Convenient access to the departure area. The inspections are carried out fairly quickly. The staff is polite. After the reconstruction, the departure hall has become much more convenient. Taxi drivers traditionally attack at the exit from the arrival area, although you can call a Yandex taxi.
If you are flying for business, then do not go through the VIP lounge. Now I will describe all the delights of this place.:
1. Very, very, very long passport control. There are no autogates and only two border guards who check each person for 5 minutes. In total, immediately minus half an hour at this stage.
2. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor, accessible only by steps. If you have a suitcase, then you are lucky (no).
3. The boarding door is locked (employees, how are you with fire safety?). When they announce the start of boarding a flight, you can't get off until an aunt comes with a key and opens the door. And no one warns about it. Another minus 5 minutes.
4. There is only one tape for inspection. After passing through the control, everyone is asked to wait and not go anywhere, loudly proclaiming this to every passenger in the entire hall. As a result, we'll waste another 20 minutes, as we're all waiting for everything (!!!) Passengers of several (!!!) flights will be controlled and crowded in the corridor.
5. Then auntie leads everyone down a long corridor through stairs (there are no elevators or travelators). If you're still carrying your suitcase, brace yourself.
6. Everyone is loaded onto a bus and transported by plane. No, I'm not kidding, people from different flights are put on the bus and transported to their planes in turn.
7. At the same time, only one exit is opened on the bus and everyone has to squeeze through each other.
In general, if you wanted a premium service that would save you time, then this is definitely not the place for you.
A small, neat, clean airport. I liked. The arrival area is really cramped. But on the other hand, there is a national bank exchanger with a fairly favorable exchange rate.
The top airport location is right in the city!! Not far from the center in principle!! There is everything you need inside, where to eat and shop!! It's super convenient that the SIM card is immediately sold!!
The airport is very good, there are no problems with passing the security check, it is easy to print the boarding pass, the staff is attentive, they will answer your questions, tell you what and how. The building itself is very clean. There is a place to eat, buy souvenirs, and there are enough seats. I definitely recommend it.
Upgraded beyond recognition! Great job, thank you very much! You did well! Convenient and fast, everything is in a minimalistic and ergonomic style, super!
The airport itself is normal, but the services do not stand up to criticism:
- 2 currency exchange offices work intermittently, and when we arrived there were breaks at both points at the same time, large queues accumulated with incoming flights;
-the adjacent square is a complete mess, you can't find a bus, crowds of private cabbies meeting, leaving, etc.
- you can call a taxi on Yandex, but we couldn't find it because of the mess on the adjacent square. I had to go to the departure terminal and take a taxi there after passengers disembark. Moreover, he dropped off the passengers and immediately took our order from Yandex. The car was a mess, although there were a lot of new ones around, but the driver was very friendly, and we had a fun trip.
By the way, there is no direct route between the airport terminals.
You can order a taxi in the airport building, where there is WiFi, but you need to buy a local SIM card, because there is no mobile Internet with our cards and you cannot contact a taxi on the street. We had to enter the departure terminal.
The cards are sold in the airport building.
The East is a delicate matter
Beautiful and cozy airport. It is located in the city center, very convenient. There are many shops with good prices, many cafes and bars. The waiting area is pleasant.
It's a great airport. Modern, with a good business lounge, Wi-Fi, exchange offices and shops for all kinds of wallets and desires. Somehow, there are no queues, unlike in Europe.
It's not a bad airport, of course we're a little out of the habit of such things, but in general everything is fine. There are gorgeous manti and pilaf in the business hall.Mini samsa with mutton. If you are struggling with excess weight, it is better not to go there🤣
The airport is small, with little traffic (or maybe I was at a time when there was no influx).
The functional, but comparatively beautiful interiors of other airports that I've seen certainly seem very modest. I was waiting for my flight at the business lounge, everything was comfortable.
There aren't many shops, but you won't stay hungry. And there is also a place to buy something as a gift or for yourself. Inside (after passing through passport control) there is a smoking area.
Nice convenient airport. It's small, but it's still nearby. What's important is that it's in the city, and it's not far away. There is a definite problem with parking lots and bombs, but it is tolerable.
I used to fly from Moscow to Tashkent all the time, it was much easier there than in other cities. This time I lost time at Selye airport for 2 hours. The phone had to be declared there in order not to defame the phone. This is nonsense, of course, the phone is the kind of thing that can break down or stop working at any time if I have been in Moscow for more than 2 years and my phone, which I bought in Uzbekistan, broke down. I bought it in Moscow now I will sell it for 30% of the cost, I have to pay it, of course, this is nonsense
The airport is small, but it's even a plus, because everything is nearby and at hand.
Conveniently, there is also a 27/7 subscription and the sale of SIM cards from local mobile operators.
There is one disadvantage-it's free wi-fi on the territory, you can not register with a Russian SIM card.
