Good day! It's beautiful, panoramic, but don't expect the best views! I liked the "village"/ chic area along the canals. From the observation deck, houses, landscaping, paths look very beautiful! Like a European village. In general, I Recommend It! I ask the builders of this attraction.... Please, at least for money, put a map with sights on each side of the site and offer the guests binoculars with at least five times magnification! Visitors will be ready to pay 1 ruble for binoculars or a monocle at the very least! Listen up!!!! Adult - 5 rubles, parking is FREE! For prices per visit, see the website. Everything is freely available.

The ticket inside is 2.5 rubles, there is not much to look at, but it is beautiful and there is a toilet.
A crowd of people goes from behind to the upper observation deck, there is a queue for 15-20 minutes at the ticket office. The ticket is 15 rubles even for children. Preferential only for Belarusians under 6 years old)) In the elevator, like herrings sideways. The fact that it is panoramic is of no use as the crowd. It's better to take a regular one.
There is a great view of the city at the top, but this is entertainment for 10 minutes. It's hot on the roof because of the glass fencing, like in a greenhouse.
On the 22nd floor of the Grand cafe, it's delicious, but expensive. The portions are large, well fed.
Well, in general, you don't have to go inside and onto the playground. It's expensive and 10 minutes apart. There's no point in going there for an hour.
There is a gorgeous park with a river behind the library, but it does not belong to it.
Well, it's just an iconic architectural object, a national symbol of Belarus.
For me, it's enough to drive past and ride the Ferris wheel in the center. It's not for everyone to go through half the city. And as usual, there are no shops around in Minsk, the problem is to buy water and ice cream. Only in the stall in front of the exam room, inside. The prices there are not very high.

You can argue for a long time about the architecture of the library, to some it seems like a scar on the face of the city, to others a work of art, but I was most impressed by what the library has inside. That's how every library should be! You just want to come here and look through a book, it's so cozy, comfortable and every detail adjusts to the right mood. I recommend all book lovers to take a ticket for at least one visit to the reading room, you will definitely not regret it!

Definitely worth a visit. There is a huge parking lot nearby and the metro is also nearby. Tickets are not expensive, in November they cost 10 bel.rubles.

It is very exciting to visit here. Huge lobbies, themed exhibitions and galleries, many cafes, places to relax with upholstered chairs.
Seminar venues with beautiful surroundings. It will be interesting for children to walk on a transparent floor and aerial stairs. Especially impressive is the observation deck on the roof of the library (entrance for an adult is 10 rubles) and an observation cafe with delicious and inexpensive food!

A great place for self-development! There is a large parking lot, 200 meters from the Vostok metro station, near the Grinn hypermarket. Beautiful view of the Svisloch river. The staff is excellent inside, the atmosphere is calm, there is a cafe. I advise you to visit this place not only for residents of Belarus, but also for everyone who came to our country as tourists. I also advise guests of Minsk and Belarus to visit the observation deck, the view of the city is simply amazing!

At the entrance, you need to register and get a library card. You can take a temporary pass. I like this library, it has everything. We found comics from the 60s and 80s, which is exactly what we came for. When you think, "why don't you read to me," you come here and everything is there. Comfortable tables and chairs for reading in the hall. It's a pity, of course, that you can't take it with you... A beautiful building for a photo shoot. There is a buffet. There are excursions and different halls in the direction of eyam.

You could have looked at the official photos and not gone. We didn't see anything outstanding. We took tickets for a library tour, it's not interesting to look at empty shelves and cabinets. The area is residential, surrounded by shopping malls, parking lots and high-rise buildings.

I didn't walk inside, but I liked the hall and it was clean, minimalistic, there are greenery and a place to relax, a large staircase and several halls. She took off the star for the fact that in fact it is gray, not blue as in the photo and looks inconspicuous. Perhaps it needs to be washed or polished, I don't know what the procedure is called, but a beautiful filter does not mean that another person will be able to take the same beautiful picture against the background of one of the sights of Minsk.

I won't say anything about the library. Well, there's nothing to see from the observation deck. It is located in a new area, so there are views of new buildings. Of course, you can go up for the panoramic elevator. 23rd floor, height 73 meters. On the 22nd floor there is a gallery (well, it's not worth it), a cafe and a toilet. The cost is 5 Belarusian rubles preferential and 10 for adults. You can buy in advance on the Internet and not waste time waiting in line.

A very beautiful building outside with a large parking lot in front. Through the main entrance you will enter the library itself (not for free, for about 2.5 rubles bel.). On the reverse side, there is an opportunity to climb to the 23rd floor to the observation deck. The view is beautiful, but it took us a few minutes to enjoy them. There were more expectations from this attraction, but if you compare it with any library, then it is undoubtedly the leader. A tip for tourists: it's still worth visiting once.
