Okay... 4 stars, though.... That's a lot.... The hotel is old, the "village" is newer, of course, the rooms there are fresher. They save on everything, the food is not very good, they were not hungry, but there is no variety, except on Friday. Don't get fooled by the transfer to the beach, you can walk to the "old" one, it's still okay to go to the "new" one, back, wait ..... Entering the sea: who is used to entering from the pier, it just doesn't exist..... And there are simply no regular visits, which are already available in almost all 5* hotels... The hotel, the rooms are good But ! A divine stay at this hotel will be remembered for a long time. Very good and varied cuisine, you can always find something to pamper yourself with. Wonderful bars, the sea (from the main building) is very close, although the beach is tiny and there are already problems with sun beds around 10.30. The furniture in the room has "traces of existence", but for us it was not critical, since we only took a shower after the sea in the room during the day and slept at night. The air conditioner in the room works very quietly, it does not interfere with sleeping, there is a remote control, the temperature can be adjusted at your discretion. The TV is modern, but we didn't even turn it on)

We rested from 31.07 to 06.08 2024, arrived at the hotel at 2:50 a.m., the registration took 20 minutes, immediately separated the bracelets and opened a snack bar for us, fed us.
I asked if there was an opportunity to check in right away, but there were naturally no standard rooms available during the peak season. They offered to check into a room of a higher category for 60 euros, we refused.
Leaving their suitcases and bags at the reception, they went to sleep on the sun beds by the pool, spent the night very comfortably, woke up around 6:30 a.m. from local roosters).
We cleaned ourselves up and went to breakfast. After breakfast, we took our things, changed into a SPA, got beach towels and left for a new beach.
We returned for lunch, had lunch and after contacting guest-communication Oksana at 13:55 we were given room 2304 with a view of the pool).
We checked in, hooray!!!
1. All the staff are friendly, friendly and helpful, a lot of Russian speakers.
2. Safe and Wi-Fi in all areas, including villas, are free.
3. The room is old, but large and comfortable, all furniture is made of natural wood, mattresses and pillows are new and comfortable, the air conditioner works fine, the refrigerator is old and not very cold, it was filled with a minibar (beer, soda and water). You can hear the neighbors, and since the room overlooks the pool, it's a little noisy in the afternoon and until 23:00, because animation takes place.
4. The bathroom is generally normal, but the shower head is very old, which is why it is clogged and does not pour very well. There was always hot water.
5. Everything is clean, both in the room, and on the pools, and in all public places.
6. Everything is fine for food too, chicken / turkey/ beef / lamb / fish in various variations every day for lunch and dinner. A lot of fruits: watermelon, melon, peaches have always been there. We failed to try everything in 6 days.
7. On alcohol: there is imported expensive alcohol, but you need to tell the bartender what you want, then they will pour it, because local, but of good quality, interfere with cocktails. The beer at the tuborg gold hotel is very decent.
8. In the confectionery, ice cream is both in packages and in balls, it is delicious.
9. There are two beaches, but we went by tuk-tuk only to the new one, it is freer and more comfortable there, the trip takes three minutes, the wait for a tuk-tuk is rarely more than 15 minutes. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, barefoot is not comfortable. There is a bar with beer and soft drinks on both beaches, as well as French fries, burgers and fruits. We did not climb out from the sea, because we came for it).
10. We were in the pool once for 5 minutes, took a ride on the slide. They are cleaned daily at 6 a.m.
11. We walked around the villas, you can use both the pool and the bar.
12. Pizza is baked and very tasty burgers are made in the snack bar by the pool in the main building.
13. Discos from 23 to 01 are funny, hard trance music mixed with Russian pop, no one dances, but there is a bar))).
14. The TA08 route passes by the hotel, travel to Kemer is 35 liras, to Antalya is 90 liras.
15. In 15-20 minutes on foot, two MM Migros, two BIM and one SOK. Migros and BIM accept dollars.
The hotel is cool, I want to return to it, we had a great rest!
PS: before the trip, we looked at two fresh reviews of the hotel and upon arrival we already knew the entire infrastructure, so we did not experience any problems finding the right location.

