We had our first vacation in Turkey in September 2022.The hotel is located in a beautiful location in the city of Kemer, the sea, the pine mountains, what we wanted for a holiday! We bought a standard room, it was small and old and was almost at the mountain and unfinished. We've given up on him. We were offered a new room with air conditioning and new furniture in the villa by the large pool, this was the best option for us. They paid an additional $ 10 per day for it. The hotel is very family-run, Russians, Turks, Kazakhs rest, there is a flag of Ukraine on the territory, but no one bothers anyone, everyone lives quietly and steadily. The food is delicious and varied.The ice cream is very tasty. Only white and red wine were taken from the drinks.All the pools are clean, we saw how they were cleaned. There are two slides near the main building, excellent and safe, no more is needed. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the sea, along a beautiful road. The beach is small, the sun beds with mattresses were also new. We got what we wanted - A great vacation! I definitely recommend it for families with children! And also for relaxation.

He feels with his hands where it hurts and relieves this pain - it's amazing. I bought a course of massage sessions, went every day all week and my body is now happy. After the massage, they offer to relax by the pool, apply a mask on the face and offer pomegranate tea
We were in Siemens from 20.06 to 29.06.23. Just like everyone else, I read reviews. I was very worried, because the reviews are different.But in vain. We arrived early in the morning.We settled in as expected after 14.00.The room was very impressive.We booked in the main building.The room is just huge! Everything is new!!!Balcony with mountain view.The territory of the hotel is very large and very well maintained.The pool is very large. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea, but the road is all in greenery and flowers, and it doesn't bother at all.The beach is small, but there have never been any problems with sun beds.The first 2 days somehow scared the restaurant.The food seemed meager.But suddenly something happened, and after 2 days everything changed!!!Meat and meat dishes were varied, there were a lot of fruits, a lot of pastries were very tasty.Maybe there was something wrong with the supplies.I really liked the SPA.I'm usually skeptical about the hotel SPA. But here we went to get towels, and eventually bought a course. No one imposed!!!Everything is very delicate and tactful!No one has ever made a dissatisfied "mine" when we just went to the sauna and indoor pool in the afternoon.Special thanks to the massage therapist Murad. We rested at this hotel at the end of August, we are not very satisfied, there are comments that should be paid special attention to
1. The reception staff knows Russian very poorly, it is very difficult to communicate.
2. There was a Russian-speaking person sitting near the reception, as I understood it, a manager named Oksana, who promised to move us to another room three times, since there was no balcony in it, every morning she told us to approach the reception at a certain time, but all the trips were pointless, listening and communicating with her did not make sense so it It's useless.
3. The beach is far away, and it is not convenient to get to it, on the one hand the gates are constantly closed, and on the other you walk past the garbage dump, the guys who drove to the beach went very rarely.
4. Burgers were made on the beach without gloves with bare hands, no hygiene, there are no alcoholic beverages except beer, juices are diluted with water.
5. There were problems with the toilet in the room, it was constantly leaking, there was no point in contacting the staff with this problem, we knew that this problem would not be solved for sure.
6. While they promised to move us to another room for 3 days, we asked Oksana for a clothes dryer, since there is no balcony, and it was difficult to dry things nowhere, it was received two days later.
7. Only Turkish channels are on TV in the room, Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, there is no connection at all.
8.The Ala-Card restaurant, which is located on the territory of the hotel, is paid, it is not included in standard rooms.
9. The animators of the hotel are young, not experienced guys, but they try very hard, there were no announcements of contests and various programs.
10. Upon check-in, the staff does not tell you where and what everything is, you will find out everything yourself.
11. Also, the rain shower did not work in the room, and the door was very narrow and not comfortable.
12. The rooms are cleaned every day, but the cleaning is not of high quality.
13.There is a hammam, sauna on the territory of the hotel, the employees of this complex are honestly very annoying several times a day offering their services, very intrusive, applies to the employees of the store where they sell fur coats on the territory of the hotel, please make a comment about this.
14. The towels that are given to the beach were torn and not washed. It was not pleasant.
15. Cats are running around on the territory of the hotel, this is certainly not bad, but when you sit down to eat, they climb on the table, including plates.
16. There is no specific smoking area where people eat and smoke there, no difference between children and non-smokers, the staff does not pay attention to this.
17. The swimming pool on the territory is large, but very dirty, it is not cleaned in the evenings.
18. Slides very rarely work, they are turned on and off.
19. The food is not bad, but there is no variety of fruits, everything is the same.
20. When booking a hotel, the description of the standard room only with a balcony, only the views of the pool and the mountains differed, but upon check-in they reported that the standard room could be without a balcony.

We had a rest in Siemens in October 2023 in Villa 3130. Beach, restaurant, animation - all for 5! But the service... Settled in a dirty room with someone else's garbage. They begged for two days to remove it. Also, when checking in, they found a clogged drain in the shower. At the reception, they write down the application and some piece of paper and... they don't do anything! On the sixth day of the stay, a girl came to clean, we told her about the problem. She brought some Suleiman, he unscrewed the grate, she washed everything and voila, we have been living with a shower for the last 3 days. The entrance door didn't close from the inside either, they slept open. There is no Internet, although it is 23 years old. In addition, the bus was late for an hour at the departure. We were afraid to miss the plane, but thank God this did not happen. I am writing a review not because I see a negative, but I advise you to take a toolbox with you, because no one will solve your problems for you.

Hello, my name is Ruslan. We had a 3 +1 family vacation from 07/28/12 to 08/05/12 at this hotel. In general, everything is fine, but when we arrived at the hotel, we were checked into the wrong room that we had paid for. The whole next day I had to keep running to the reception to catch the manager. By 17 o'clock, they managed to move in. It's a decent walk to the beach from the villas, we went right after breakfast so as not to wind up the extra distance. The food is for 4. In general, it's not bad, but it doesn't pull for 5 in any way. It was saved by the fact that there are two swimming pools on the territory of the villas, but without a bar. In short, you can relax, but you don't want to spend your money. Nothing is done in the rooms except towels. In a week, not a single thing was vacuumed and the table was not dusted. The balcony wasn't even opened at all.

The food is generally good, but at the end of the vacation they were severely poisoned. We spent a wonderful night in the villa hugging the toilet (be careful with salads). The Internet is not everywhere-it's a pity. You can't bring batteries to the villa, you can't put a kettle in the remote control, the room is tidy-one word, towels are not changed, but just put the old ones. They say, call if you need something-but the phone, alas, does not work. Therefore, if you need something, run to the reception. Somehow they came to the room and couldn't open it. The card is blocked. Class. As a result: we are going home and I am glad. After poisoning, I can barely stand on my feet (there are no pills in the medical center, only Turkish is understood). We stayed at this hotel from 08/05/2022 to August 12.The hotel is completely out of line with its 5 stars, maximum 3+. The rooms at the hotel are spacious, but very tired and in need of repair.
