But in the hotel of the Swedish line it would be necessary to monitor the products... my family came down with poisoning, I was the only one who remained healthy, at first they could not understand why, then they found out that they all ate desserts that day, I did not eat, and mold was found in the desserts by vacationers! The next day, chicken broth was brought from the restaurant to the rooms. You will be even better if you keep an eye on the products. Abkhazia is beautiful!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel from October 20th to October 24th. Just a delight! We lived in standard double rooms. The cleanliness is almost perfect, the room has a refrigerator, TV, split, heater, which was very useful, kettle, tea, sugar, 1.5 liters bottle of water, bathrobes, slippers, disposable shower gel, shampoo and soap, three towels for each guest. What was pleasantly surprised was that the bed linen, which, by the way, is perfectly white, not washed, towels and bathrobes are changed every two days, cleaning is daily. There is a Wi-Fi connection on site. Also on the territory there is an unreal beauty of a very well-maintained park with tropical plants. Buffet meals. They cook in a very diverse, satisfying and delicious way. If you are going on an excursion, you can inform the reception about it, in the dining room you will be given a plastic container for each guest and you will take any food from the dining room with you. There are umbrellas and sun beds on the beach, everything is absolutely free. There are also outdoor and indoor pools, a tennis court, table tennis, and paid spa treatments. By the way, the water in the sea on October 22nd was +22°.. The staff is very patient and friendly. The only negative that did not upset us at all was that the lights were turned off periodically in the hotel, but for a very short time, apparently, the vending machines were knocked out.) We bought vouchers from the tour operator back in July at a sooooo tasty price. I can heartily recommend this hotel. We definitely want to come back here in late spring or early summer, when black tulips bloom in alpine meadows. The nature of Abkhazia is, of course, something that cannot be expressed in words, just unreal beauty! If you are traveling for the first time, be sure to visit Lake Ritsu, on the way to it you will see a lot more beauty. Life in Abkhazia is very unhurried and not fussy, it is directly felt physically, compared to the bustling Krasnodar.😁 Prosperity and well-being of the republic!

A great place to relax is a comfortable park hotel in Staraya Gagra. A large territory, 5 buildings - of which the 5th building was built anew, the rest were beautifully updated to a modern 4* hotel. 3 restaurants: buffet (3 times a day, included in the price, quite varied meals, lots of fruits, 3 coffee machines), "a la carte" and an Abkhazian cuisine restaurant with wicker gazebos. We liked a la carte the most: tender rapan with porcini mushrooms and mussel meat in a creamy sauce - it's divinely delicious! Large well-groomed territory, palm trees, plane trees, cypresses, wide alleys for walking. There is a wide beach with sun beds and umbrellas, there are changing rooms and a shower. The children were constantly entertained by animators, a large playground in a cool deep shade with swings and climbing ladders for children of all ages. We will be happy to come again 🤗

Overall, the impression is good. Large territory, lots of greenery, there is a Playground.
But there are a lot of disadvantages.
The three-room apartment has a combined bathroom. It's very uncomfortable.
The buffet food is not tasty. All dishes are spicy. The choice for children is very limited. The cooks don't cook well. Even the pasta is not salty.
The prices in the restaurant are high, and the food is not tasty at all.
There are only 19 umbrellas on the beach. And in order not to burn out in the sun, people take umbrellas at 6 a.m. for the whole day. And the rest do as they want, no one worries.
The price is high and the service is low. For this price, people should not feel discomfort.
And of course, the main attraction of recreation in Abkhazia is an intestinal infection. She's still there, she's not gone anywhere.

We really liked the hotel. The sea is close, the beach is wide and clean. There were always enough deck chairs. The rooms are new, spacious, and clean. However, in building 5 there is no furniture on the balcony to sit in the evening. But there are many shops on the territory. The food is 3 meals a day, the choice is sufficient and delicious. There is also a cafe and a restaurant on site. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned regularly. There is adult and children's animation throughout the day. A big plus is the availability of honey. an office that works in the 5th building around the clock.

We lived in building 5, he is only 2 years old, everything is clean and fresh. Smoking is not allowed in the building and on the balconies, only on the territory where there are bins. The food is good for 4+, buffet, there is a choice. Minus - baking is about nothing at all. There is a good swimming pool for adults and children, and there is also an indoor one in the spa center. There is a gym. The beach is spacious, no one is lying on their heads, there are enough sun beds, and umbrellas are cleverly occupied from the very early hours, leaving towels there. There is the most decent hotel in the whole of staraya Gagra (for relatively reasonable money). Beautiful territory, there are enough sun beds on the beach, the pool is clean and spacious, the Swedish norm line (if you don't find fault). Absolutely everyone is tested with rotovirus - but after a day it passes. Among the disadvantages: weak animation (you can add a disco in the evening for an hour for children and an hour for adults), a dining room for 4 and a rotovirus.