First of all, I thank the Semena team for a pleasant stay! Hello everyone We had a rest in Semyon with our whole family in the summer of 2022. They were located in villas, across the street from the hotel. A cool place: quiet, peaceful, there are swimming pools between the villas, there is a football field - a buzz for teenagers, the air conditioners worked well. The room was cleaned very well because I always left a tip of 50 rubles every day! The restaurant was 100% satisfied, the venerable chef always welcomed the guests with joy! The menu range was wide for us! The bar was completely fine with us, we didn't ask us to mix cocktails, but drank what we had (not much). Hiking to the beach with a 10-minute walk was completely fine with us, at least some movement! The animation is good, and if you "warm up" a little in the bar, it's generally great! there are many retail outlets within walking distance from the hotel, where you can buy everything you need for a tourist (summer clothes, souvenirs, Turkish sweets, and most importantly bargain with local sellers! Advice- do not take money with you on walks in the first days, spend it right away. There are pharmacies in which very attentive and educated sellers (pharmacists)! As always, we visited the hotel's SPA, initially haggled in the Asian style and signed up for treatments, it was great! Each of my family members has attended several massage sessions, massage oil has a very fruitful effect on the skin during the rest period and in general it is pleasant to get tactile pleasure (I went for a massage at 8-30 in the morning) and of course welcome a tip to the masseuse who then looks forward to your next visit. We used a shop tour from a travel company, we measured fur coats, leather, gold with pleasure and traded hard, but we bought nothing! at the end of the tour, they always bring them to the Shopping Center for a couple of hours, there they bought cool goods that are not yet available in Russia. At the end of my review, I wish to write to future tourists of this hotel: Study the hotel according to various reviews, consult with your loved ones, choose a hotel so that your whole family finds entertainment and enjoyment during the holiday period. Don't drink too much alcohol!!! Respect and favor the hotel staff and Turkey in general! The hotel should become for you like a bride, with whom you will spend your honeymoon and will warmly remember and miss for a whole year until the next date! A pleasant stay, almost all the staff speaks Russian, lived in the second half of the hotel. From 11.08, a lot of people came by and there were problems with tables for dinner, but if you come later, you still ate to cook on coals and the tables are already there.The guys are trying to change the tablecloths quickly.The water in the sea was awesome +29, so the pool (in the second half)we used it after 20.00 (another plus of this hotel is the pool is open around the clock)

We rested from 02.09 to 12.09.2024. We come to this hotel for the second time on the territory of the villas. And we knew where we were going and what to expect, BUT as sometimes happens, something went wrong...
and so "let's go."
After a night flight, we arrived at the hotel at 7.20, the reception staff MEHMET and LEILY (English and Russian) responded quickly to the request for an early check-in and provided a good room for adequate money (paid service) - 3467 (26m2) with a large balcony and with incomprehensible spots on the wall.We checked in at 8 a.m.
Then everything is FINE as always and there is not much point in telling, everyone will draw conclusions for themselves after visiting the hotel.
We liked everything, except for a couple of points, which I will write about in the recommendations later.
After some time has passed.and to be precise, almost before leaving, I paid closer attention to the stains on the wall and what was my surprise that it was "MOLD"!!! (at first I thought that the giprok was slightly smashed and, accordingly, slightly repaired)
Day of departure, late check-out (the issue is, in principle, as always solved with money).
I come to the reception desk with the same nice and customer-oriented people.(I think that's lucky) .
I ask you to extend the room, they promise to extend it, but a little later around 11.30 am.I agree and "quietly" show the photo with spots. People immediately understand what IT is - they sincerely apologize , even offer compensation. I refuse money, but I ask for the opportunity to leave the room until the evening anyway, we practically did not spend time in the room (naively believing that the room cannot be used in principle because of mold). They promise to resolve the issue, but only after the general manager YILMAZ arrives at 11.30.
I approach the appointed time at the reception with thoughts of continuing to enjoy my vacation until the evening at the hotel. In front of me, the girl goes to the office to discuss my "problem", comes out after 3 minutes and transmits the words of YILMAZ.NOTHING CAN BE DONE AND YOU NEED TO VACATE THE ROOM BEFORE 12 o'clock.
If you understood me correctly, the general manager YILMAZ did not come out, did not apologize, and apparently he does not care about the REPUTATION and HEALTH of the hotel's customers, especially those who have been coming for the second year in a row.
By the way, this room was rented to other guests after us..
It makes no sense to describe further events, so I'll move on to recommendations, or rather, to say "wishlist".
1. The food court in the villas should be open from 10-13 and from 15 to 18.
It's convenient when you don't go to breakfast and lunch.
2. Make the Internet on the beaches.
3. Reduce the waiting time in the evening PILOTCAR, often the waiting time is very long.

