The hotel is really Cozy. They meet you right from the taxi, pick up a heavy suitcase and then there is no chance to be disappointed in the hotel. I lived for a full 7 days, there was not a single complaint: fresh towels, water, dental kit, etc. are in the room every day. The ironing room is on the first floor, but if anything, an iron and a board are ready to bring to the room. Sockets right at the headboard! The elevator has a huge beautiful mirror on each floor — so that you don't doubt exactly how you look before exiting.
You can leave your suitcase for at least a whole day before departure.
The only thing that could be improved was breakfast. There was a great shortage of fresh vegetables and fruits, but what there is is already colorful and delicious in itself. I definitely recommend it.

Nice hotel and good location! The breakfast buffet is varied, delicious and hearty! I liked the breakfast! The entire hotel staff is cool, friendly and always happy to help, prompt and advise! Cleanliness everywhere, around the perimeter, in the room, in the hotel and in the parking lot! The room is cleaned and linen is changed every day! A comfortable bed. There is always 0.5l bottled water in the room, a large selection in the bar, the refrigerator is full))

What did you like:
For the first time I meet a hotel where not only linen is changed every day (although this is not often found in Russian hotels), but also after cleaning, the quality control service is interested in your reviews. Which obviously encourages cleaners to clean thoroughly.
Basically - standard 4 stars
What I didn't like: The kitchen in the restaurant. The steak was cooked badly, one dish was simply mixed up, when asked by the waiter: "are you sure that these are Georgian-style vegetables, and not homemade vegetables?" the answer was a nod of the head, and the phrase "everything is fine." Not being sure that the waiter understands Russian, I repeated the phrase in English, but in response I received only a nod of the head, like: "yes"

I fell for the good reviews. We stayed here for 5 nights in October. One of the advantages is adequate staff who helped solve the issue when Yandex.Travel just gave up on me.
Of the minuses: I'll start with the most savory. You will not have to have breakfast alone. Cockroaches are slowly walking around on the distribution tables like at home. After our voiced shock, one cockroach was habitually crushed by the waiter, but the rest were not confused. They didn't have breakfast at the hotel anymore. They tried to refuse breakfast, but "it's impossible, they are included in the price."
Further from the unpleasant little things: very noisy rooms. Draining water from neighbors, footsteps from above, conversations from the side and from the corridor - all this does not add Comfort. We were unlucky enough to live above the veranda of a hotel restaurant. So with all the strictness of the "smoking policy of the hotel", all the smells penetrated into our rooms through the balcony door open for ventilation. With the door closed, it's stuffy.
Good staff. But the hotel itself is clearly for unassuming guests. I'm not coming back.

And so, I have been familiar with the hotel since 2022. The hotel building in the middle of a residential building. Check-in from Gogol (since this is a one-way street). If you go up Sakena Seifullina from the bottom, then there is no turn to the left. You will need to drive up another traffic light and turn around.
The management of the company arriving in Almaty live here. I have not personally lived, but I will tell you from observations. If you arrived in your own or rented car, the security guard will be helped with parking. There are few of them, but a solution can be found on the spot. There is a shuttle service around the city and from/to the airport and railway stations. As I remember, the standard starts from 40,000 tenge (40k) and luxury up to 72,000 tenge (72k), of course for two. A tourist tax is charged for foreigners. Payment separately. The cost for today is 1.725 tenge per day, regardless of citizenship or age (only in this hotel I heard this, in others there were and there was no such fee).
If you want to eat oriental cuisine perfectly, I advise you to walk a couple of traffic lights up Seifullina, then you will stumble into the Navat restaurant, where every evening at 20:00 the waiters of this institution will dance for you to the national melody.
Below are a couple of traffic lights along Seifullina Mega Park shopping center. It is open until 22:00 (except for the cinema). If you suddenly found yourself near the shopping center and wanted Uzbek pilaf, then at the corner of Mametov/Seifullina has a Max Plov, where there are 2 types of pilaf: Tashkent and Samarkand. I highly recommend it.
If you want to exchange currency, then there are exchangers up from Gogol up Seifullin to Tole bi on the left side of the street.

One of the disadvantages is that there are no thermostats on hot water, so the water in the sink and in the shower is either cold or scalding. Yes, you can catch a warm one, but it is very inconvenient and greatly spoils the impression of the hotel. Is it possible to put one ESBE VTA321 on the number and close the issue of scalding with hot water?

I was upset by the strange policy regarding drinking water: 1-2 (each time a different amount) bottles are given out 0.5 times a day for two people, there are no coolers, if bottled water is out, you can choose to buy more bottles or drink from the tap (offered at the reception!).
Overall a good hotel.

I would put more than a five for a hotel in Almaty, believe me, there is something to compare it with. The hotel is located slightly in the courtyards, so there is no road noise. Clean. Well-groomed. There are a lot of staff, everyone is friendly and really ready to help - professionals in their field. No one is trying to impose an additional one.services. The hotel was not built yesterday, but everything works perfectly, everything is clean (even there is no dust on the cabinets). A bathrobe, slippers, a bunch of hangers, daily cleaning and almost daily change of bed linen - everything corresponds to the stardom of the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet. Monotonous, but not tired in a week)

We drove through Almaty with my husband, we decided to stay in this hotel. We settled in quickly, the staff was polite, everyone showed us where they were. The hotel is located near the center, very convenient. The room is clean, cozy, there are blackout curtains, towels,slippers, soap set,tea set,TV, air conditioning, hairdryer and even free Wi-Fi. The hotel has a fitness room, you can work out and relax. By the way, I liked the food, the varied menu.We stayed for a few days, so we liked everything during our stay. I recommend.

I lived in a standard room. Of the disadvantages, I can only highlight the interior and not very clean carpet in the room.
Of the advantages - the bed and the bath are clean, there is a bathrobe, slippers, water, a conditioner. Cleaning every day. The hotel has breakfast (they are not very good for my taste), sauna, restaurant, laundry. There is also a computer with a printer for guests, it's free. This computer helped me out a lot a couple of times.❣️

The hotel is super comfortable. It's really cozy. I have a traveling job and believe me, I have seen a lot of hotels. My room was the usual standard 1009. Clean, cleaned every day, towels are also changed every day. There are many channels, including in Russian. The mattress is not collapsed, as if it were new. Oh, and the location is almost in the center. A shopping mall and a bunch of cafes are just a step away.

A wonderful hotel! We lived in a Deluxe room on the 5th floor. The room is spacious. Cleaning every day. The maid is a very sincere woman, to talk and joke with her, and ask her to fill out the room with coffee, etc. At the reception, security, in the restaurant - everyone is polite and friendly.