A large enclosed area of the hotel with its own parking, a very beautiful swimming pool among palm trees, there is a spa area with an indoor pool, gym, sauna, hammam and an outdoor track for relaxation, all this is included in the price of the tour. Great hotel, great cuisine, super service. We had a family vacation in May on the May holidays, ordered a personal transfer right away and met from the airport (we drove, we drove quickly across the border). The room is clean, cleaning every day (each room has slippers/bathrobes/soap accessories / hairdryer), the area for rest, relaxation, the sea is clean. We rested from November 1st to November 5th, 2024. The territory of the Sled is gorgeous. She's just gorgeous. There is no need for any foreign country. And the stars are gorgeous, there are so many of them. Our room in the 4th building is excellent and on the 1st floor as I like it. There are only 14 rooms in the building. High ceilings, a huge room for two. The bathroom is spacious. The food is simple, but quite tasty cooked. But that's where the advantages of the sled end. Here it is worth its 24,000 rubles and honestly I am not ready to pay a penny for it anymore. Our maid is doing great!!! She cleans and cleans every day. It changes everything. I asked her to put 2 bottles of water each, she does. But it was only for us that she drowned. Everything is not so sweet in the central building. Administrators are generally people who have no idea what a service is. And anyway, I should have been glad that they deigned to talk to me. And the kitchen staff just hit the jackpot. It's not enough that yesterday breakfast time was still 10 minutes and he saw that I was going to the coffee machine, anyway he just turned it off in the frost and broke my nose. Then, of course, he turned it on when I put some effort into it. So then the receptionist didn't let me out on the terrace with a cup of coffee. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ Although before that, we had been quietly drinking coffee on the terrace and admiring the sea for two days. But the cherry on the cake was the epic of the evening's events. My husband and I were booked into the spa for a massage from 19:00 to 20:00. They have dinner from 18:00 to 20:00. In order not to eat before the massage (I had lymphatic drainage, it is generally desirable not to eat there for 2 hours, my husband has a general body massage) I called the reception at 18:20 and asked for 1 jug to take dinner to my husband. I was told that they do not have such a service. And the spa is not included in a respectful absence from dinner. And anyway, he can go and eat now. And it was all said in that tone. That I was just wondering who paid the money for the accommodation to whom.
The massage therapists at the spa center are great that the girl is Julia, that the boy is Anton. They earn their money honestly. A good quality massage that is worth the money.
I've never considered myself to be picky at all. But with such a relationship, you don't want to give away 25,000--30000₽ per day for a room at all. I had a girlfriend here and I thought she was exaggerating that there was no service here. (but they're not as lucky with the maid as we are)

There are just a lot of cypresses, so I always breathed in the air and went happy.

For Abkhazia, this is a super hotel. In terms of nutrition, you can have a slightly more varied menu, solid chicken and pork. The territory is large, well-groomed, blooming. The beach is clean. Sea view from the balconies, but the staff let us down - they are indifferent. Before leaving, they handed over the cards, we were guided that it would take no more than 5 minutes (wait for the maid to check everything), we waited 20 minutes until a miracle happened and then we had to clarify ourselves. A great hotel. I had a rest in March. It was wonderful to enjoy the real spring when it was cold and snowing in my hometown. We had a new building, clean, wonderful view from the balcony to the sea and mountains. The room was cleaned every day. Very tasty food in the cafe and in the restaurant. There is an excellent spa center, a large indoor heated pool, and a sauna on site. The territory is green, well-groomed, in summer there will be a large swimming pool with a wonderful view of the mountains. It's just heaven on earth. I really liked the bar, with a good selection of cocktails and coffee. The bartender is a positive man, surprised by the excellent preparation of drinks. Thank you very much for your hospitality. It is clear that good money has been invested. A large beautiful landscaped area, two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a spa complex (for services the price is above average), a private pebble beach right under the window. You can move around the entire territory in the provided bathrobes (except for the dining room of course).
The food is very decent! There is not much of it, the eyes do not run away, but it is all edible and homemade. There are two paid restaurants, but there is no need to visit them, if only for a change.

