chips, cola, fanta, beer, plain water, mineral water in glass, tea, coffee, cream, sugar.
Cleaning.
We left the room at 7 a.m., came at 13 and left at 14 and returned in the evening. Very often we came in after lunch and it wasn't cleaned yet, and the cleaner came when we were in the room. If you like super thorough cleaning, it's not here and won't even be for a tip. Beds are made, garbage is thrown out, but they often forgot to put the bag in the trash, towels are folded, the sink and mirror are not washed. The cleaning was superficial, tips were left, but the cleaning was the same as without them. Bed linen is changed like every 3 days, everything was changed ok. There was a bottle cap under the bedside table, left by someone before us, so it was lying there for 10 days. The furniture on the balcony is also not wiped, everything is dusty. The cleaning is lame, but the main thing for us is that the garbage was taken out and thanks for that. Of course, it's nicer when they clean well.
Territory.
This is space, it cannot be expressed in words, it must be seen. Cicadas, birds, cuckoos, nests with chicks, pines, oranges, lemons, flowers, palm tree. Such beauty, such fragrance, beauty in the eyes of the beholder.
Restaurants and food.
Those who write that there is nothing to eat, probably write it on the 10th day of their stay, when they have already had enough of everything (or to be more precise, they have eaten too much). We didn't want anything on day 8 either, not because there was nothing, but just a lot of everything and we ate our fill. The food is delicious, but it happened that the beef was tough and mashed potatoes, judging by the taste, were diluted from powder, and orange juice for breakfast was chemical, not fresh, as they say. The slightly salted red fish were full to the brim. The rolls in the reviews wrote that every other day, but they were less frequent and sometimes they made rolls not with red fish, but with cucumber and tomato and with mackerel. Of the minuses, breakfast starts at 7, but for example, the grill bar opens later on the street, around 9 o'clock, and there is no food in the main restaurant. And in the main restaurant, smoothies, pancakes and cheesecakes also begin to be made only at 9 o'clock, apparently when there are more people. It's kind of strange, it seems like breakfast starts at 7. Therefore, we came back at 9 to drink smoothies and eat grilled cheese from the grill bar. There are a lot of fruits, everything is delicious. In general, we liked the food, but we would like to have red fish rolls more often.
Staff.
There is a very friendly staff everywhere, everyone speaks Russian, everyone in the bars is friendly, they offer drinks, they advise what to take. Sometimes there is such a staff that the feeling that they are pouring from their pocket is not there. It's very cool that regular drinking water is available everywhere, you don't have to queue at the bar to get regular water. A very cool idea with refrigerators with glasses of water in them, I drank it and threw it away. The water heats up in the bottle, but it's not realistic to drink the whole bottle at once. I would also like to write about a girl who drives a bus on the territory, she is the only girl driver there, among men she is such a sweetheart, always smiles, waves, greets, lifts the mood from one kind and causes a smile and positive emotions.
Animation.
The guys are all doing well. Separately, I want to highlight Arzu - he leads darts, this is a holiday person, we laughed until our stomachache and tears, went to darts 2 times a day every day. Galya was charging 2 or 3 times, this is a bomb, this is a professional in his field, his muscles were all sore. Then they put Teresa on the charge, I went once and didn't go anymore, I didn't like Teresa. Galya also teaches yoga and stretching. Julia - I went to step aerobics with her once for 15 minutes, an energizer girl, very positive and active, but she led active workouts, and I don't really like that. I give my heart to Gala and Arzu - you are the best!!!!
Eviction.
We had an early check-out, we asked for lunch boxes. Delicious sandwich with sausage and cheese, plum, cupcake and juice. I saw lunch boxes from other hotels at the airport, we had the best lunch boxes.
Aquarark.
There are slides for the very young, there are for older children, and there are also slides for adults. We went 2 times, there are not many people, there is also a bar with a snack.
Beach.
The beach is big, there are a lot of sunbeds, but we always lay under palm trees on the grass. It's cool that there is such an opportunity and a zone, sometimes in hotels they are not allowed to lie and walk on the grass.
Evening shows.
You definitely need to go to a motorcycle show, it takes your breath away, places for this show are occupied in advance. All the shows are beautiful, acrobats, gymnasts, dancing, bright and colorful.
Conclusion.
We liked everything, 10 days flew by like 3-4 days. Delicious, beautiful, fun! If I would come back again - YES, I would recommend this hotel - YES!
Someone wrote in the reviews that there were no cheesecakes - they did, someone wrote that there was no snack after 16.00 - they did. The hotel is very loyal and listens to the opinions and reviews of guests!

We stayed at this hotel with our family in July. For 5 we took 2 rooms in a bungalow. The food is decent. Seafood and crayfish every day. Once a week there were langoustines in the main restaurant. The room stock is tired. The animation is good. We played volleyball every day. I recommend this hotel.

Cons:
BARS! In one they pour only beer, in the other they pour beer, champagne. There is a wide variety of drinks in only 3 bars throughout the territory. Pine forest, lots of flowering plants, beauty, cleanliness. All conditions have been created for a pleasant stay for different categories of guests.

В этом отеле мы с 23 августа. Очень вежливый и приветливый персонал. Очень стараются угодить.
Питание обычное all inclusive - разнообразное и много, кормят весь день без перерывов.
Напитки ultra all inclusive и не только местные, привычные виски, ром, текила и прочее, коктейли и даже шампанское.
Территория большая, ухоженная.
Лежаков очень много и у бассейна и на пляже и на пирсе. Здесь нет необходимости их занимать с утра или держать весь день за собой. Мне кажется, что лежаков тут в два раза больше самих гостей.
Wifi есть и в номере и на ресепшн и у бассейна и на пирсе. Но сигнал устойчив только в определённых местах, в зоне антенны роутера.
При заселении нам дали номер с видом на море, мы не настаивали.
В номере не все розетки рабочие, но в целом впечатление от убранства приятное.
Уборка ежедневно, постоянно в наличии шампунь, гель, кондей для волос.
Кондиционер в номере справлялся без проблем, учитывая что на улице 36° ежедневно.
Перед поездкой мы читали отзывы, и много негативных, но по факту все совсем не соответствуют реалии. Допускаю что кому то что то не нравится, но это субьективно и на мой взгляд преувеличено.
Нам очень понравился отдых здесь и хороший сервис, особенно отношение персонала к гостям.
