Everything is at a good level, the rooms are not very new, but without complaints, the outlets are where you need and cozy enough. I was upset by checking the room before departure, which I was not warned about and I almost missed the airport, having waited almost 10 minutes at the reception with a taxi called. There was no room check in another hotel in Kazakhstan (in Astana), so apparently this is a "feature" of the hotel, and not a national feature. I couldn't appreciate breakfast, I left early

There are practically no complaints about the interior and equipment. Room service for 3 out of 5. The reception is also tolerable. But the restaurant spoils absolutely everything, the breakfasts - most of the dishes are obviously not fresh, cold, the pastries are rubber or packed with flour, the main menu leaves much to be desired, the prices are clearly overpriced, decently shortchanged, sometimes even rude and no friendliness. In a word, they are very short of the 4 declared stars

At the time when I stopped by, it was one of the most budget-friendly. About 70 euros per day.
The cafe for breakfast does not cope with the number of people living. Breakfast until 10. I arrived at 9.45...it was a mistake. At 9.50 everything was already empty with food. And there is nowhere to sit almost always.
Tip : come to breakfast early, around eight o'clock.
Well, in general - not bad. But there is something for the hotel manager to work on.

A pleasant impression was left from the hotel when visiting Almaty. The hotel is located near the city center, in a beautiful and picturesque area. The main attractions are almost nearby. The food is well organized in the basement of the same building, the dishes are delicious and varied. The advantage is a sauna, a swimming pool and a fitness room. The service is poor, we don't have toilet paper in our room, for example. The rooms have no ventilation, only a window. The plumbing in the shower is dead, - I got burned several times by adjusting the temperature and pressure.. The tilt of the watering can is not adjustable. Everything is made of plastic, the parts have come apart at the seams. There is a lime coating on the windows. I found someone else's hair on the bed. The cape on the bed is old, synthetic with rolls, the impression is low. There is static electricity in the bed, apparently a synthetic blanket. The staff does not go to the meeting, they asked for two bottles of water, listened for five minutes about the rules. As a result, they gave me water, but my nerves were frayed. The room is relatively clean, but there are smells, such as tobacco. The safe is strange, with some hieroglyphs. The siren started three times, and an employee came with a key. I couldn't use the safe. The hotel is located in the center, and it is not immediately clear what this means. Firstly, the environment is bad, smog accumulates on the streets, and due to the peculiarities of the city, smog does not erode, or it erodes slowly. The second, killer moment is traffic jams. The route, which took 20 minutes on the booking service map, took us almost an hour and a half. Our plans for transfers and moving around the city were thrown out. Traffic jams make any movement very difficult. So far we have lived only a day, a reservation for a week

I don't understand where stardom comes from. There is no question of any 4 stars. If 4 * is the presence of slippers and a well-worn bathrobe, then probably yes, 4 *. In all other respects, and three with a stretch.
The rooms are small. The bed is springy and uncomfortable. Since one turns in his sleep, the other jumps from these movements. After 4 nights, you will have to treat your back. Reading in bed is uncomfortable. Because you rest your head against the picture told just so that it sticks into your head. The chair is broken in the middle of the table. Traumatic. A closet without shelves. It is unclear where to put things.
The breakfast assortment seems to be enough. But everything is of low quality . Sausage is the cheapest. Black bananas are cut. Shame, they're worth a penny. So they put black bananas on the table for guests instead of a trash can. A plate of fruits is sliced apples, black bananas and oranges, also sliced, which after a while become unsightly.
The only thing I would note as a plus is the fragrance in the hallway and lobby of the hotel. It smells fresh.
I have found more advantages in this department for myself.