For example, we had a triple room paid for. These are two single beds and a cot for a child . Well, a clamshell, so a clamshell I thought, until I found myself on it 😅 We rested at the end of October, the air conditioner somehow didn't work, but it wasn't really needed, we opened the balcony for ventilation. And I thought that my son might blow out at night at the balcony and I lay down on the cot myself 🙈 Probably, if it weren't for the deadly fatigue after the flight, etc., I would have rushed to the reception right away, but I didn't have the strength, everyone was asleep and I took the hellish torments on myself 🤣 The fact is that I was lying on a rack-and-pinion cot a thin, tiny mattress, rather even a mattress pad and all these curved slats dug into the ribs, lower back, and so on. Barely making it to the morning, I rushed to the reception with a request to put a normal mattress, to which they replied that we all have such, I said that we paid for a triple room and all three want to SLEEP at night! Our friends had a folding chair in a similar room, by the way, to which I was told that they were just lucky 🤣🤣🤣 As a result, after I asked the administrator to personally go and lie down for at least 5 minutes on this sleeping place, I was finally provided with a normal mattress)))) Friends , by the way , the balcony door did not open for airing , and the condee did not work either 😅
Things are also roughly the same with animation . Good two girls seem to be trying, dancing, but according to the schedule we gathered for a stretch in some clearing, the animators did not come. It was also with the disco , they just left one day ) Maybe all this is due to the fact that it was already the end of the season and no one really strained, but the hotel was inhabited, the weather was wonderful and the price was not low. For 5 nights we gave a little more than 50 thousand for three.
For Abkhazia, in my opinion, the holiday option is very good. It 's green , beautiful , we even swam in the sea in the first days of November 👍

A magnificent hotel! Everything is very clean, beautiful, confident 4 stars. The rooms are cleaned every day. Reception, lobby - everything is very nice and modern. The girls are friendly, the staff, in general, is very pleasant, unobtrusive and helpful.
To the beach 50 meters maximum, on the beach, too, everything is very clean, sun beds, umbrellas are fresh, neat. Straining, as usual, the zeal and madness of our compatriots to take sunbeds at 7 in the morning and not come before lunch. The staff, as they can, is struggling with this, they warn, take things to the reception, but, you know, it's better not to mess with some - they yell, swear, almost fight. In general, there is nothing to be done about this issue, the hotel is definitely not to blame, nothing has been invented against it yet🥲
The food (we had a buffet 3 times) is good, for a solid 4, everything is delicious, there are dietary (boiled) dishes (special thanks for that)
I didn't want to write about rotavirus, the hotel is not to blame here, but perhaps you can try to come up with something in terms of dividing the common large dining room into 2 zones: with and without children! As a microbiologist, it is quite clear to me that the spread is carried out by airborne droplets, children of 2-6 years old are ill non-stop, parents drag them to the common dining room, and everything goes in a circle 😭
It is children who can drink water in the sea, shower, sink, drag unwashed fruits into their mouths, etc. It is clear that adult adequate people do not do this.
We came with our own water, and they even brushed her teeth. It is clear that we do not eat on the beach and do not drink water from the sea. However, 3 out of 5 days are with rotavirus 🤢
And the hotel - 5 plus!)) We recommend it to everyone.

It seems that no one lived in the room before us. The rooms do not have the usual heating batteries and air conditioners. A climate control system is installed here. There is a sensor mounted in the wall, you just set the temperature that is comfortable for you. Both rooms have large plasma TVs, a smart living room, a large number of channels to choose from in high quality. There is a phone, you can order food from the restaurant directly to the room. The 1st and 5th buildings with standard numbers opened only in 2022. The rooms are also large, comfortable, and comfortable to stay in. Almost all rooms have sea views. Towels, bathrobes, slippers are everywhere. In ordinary rooms, the bathrobes are thinner, in the luxury ones they are terry. Towels are changed every day, cleaning on request. There is a Swedish line restaurant on site. It is located on the pier. The windows are panoramic with sea views. The food is without frills, but everything is cooked very tasty. Every day something new appears on the menu. A lot of fruits without restrictions, only the tray is empty, it is immediately replenished, a lot of greens, salads. Everything is fresh. For those who follow a diet, there is also something to eat. When you leave, you are given containers in which you can pack a lunch box for the road. There is an outdoor swimming pool next to our building, and there is also a SPA building with an indoor pool nearby. The water in it is very comfortable, you can swim all day. There is also a Finnish sauna and a gym. All of this can be used for free. Towels are also provided. The building opened only in the summer of 2023, so everything is brand new. In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel. It is clear that the owners do not save on tourists.

For me, the biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, beautiful green area. There will be no such nature in the hotels of Novaya Gagra! We lived in the first building, this is a Soviet-era building. The rooms are not super duper cool, but the sea view is great. The cuisine is very tasty, not very diverse out of season. Restaurant: the prices are adequate, you can go to dinner a couple of times. The bar had delicious cocktails, the prices were also acceptable.
Swimming pool: large bowl, new, beautiful. They clean there much more often and better than in the rooms. In general, in public mets, cleaners generally do not stop rubbing floors for a second.

