A very pleasant impression. It was like going to a gastro show. Everything is very concise, but qualitatively designed in the form of a bar. But food comes first. A good selection of seafood and ways to serve them. A classic that is mandatory for tasting and warming up is, of course, bouillabaisse. But everything else is also as tasty and balanced as possible. The feed is fast. And you see those who cook for you. Chefs in classic hats work smoothly and technically. For convenience, popular and interesting dishes are written on the signs, if you find it difficult to make a choice, because the menu that the waiter brings is very extensive. There are sea reptiles in the windows and aquariums. Delicious! Suspiciously delicious! This is the best gastronomic experience in Minsk. And, probably, the best seafood restobar in the whole of Belarus.

The food is delicious, it's true, but I want to mention the service separately - as professional as possible! Here, for the first time, I tried oysters consciously and correctly, and not just tossing them and washing them down with sparkling wine))) Girl (waiter) Letta explained everything in an accessible way, step by step, with arguments why it's the right thing to do and not to do it that way. She told me about the types of oysters and their taste characteristics. In general, I wanted Letta to talk about all the dishes on the menu, so she did it professionally and absolutely not pretentiously, because it's so important when the staff is friendly and you're not afraid to ask an unnecessary question. We've all met arrogant waiters who make you look stupid, and as a result, you order at random, and then you get upset. At SFB, the atmosphere and staff are friendly, and you want to know more about the dishes you plan to choose.
Divine risotto with shrimp, oysters and octopus, that's what I managed to taste this evening, and it was very tasty!
When you go to a restaurant, you want to return home with exactly the same feelings as after SFB.

We spent a wonderful evening with my wife in this delicious restaurant.
I tried oysters for the first time, it was very tasty. All the dishes were fresh and delicious, and each sauce complemented its dish perfectly. The place has a very cool atmosphere.

I visited Sfb Minsk over the weekend and was greatly impressed by the atmosphere, service and quality of the dishes. You are the best restaurant we have been to in many years in Minsk.
First: Letta. This is your diamond. The level of its service can be compared to Michelin restaurants. The girl knows her job. Very sociable, friendly, on the menu, swims like a fish in water. Management, appreciate such employees, they are not in Minsk. Letta, you're the best.
Secondly: a discreet establishment, similar to a bistro in France, but at the same time you are doing a decent job.
Third: The Kitchen. Seafood: fresh, delicious. The dishes are great. Serving, taste qualities . 10/10. If we didn't like the scallops, they were removed from the bill. By default. It's 10/10. You guys have impressed us so much that it's wow! You are our opening of the best restaurant in Minsk.

Yes, it's expensive, but the impressions are priceless!!! Hostess Dmitry works very well, when fully seated for dinner, he found us a window and a table by the window. The chef and the chef are just respectful, watching from work is a separate Vibe, the kitchen is open, so you're like on the set of a famous TV series!!! And special thanks to Roman, who served us both morning and evening, knows everything, tells us everything, everything is fast, clear, clean. We liked it so much that we went here twice. Bouillabaisse is top-notch. Very pleasant service, a good selection of marine utensils and a good wine list - I was pleased with the presence of such a non-trivial position as Creman from Jura.
On the first evening, Alexey served us - in my memory, one of the best waiters ever. The knowledge of the menu is excellent. Filigreed the fish for the company.
On the second evening, they fell into the hands of no less beautiful Angelina. She managed to discuss our tasting observations with us, and serve several tables quickly and outwardly easily.
It would be appropriate to include Muscadet and some Viogniers in the map. In addition, there are not enough local distillates from local distilleries - there is no need to be shy about them, they are at a very decent level in your country.

Buyobes alone is enough to visit this place.
SFB is also ideal for trying crab. It definitely serves the best Kamchatka crab in the whole of Belarus.
Of course, we don't have a sea, and this place definitely doesn't reach Italy, but in Minsk and in Belarus as a whole, you won't find the best seafood restaurant.

