He drives from the villas to the sea in his car. He does not refuse anyone, he says kind words to everyone! We really liked everything!
A 3-star hotel!!!!!!!! There is a small beach, there are not enough sun beds, either by the sea or by the pool.There is no animation!!!!!! Safety on the water slides is ZERO.The kitchen is good, there are always fruits and meat.The room cleaning is good. But!!!! No laundry (although stated) and no A la carte (same stated)

The whole vacation was ruined by the spa. They offer you a massage, they do a trial massage well so that you buy a massage course, then they change your massage therapist - this is a scam. My recommendations to everyone: never take a massage at the resort, because the quality of the massage is poor, the qualifications of the massage therapist are questionable. You will pay the money, it will be impossible to return it. Massage is a medical procedure. Take care of your health at home or in sanatoriums, and at the resort such massages can turn into big problems.

The rooms, like everywhere else, are spacious and clean. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The main territory is not at all as big as it actually is. Animations...rather not than there is. The breakfasts, in my opinion, are terrible. For lunch and dinner, the choice is excellent, there is a lot of grilling - fish, meat, chicken, vegetables. The child enjoyed eating both chicken and fish. A huge disadvantage for a hotel that positions itself as a family hotel is the absence of a microwave throughout the territory. At first, I had to swear at the reception desk so that they would warm a bottle of milk in the kitchen. By the way, they don't have milk either. We bought it in the store ourselves. I would also like to mention the huge queues for food. And then at the cutlery. I took the child with me, so at least he can eat in peace. But the adults had to wait...and often they only gave out a large spoon. The territory with villas is either for walking moms with strollers, or for elderly people. It's quiet there and you can walk along the paths in peace. There is nothing there but greenery and villas. Well, there is one pool for local residents (but I haven't seen anyone swimming there).
We are currently vacationing at this hotel. In this hotel, check-in rooms do not occur in accordance with the purchased tour of the room categories indicated on the Pegasus website. We paid money for a room of the Vila Superior Standard Room category. the photo of the room shows the room area of 30 square meters, balcony, stained glass windows with access to the balcony, renovation in 2018, we were twice offered rooms of the category below, we refused, as a result, we were offered a third option, convincing us that this is the best the room we got as a result: a corner room on the roof of a villa with an area of not 12 square meters. meters where one double bed with one bedside table is placed, there is not a single chair, there is also no lock on the shower door, instead of a balcony there is an exit to the roof with an ordinary small door and a small window, because tired of the flight, due to with the fact that the plane was delayed for five hours, we agreed to the condition of further relocation to a room with two beds. The next day, we approached the manager of this hotel with a guide, to which he replied that the hotel was full and there were no rooms, and said that he had given us the best "room" although it was clear that the hotel was not fully loaded. We learned from other vacationers that this was not the first case, and we also witnessed the same settlement ourselves. The ticket is not cheap, and as a result, a spoiled vacation and knocking out rooms for which a lot of money was paid. It follows that the hotel does not value its reputation very much, it takes money for a room of one category, but provides much lower. The hotel itself is not bad, but we will not recommend it, if you want to spoil your vacation, spend money and nerves, then you are here. Electric cars do not go to the villas, sooo rarely, we walked in the heat to the main building and to the sea. The beach is very small, the area is probably 20 meters. I will not go to this hotel anymore, if you get ready, take either a room in the main building or an improved villa, otherwise the rest will be spoiled