Before we went, we read contradictory reviews about Abkhazia...about the hotel .....They wrote all sorts of things, especially negative ones.
But I spat on them, who was negative.... and rushed off. And I did NOT lose. I haven't had such a good rest in a long time.....I haven't breathed like this for a long time.... The sun warmed up my frozen bones, the sailor stretched my joints. 3 meals a day.....mmmm....what kind of soups are there ..... and the vegetables that grew in the sun.....they are divine. We can live independently in the hotel....of course, we also went on excursions....and we walked around the Garga (old and new).
Time, desire, money, of course, and Abkhazia will shine again not only with the beauty of nature....the scent of eucalyptus .... whisper with a sea wave and blow with a warm wind.
The sled is .....beautiful....magnificent ....calm ....peaceful.... the Soul is resting here.

It got to the point that I had to go to a local hospital to put ivs. While they were lying under a drip, they brought 4 more children with vomiting and one of them was also from our hotel.
Therefore, the impression was twofold.
Of the pros: good territory, beautiful views, its own beach, delicious food (I don't know how fresh it is).
Of the minuses: the room was not cleaned. We changed the towels once. The pastel has not been changed once in 5 days.
There is no club for evening pastime. Neither the sauna nor the hammam worked in the spa. It was only possible to get into the sauna for a fee.

A great place to relax. One of the best hotels on the beach. There were 7 floors in the 5th building after renovation, rooms with sea and mountain views.
Delicious food, a beautiful beach with umbrellas and sun beds, there is a warm swimming pool, a gym.
We were from 6.10-12.10 the first two days it was warm + 18 - 20, then the weather deteriorated there was a storm, after the rains.
We decided that we would not go again in October - it was cold.
But I can say that on the day of our departure, people came and even sunbathed. The temperature was about +16 sunny, but windy. The sea is warm +23, but the waves and wind break off. Maybe we were just unlucky, 6 days for rest is not enough, but there is nothing to do there in cool weather.

Oh-oh-oh-I really liked it, two steps and the sea, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, there were 6 days, I enjoyed soups for lunch, there were two to choose from, and all six days these two options were different. It is easy to walk to the colonnade. The pool and sauna are in the same room, which is very pleasing. Everything is clean and tidy. FishTaren can be seen from the room;)

I liked the hotel so much that I didn't write any comments. The staff is cultured and friendly. The administration is responsive. Linen is changed every three days, and water and shampoo are changed daily. The dining room is amazing: there are always 2-3 first courses, 4-5 meat dishes, 5-7 types of fruits, 5-7 salads... And so it is every day.
And the beach is just a smack-smack! There are always free sun beds. The beach keeper is vigilant and, if necessary, helps to get settled on the beach. Cleanliness is always maintained (even after a storm).
Sauna - I will remember... Nature...
I will definitely come next summer.

Of the cons: the waiters can dig up on you, if they suddenly did not take the tongs for food, there are few umbrellas, if you did not manage to borrow early in the morning, then you are in flight, this is due to the fact that they come from another hotel and occupy!!! We rested in the hotel spa, water drips from the windows from above, right on the sun beds, The animation is very weak.

Good afternoon. We rested at the hotel in early October. Very beautiful territory, close to the sea, beach with umbrellas and sun beds. Yes, compatriots bravo cover them with towels and rags, you come at 10 in the morning - all the sun beds are covered with umbrellas, there are almost no people - such an ineradicable tradition; at the same time, there are always sun beds to put them to the sea - without umbrellas.
The food in the restaurant is a buffet. Diverse, lots of fruits, for every taste. I personally didn't have enough desserts, cakes or anything else- except cupcakes.
The room was in the 1st building - almost everything was also comfortable. Except for the bathroom. Water from under the shower cabin spreads in a huge puddle on the floor after each shower. And the drain in the sink by the end of the rest drained the water for a very long time. Garbage collection every day, but the replacement of towels and bed linen - once every 4 days. For 5 days of stay, they have not vacuumed once - it was very upsetting..
There is an agent from the Atlas travel agency at the hotel - I do not recommend taking excursions from them. We went to the Ritz - they spent three hours of our time on tastings, they took us to the waterfalls for 15 minutes, to the Blue Lake - the same amount. And for the Ritz itself - as much as 30. Lunch for the prices of a decent restaurant in the cafe Lykhny is such a thing.. It is better to look for another tour company and read reviews before buying a tour.
And also, there is a problem with blankets in the hotel. We were given two for 3 adults. The reception at the request to provide a third, referred to the laundress - and promised tomorrow.. Well, that's it, we didn't remind them anymore, and neither did they.
I recommend the hotel if the above nuances do not bother you.

A very nice hotel. The territory is a fairy tale. Our room was new, a junior suite in the fifth building. The view from the balcony is fantastic)))) mountains and sea. The food in the hotel is all delicious. Every day there is fish, chicken, and meat. Fresh vegetables and fruits, greens are always fresh. Delicious fruit drinks and compotes. The staff is very friendly.
