It's an amazing place! I went up to the observation deck and saw wonderful views. Then I went to the rooftop restaurant and had coffee during the evening. Beauty!
We came to the Library observation deck in the evening to see the view of the lights of Minsk from the observation deck. I liked everything very much. Opening hours are until 23h, the ticket office is until 22.30, super!
One of the most popular attractions in Minsk. The observation deck offers a view of the entire city. I was also pleased with the availability of free binoculars, through which it was possible to examine the architecture of the city in more detail. There is free parking for a car.
The perfect place.
It is cool in summer, warm and bright in winter.
It's a pleasure to come once a week to the new arrivals department, and then go down to the 1st floor and have a coffee.
You can choose a room for any vibe: a large/small reading room, a table between shelves with books or choose a secluded armchair with large windows 😍
There is free WiFi and there are always several free exhibitions.
A gorgeous futuristic building. Cafes, toilets, a souvenir shop inside. There is available parking. The metro is a 10-minute walk away. Beautiful view from the observation deck of the city. Insanely beautiful backlight in the dark time of the day.
Emotions were off the scale, the observation deck is super, to see Minsk from a bird's eye view, it's great, then we went down to the cafe, a cool view from the window.
We were on the observation deck of the National Library. The view, of course, is amazing! But be prepared for the fact that the observation elevator, which takes you to the 23rd floor, will be occupied. And if there is a delegation there, you risk not getting into it at all. You will be offered to take the usual service elevator. Of course, after the inspection, you can go down on the observation deck. But again, you have to wait from 5 to 15 minutes. This, of course, somewhat spoiled the impression, but it's still worth going up.
A wonderful innovative architectural structure, inspired by the modern spirit of the time, it was not possible to visit the library itself, but it was possible to meet the sunset and look at the city from the height of the observation deck). Then you can continue to contemplate the city in a cozy cafe that is located below on the 22nd floor)
The pearl of Belarus. An observation deck is available to anyone. Buy a ticket at the ticket office, take the observation elevator to the top. Along the way, you can look into the exhibition gallery, see a photo exhibition or paintings. And on the way back, you can refresh yourself or buy drinks on the same floor.
Not so long ago, virtual information was added - QR codes with additional information were posted.
During his student years, he often visited. The main thing is that it learns and reads. At home, then to eat, then to sleep, then for 5 minutes on the Internet, and then I sat down perfectly and read. The range of services is also pleasing. They are infuriating in the reading room by readers who talk like in the square, or they do not put the phone on silent.
An incredible fantastic building, although not a new building. There is an observation deck at the top.You can go on an excursion to the library itself, its work is very interesting.
Comfortable reading places. There are separate reading booths. You can read on the sofas by the fountains. The catalog of electronic books is huge. You can make an order at home. There are buffets. The Book Museum. You can go up to the observation deck.
If you pay for admission to the library (2.5 rubles), you can explore the 3 floors of the library, the book museum and other exhibitions that take place there.
There is an entrance to the observation deck at the back of the library building.
There is no time limit to visiting the site. He works seven days a week. The price is 10 rubles.
We were only on the ground floor, but I think all the floors there are luxurious
The building itself is interestingly built, the ceilings are high
It's a short walk to the metro, it's not in the city center.
A unique building with an unusual shape. I did not visit the library itself, but I was on the 22nd floor, there is a small gallery and cafe, and on the 23rd floor there is an observation deck with a beautiful view of the city. There are binoculars. The library is located at 116 Nezavisimosti Ave. The full ticket is 8 Belarusian rubles, 5 discounted, children are free.
I was there, an interesting place, it's beautiful there, there are a lot of books, the best library in Minsk, it's a pity that I was only on an excursion.
Everything is fine, but they won't let you eat in the cafe. I've already seen Minsk from the playground 100,500 times, but they just don't give me shingles to eat. Only through the purchase of a lift to the site. And this is already expensive for the locals.
We didn't stay in the library for long, it was time to close, but at first glance it was very beautiful inside. There is a queue for the observation deck in the evening, and because of this it is very stuffy in the elevator. On the observation deck itself, there is a wonderful view through stained glass, which is a huge minus, so you can only admire it normally on the stairs.
There is a good art gallery on the floor below the observation deck)
I was with the class there, it was very atmospheric, interesting, and in principle everything suits a lot of interesting paintings and things! We went through 3 floors!!!!
Dear library staff and management! On the observation deck, which is located on the roof of such a beautiful, unique building ❤️- please wash the glass ... regularly!!!! There were in the summer of 2024 in June and August - the "observation" windows on the city are straight dirty, cloudy, stained ...!!!