A good, modern airport! Fast passage of all border crossing procedures, which is always nice! Uzbek airlines delight with their food! No one checks your hand luggage, as on some airlines here!
Everything is cool. You can drive right up to the entrance. Passport control can be carried out on an automatic system. You can buy delicious local cognac and kazy in Dutifry. One wish is that the waiting chairs have sockets for charging gadgets. This is definitely not enough. Develop further! In a good way!!!
The airport is medium-sized, the overpass was demolished on the floor. Well, now it has acquired a new look, the entrance is from the 1st floor, enter the airport, metal detector, then take your luggage through the X-ray, go up to the 2nd floor, there is an elevator, escalator and stairs, then check-in, then passport control, then customs control and then you need to take off your shoes, there are shoe covers that are very important for hygiene, then there's the drive and there's a lot of interesting things, the Duty Free is huge, various souvenirs, alcohol, national clothes, they even put a royal in the waiting room and live music is playing, I really like the clean Airport, but the Duty Free made a partition because it was a little uncomfortable to be there, I don't know about Wi-Fi or no, somehow I didn't even try to turn it on, there are few telescopic ramps for Tashkent Airport, the shuttle bus does not lower the bus to the end when disembarking and boarding passengers at the plane, this makes it more difficult to get on and off the bus, I saw a man with difficulty get on and then off the bus, the airport is good in general. The area of arrival is small, and reconstruction is underway at the exit.
Clean, comfortable, well decorated. Well.. And it's nice to be back home. It's time to expand-there are a lot of people in the departure halls, but there are free waiting places. Duty free is also so-so in terms of assortment-I have not found a perfume for my beloved child. A couple of cafes in the departure area with a meager assortment. Of course you won't stay hungry. The local airline is beyond praise - all the boards are new, and the service and food are 4 out of 5 stars. Compared to our lame Belabia, it's not a pity to put 5 stars out of 5. In general, I definitely recommend it. Including the country to visit.
The Aeroflot business lounge at the airport is excellent, the barista is a nice dungan.
The location of the airport is great, repairs are underway, and it will get even better.
I would like to solve the problem with Wi-Fi, because taxi drivers charge prices 10 times
It was clean, spacious, but it was quite stuffy. There are many shops. There are many waiting areas. There are practically no queues. The inspection and control is fast.
The arrivals from Russia are great. Everything is very fast - passport control, baggage claim, currency exchange, purchase of a local SIM card. On departure, everything is also not bad with one "but" - everything is VERY bad with food at the airport. I recommend eating in the city before departure.
Beauty, convenience. A huge airport with a lot of waiting rooms. There are a lot of empty seats. There are no huge queues for registration. All issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
The airport is small, but, as it seemed to me, it is quite large enough. At the airport, you can buy and install a local SIM card, took Ucell for a week off. There is also a currency exchange, but the exchange rate is less favorable than in the city's exchangers. I got to the hotel by taxi, ordered through the Yandex Taxi app, it works here.
A small but convenient airport. The border guards are pleasantly pleased. Almost always a very fast pass, SIM cards are sold immediately. The airport is very close to the city.
I wish like in Turkey, like in the Emirates or like in Saudi Arabia, the service is better, the luggage storage is free, the service is very fast, the attitude is high. In general, it's a test, but it will go slowly. Everything inside the airport is expensive, it would be well affordable for everyone.
Excellent airport, excellent staff. It is very beautiful from the inside there is everything you can walk around and buy everything you need.Very attentive staff are hospitable.I would like to express my special gratitude to Said, who helped me a lot in everything.
A good airport, clean, cozy, friendly staff, it seemed to me that it was not far from the city center, half an hour away, in principle everything is there to wait for boarding
It's clean, not noisy, and you can get there by a large number of buses in 30 minutes from the city center without any problems.
To pass through customs and board the plane, you must have a boarding pass received at the check-in desk.
Coupons printed during online registration are not accepted.
The screening is fast, the waiting rooms are clean
It is commendable that they are trying to create conditions for passengers, the interesting location of the duty free commerce zone and other shops, prices at food outlets are overstated, as in all airports, but nevertheless a positive impression
The departure lounge is great, you just need to slightly refine the seating area on the second floor and add plants. But the arrival hall is the most terrible hall, there are only 4 baggage belts, but baggage check-out takes hours, then the customs officers are also looking for something that is not even in the suitcase, they said that I had handcuffs in my suitcase, they searched the entire suitcase, did not find it, and they themselves will not understand what they saw there.
The staff is polite, they tell you where to go. Purity. The waiting room is very comfortable, there was a Safiya nearby, and we had coffee. The luggage was not checked in this time. The airport is very comfortable!
