Modern, comfortable, clean! There are many places to wait-so you don't have to stand, even when many flights are departing! A good Dutik, where you can generally buy everything you need-including all sorts of national gizmos (sweets, drinks, souvenirs, etc.), if for some reason you could not do it in the city (although the price tag will be noticeably higher than at the bazaar). Of the minuses - there is no luggage storage in the registration hall (at least that's what I was told) and one bathroom in the departure waiting room - in my opinion it's not enough -there are queues when there are many flights:((

The airport is under renovation. Very clean and tidy. The scoreboard is huge, the inscriptions are easy to read. The only thing is, in my opinion, there are few chairs for waiting in the registration hall.

A beautiful clean and bright airport. And most importantly, fast!! Upon arrival, 4 planes landed at the same time. All the passport control booths were opened. I have never passed through passport control so quickly. What was my surprise when I had not yet managed to move away from the passport control area as my suitcase was already on its way to the baggage carousel. The tale is straight. There is a tourist information office, an official expensive taxi, you can buy a SIM card. The departure is a little more fussy, but again, passport control and inspection are extremely fast. There are shops and cafes inside.

It's a terrible airport. They seem to have made repairs, but you still made it uncomfortable for me.
Why take off your shoes in the 21st century? Is it really necessary to torture people and take off their shoes, put on shoe covers, then throw them away? Why search for everyone? Are there really no normal scanners? There is no such humiliation in any civilized airport in the world.
They seem to have renovated the airport, they did it beautifully, but such things really spoil all the impressions.

On departure, each time they were taken separately to the room, where the employees, violating personal boundaries, were "checked". It was disgusting, humiliating, even down to the cosmetic bags, opening lip gloss and mascara, as if there would be diamonds inside the mascara and liquid gloss. In the departure area at the Duty free store, I bought pilaf in a jar, which is very tasty. There are no price tags in these stores - the consultant will provide them. Upon arrival, I ordered a Yandex taxi - fast and cheap, "bombed" is expensive and may have a very small car.

It is very unpleasant to practically impose taxi services at night, not just at inflated prices, but at prices exceeding 5-7 times the nominal value of a Yandex taxi. A modern small airport. You can get there by taxi or by bus. We checked the pockets at the entrance, we didn't look into the bags.
Our flights were not delayed. There were enough places to wait. There were no large queues at the inspection, there were 15-20 minutes in front of the check-in desks.
The luggage room was used at the railway station (about 40 rubles per piece of luggage per day).
There are more people in the toilets at the entrance, in front of the reception desks, of course, it is dirtier (not critical) and simpler there. There are practically no people in the toilets of the waiting room before boarding and it is very clean and the plumbing is modern.
The prices in duty free are high, but there are products for the promotion.
There are exchangers on the territory with a normal dollar exchange rate and an unfavorable ruble exchange rate. If you plan to change rubles, it is better to do it in the city at the money changers. It's safe and much more profitable. In May 2024, 1:135 was changed.
Also, upon arrival at the airport, you can issue a local SIM card. There are several racks of different companies.
Taxi services are offered at the exit from the airport. I recommend you to get a local SIM card and order it via Yandex GO. The app works great, the prices are pleasing.
All travelers have a great mood and a lot of positive emotions. People in Uzbekistan are not evil, positive, sociable, and always try to help if they can.
