Tashkent International Airport is a real pearl of Uzbek aviation. Since arriving, I have been pleasantly surprised by the modern design and thoughtful infrastructure. Spacious waiting rooms and comfortable seating areas make the flight waiting time comfortable. The airport staff is polite and helpful, ready to help in any situation.
The registration and screening system works quickly and efficiently, which significantly reduces waiting time. I also appreciated the availability of a variety of shops and restaurants offering local and international cuisine, which allows you to enjoy the atmosphere of Uzbekistan already at the airport.
I would especially like to note the cleanliness and order in the territory. The airport is well equipped for people with disabilities, which means that every passenger is taken care of. In general, Tashkent International Airport has left me with only positive impressions, and I will be happy to return here again!
The airport left a positive impression. Spacious and clean terminals, easy navigation. The staff is polite and ready to help in any situation. Good organization of security clearance processes.
Cafes and shops offer a variety of choices, although prices may be a little overpriced. Comfortable recreation areas and free Wi-Fi are pleasant bonuses for travelers. However, from time to time there are queues for registration and passport control, which slightly worsens the overall impression.
In general, the airport is on the level: a comfortable place to wait for a flight with good services. I recommend it!
A very comfortable airport, which has everything you need! The staff is polite and professional, they will help with all questions. Large waiting rooms, comfortable benches and places to wait for the flight. A variety of cafes for every taste. For guests, there are exchange offices and SIM cards of local operators with tariffs convenient for you. A huge parking area. Convenient location around the city.
Tashkent Airport is just great! Everything is clean and cozy inside, no fuss. You get on flights quickly, everything is clear.
After the second trip to Tashkent, I decided to write a review. The airport has changed a lot since I was here. Now everything is very convenient: from arrival to departure, everything is orderly and beautiful.
The toilets are clean and fresh. The waiting room has a comfortable temperature. Keep it up !
I wish the airport well-being and prosperity!
It's not a big airport, but it's a pretty cozy one. The Dutch free is great, there are cafes, which is very convenient. I liked the kids' room.
The disadvantages are the toilets, dirty, there are no paper napkins, and there is also no wheelchair access when descending into sector D.
When you enter the country, passport control is almost immediately, you only have to enter the building, then immediately the luggage, although it is very long, the staff is slow.
Next to the baggage claim, you can buy a SIM card, there are also a couple of small children with perfumes and alcohol.
The airport is well and beautifully done, there is a lot of space, the interior is in a modern style, they announce in 3 languages, although in Tashkent itself there are mainly signs and announcements in Uzbek, the registration itself is outdated, there are no terminals for printing boarding passes for those who are online, everyone stands in a common queue to get a ticket, there are also few boarding passes Most of them are taken by buses
The airport is located almost in the very center of Tashkent. After the renovation, it became much more comfortable and convenient. High ceilings and spacious arrival and departure areas. Upon arrival, immediately after passport control, there are currency exchange offices on the right and left around the clock, there are also currency exchange ATMs, and simcard counters 50 meters away. It's very convenient, I inserted a SIM card and you can immediately call a Yandex taxi and not overpay for local bombs. The departure area is also quite spacious and comfortable. Airport staff, including passport control and customs, are quite friendly.
Very beautiful, modern, comfortable. The staff is polite and competent. There is enough information about the arrival (departure), the scoreboard is located in prominent places, it is quite accessible. The airport has its own national highlight, therefore it will be remembered for a long time, I would like to visit one of the most beautiful and hospitable cities once again - Tashkent and of course its airport
I really liked the airport! Clean, comfortable, enough places to sit and relax. There is also a hotel on site where you can spend the night or stay for a few hours. There are several Dew tee free shops. There are several cafes, everything is delicious and affordable. They accept rubles too.
Excellent Tashkent International Airport. It's clean and cozy inside, no fuss. The passage to the flights is very fast, everything is fine. After the second trip to Tashkent, I wanted to add to the review. The airport has changed a lot during the years of my absence, it has become very comfortable from arrival at the airport to departure from it, everything is very decorous and beautiful. The bathrooms are very clean and fresh. The temperature in the waiting room is comfortable for waiting!!! Keep it up !!! Well-being and prosperity!!!
It's a great airport. The staff is polite, everyone speaks three languages (Uzbek, Russian and English), everyone is helpful and answers all questions. The airport is clean and very large. The inspection and control takes place quickly and comfortably. Lots of places to sit. There are many check-in counters.
