The rooms are quite comfortable, but the cleaning leaves much to be desired. The sound insulation is at zero, you can hear the whole corridor and the neighbors. The breakfast is modest, you will not stay hungry, but do not count on high-quality food - everything is at a minimum. Service and food in the restaurant on the 3rd floor, at the level of a distant village. To my regret and deep disappointment.

We stayed at this hotel with my husband for 5 days. We had a standard room. The room is modern, stylish interior, clean everywhere. the bed linen is snow-white, the bed is comfortable. The room is cozy. Refrigerator, kettle + tea set, air conditioning, safe, TV, necessary furniture - everything was there. In the bathroom there is a bathrobe and slippers, a shower set, a hairdryer. There was an Internet connection. We settled in quickly, the staff is attentive. No one bothered to sleep. We are happy with the hotel.

We came to Almaty with my wife in the summer (we really love nature and the lively atmosphere, which abounds there). We booked comfort for 5 nights. The staff was very polite, the food too (my wife and I especially liked the breakfast, it's just something). The hotel is located in a beautiful area, not far from the center (which is very good, because almost all the main attractions are in the palm of your hand). In general, there were very positive impressions from the city, as well as from the hotel itself. Next year we plan to book a room in the same hotel!)

We lived here for a week in May of the 23rd year. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. Comfortably. Good location, the center is easy to walk to, there are supermarkets, exchangers and Mega shopping center nearby. Communication with the staff is excellent :)
Of the minuses, the breakfasts are average, but not bad. There is practically no sound insulation between the rooms.

Everything is cool, but there is one fat minus - the noise of the hood at night. I had to turn on the rain noise on my laptop and turn up the volume to drown out the noise of the hood. It was the only way to fall asleep.

I'm happy with everything.
The reservation from the Russian website was successful, I was placed, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, everything is there.
The street is quiet, sleeping with the window open was very comfortable, especially after a busy road, flight and business events.
Breakfast is without frills, but everything is delicious and pleasant.

Although the price category is not cheap, but it's worth it. We were in a standard room, there is everything for comfortable accommodation. It is convenient that the room is zoned, while my husband was working, I was resting. The staff is friendly, cleanliness and anti-smoking measures are observed. The design of the room itself is also interesting, the furniture is comfortable. In general, I put a plus in the piggy bank of successful placements.

Upon arrival, the girl at the reception was not at all friendly. Breakfasts are quite normal, if you don't get to rush hour. The room is excellent, the view is simply incomparable, the audibility is very good (especially from the bath), breakfast was packed on request, water is brought to the room every day. I think the location is very convenient: the shopping center is nearby, the hotel is not located on the road, which makes it more cozy.