Definitely the best seafood bar in the republic! The freshest seafood, a rich selection of dishes, a balanced wine list and first-class service. Espresso is also on top. I recommend trying bouillabaisse, oysters and octopus – everything is on the level. The atmosphere is great, as is the audience. In the toilets – Zelenskii, a separate respect! Be sure to book a table in advance, otherwise you may be left without a place.

Overall: the restaurant is of the highest category, one of the top seafood restaurants in Minsk.
My personal top dishes are bouillabaisse, shrimp salad, Galician octopus and scallops with foie gras.
Among the disadvantages are a small hall (abandoning a spacious place is not an easy task), not the widest assortment (subjectively), high prices.
Among the advantages are the quality and freshness of the dishes, the level of service, the service in general, the interior, the location.
I've been there four times so far, and I'll definitely come back. I definitely recommend you to get acquainted, as an institution for a significant occasion - a worthy choice, but you need to book strongly in advance.

Just the sea- no, the ocean! - positive impressions. I don't know who wrote here about problems with service and politeness, I've seen such attentive, courteous and sympathetic staff few places. The format of the bar is a lot of places on bar stools. We sat down at the oyster bar and it was magical: we watched the oysters, sashimi and shrimp being prepared for serving. It was nice when the head waiter didn't like how one oyster was lying and he fixed it with a special spoon. Sparkling wine by the glass is equivalent to a bottle (6 glasses of 125 ml each cost the same as a bottle), i.e. you can drink a bottle and a little more :) A life hack. My wife ate oysters and was very pleased - while we were sitting, two baskets of oysters "left", i.e. everything is fresh. I opened the oysters right before serving, each one was checked for freshness (we were sitting next to each other). The tuna tartare with green tabasco was great. And the Basque-style turban immersed us in literature, where this type of fish was mentioned (and this is "Anna Karenina", and "Oblomov" and even "The Count of Monte Cristo"). We finished everything with a baked orange cake, which somehow reminded rum of a woman, but not so sickly sweet. Well, and the cream, of course. In general, it wasn't cheap, but every ruble was worth it. Thanks to our waiter Roman (I hope I didn't get it wrong) for the excellent work and lively communication. For special guests, they can tell you what it means to "marry sea urchins" :)

An absolutely wonderful place! We ended up here on the recommendation of friends and got more than we expected. The goal was to try oysters. The waiter Vladislav very delicately and carefully helped with the selection and answered all questions. Oysters are opened at the bar and you can watch it. Great respect to the master of oysters! My favorite place in the city is M, which I will give a strong 5 without any hesitation. One of the few places in Minsk where working as a waiter is a profession for waiters, not a side job (if you know what I mean). Everything is good: the interior, the atmosphere, the staff, the food. This restaurant reminded me of cafes or courts in markets in Mediterranean countries, where the atmosphere is very simple and the prices are cheap. However, the situation here is simple, but the prices are not even cheap. On the one hand, it is clear that there is no sea in Belarus, all seafood is imported, and therefore so expensive, but on the other hand, if you offer expensive food, make the appropriate interior, as well as a more pleasant and inviting environment. In the same institution, there is very little space, it is cramped, you have to sit on uncomfortable bar stools at long tables with other strangers and at the same time touch each other. It is for this reason that I have such a dissonance.
As for the quality of the food and cooking, I have no complaints here, everything is cooked very tasty, the quality of the seafood is excellent, the Moroccan octopus was especially delicious. The kitchen is open, located right in the hall, sitting at the tables you can see what is happening there and how the food is being prepared, while no fishy smells reached us, the hood works perfectly. The staff is also very attentive, explains and talks in detail about each dish and the way it is prepared. For food and service, a five-plus, for the interior, a four-minus - well, it's not cozy at all(((

We came from Moscow, we regularly visit seafood restaurants.
I really liked, first of all, the service. From the very entrance, they were perfectly welcomed and immersed in a homely atmosphere.
The waiter Olga approached the choice of dishes very carefully, told about those interested, helped with the choice based on preferences. She was very attentive and friendly.
The food is beyond praise, the kitchen is open. Excellent design and a combination of flavors. The wine list is also quite diverse, we took the New Zealand Savignon Blanc.
I definitely recommend it, the prices are Moscow.
