We had a rest with our family and were satisfied. Great rooms, cleaning twice a day. The Big Kids Club, the kid was missing there for hours. He always went to the football academy, and in the evenings it was really hard to get him out of there, he played until sunset. Thanks to the coaches of the academy for their patience and responsiveness, they helped with the decision in a difficult situation.

A good hotel, even in winter there is something to do - an excellent indoor pool, slot machines for both adults and children. The food in the main buffet is not very diverse, the choice also leaves much to be desired. The sushi bar was very pleased. The rooms are no longer new, the cleaning is 5. I recommend the hotel for families with children.

We are always satisfied! It doesn 't eat up ! The service is on top! For me personally, hotels come first!

The hotel is wonderful, the territory is super, food for every taste, friendly staff; we had a rest in early February 2023, we were lucky with the weather, and with excellent assistants (Ruzilya and Yanna-thank you for everything: for help, kindness, responsiveness, professionalism), and with the choice of the hotel itself, as well as with the tour operator Intourist. I would like to visit here more than once! Everything was great! Thanks to the staff of the Piazzetta restaurant for dinner and congratulations on D.R.! We did not meet the "cons". We are grateful to all employees of Rixos Premium Belek 5*! This is the first time I'm writing a review - I liked everything so much!

Concierge service, quality food, large green area, several swimming pools.
The revelation was the rest in early November - all the hotel services are still working, and there are many times fewer people than at the height of the season.
I recommend packing before the end of the children's holidays, plus a few days - later the water park and the children's club are already closing, and the range of food is getting smaller.

In general, it's not bad, but I didn't like the rest, I don't want to go back from the word at all! And there's nothing to do, there are a lot of people.....
We were there for a week in April..out of season. The restaurant has a huge problem with seats and crowds of unhappy people with full plates.
We were settled in an unmade one!!! Number. There are assistants, but they proved themselves only once, when they sent cleaning on the day of arrival.
There are Ala-maps, but Yann's assistant couldn't help with the recording. The recording is in a week, and we only came for a week of school holidays. And I wanted to visit a few ... darkness in general.
I called the reservation service myself (just out of principle) and that evening we went to a Greek restaurant. By the way, it was half empty.
In the evening, there are performances by different bands at the hotel-everything is beautiful-tables, snacks, but the sound is so loud!!! I can't tell you how ridiculous it looks!The guests left after 5 minutes. I would love to listen, but how? We talked with several families from different countries (Germany, Korea, Turkey) and all discussed this problem and the problem of Ala-maps and they also did not understand what the assistants were for if they did not work).
The pool is large and beautiful, very warm, but dirty... swimming there was unpleasant because of the hair. The problem is not with the staff! The hotel's contingent leaves much to be desired.
Among the advantages - good staff (only a little tired and sad), good food and drinks, comfortable rooms, my daughter liked the room with vending machines.
My daughter didn't like the kids' club at all, although Gloria didn't want to leave.
In Turkey, we prefer to rest out of season, in spring and autumn, when the weather is bad at home. We just wanted comfort without requests: in the morning to eat calmly and tasty, in the afternoon to walk and swim clean, in the evening to have a nice dinner and listen to music. We have been getting all this for several years in other hotels, but there is nothing like this in Rixos.
The review is subjective! Prosperity hotel! Judging by the number of vacationers, they are doing well even with these disadvantages. And we went to other hotels that suited us better)

Expensive but good hotel! Constant animation, lots of delicious food for every taste. Staff work at a height 👍 Once I forgot a bag with documents in the dining room. Immediately, everything was found by the cameras and returned. There are also free trips to the Land of legends amusement park.

Good day. I was at this hotel for the second time. The first time was in January 2023 , the second time in December . The vacation turned out to be very successful and happy. The flight was at 4 a.m. We arrived in Turkey in the morning. The flight was calm. We flew on Turkish Airlines. We were brought to the hotel at about 9 o'clock in the morning.
We were greeted by friendly and attentive staff of the hotel who speak Russian well. While we were getting our room booked, we were able to go have breakfast. We were checked into the room right away. We booked a simple room when buying a ticket. We were provided with a family one. It's certainly very pleasant. The room is large and spacious. Two san. The node. Two TVs. Two refrigerators. Everything is done for the convenience of visitors. Beautiful view of the sea, mountains, forest. The bed linen was changed every day. Very high-quality cosmetics.
I want to note it for myself. Many people do not like to fly in winter. But in vain. We were very lucky. The temperature was 20 degrees Celsius. Heated swimming pools. Lots of greenery, flowers. As for the service and maintenance. Everything is great.
The restaurant has always had a lot of vegetables, fruits, and meat. There is a diet menu. There are many restaurants and bars. There were no themed dinners. But this is not so critical and important. Everything is delicious. Freshly squeezed juices : apple, orange, carrot. Cheeses, fish. Very tasty coffee, tea is beyond praise.
For the bath and hammam: I really liked it. There were a lot of people. But this did not interfere with a comfortable rest.
I want to say a huge thank you to the girls for their hard work. Working with people is probably the hardest job. Good customers to you.

The hotel is good! Not a super hotel, but in general, it's not bad enough to relax. Of the main advantages, I consider a regularly running free bus to Rixos land of legends, a place that deserves a separate review and even probably more detailed. Of the disadvantages, the hotel does not have a large territory, the food and service in the alyakart restaurants are not super, the tired room stock.

We were at dinner, we liked the service and a large selection of delicious dishes. Many thanks to Elkhan, he is friendly and attentive! It was a great vacation. This is probably the first hotel where we didn't have to spend money on buying various little things, because absolutely everything is provided. The most convenient function: a personal manager who will solve any of your questions. The rooms are standard. I can't say that they caused a wow effect: simple, good, comfortable, clean and not shabby. Cleaning 2 times a day, tea, coffee, sweets and the bar are replenished daily. They are included in the price. As for nutrition: no complaints at all. In my opinion, all the cuisines of the world are on the buffet (there is a zone for adults only 16+) + a sufficient number of restaurants A la Card from steakhouse to Mexican cuisine. There was a French coffee shop on site with very tasty and high-quality desserts, such as I have not tasted for a long time. Alcohol is of high quality, for every taste. There is even a beer sports bar on site for football fans. Evening animation: cool live music in the evening at the beach bar. I didn't really attend the rest of the evening activities, somehow they didn't catch on). During the day, there is also a large number of sports activities and other leisure activities. Several pools, the sea is also nearby. The hotel has a 24-hour gym and a spa area + paid massages and relaxation programs, but we didn't visit them, I can't say anything. The staff is courteous, helpful, and friendly. Honestly, I'd go back.