As soon as the guide left, the manager immediately "changed his shoes" in front of his eyes and said that this was our problem, there were many restaurants behind the hotel. The rooms immediately give the worst, they swore for a long time for an additional fee or so, but to give a better option, I understand that there are different rooms in size, but frankly bad and with different repairs we did not think to see in the same hotel. Food is given out by employees because of covid, always through the lip, at least, as if we did not pay for all inclusive, but they still owe them something, people grumbled, but no one went to conflict like that. In front of us, some guys had a fight about ten people, wrote some kind of complaint, but in general no one supported them. Sometimes there is one person in three departments and queues of 10 people, or there is no issue in the department at all and everything seems to be included, but in fact you can only eat some dishes. One day they asked to clear the table, since there were no places, but there were dirty tables after previous diners, so they refused us and only when I lifted the tablecloth and began to put my plates, they came up to us and cleaned. On the penultimate evening, I asked the waiter to clean up, he replied that he would not like to call the manager, of course I did not call anyone, but folded the tablecloth with plates into a bundle and put it on the floor, during dinner the manager came with security and threatened to evict me for inappropriate behavior, although other tourists approached me and said thank you and encouraged that rudeness You can't let the staff down. As a result, I went to the room, and told the manager not to even approach my other friends with families with children. So he began to break into my room all evening, locked from the inside, and the conflict was resolved only after calling an employee of biblio globus, so keep in mind that you won't shake your rights there much, take what they give and endure.
I had a rest from 01-08.09.21 at this hotel by accident (I booked another one), but on arrival I was brought to Siemens, citing problems with the electrics in the booked one. I sat for three hours before finding out, they didn't connect me to Wi-Fi, because they only give it when they get a room. Our Russian tourists gave us a good call, I am immensely grateful to them. And the clerks at the reception desk were simply kicked out into the street. In general, the mood for rest was spoiled. About the hotel: the room is good, the bed is double, there are no obstacles.However, there is no cleaning, used towels are not changed, but simply folded! But on the first day in the morning, around 6, I jumped from the mullah's call to prayer, and so every morning (then you get used to it), but I was lucky here. Someone's rooms overlooked the pool, there's a disco!! There are always queues for salads in the dining room, etc., for some reason the food is not heated from below, it is always cold food. Only the pastries and fruits are gorgeous. It is not the first time that tourists who come to this hotel have told us that it has become much worse compared to last year. A pandemic is visible....The sea and the sun are the same, wonderful!!! So the impressions are not particularly rosy. By the way, the villas of the hotel are located across the street, it is quiet and beautiful there, but it takes longer to walk to the main building and the sea than other tourists. The hotel is not on the first line. To be honest, I don't want to go to this hotel a second time.
We returned from this hotel yesterday. I'll tell you right away, whoever is looking for cons will find them. But I am delighted with the hotel.... We were with the whole family 16 years ago and in 2021, everything is fine. They put us up in a villa. The rooms are spacious. Everything is clean and cozy. The place is quiet and very beautiful, its own pool.... The sea is clear. Its own pebble beach, but small. The food is varied and delicious. The staff is helpful, especially at the reception and in the restaurant. Special thanks to Serdar. I recommend going to families with children. It won 't be boring!
The hotel is not bad, the infrastructure is all working, the rooms are very worn out, but everything works, the air conditioners are fresh, there is a good pool, the grass is cut. The bartenders are all great. The cleaning is mediocre - only the replacement of towels and bed linen, plus a vacuum cleaner of visible places. The floors are not washed in the bathroom, they are not vacuumed under the cabinets, the bar is not replenished. Another disadvantage is the staff at the restaurant, which clearly prefers the locals, and a squalid beach 300 meters away, with a smelly toilet.

The beach area is small and the sea is clean.the food is varied. There is a large area where you can walk. The bar by the sea does not always work, There are rooms without a balcony, they are two times smaller than the standard ones, this information is not indicated on the website, they check into the rooms late. Turks are slow as usual, and in this hotel the guests are settled by a Turk, like a tortured chef. Be careful when checking in. I will not go to this hotel anymore, it is better to go to the Sun Club Simena or Marco Polo, it is closer to the sea and the beach with sun beds is better, but the price is not very different

They settled into a villa, the room was so-so, asked for another room, gave 50 bucks on top and the room was huge with four beds and not a big sofa. The beach is not big, (second line)The only thing that pleased me was the sea! The food is so-so. The pools are clean. The room was cleaned for 2. The drinks at the bar are good, the tea is delicious at the bar, the restaurant is so-so. A large selection of cakes. I will never return to this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone. When I didn't write reviews, but then I decided to write.
It is very convenient for families with children. We had a vacation in 2019, lived in a villa. Food for every taste, there have never been any digestive problems. On the beach, despite its small size, there are always free sun beds. Near the villa, twenty meters away, there are private pools: 1.5 meters and a paddling pool for kids. The kids were particularly delighted with the chickens with chickens and turkeys walking freely around the villa.

We went to this hotel for training, I can say that it is the best, modern, the staff is kind, does not mind playing table tennis, non-alcoholic cocktails are excellent, free ice cream for every taste, the rooms are clean, the food is good (buffet), there is a hall, a good hammam, kind people, gather company, at sea-pebbles, there is no personal pier, but you can easily go to the Marco Polo pier, sun beds and at the sea, and by the pool you need to occupy very early in the morning, the animation is the best, every day something new for adults (showtime), after breakfast entertaining games and aerobics begin.