I went on a one-time pass for 2Br. I really liked the inside calmly atmospheric quiet with interesting interior paintings. I sat and read a couple of books in the reading room. Everyone was kind-hearted. Very tasty in the buffet ready-made food cutlets with potatoes and salads! The cost also includes an exhibition of national costumes and a museum of books. I spent about 3 hours in the library.
We were on the observation deck, the price is good, it's better to walk in the late afternoon, illuminates a beautiful city, we were in a cafe on the 22nd floor, liked it 👍
An unusual building, for a small fee, you can visit three floors of the library. In addition to the reading rooms, various exhibition halls are located on the floors. The children and I especially liked the museum of the history of books and the gallery of paintings on the second floor in the center of the building (I recommend) You can just take an interesting walk and stare at the library, spend about 1.5 hours and you will not regret it. I did not go up to the observation deck, there is nowhere to look from there :-) alone at home.
The library is impressive at a height of 23 floors, an observation deck, almost the whole of Minsk is visible. Great, I really liked it. Who goes to Minsk, look, you will not regret it
The most interesting thing for a tourist is the observation deck. It offers a view of the city from a height of more than 70 meters. The ascent is carried out by a pan-frame elevator. There is a gallery and a cafe on the floor below. It is better to choose sunny days to visit.
It is a very beautiful and interesting place. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a viewing platform at the very top of the library, once in a lifetime you can visit, you will not regret it.
An interesting place both architecturally and meaningfully. There is an observation deck at the very top, a beautiful view of Minsk. I recommend you to visit 👌
Having visited many viewing platforms (in Moscow there is an abundance of this, and there are many throughout the Russian Federation, without taking trips abroad) I didn't expect a "wow". But it was there. I can't even say exactly why. Most likely, I saw a huge number of green spaces on the wide panorama of the capital, a wide, but almost empty, Independence Avenue. My life has prepared me little for the fact that the capital can be like this - bright, but calm; noisy, but without chaotically visual garbage; built-up, but with a lot of greenery. I was very pleased with the gallery on the 22nd floor, local artists - it was interesting for me to see, and the guys had great advertising! I recommend you to visit!
Very cool! Well done! The observation deck is good. Cafe superr!! There was an exhibition of paintings - I also really liked it. If it's your first time in Minsk, I advise you to visit the library and take a walk in the park around it
Externally, it is very beautiful and interesting with its hexagonal structure and also very beautiful views from the observation deck, you can look through binoculars or take a walk through a small art gallery.
Beautiful views of course from the observation deck. I remember at school they gave money for the construction of this library, and then there is also a 10p entrance fee for an adult. It's epic like that)))
It's pretty boring for your money. We were at the weekend, the queue is 20-30 meters for sure.A rather unfriendly woman was sitting at the cash register. The rear itself is beautiful and futuristic. When you exit to the roof, you can enjoy a view of Minsk. It's worth going for a couple of beautiful photos.
A cool place, visited many times, a beautiful observation deck, a cozy cafe upstairs with delicious pancakes, visited with a child, everyone was delighted. I recommend.
When you are in Minsk, it is definitely worth visiting the national library, a grandiose building, impressive from the outside, what's inside, and also it is the cultural and educational heritage of Belarus! Fat like!
The National Library of Belarus is located near the Vostok metro station. The observation deck (23rd floor) can be reached by a high-speed elevator.,ticket price 300 rubles. There is a small cafe on the 22nd floor.

After a long break, I went on a tour of the three floors of the library. We saw an exhibition of books presented to the President of Belarus, and went to the museum of rare books. Everything is very interesting. I will also come with a reader's ticket to see exhibitions in galleries and take a better look at old books. We were in one of the buffets, leaves much to be desired, I want to modernize the assortment and layout. But this is, of course, my subjective opinion.
The building is impressive in scale, the library has 23 floors. Everyone is attracted by the night view of the building, but it is definitely worth visiting the observation deck on a sunny summer day, a very green and beautiful Minsk will conquer you)
The observation deck did not cause much excitement, the restaurant on it is not bad, you can get to the library, but you need to make a reading and make a contribution, did not go
We were in Minsk
, went to the National Library of Belarus. The building itself has a very original shape-a rhombocuboctahedron. There is a panoramic platform on the 25th floor. The views are amazing. The library itself is illuminated in the evening.
The library of Minsk is an observation deck , museums , and the library itself with many halls, everything on the observation deck is covered with glass, so the view is good only from the stairs. You can also go to the library itself from another entrance to buy a ticket and explore the 3 floors, where there are many different galleries, you liked it more inside.
There is a very large selection of books and other printed materials. Excellent observation deck on the roof. There is a cafe below with a view of the city. A new and modern place
