We would like to thank the hotel for our wonderful stay, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
The room was very comfortable and had everything you needed.
The food in the restaurants was delicious and varied, we especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant, the pasta was perfectly cooked.
I would like to thank the staff of the pan-Asian restaurant for repeating the drum show especially for us, as our reservation was later than the performance.
The kids' club has very friendly staff, the only thing I would like for children is to have access to the outdoor playground so that they can go for a walk during the day, but it is closed by a fence.
Everything is fine at the spa too, but on one of the visits in the evening there was a lot of garbage in the hammam (used washcloths and a shampoo tube).
We've definitely had enough entertainment for a week, and we'll be happy to come again.

This is one of my favorite hotels, we have stayed there 3 times in the last year. Everything is perfect. A quiet, family-run hotel for a perfect, comfortable stay. Calmly releasing the child (8 years old) He knows everything about the territory and is familiar with everything. We had a vacation with a small child in September 2024.
The rooms are spacious, premium in-room care products, a pillow menu and a free minibar. They are cleaned at 3 plus, but regularly.
The choice of food on the buffet is huge, there is a separate line for children, for dinner - with rolls, etc. The
beach is well maintained, you can order drinks directly to the sun beds.
Good sports infrastructure (halls, group classes).
Separately, I would like to note the hotel's equipment with everything necessary for children of different ages - a children's club with classes and babysitters, a separate pool with slides and fountains, a children's restaurant, everything is provided to the smallest detail.
The price is naturally above average, but it is definitely worth your money!

In January 2025, we stayed at the Rixos Premium Belek Hotel.
The impressions from the hotel are positive.
The check-in was quick and without any problems.
The 37 sq.m room is equipped with everything necessary, the room contents are at a good level. Welcome champagne and fruits.
The room cleaning is excellent. Five Russian-language TV channels.
Wi-fi has a good signal throughout the hotel, as well as on the beach.
The territory is not very large: two outdoor pools, one of them heated with sea water.
There is another heated pool in the spa area, as well as a standard set of baths and saunas, a Jacuzzi, herbal baths, and so on.
The food for the winter season is good. But the fruit table was not impressed: strawberries of the same variety, grapes only black and green, oranges, pineapples, mangoes of the same, maximum two varieties. There were no watermelons!
There is no fast food at all, and this is encouraging.
Good quality Chinese cuisine. I liked the sushi only baked.
There are a lot of seafood and fish, but the scallop is most likely from freezing, as well as crab meat.
There is a street pastry shop, as usual in these hotels there is a Starbucks.
The alcohol in the bars seemed to be of high quality, as there was not a single heavily drunk person in sight. Although maybe this is due to the fact that the main contingent of the hotel is Slavs, there are tourists from the CIS, Turks, so everything is culturally quiet and peaceful, there are no drunk British lying around, there are no ugly German aunts with floating tattoos running to occupy sun beds in the morning. All staff speaks Russian and English. Out of general peace, even the women who spoke Capelin behaved quietly and decently. Special thanks to the hotel for delineating the recreation areas for those with children and those who have already raised their own.
The evening performances still need to be practiced, but the guys are trying their best.
There is fishing among the entertainment options, but the instructor is cold on this topic (he only bites on black ham and corn.)
Cycling, all kinds of different gyms and beginner yoga workouts.
This hotel can definitely be recommended for winter holidays in the comfortable conditions of the Mediterranean Sea.

I really liked the hotel! We had a vacation with my daughter in March. The rooms are gorgeous, cleaning for 5+. The food is very tasty and varied. Excellent desserts and chocolate-covered strawberries at the Godiva pastry shop. The service is top notch! Unfortunately, in the winter concept, part of the territory is under renovation, and the kids' club on the street is closed, but otherwise everything is fine, the rest was a success!

The hotel is great. A lot has been written about the advantages. And it's all true. A couple of cons.
1. While we were relaxing here, we were "lucky" to cross paths with the Khimki football club. FC Khimki is a disgrace to Russian football! They came to practice, yeah. Would you like to tell us what kind of "workouts" you had by the pool with a hookah and a pump? Is it okay that families with children come there to relax, and you dispersed everyone with your hookah, alcohol and mats? The hotel staff, ow! You're just walking by, didn't anyone make a comment? I had to go complain. That's not what we came for! Can you do anything by the pool? Are the guards not watching at all?
2. The same goes for a 16+ pool. Why do parents go there with their back teeth? Why isn't anyone watching? Is the girl bartender afraid to make remarks to them? Well, then put someone else in there. I want to use the pool 16+, since it is declared. But in fact, there is no quiet pool in the hotel, the staff does not care.