I love this airport! Large, comfortable. The staff is polite. A large Duty Free with a good selection.
Recently, the airport has expanded, there are even more places where you can relax and have a snack. An undoubted advantage in cafes and shops is that you can pay in soums, rubles and dollars. There are interesting shops with original goods, you can spend time in them before departure.
There are delicious pastries in the cafes.
Nice, spacious, clean airport. Convenient international terminal: lots of seats in a clean area, there are sockets, compact duty free
However, you cannot connect to any public Wi-Fi network, you need a phone number from Uzbekistan to connect (other countries are not suitable), which is extremely strange for an international terminal...
It's simple, but everything is convenient! Sim cards can be bought, exchangers are nearby after passing through passport control, there is Wi-Fi, you can immediately call a taxi on Yandex, cheap and cute! Don't take a taxi near the airport! It is expensive. It's a pity that registration takes only 2 hours before departure, there are a lot of people, but, in principle, registration is fast
One of the best airports I've visited during my entire trip. I liked almost all the restrooms there. They are tidy and clean. Moreover, there are special prayer rooms for Muslims. Only in pairs and mini restaurants, the food is very expensive, but everything is fresh and has two concertos. I hope in the future they will always increase the number of concertos for airplanes. good impressions
It was very nice to be there!!!
Everyone inside is very friendly and polite.
One of the big advantages if you are flying in transit inside the airport, right in the departure area there is a real hotel where you can have a decent rest, take a shower, eat, the prices there are average.
You need to catch a taxi to the city at the exit from the airport or order Yandex, prices from local taxi drivers are 3-4 times higher.
Wi-Fi is not provided for free at the airport, you have to look for a cafe or boutique inside with free Wi-Fi.
In a word, I recommend it to everyone!!!
I'll start with how they flew away. The staff worked at 5* everything is fine, but I would like to leave a review about the prices inside the airport, where they come from, taking into account even the average salary in Uzbekistan. Because we flew late at night, we decided to take coffee, saw Caffelito, our mistake was that they did not require a receipt (I was probably just taken aback). For 2 Americanos and 2 cappuccinos, they charged almost 450,000 soums and 0.5 liters of water separately costs 15,000 soums, very strange prices for coffee that is no different. We can say that this is for foreigners, but then we "locals" are not suitable for anything...abroad, they do everything primarily for their own people.
Arrival....It's very strange, but the suitcases were waiting for almost an hour...all the people are tired, everyone wants to go home as soon as possible, they were indignant.. but in just 1 pc in 5 minutes, the suitcases went out on the tape. Something like this. Maybe it will be useful to someone.
The airport staff does everything quickly and politely. But when I opened the check-in, when I was one of the first to stand, a lot of people with hand luggage and their friends came up despite the restrictions of the tapes and stood first after me. I became the eighties. After my demands to let me go ahead, I became only the thirtieth. I consider this attitude towards guests and general behavior at the airport in front of the check-in desk to be outrageous. I ask the airport administration to sort out such situations. I think they're there all the time.
It's a pretty cozy airport! If you haven't done any repairs recently, then they are kept in perfect order. Everything is clear, they don't require anything extra. They are friendly and polite, and they will prompt you without any problems if necessary. As a disadvantage, there is no possibility of paying with Russian bank cards.
Good afternoon. The airport is small, clean, and everything is as simple as possible. The inspection and control went very quickly, the guys at the tourist counter explained everything in a popular way, here you can also exchange money, buy a SIM card and order a taxi via Yandex. Why four stars, it does not reach the status of an international airport.
A modern large airport. Unfortunately, it is not possible to visit the business lounge using the On pass card. But there are a lot of free comfortable seats in the common waiting room with a beautiful view of the runway. The bathrooms are new and clean. We didn't visit the cafe.
everything is fine, especially there is a children's room where you can wait for your flight with the kids. A children's room with all amenities: a playroom, a separate shower, toilet and even pots, a changing table.
A modern airport has everything you need to pass the time before the flight: cafes, shops, toilets, waiting rooms (where there are many outlets). If we compare it with what it was three years ago, then the changes are only for the better.
The airport has noticeably expanded after the renovation, which is great, new equipment for passport control eliminates queues, dutifrey shops with a good selection and a national assortment of gifts, clean and spacious. The toilets are satisfactory
A normal airport. It is located within the city limits, it is fast to get there. They work clearly, everything you need is available. On arrival, there is a currency exchange and the sale of SIM cards from local operators. On departure, he's a good dude.
