We were in Minsk in March... When there is still no greenery, and the dust from the car is flying. But this did not bother us, for 3 days in Minsk, we even gave advice on how to get on the subway! It's on the big one. And he's going where we need him! Although the buses run on schedule at the top and all the schemes are very clear to you! Why will they do this to Russia?

The cost was 8 rubles for an adult and 5 for a child. (Multiply by 30 and you will get the Russian ruble). They let 15 people in. Elevator with a window! Cool 👍 there is an observation deck in the form of a square at the top. The time is given 1 hour. Photos are the most important thing and a good phone! It can be seen far away. And you only understand from this observation room how healthy and vast this Minsk is.
They put a plus sign. All the world! I recommend a visit.

I recommend travelers to take a SIM card in Belarus so that all delivery services, cafes, including sightseeing services work. We went up to the observation deck and the cost was eight Belarusian rubles. There is a cafe and an art gallery just below. A beautiful unusual building. One of the most interesting places in Minsk. The illumination is lit outside after 19 hours - in Real life it looks very atmospheric and unusual. The shape of the building in the form of a cube is sooo futuristic. Nearby is an excellent and most modern shopping center, where there is a cool and new cinema. All in one place. Awesome

The library is the decoration of any city! And our National Library, fortunately, decorates our Minsk, even despite some dubious architectural solutions (mirrored glass would look more decent) and advertising of equally dubious bookmakers in the evenings, which is upsetting.

It's a beautiful place. The entrance cost 7 Belarusian rubles. There are no children's benefits, only for schoolchildren of the Republic of Belarus.
The elevator to the 23rd floor will take you quickly to the site. After a walk, you can see the exhibition on the 22nd floor. There is Wi-Fi and comfortable chairs) .

You should not have any special illusions, you will not see anything supernatural from the observation deck, but it is quite pleasant to climb in the elevator - gradually the city (already low) remains under your feet.
On the 22nd floor there is a cafe with a huge queue and well-inflated prices, the quality of performance is much inferior to other establishments.
The ticket to the roof is inexpensive.

Oooooh! This is a masterpiece! All libraries should be like this!!! Located within walking distance from the metro, there is a huge Parking lot. From the main entrance, excursions to the first 3 floors, the cost is 2 Belarusian rubles. On the 22/23 floors there is a separate entrance, the cost is 6 rubles for adults and preferential for children. It lifts a panoramic elevator to the observation deck on the 23rd floor, you can stay there as long as you want, a very beautiful view of the city from all sides. On the 22nd floor there is a restaurant where delicious food is served, an art gallery of a famous artist. Great experience!

There was a long queue at the ticket office for the elevator to the observation deck. You can register on the website and purchase tickets online. Long, but faster than standing in line. The view from the site is ordinary, on the shopping center and residential buildings. The center is not visible. You can go up for a change. The cafe was served for a very long time, the prices are unreasonably high. It's very hot, choose tables not from the sunny side.

By the way, among the extremely cordial reception even from sellers in ordinary shops in non-tourist areas and minibus drivers, this is an isolated case in 4 days, we are non-conflict people from the word at all) Advice to tourists - if you are going to walk, cross the road and go up the Slepyanskaya water system. There is frankly nothing to do in the park near the library, and the water system is an extremely interesting and picturesque exhibit. You will reach the tram depot all the time along the picturesque water surface in a beautiful park (there, by the way, there are a lot of curious shops that local (and not very) enterprises gave to the city.