We were in Simena, Chamyuva village, in early November. The hotel is on the second coastline, 5-15 minutes walk to the sea, along a shady alley.
The beach is small, standard, pebbly. But! It was the first time we saw octopuses, one bigger, the other smaller - of course, you can only see this when swimming with a mask.
The hotel is divided by a road into two zones - a hotel with several floors closer to the sea, a swimming pool with a small slide, a tennis court. The second is a zone of two-storey villas, among which there are also swimming pools. Chickens, guinea fowls, and ducks are free-range here. Funny.
The food is a delicious buffet as standard. For some reason, porridge is not porridge, namely "rice with milk", "oatmeal with milk".
There are a lot of cats, but there are a lot of them everywhere in Turkey.
I absolutely did not like the cleaning in the room (we lived in the villa). They were probably waiting for a tip. And I was waiting for them to clean up efficiently at least once, because a tip is a thank you for a job well done. And when they don't do it, there was no desire to leave baksheesh. Stains on the floor and closet doors accompanied us from the first to the last day.
It seems that the floor has never been wiped at all.
In addition, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. Apparently, the ladders in the shower and another one near the toilet were made incorrectly, the water in the knee dried up quickly and the smell was constantly present.
The flush button was faulty - it jammed and the water was continuously running.
Also, the contact where the card was inserted to "turn on" electricity lagged behind the wall and was not connected the first time.
All information was transmitted to the reception, but no action was taken. I took a star for this, otherwise I liked the hotel.
This region (Kemer) is captivated by the proximity of the mountains, in late October - early November there is no scorching sun, and the sea is still warm, you can swim and walk along the nearby slides, it is very beautiful!

I really liked it! We lived in a villa, in the 4th (separate room for adults, separate for children). Spacious, everything is new. A large terrace. The territory is green like a garden. There are gorgeous pools right next to the villa. There is no crowd. There is a cafe next to the pool, free ice cream (decent), tortillas, fruits, burgers.
The food is excellent. Diverse. The staff is trying hard. Thank you for a great vacation! I would have come back again.

We are currently resting at this hotel. While we were packing, I read the reviews. I was hoping for the best. I was preparing for the worst. All fears were in vain! We arrived at the hotel in the dead of night (as it happened, the flight was delayed). Near the bus, they immediately helped with the luggage. The documents were processed quickly. The room was received as stated (with a view of the mountains). We offered to have a snack (at four in the morning!!) We were escorted out, fed hot! They also brought burgers with soup. The staff is all very friendly. As they say, everything is for customers. We settled in the main building. Closer to all locations (reception, sea, swimming pools, restaurant, bars, shops). Yes, in thousands and more expensive, by the way. In the main building, the view from the room is either to the pool (louder in the evenings) or to the mountains (quieter) . Who likes what. All rooms have balconies. There are comfortable and compact clothes dryers on the balconies (swimsuits, towels dry out in an hour). Further. Meal. Everything is very tasty. A huge selection. Meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, herbs, cheeses, sauces, drinks, side dishes, pastries (cakes, pies) Clean plates, appliances, seating - there is always enough for everyone. Although there are a lot of guests here. They are removed from the tables instantly. Clean tablecloths are laid. Pools. Two. There are two slides for toddlers (depth 30 cm) and for adults (160 cm). They work practically all day long. There are a lot of bars near the pool, different, with food and drinks. Towels are changed once a day at the SPA. Sea. From the main building, 5 minutes on foot, along the tennis alley. There is a delivery service (mini-transfer) every 30 minutes.) The beach is compact, but there are always enough sunbeds. There is also a bar with drinks. The entrance to the sea is not the most pleasant. Pebbles. It is better to wear special slippers. The sea itself is wonderful. Clean and warm. Immediately the depth. Delight! If they ask if I recommend this hotel, definitely yes!!! If there is an opportunity, we will come next year.