I had a rest with my family from 01.08 to 16.08 at this hotel. The impressions are only positive. Excellent service, excellent modern rooms. All staff are helpful and polite, always ready to help. There is a lot of greenery on the territory, cleanliness everywhere, beautiful views. The sea is a little cloudy, but this does not spoil the overall picture. There are a lot of activities for children and adults all day, shows and live music in the evening. There is a football academy on the territory, where professional coaches work with children and football stars, who are specially invited, always participate in coaching sessions. Many thanks to the guys and coaches from the football academy, we will definitely come here next year just because of this. I also want to highlight restaurants where everything is really delicious, and in Greek they also arrange a show with smashing plates and dancing. In general, I recommend this hotel to everyone!

There are also disadvantages (a very uncomfortable bed from the word at all), a buffet in the fresh air probably collects all the flies and bacteria). I'm in love with the hotel itself. Just chic. The territory, settlement, animation, beach, food, entertainment, service are all at the highest level! We got high in a way that words cannot convey. I want to come back here and we will definitely do it! There are many vacationers with children. Kids are held in high esteem here. Everything is for them. Everyone is friendly, smiling, and positively breathes. You feel very comfortable. But here's room cleaning for 3. You pay such a lot of money for a premium and you want to get this premium. Either we were so unlucky, or I don't know. Moreover, we left tips for cleaning the room. But alas and ah. We rested for 10 days.
They put us in a nice room with a sea view. The room is large, modern, beautiful and clean. But on the third day, the defects began. Sometimes they forget to leave clean towels, then the dishes used were not changed to clean ones. The spoons generally lay dirty, and did not change them. Children's supplies were brought once, although this is a sample option. We used it for 2 days and that's it, we didn't bring any more. Toothpaste was not always left, I had to ask. I put 3 for the room service. I would like improvements.
All issues were resolved, but I would like to avoid these shortcomings. There are meetings in restaurants every morning. There's a 10% service! The room cleaning service is very lame. The tables in the room were not always clean. I use a mixture for the baby, sometimes I wake up and it was spilled on the table, and it remained. But the rest is just a fairy tale!!!
The restaurants are all at the highest level. Delicious, friendly and high-quality. We especially stuck to the Peoples restaurant. It's delicious and the waiters are such that you want to come again and again! The hotel itself is gorgeous. Everyone is friendly and it feels like they want to feed purposefully. We were in September 2023, we really liked it, we rented an additional small bungalow five steps from the sea and spent the whole day there, the admin is there. An excellent 5-star hotel in the premium segment. A large selection of food and drinks in the hotel's restaurants and in the bar. We had a rest with the whole family and everyone found something for themselves.
One child went to the tennis academy at the hotel, the second liked football training. Very cool classes with a guest football star. We managed to catch Dmitry Loskov and Yuri Zhirkov. Playing with them on the same field for children is an unforgettable experience for a lifetime. One of the best hotels I've ever been to, and I travel a lot. Everything has developed here: the place, the infrastructure, the territory, the staff, the kitchen. Everything is perfect for me.
The incredibly large green area of the hotel, the aromas of pine trees. A clean beach. There are many recreation areas.
A very varied diet, from which you do not get tired. A wonderful Mediterranean restaurant if you are tired of the buffet.

I stayed at this hotel out of season, in early February, so I can't evaluate the full concept. Briefly, what did you like:
1. The room is modern, comfortable large beds, there are slippers, bathrobes, a good set of hair cosmetics, toothbrushes, etc.
2. The food is excellent, what not, and this is out of season, the fish is different and trout and sea bass, sushi is made for lunch and dinner by a sushi man with you, pizza, different types of cheeses, a lot of meat in different variations. There is a separate song about desserts: I have never eaten such delicious ones in any Turkish hotel. There is a separate pastry shop and a coffee shop. You can also get to themed restaurants by appointment. We were in Japanese, sushi at the highest level, I recommend it. The only thing that could be added is more fruits and a solo red fish for breakfast.
Alcohol is imported only, great cocktails. I liked that they bring strong alcohol separately and already with them a coke or tonic in a glass bottle.
3. A huge well-maintained territory, there is a large suspect pool, which is relevant in February. There is also an indoor pool in the hammam.
There was not much animation, only a mini disco was held for the children in the hotel itself. There were very few people, so there was not much activity.

A cool sports hotel, a lot of activity, my son loves football, we chose to have a field and organized children's training sessions. Great hotel, we had a family vacation with a child this summer. The service, food, animation were all at the highest level. Everyone will be comfortable here, who likes a relaxing holiday and who likes to hang out, discos every night, shows twice a week. At the Rixy Club, every day is filled with exciting programs for children of any age. The only drawback was sometimes room cleaning, they were not always cleaned efficiently, they often forgot to put towels for the whole family. Also, those who live in Rixos can go to the water park every day and visit the slides as a priority.