Important:
1. The international terminal and the domestic terminal are located on different sides of the airfield, it takes 10-15 minutes to drive from one to the other. Tell the taxi driver the terminal correctly so that you don't have to rush to the right one.
2. Greeters-mourners are not allowed inside the perimeter. If you have to be met, go outside the fence, do not wait inside the terminal!
3. The security control is very careful. Politely, but adamantly, they will be forced to show everything that they find suspicious. Matches and lighters will not be allowed in your hand luggage. Hide your favorite Zippo in a suitcase, otherwise you risk losing it.
It's a great airport. With good infrastructure and organization. You can buy local SIM cards, rent a car, change the currency (all at reasonable prices = prices in the city) in a matter of minutes. Everything is convenient and friendly
The airport has been developing very well lately! Clean, beautiful, cozy, there are 2 business halls, cafes, shops. It is very convenient to use as a hub for traveling further in Asia.
It was after reconstruction, it became much better, very comfortable, spacious, bright, the staff is polite, there are a lot of check-in desks, more than forty like. Two coffee stations.
A spacious, modern airport. Ergonomics is at a very good level. However, in my opinion, it is a little weak with food, there is only one cafe with European cuisine, but I would like to have pilaf and samsa before departure).
I flew to Tashkent for a few days on Uzbek Airlines. A good impression not only of the airport, but also of the carrier.
The airport is modern, spacious, clean, there are few people, there is a hotel inside, Duty free, many souvenir shops (national), there is a cafe (prices in euros).
The airport is small. But I will say that I was pleasantly surprised by the planes and the service. The flight attendants are smiling, polite, and responsive. There was food, snacks, snacks!!! And the way they presented the instructions before the flight in the form of a video was very surprised and pleased!!!
A good airport: clean, the currency exchange office is open around the clock. You can also buy a SIM card at any time. There are a lot of booths for passport control, there are no queues.
It is located within the city limits of Tashkent.
A new, modern, large and beautiful airport.
I recommend everyone to choose their own travel destination from Tashkent Islam Karimov Airport. Have a nice trip and soft landings to everyone!
It is located in the city center. The building itself is not large, there are shops, an exchange office, there is a transit area, among the disadvantages there is a slight lack of maintenance and a shortage of seats. For small transfers, it is quite comfortable, if the transfers are long, then it is better to spend time outside the airport.
An excellent, albeit small airport. You can take water with you. Dutik is a little poor, but it is also a Muslim country. There are enough places to sit. It is inexpensive to eat and drink inside.
Excellent service, highly qualified staff, good luck, good health to all employees who ensure a comfortable and safe flight, new work successes and achievements, with great gratitude to all of you.
After the last visit 6 years ago. The airport has been transformed. It became very beautiful. We have improved the passport control process. If there is biometrics, then the passage took 3 minutes. It should be taken into account that it was at one o'clock in the morning. During the day, you may need more time. I flew with Ural Airlines. They find fault with hand luggage very much, they check according to the template for bags, if they don't even talk, or in the luggage or anywhere. Therefore, check your hand luggage in advance. There is a smoking area, but there is no cigarette lighter like at Samarkand airport, lighters are taken away, so take matches.
The airport is small by world standards. With food, I only found snacks. But the capsule hotel is perfect. It's the best I've ever seen. And there are places to sit. In general, it is very suitable for docking.…
It's a small airport for the capital, but it's clear that it's still under construction. I would like to have more places in the lobby to wait because the passenger traffic is large and there are not enough 5 benches. There are cafes in the departure area. Payment in any currency is convenient. But there is a problem with gates, they can be through one corridor, conditionally it may be unclear where the queue is)
The airport has been renovated, it has become very convenient, beautiful, clean, tidy, check-in was quick, the staff is working very well, new signage is everywhere.
Nice, clean airport. But the prices are all in euros, and let's say cosmic. National clothes on sale are issued for natural fabrics, which are not such and the tailoring is very low quality, but the prices are fantastic.
There is no WiFi. I asked the phone seller, he announced the price of $ 2 per hour. Okay, the other guy at the coffee shop connected for free.🙏
Nice small international airport. Everything was decent, border control was carried out very quickly, without any problems. Clean, neat. The airport staff is friendly, there is a bank for currency exchange. We exchanged money very quickly to pay for a taxi. I liked everything.
