We had a rest with children at this hotel from October 13th to 20th. We arrived at 10 a.m., checked into our room by one o'clock in the afternoon. No money was extorted. The room is nice and clean. A few towels were missing and the bar was empty at first, we went down to the reception and the problem was fixed. The food was delicious, but the breakfast was monotonous and not quite suitable for children, watermelons and melons were like grass, but the grapes were sugar. There were no problems on the beach either, there were free sunbeds all the time, although we did not come in the morning. The room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed, regardless of whether we left tea or not. In the evenings there was a disco for children, then various contests and entertainment for adults. In general, I liked the hotel, I practically did not find any disadvantages

We returned from vacation yesterday...my vacation is completely ruined... I will never go to this hotel in my life.Before the trip, I read a lot about him, both good and bad...I wanted to believe only good reviews. .but now I think good reviews were written only on a tip, there is nothing good there.From the relationship of the service staff to hotel accommodation...The hotel is such a cheap Crimea, the sea is not the first line, you can stomp and stomp before it...we arrived in the evening and didn't even get to the sea, because .They simply didn't find him...The most terrible impression was left by the hotel manager, he simply sells rooms.He immediately puts a fee for a good room, and it's not $ 20.30, but 100-200 at once.And if you don't pay his tax, he'll put you in a homeless shelter and no one will help you.We arrived, he took us to a terrible room in the villa, we are shocked and horrified....How so,???we have paid for a good room, standard for a family of three people...He has one answer-you have paid for a cheap room, pay $ 200 for a good one...After much indignation, he gave us a single room, cleaner and not so shabby.And so, for seven days, my family and I huddled in a room for one person.The child was given a cot.Then we talked with people, many have such a situation, this scare looks at what people want more - if you pay for a separate villa, if you wanted to pay too ... that's such a five....You can't even put a three there with a stretch.Everything is gloomy in the dining room, there is a lot of food, but it is tasteless and monotonous.The queues are huge until you get to the salad and fruit and you don't want to eat...The beach sucks, dirty, the approach to the sea is lined with some kind of prosperity, there are not enough sun beds....The beach bar is a pub for alcoholics in a downtrodden village...In short, people, believe me, if you are going to relax with your family and there is nothing not to think about, do not even consider a Simena, no villa, no villa, it sucks and is a hassle.There are much better hotels, read the reviews and choose not to get in the way we did..

Good day to all, I agree with the previous review, we flew the day after Tatiana.The hotel is on the second line, although in Moscow they told us that it was on the first line.We stayed in the villa, standard room, two adults.The food is good, maybe monotonous, but everything is delicious, you will not stay hungry.The rest was ruined on the last evening, because the hotel guide Julia (Sanmar tour operator) did not post information about the departure, after I wrote to her in whatsapp, I was told that our flight was moved to 9.35 instead of 14.35 and at 5.00 we were already being picked up from the hotel, to the question why I would find out about it having written to her, there was no response, if I had not written, we would not have left on this flight and it is unlikely that Julia would have bought tickets for us at her own expense.I'm just shocked by the irresponsibility of the guide.I asked the reception to leave two lunch boxes, when I came to rent the room, they told me that there was no lunch box and after my indignation they brought us a loaf cut in half, filling it with sausage, cheese, cucumber and tomato (a la sandwich), asked to give us water in Turkey, we were refused, although the room was paid for before 12.00 and breakfast, respectively, was also paid for.The beach line for a five-digit hotel is small, believe me, I've been to Turkey 10 times, I've been to fours and to the Aegean coast, there is something to compare it with.In general, I am happy with my rest, I do not consider the last spoiled evening.Be vigilant, you will not take care of yourself, because on vacation we are all in a relaxed state and rely on the fact that after paying for the tour, the head should not hurt, not glasses, but no, you must always be in good shape and keep your finger on the pulse.I really hope that my instructions will not be useful to anyone, because the main thing is the mood with which we arrived, given that 2020 turned out to be not easy and we spent two and a half months in self-isolation, I want to get maximum relaxation, but no, unfortunately it was not without surprises......

It's not 5* and not even the best 4*, the old room stock, and in general everything is old, the food is 4 stars and not the best, it's both choice and quality, the restaurant is tiny, the beach is tiny, you won't get sun beds there, you will understand that it's not 5 * as soon as you see the reception, the staff He doesn't speak Russian at all, only a few words in Russian. There are no tea and coffee and tea machines, as in 5 rooms in general access, only in two bars that work by the hour, there is no ice cream, the beach bar has one name, some kind of tent, there is only beer and three types of powdered juices and that's all. The rolls are cut into how many pieces and given out by themselves. It's the worst hotel I've ever seen. It is forbidden to feed cats in the restaurant, who walk and beg for food, walk like skeletons, with their backs the width of their spine. It's creepy, I've never seen this in any hotel.

Хороший большой отель. Не супер-пупер 5 звёзд, но очень достойно. 3 бассейна, пара горок. Кормят буквально с утра до вечера! Анимация веселая и ненавязчивая. Привет Мистеру Оззи. И отдельный привет и спасибо за настроение, Баки!!!

The location of the hotel is good. 25 minutes to Kemer, minibuses run every 20 minutes. You can drive to the ancient city 10 minutes from the hotel. You can go on your own to a ruined hotel nearby and see how beautiful it was.
View from the room: the sea is not visible. We had a view of the pool and the trees. But the view is beautiful, especially in the morning. For $ 30, we agreed at the reception to take this particular room on the 3rd floor. They immediately gave it on the 1st floor - a view of the roof and trees, on the side of the building, the room resembled a dog kennel. But $30 fixed this problem😊