The staff is very brash and rude. Whether it's a harsh attitude towards Russians, or towards everyone, is unclear. They're rude at every turn. Even if you have registered in advance and have a printed boarding pass, you will still be sent to the counter to check in and stand in line, explaining that boarding passes should only be on Airport letterheads. It's not clear why I spent money on electronic registration, just to choose a place, apparently. The waiting passed quietly. But there are very few food outlets, or rather they are, but very small, the assortment is meager. In general, the airport itself, as a building, is not bad. But I understood that there are no exits through the pipe, which is bad. The troika.
I would like to express my gratitude to employee Kenibaev when checking in for flight H8685 Tashkent-Sochi, March 22, who showed care and attention, helped me choose a more convenient place, I was flying after the operation. I left a pleasant and kind impression. ,
Everything is fine. Modern and beautiful design and interior.
I wanted to draw your attention to the fact that the toilets are often not completely clean, there are no paper napkins and hand soap.
It would also be possible to install a cooler for drinking
The departure lounge is very pleasing. We can finally get to passport control. Thanks to the airport management.
The disadvantage is the arrival meeting. On the street. I stood outside in the cold a couple of times. The family came from warm countries. They were not allowed to give them warm clothes, and it was bitterly cold outside.
It was cramped, the waiting rooms were small, but the seats were free. The selection in dutik includes local alcoholic and souvenir products and perfumes, including those not available in the Russian Federation.
The bridge is wonderful. The only downside is there is no proper food. National, hot. There is no luggage storage. I waited 13 hours for a transfer. So it didn't work out well not to eat, only boutiques and buns from the convectomat. And there's nowhere to leave things. I was afraid to go out into the city with my things. I'll go out and ask a question back....And so the bright memory of I.A. Karimov. a good airport in his honor.
The airport inside is very large and free, there is no clutter, which is very pleasing.
The staff there helped me navigate the space with a smile, and it was nice to have such an attitude towards people.
Our airport has been reformed, but still there are some issues that are not convenient. But the expansion is underway, the parking was made convenient. Clear. There is no dutifrey. Before passing through passport control
The staff is polite. The inspection and control took place quickly, 10-15 minutes. Clear. Upset Duty free. There are no gift sets in the national style (nuts, dried fruits). Everything starts from 100 euros. It's a shame, but I wanted to buy some color.
Clean, bright, neat, everything works, there are no queues anywhere, the attitude of the staff is more than loyal at check-in, I liked it, a good airport.
This airport was pleased with the separation for business class passengers. Separate entrance, separate check-in counters, separate customs control area, its own waiting area before departure. Fast, comfortable.
We flew from Tashkent Airport to Novosibirsk. I liked Uzbekistan very much, but the customs inspection greatly spoiled the mood, where, for unknown reasons, almost our entire first-aid kit was taken away from us, namely iodine in a small bottle, syringes, hydrogen peroxide, small scissors up to 6 cm, saying that all this makes corrosion on the plane!!!! To the question, how can iodine in a small bottle be so toxic? No one explained anything! The guy clearly did not understand what he was doing and saying , but he did not listen and explain anything ! We have flown a lot - and iodine has never been a toxic substance !!!! In general, complete idiocy !!!!
They make you take off your shoes and there are no shoe covers, look barefoot on the dirty floor!
We visited this airport for the first time in January 2025. Everything is available: a currency exchange office, a taxi booking desk, a desk for purchasing SIM cards with the Internet.
The only thing I didn't like was the very dense mass of "cabbies" who made it difficult to get to the boarding point in a taxi and asked for cosmic prices for their services. And Yandex.Taxi does an excellent job in Tashkent and the prices are excellent.
A good modern airport. The only thing I didn't like was that after going through electronic registration, we were turned around at customs, sent to the check-in desk for a regular boarding pass. Everything would be fine, but the queue at the customs was quite large, as a result, we stood 3 times, since one finished accepting, turning to another window. We lost a lot of time at customs
Sooo very beautiful, clean and everything is clear and understandable. They constantly wipe the floor, everything is new. It's very nice to see my native airport so beautiful from the road.
A modern and convenient airport. Three terminals. The first terminal for incoming international flights. The second terminal is for departing international flights. The third terminal is for local airlines. Each terminal has parking lots.
There are a lot of helpers at the airport entrance. They took all the carts for themselves and provide a "service" with luggage, the price is "from the bottom of your heart," it turns out from the bottom of your heart it's 200 thousand soums and there are a lot of guys like that
As a result, I brought it myself in 5-10 minutes))
They also offer to pack your bag from the store for 50-100 thousand soums, there are also a whole bunch of them.
It feels like you're at an airport in India
Why isn't the Airport monitoring this?
A good airport, polite specialists and staff, the people around are calm, there is no fuss, running, hassle and signs of watchman's syndrome. A good impression of all the procedures for inspection, registration and everything else. Well done