We rested from the end of 27.09 to 07.10.2024. We rested at the villa. The room is on the 5th floor. But! The water heater was not working. They changed it. The air conditioner is built into the closet. At some point, it started to leak and our clothes got wet. They fixed it, but not immediately. After cleaning the room, the water in the shower slowly began to drain into the sewer. Most likely, the cleaner just poured dirty water into the shower. It's in a 5-star hotel. But the "cherry on the cake" was the smell of hydrogen sulfide. At night, he became unbearable. At first we thought it was the sewer in our room. But after cleaning the sewer (by the way, we went ourselves and bought bleach and filled in the place of the water drain), the problem was not solved. After cleaning the sewer, ants climbed up, which we also eliminated on our own. We have repeatedly contacted the hotel manager Oksana to change our room. But this idea was abandoned after they learned from the tour operator that it was not the room, but the fact that there are sewage treatment plants outside the hotel. And that sometimes this smell reaches our villas. It's just terrible. Headaches and insomnia are guaranteed for you. The distance to the beach from the villa is around 500 meters. That is, 300 meters to the main hotel, and 200 meters to the beach there. Electric cars go, but we met them 2 times walking from the room to the main building of the hotel, where the restaurant is located. Walking is certainly useful. But this is a 5 star hotel. The beach itself is very small. There may not be enough sun beds. There is a rusty pier near the beach. The view is so-so of course. I came for the sake of the sea and a normal beach, but I have never seen such a thing anywhere, and I have been to many places. There is another beach, but there are also few sunbeds and they are in terrible condition. Nice bungalows for 50 euros per day. Although we have ultra all inclusive. The food at the hotel is for an amateur. Is it possible to fill your stomach without any pleasure. Five can only be given to fruits and simitam for breakfast. Coffee is slop. But this is normal for Turkey. That's why we took the drip bags from home with us. It is impossible to drink alcohol in the bar. Cheap swill bottled in expensive bottles. The cola is powdered and the hotel manager does not hide it. They have one answer to everything: we have such a hotel concept. It's good that we brought our drinks from Duke. We arrived at 5 stars🫢 The waiters can whistle and clap their hands in the wake of some madam. Flies fly during the meal, because at some point there is a cart next to you with dirty dishes and leftovers sent by nimble waiters, those who clapped their hands. I don't want to offend anyone, but we didn't come to the zoo after all. In the reviews, people wrote bad reviews about roosters singing in villas, but believe me, they just don't interfere with rest. The vacation was also ruined due to the fault of the tour operator, who misleads tourists. The rating of the hotel suffers from this. On the positive side, this is a large number of beautiful seals.

The hotel is beautiful (villas), the general building is tired. The staff has 5 points, not a single complaint in 10 days! Respect, smiles, kindness! The food is good, tasty, but without frills. Alcohol is a net import - Chivas, balantais, Olmeca, bacardi, etc. The only blemish is being cheated with lunch boxes. Overnight check-out, with three children, is a crucial point.

A terrible hotel. I do not recommend it to anyone. there are a lot of things there, but I will list the main ones.
1. the hotel has a water park. Do not try to let the child go there alone. No one is watching the security. no one regulates this skating. if there is a lifeguard , he does not work but sits in the cold , and the one that he can not see anything at all .
2. The hotel has 2 beaches, one is the nearest one, and you can walk about 800 meters. he is even more less. but it is very small if you come by 10, then you will not find a place . you don't have to go to the second one at all, it's even smaller and it's always empty there because the bottom is all in cobblestones and 10 meters from the beach a river flows into the sea. Apparently draining from the office.
A small electric car goes to the beach. but once every 30 minutes and not always . I've never gone on so much vacation. If you have sore feet, then you are not in this hotel.

Cons - the beach is small, you will definitely not find free sun loungers at 10-00, there is no pier, there is no ramp to enter the sea, garbage on the beach is poorly cleaned. There are no wooden decking paths. There is no bar on the beach.
There are huge queues at the only bar on the territory of the hotel, there is practically no elite alcohol, only Turkish. There is nowhere to eat between main meals.

We were at the hotel from 19.09 to 26./09.23 liked everything. We had a good rest. The sea is warm. The food is normal. You won't stay hungry. Fruits, drinks are original.cleaning is good every day. The only thing in the room was no machine, no toothpaste.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2022. The rest was great, we drove in a good mood and tried not to look for disadvantages, on the contrary, we enjoyed every moment. So, the positive points: very beautiful territory, palm trees, bushes, flowers; room (lived in a villa) large; verandas surrounded by greenery; the food is very good, lots of meat, fruits, grilled, fish - we liked everything, ice cream - all day; the staff is polite. Cons: The beach is very small for such a hotel, there were not enough sun beds; the road to the beach is fine for us, but it takes 20 minutes to get to the room from the beach; the slides in the pool - one constantly did not work, it upset the children. At the end of our stay, a lot of vacationers stopped by - there were queues in the dining room. Daytime animation is not suitable for children, the evening show was sometimes quite good - I especially liked the magician and acrobats.

A great place for this price.
There are 3 swimming pools on site, a separate half-empty beach on the sea, bars with snacks and alcohol everywhere near the recreation areas. The food is fire for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the choice is huge.Meat (lamb, beef) fish, lots of salads and snacks, desserts.
It is better to pay extra and take a room in the villas, because the rooms in the main building are already too old. Any reasonable services can be ordered at the hotel, taxis, excursions, restaurant reservations in Kemer. If something is needed in the room, they respond quickly enough. The staff is good and responsive to requests. The only thing is *** touts for massage, but to put it harshly, they are no longer suitable.
