A divine stay at this hotel will be remembered for a long time. Very good and varied cuisine, you can always find something to pamper yourself with. Wonderful bars, the sea (from the main building) is very close, although the beach is tiny and there are already problems with sun beds around 10.30. The furniture in the room has "traces of existence", but for us it was not critical, since we only took a shower after the sea in the room during the day and slept at night. The air conditioner in the room works very quietly, it does not interfere with sleeping, there is a remote control, the temperature can be adjusted at your discretion. The TV is modern, but we didn't even turn it on)
We rested from 31.07 to 06.08 2024, arrived at the hotel at 2:50 a.m., the registration took 20 minutes, immediately separated the bracelets and opened a snack bar for us, fed us.
I asked if there was an opportunity to check in right away, but there were naturally no standard rooms available during the peak season. They offered to check into a room of a higher category for 60 euros, we refused.
Leaving their suitcases and bags at the reception, they went to sleep on the sun beds by the pool, spent the night very comfortably, woke up around 6:30 a.m. from local roosters).
We cleaned ourselves up and went to breakfast. After breakfast, we took our things, changed into a SPA, got beach towels and left for a new beach.
We returned for lunch, had lunch and after contacting guest-communication Oksana at 13:55 we were given room 2304 with a view of the pool).

The food is a delicious buffet as standard. For some reason, porridge is not porridge, namely "rice with milk", "oatmeal with milk".
There are a lot of cats, but there are a lot of them everywhere in Turkey.
I absolutely did not like the cleaning in the room (we lived in the villa). They were probably waiting for a tip. And I was waiting for them to clean up efficiently at least once, because a tip is a thank you for a job well done. And when they don't do it, there was no desire to leave baksheesh. Stains on the floor and closet doors accompanied us from the first to the last day.

We rested from the end of 27.09 to 07.10.2024. We rested at the villa. The room is on the 5th floor. But! The water heater was not working. They changed it. The air conditioner is built into the closet. At some point, it started to leak and our clothes got wet. They fixed it, but not immediately. After cleaning the room, the water in the shower slowly began to drain into the sewer. Most likely, the cleaner just poured dirty water into the shower. It's in a 5-star hotel. But after cleaning the sewer (by the way, we went ourselves and bought bleach and filled in the place of the water drain), the problem was not solved. We had a family vacation with 3 children in September 2024. The hotel is already outdated. There is frankly not enough staff and this staff is far from the former and legendary Turkish service. Be prepared for the fact that you will have to walk a lot, because the distance from the beach to the villa is about 800 meters.
Nice hotel, clean,large rooms. Well-maintained territory. For its price, a very decent service. Decent food, lots of fruits in season. Good entrance to the sea.

There are 3 swimming pools on site, a separate half-empty beach on the sea, bars with snacks and alcohol everywhere near the recreation areas. The food is fire for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the choice is huge.Meat (lamb, beef) fish, lots of salads and snacks, desserts.
It is better to pay extra and take a room in the villas, because the rooms in the main building are already too old. Any reasonable services can be ordered at the hotel, taxis, excursions, restaurant reservations in Kemer. If something is needed in the room, they respond quickly enough. The staff is good and responsive to requests. The only thing is *** touts for massage, but to put it harshly, they are no longer suitable.
The hotel is not bad, but it does not reach 5 stars. The second line is not far from the sea in 5-7 minutes. A strange system of changing beach towels, there were constantly not enough for everyone. The staff is not very friendly. Bartenders do not know how to make cocktails, there are even those who simply do not know the name of imported alcohol. The beach is very small.
