A grandiose building! We weren't inside, we didn't have enough time for that. There is a huge unpaid Parking nearby! It was convenient for us to use it, because there is a subway nearby. We parked the car, dived into the subway and you are in the center of Minsk. Also opposite the metro there is a huge shopping center Dana Mall with reasonable prices. In a word, a beautiful and convenient place for tourists!

I've been to various libraries around the world and ours is a sad sight. Apart from the peculiar shape on the outside, there is nothing remarkable. Inside is just an office building with the same finishing materials and offices. It's hot, the ventilation can't cope in summer. There is frankly nothing to see, a couple of installations and hand-drawn panels of areas on the walls. A boring typical office building. They hold many events, but they are all in the hall on the stairs, because there is nowhere special. Except for the time of the president, of course.

The library itself looks quite monumental, majestic and strange at the same time))
I was glad that the observation room was open even on January 7. The views are good, but not on the center, but on the whole city. There are explanations of what can be seen at the bottom on each side - you can read it.
There is an outdoor area on the 23rd floor and an indoor one with an art gallery on the 22nd. There is also a cafe there.
Panoramic elevator. In general, it is interesting.

Great place. I took my wife here to the observation deck. She was left in puppy delight) The panoramic elevator is just a cannon, however, I still did not understand why it is impossible to use two adjacent, non-panoramic ones. Because sometimes you have to wait for it for a long time. But this is nonsense. The main thing is to get to the top. There are two floors here: 1) actually, the roof 2) under it, already in the building, there is a floor with an art gallery and a cafe.
