Great hotel, we had a family vacation with a child this summer. The service, food, animation were all at the highest level. Everyone will be comfortable here, who likes a relaxing holiday and who likes to hang out, discos every night, shows twice a week. At the Rixy Club, every day is filled with exciting programs for children of any age. The only drawback was sometimes room cleaning, they were not always cleaned efficiently, they often forgot to put towels for the whole family. Also, those who live in Rixos can go to the water park every day and visit the slides as a priority.

This is really a premium hotel. Every minute I felt like I was really resting, relaxing and filled with positive energy.
The service is at the highest level. Two managers, Yann and Ruzil, sensitively and clearly supervised me throughout my vacation. Special thanks to them. The speed of solving my questions was lightning fast.
I was completely satisfied with the room. It's just like I wanted it to be. The territory is clean and green. Walking is a pleasure. A large heated swimming pool is just magical in winter.
Special thanks to the chefs. The food is very, very tasty. The on-site coffee shop is worthy of the highest award.

A wonderful ultra all inclusive hotel. During our stay, my family and I did not have any problems, all issues were resolved quickly and clearly. Sports activities brought great pleasure. They are available for adults, for example, yoga, boxing, Pilates, and for children there is a chic Kids Club, in addition to which there is a football academy with professional coaches and a Russian football star. So we spent the whole vacation, my wife constantly went to yoga in the morning, and the children went to football. A great hotel with great activities and activities, we recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is very old, the room stock urgently needs to be repaired / updated, we rested in luxury rooms, there are a lot of ants on the ground floor, the bed linen is very modest, I would even say prickly (I have not met such premium hotels), the pillows are terrible, there is no choice (after the request they brought a little better, but not ideal), cosmetics the attendant was very modestly represented, there were no children's cosmetics at all, the doors, furniture were very old, the bathroom drain was broken, cleaning only drained the water, no one came to repair.
For food, three a la carte restaurants are announced, but, firstly, to get into them, you need to book a table at 10-00 (for example, everything is already scheduled for 10-02), they tried to get in for three days, but alas ..., secondly, you can get into these three restaurants on the territory of the hotel once, all the others The days are only buffet dining, and the restaurant is 24/7. But there is far from the premium level, in the children's buffet area there is a very unpleasant smell of sewage / chlorine, the restaurant has a very fast menu, especially for children.
The beach is generally not bad, but the water was dirty at times, algae washed up.
There are wild boars for an additional fee, which is a plus.
There is a lot of alcohol, they wrote a lot about it in the reviews, but this is not the alcohol .., wine and champagne are local, each bartender makes cocktails in his own way, in general, not a delight.
In the early days, the assistants helping to solve questions about What's app took a very long time to answer, they transferred them to the reception.
A lot of services (spa, water sports, additional services) cannot be recorded on the number, you need to carry cash or a card with you…
The football Academy is a plus, but here we are faced with misunderstandings and poor organization and informing children about the tournament.
In general, I would like to say that there is a holiday experience in different premium segment hotels, but this hotel clearly does not reach this level. I will not advertise anyone, but I definitely will not return to this hotel.

This is our dream hotel and we have made it happen.
Now we want to come back here again and again.
The service is excellent. The children's club with slot machines is just a bomb, admission is free and all the machines and bowling are free.
A separate personal support chat for 24 hours. They will tell you everything and prompt you.
The spa center is beyond praise, how many types of saunas there are, a saltwater pool with an 18+ bar.
The most delicious a la carte restaurants.

It was nice to sunbathe, swim in the sea, however, there were few brave souls to plunge into the sea of 18 degrees!!! But we took a chance and did not regret it!!! Despite the cool sea, the lifeguard clearly did his job, vigilantly watched the vacationers on the water!!!

A very cool hotel!!!
Comfortable rooms, a decent relaxation area near the pool, a good beach, the main restaurant - a very large selection. There is a children's center at the hotel and on the beach. There are a lot of different animations. Free transfer to the local water park/amusement park Lend of Legends and free access to this park. Good guides, they told and explained everything in an accessible way.
5-plus service, a few a/la carte restaurants spoiled the mood, but I liked the Italian by 5+++

Rixos Premium Belek is a great choice for an amazing vacation in Turkey! The hotel itself is located in the popular area of Belek, 30 minutes from the airport (Antalya). Nearby there is a huge amusement park (Land of Legends), a clean beach with plenty of sun beds, free drinks and food. A sea of different restaurants: Asian, meat, Greek, Italian, etc. And most of them are also included in the "all inclusive" Large and beautiful territory. The room stock is normal, quite ordinary, as in other hotels. In general, I advise you!

The choice is also not very good-the child is a problem to feed!! There is one kind of fish, as well as chicken and beef with mutton-compared to the voyage -there was a more interesting choice! Moreover, the food is transformed when travel agents come to get acquainted with the hotel and deteriorates as they leave)
In the lobby bar - the waiters do not fit at all -you will sit for an hour -they will not approach you-they are either afraid of Russians or simply do not want to approach-until you go to the bar yourself!!! During the voyage, they will approach you a hundred times - they will ask you what you want!
The nursery is also so-so -I did not understand the rave reviews! There is a nice big room in voyage, children are engaged, a program in the hall, a disco for children in the hall, and in rixos - a 5-year-old child was not interested at all! There are no programs as such! Boring! A hall with vending machines for children is combined with billiards and bowling-where drunken majors with ladies shout obscenities and try to pose as bowling stars… it's not a bad idea ... the pastry shop is not bad, but there are better ones - but San Sebastian is also beautiful here!).Plus transfer and entrance to the Park of legends is free of charge. This is the third "rixos" in which we rested. The first two:Egypt and the UAE. We are thrilled! He is in the first place in our ranking. A huge, green area. There are very comfortable pavilions with double beds on the beach -I would call them that. The food is varied and in large quantities. Very attentive, positive staff. The guests are provided with a personal manager who helps to solve all the issues that arise. We had a manager, Alina, a very responsive girl, who did not ignore any of our requests.We really didn't want to leave!

