We had a family vacation in June.
There are no animations, they are there, but they do everything except children. Entertainment programs are also available - there is animation yoga, there was a potter's wheel for 2 weeks once - and then one circle and 60 children.
The room is not cleaned in the morning, cleaning comes at 16.00..
the refrigeration equipment does not work on the beach, the can of coke just burst in my hands.
Everything was told to the manager, but we won't go there anymore.

A wonderful hotel!
The staff is already at the entrance. They will pick up your luggage and deliver it to your room, offer you water or champagne to choose from. They will help you get registered and take you to your room. Along the way, they will briefly talk about staying at the hotel. There are elevators and ramps. It's easy for moms with strollers to move around.
Wheelchair users can also live easily, everything is provided.
Clean pools. There are many meal points. Food and drinks are almost the same as in Russia.
The staff mostly speaks English. But among the staff, you can meet representatives from a wide variety of countries. So even if you only know your native language, it is quite possible to find an employee with whom you can explain yourself.

The hotel was beautiful 10 years ago, but now, alas, it is not. I've sunk in nutrition, maintenance, staff, animation, in general, we definitely won't come back here again.

This hotel has nothing to do with the Rixos chain. The appearance is a holiday home, the food is a buffet, but you need to look for something else to eat, the quality of the food is terrible, the plates smell of chlorine, the spoons are dirty, to drink tea /coffee / juice, you need to wait until the waiter comes to you.
The room itself is located in one of the "pink" buildings, about 15 minutes from the sea within walking distance. To my surprise, the 5-star hotel did not have a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a hair dryer! There were 4 shampoos and 1 shower gel for two. The curtains are in the cat's clutches, the furniture is very old. Room cleaning is something else, they just put towels on, but the room itself was not cleaned. Not another day, they just didn't find Potency in the room (dirty ones were taken away, new ones were not put) and disposable shampoo and shower gel are not replenished) but they pamper them with body lotion as many as 5 pieces! The beds are small, mine creaked
Wi-Fi works very poorly, that is, the connection is not there, it constantly throws out, the hotel staff itself does not care about you at all, no one told you about the hotel (where everything is, what time tomorrow, etc.).
Alcohol is also so-so (we had ultra All inclusive), palenka.
This list can be continued indefinitely ... the price tag for it is decent, and the service is simply terrible. This hotel offers a maximum of 3 stars. I do not recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, together with a friend from March 0 to March 20, 2023. Huge thanks to the owners, the director, and the management. thanks to the excellent staff, starting with the maid, reception, all restaurants, SPA, etc. Everything is aimed at creating a wonderful holiday. It is difficult to single out something, but I will try: a wonderful joint venture- I would like to especially thank: Genghis, the masseuse of Chinese massage, (unfortunately I forgot her name) . Wonderful and delicious restaurants: Asian- Lisa and Morel, Haus Gril- Ahmet- Excellent performance of musical groups in the bar. In short, thanks a lot to everyone and keep it that way!!! In the ala kart restaurant we were only in the steakhouse, in general we liked the food, but in the beginning they tried to sit us down on the street among Mosquitoes after the rain at wet tables, this is of course a complete mess, everything was in the water, I don't even know who could have dinner there like that)) We knew that the child had a doctor and we tried to pull this off ... it's not pleasant, of course

If you take a separate boar in the water park, then you get 2 free fast tracks for this option, they didn't tell us at the entrance and took another payment. If someone needs it, keep in mind. The hotel corresponds to its five stars, there are no questions here! everything is fine! The territory is large, there is a place to walk without leaving the hotel. The food is beyond praise, cook willpower;) The hotel has a water park, a great opportunity to visit in the evening after the departure of tourists who are brought from all over Antalya. In the evening, the fountain show, which was remembered even by a 2-year-old daughter. There is a separate children's area with a pool, trampoline, various creative rooms and its own restaurant, where the menu periodically differed from the main restaurant and often we preferred to dine in it))) The rooms are standard, but generally pleasant, with surprises: a TV panel in the mirror, as well as a glass door to the toilet, keep in mind;)
In general, the hotel is good for everyone, I recommend it.
