As always, chic is the very rare case when a hotel meets expectations. The territory is large, everything is super. Meals for 6+. The rooms are excellent, the service is excellent. And most importantly, the quality has been stable for several years. Belek has the best hotel in the whole grid. And one minus is expensive!
There are minor flaws, I wrote about them to the assistant girls. But it's generally fine. The second time is unlikely, there are more interesting options in Belek for about the same cost.
A good hotel, a large territory, delicious food, but the level still falls short of RIXOS SUNGATE and especially REGNUM. Please take a closer look at children's animation! There is only one kid who gives his best, unfortunately I do not know the name, but he is just like with his own children.... It is worth diversifying and expanding the programs at the rixi club. As for the shared restaurant! Please tell the staff not to rattle the appliances when cleaning… This is terrible! The roar!!!! It's creepy.....
Hello, we are currently relaxing at Rixos Premium Belek with our family. The rest is going great. We visited this hotel two years ago, the level has just risen! There is an exclusive cuisine, new restaurants 24 hours and Italian. The dishes in these restaurants are of a high level, original presentation, bright taste. I would like to say a special thank you to the staff from the vip service team on the beach. A chic VIP area with gazebos. An attentive team! And what delicious and beautiful cocktails these guys make! With such service.You feel like an expensive and exclusive guest. If you want a vip vacation, then this hotel will definitely suit you.

Excellent hotel, good service, huge territory, you can ride a bike. I had a rest in winter, very cool, in January + 25 we often go in January after the New Year, there are few people, the service is excellent, promotions for vouchers, in general, for little money you get a luxury hotel and also warm, heated pools, you swim like in summer.
The hotel is old!!! Don't believe anyone when they tell you that the hotel is new! The air conditioners are not working!!! The rooms have the smell of old age and dampness! Representatives of Fun'and'SUN brazenly extort money for changing the hotel... the pool is warm only in the SPA area ... because the spa area has been turned into a children's infuriating- the screams and screams of children instead of relaxation! Meals... for 3. Anyone who has been to rixos knows the quality of food in this network. The hotel is not worth the money and has a maximum of 4 stars!!! I don't recommend it to anyone.

You won't believe it, but we've been going to this hotel for twelve years!!! We have witnessed many changes and everything is for the better!! The hotel staff has always been hospitable and customer-oriented. We were here quite recently - first from August 30 to September 7, and then from October 24 to October 28. Even with huge employment, we were settled in the morning and extended our stay for more than 1200. At the reception - thanks to Beshir - everything is fast and clear, and on the beach, oh, it's a fairy tale: in the VIP area, we were looked after by the manager Sebastian Kelesh and Oscar. And how!! Fruits, tortillas, corn!! Awesome And quite unobtrusively. Oh, we had a good rest. And we will come to you again. By the way, guest relations - Aliya, tried to help us in everything. Thanks guys!!
I was at the hotel in February-March 2021.
Positive:
- all the managers in black suits are very courteous, they try to help in everything
- The food quality is normal, the choice is 4, but also OK
- Karaoke
- the waitresses by the pool are really trying very hard
- The bar is on the 1st floor - the guys there are very positive
Minuses:
- Repair of the pier, pools, lawns, on the territory of the spa. Sometimes it is noisy and smells (no one warned me that this would happen)
- The music at the bar is screaming all day, there is no rest (maybe someone likes it). They asked me to make it quieter , but the same thing happened again a day later
- Beach bar: the bartenders are gloomy, they pour with reluctance, queues all the time, bar managers in blue suits just loiter - no use from them
- The waiters are not always attentive in the dining room
- Fresh, which is sometimes brought clearly diluted
The overall impression is great if it was a 4 star hotel, but for this level it's a solid 3! I had a great rest, but there is a persistent feeling that I overpaid.