A wonderful hotel. We rested in it during the New Year holidays from 27.13.2023 to 04.01.2024. A good number of rooms, we lived in delux garden, room 1124 was originally presented with a view of the roof of the hall, which was not very pleasant. They asked to change, they did it without any problems, offered 2 rooms to choose from on the same floor, chose the one that overlooks the pool with a pitchfork because there is a gorgeous view 1113. Considering that it is not the season, the pool was closed and no one uses pitchforks at this time of the year, which made our stay more comfortable. Our friends got room 1138 with a wonderful view of the garden. The rooms themselves are in good condition, the furniture is good, we personally lacked hangers and hooks in the corridor, there is little room for a family of three to place clothes. The room has everything you need, from bath accessories to a coffee machine, it's very nice. The hotel itself is large, the territory is quite green. Meals are served at the hotel around the clock, you can always eat either in the main restaurant or in the a la carte restaurant. Two children's rooms, but since it was not the season, the summer club was practically closed. There is a room with slot machines, mostly teenagers and younger children spend their time there in the inner kids club. There is also free admission to the attractions, buses run 2 times a day.

The bartender on 09/20/2023. I've never tried it better in any of the hotels in the WORLD!!! On the beach, the staff immediately flies up and takes the order, immediately takes away the empty container. It's the same in the dining room. Very decent a la carte restaurants! Be sure to try tiramisu in Italian, an unusual presentation and just a magical taste. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We rested here at the end of October 2024, for the third time, my husband for the fourth time. This was our favorite hotel until recently, but last year we tried Cullinan, and now our impression is changing a little)
And I must say right away, we are a young couple without children, so I do not exclude that if we were with a child, our attention would shift to other things in the hotel. The hotel is very family-run, just a sea of children everywhere)
The rest went well, we have always loved and love this place)
But, this season, the hotel has already seemed a bit rustic compared to its competitors in the same price segment that we were in last year.
The animation level is much simpler, the overall aesthetics of the hotel is already "tired" in places, although this is if you find fault. The area itself is beautiful, and oh gods, that tree by the pool 😍😊
There are absolutely no complaints about the service,
The cleaning is just fine, special thanks for the smiles and positivity of our maid, the rooms are good, nothing flows/is not clogged anywhere, visually pleasant too.
The cleanliness of the hotel as a whole is a big plus, it's super everywhere.
In general, the staff service is excellent, the team really works hard;
The food in the main restaurant and a la carte is also in abundance and variety, our favorites are Turkish and Asian restaurants. But this year, Ava's new restaurant in The Lend of Legends made a huge impression on us, where they give a free visit from the hotel - both the food and their little show left just wonderful impressions😍
Cocktails at the bar are also excellent, the quality of alcohol is excellent. The new online ordering system worked flawlessly. The waiters at the sunbeds are great, they work fast, they are positive.
The weakest point for us is animation. All week, only the dancers on stage were watched. Well, this is the level of an ordinary five, not a premium one. After the incredible daily shows at Cullinan, here, I repeat, the level of the usual five, not premium: dancers on stage and cover bands with loud songs in the evenings. Perhaps we are already spoiled, but it was a bit boring, there were not enough spectacles) and beautiful evening lounge performances, where you go after dinner.
For us, a premium hotel should improve every year, bring something new (again, the level of the show, for example), but Rixos remains the same as we remember it 4 years ago (for a separate industry, this is already a long time), and in some moments it is already sagging in comparison with new competitors.
P.S. Breakfast in the room for the newlyweds was a complete failure, small and stupid 🙈🥲
As a result, we still really love this place, it occupies a separate place in the heart. But will we come back again next year? Not sure

Great hotel!!! Unobtrusive, but comfortable service! Nice rooms! A variety of food, the only thing I would add more fish to the assortment! And on the children's table, fruit puree in bags, not just in glass. And somehow revived the children's animation! I arrived in Antalya on a direct flight from St. Petersburg. Turkey's golden time is September, it's not so hot anymore. . There are many cafes for snacks, restaurants (there is also a night club), you will definitely not stay hungry. There are refrigerators with various drinks throughout the property. Without getting up from the sunbed, you can also order a small snack. In a word, take everything you see for sure without paying. A clean beach and a lot of entertainment (especially for children). The gym is open 24/7 and it is very convenient. The first trip was a great success, I will definitely come back.

We arrived at the hotel at 09 a.m., I understand that it is not the season, but we treated all requests very carefully and checked in immediately upon arrival. The hotel is just a supper. It's very important for me to swim in the morning and it's just amazing...the pool is huge, heated, the water is clean, towels are in place. On the beach, the bartenders and waiters are just fire. The kitchen is on top. I was impressed by the Greek restaurant. All the smart guys! Thank you guys! I want to come back to you!
