The hotel is renovated, cleaning for 3 (hair in the sink, not a comfortable shower). The territory is large, well maintained, beautiful park. Large indoor pool with warm water. BUT the food is terrible, the hot dishes are cold. The staff at the buffet is terrible, they are rude to vacationers, they are not shy in their expressions. The cost of the hotel does not match the level of service!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel from October 20th to October 24th. Just a delight! We lived in standard double rooms. The cleanliness is almost perfect, the room has a refrigerator, TV, split, heater, which was very useful, kettle, tea, sugar, 1.5 liters bottle of water, bathrobes, slippers, disposable shower gel, shampoo and soap, three towels for each guest. What was pleasantly surprised was that the bed linen, which, by the way, is perfectly white, not washed, towels and bathrobes are changed every two days, cleaning is daily. There is a Wi-Fi connection on site. Also on the territory there is an unreal beauty of a very well-maintained park with tropical plants. Buffet meals. They cook in a very diverse, satisfying and delicious way. If you are going on an excursion, you can inform the reception about it, in the dining room you will be given a plastic container for each guest and you will take any food from the dining room with you. There are umbrellas and sun beds on the beach, everything is absolutely free. There are also outdoor and indoor pools, a tennis court, table tennis, and paid spa treatments. By the way, the water in the sea on October 22nd was +22°.. The staff is very patient and friendly. The only negative that did not upset us at all was that the lights were turned off periodically in the hotel, but for a very short time, apparently, the vending machines were knocked out.) We bought vouchers from the tour operator back in July at a sooooo tasty price. I can heartily recommend this hotel. We definitely want to come back here in late spring or early summer, when black tulips bloom in alpine meadows. The nature of Abkhazia is, of course, something that cannot be expressed in words, just unreal beauty! If you are traveling for the first time, be sure to visit Lake Ritsu, on the way to it you will see a lot more beauty. Life in Abkhazia is very unhurried and not fussy, it is directly felt physically, compared to the bustling Krasnodar.😁 Prosperity and well-being of the republic!

A great hotel. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is snow-white. Every day, garbage is removed and shower accessories are updated. Bed linen and towels are changed every 2 days. The food is a buffet. There is a large selection, everything is delicious. The territory is gorgeous, lots of greenery, lots of shops. The water is warm in the indoor pool. In general, the impressions were wonderful.

I was in a Sled about 15 years ago... Everything has changed a lot, for the better)) everything is renovated, restored, cleaned and put in order.
The territory is not huge, but also not small, you can walk along the alley, then along the embankment, then in the opposite direction)))
The beach is wide, pebbles, it is more convenient to go into the water, in the "coral". There are plenty of sun beds, umbrellas are "stationary"))
We lived in the first building, junior suite 1513 with a sea view, there are no complaints about the room, it is comfortable, cozy, has everything you need, including a chic balcony with furniture. The mattress is very comfortable, one problem is that the pillows are "padded", as in Russian Railways wagons. Tip to the owners - put 2 per person, it will be more comfortable))
Cleaning is daily, the girl plows like a bee, thanks to her. There are beach towels, there is a dryer. There is a tea set, tea and sugar are added. Bring coffee with you))
Food... Well, yes. The dining room, it is the dining room)) the food is simple, but delicious. The choice is not great, but obviously no one left hungry. It is strange that there is no grill from the word "at all". For a barbecue - to New Gagra))). Tea, coffee, compotes, "jupi". Yogurt and kefir. There is no alcohol, and no one promised)) so do not confuse "fullboard" and "allinclusiff"))))
The staff is polite, they try to help. But not Turkey.
WiFi is a separate song. It seems to be there... But sometimes it doesn't seem to be there. And this "sometimes" is quite common. So for those who wish, a digital detox is provided.

I really liked the hotel. Beautiful well-groomed territory, guarded Parking, Playground, private beach, which strangers are not allowed on. We lived in building 5, he is only 2 years old, everything is clean and fresh. Smoking is not allowed in the building and on the balconies, only on the territory where there are bins. The food is good for 4+, buffet, there is a choice. Minus - baking is about nothing at all. There is a good swimming pool for adults and children, and there is also an indoor one in the spa center. There is a gym. The beach is spacious, no one is lying on their heads, there are enough sun beds, and umbrellas are cleverly occupied from the very early hours, leaving towels there. In general, I liked everything, I will return there again.

But there are also disadvantages :
1. Rotovirus, it has never been so bad for us, we had to call a doctor to give her an injection, otherwise it would not go away. If you feel that it is bad, you can immediately safely call a doctor from the hotel, he comes quickly and already knows what needs to be injected and what pills to give, since rotovirus is not news for Abkhazia
Life hack, if you have rotovirus, drink a can of Cola a day for infections and you can go to the nearby Amra hotel, make ivs for dehydration, they put us on our feet
Where did this rotovirus come from-from food or from the sea, of course it is difficult to understand
2. The staff and service leaves much to be desired, especially the guys at the bars, the impression of the service is not friendly

I rarely write reviews, but I just wanted people to know the truth. The hotel can accommodate a maximum of 2*. We arrived for the New Year.We live in the 5th building.
Positive:
Beautiful grounds, a coffee shop with delicious cakes and coffee. The pool is not bad, it has not been open since October 1, although it is very warm outside, it would be possible to leave the heated one.
Minuses :
1. Mildewed showers, the cheapest soap and shampoo, no brushes, no other accessories, the hood is howling, it's scary. The room is like in hotels in the early 2000s.
2. The food is simply tasteless, there is nothing to eat at all, the same thing every day, well, maybe someone doesn't pay attention to it at all, but when they come on vacation they want a variety, and here they just don't even want to go to eat
3. The New Year's banquet is a separate story, they paid 10,500 per person, there was a maximum of 1,000 rubles worth of food on the table, alcohol was not allowed, alcohol was supplied with 1 bottle of wine drink made in Abkhazia, 1 bottle of mineral water and juice from the vending machine, which is at lunch, everything tasteless, desserts are beautiful, but insanely tasteless we bought juice and cola separately from them, when we paid, the administrator said that we would sit in a good place and they could not specifically provide us with a table in advance, boarding on a first-come, first-served basis, but in the end we were seated at the very end of the screen, we did not see the screen, we were sitting near the buffet area, animation at the banquet too It wasn't a fountain, the DJ was playing good music, the rest was so-so. For such money , it's just an outrage, not a banquet, we didn't even organize a fireworks display , we brought our own well and it was the only fireworks display . When we went to ask why we were put in such a place, the receptionist just yelled at us that we should have booked earlier, although the day before she said that everyone would only sit in the designated area, just an ugly attitude towards the guests.

I lived, enjoyed nature and spa treatments...
in October 2024 I was lucky enough to visit here. Place, location, nature... Our room was on the 2nd floor, standard 5th building, 4th floor pool side view, side mountain view, sea view.
Check-in took place an hour earlier, cleaning was done every day, and the bed was also made (we even asked not to do it every day) thanks to our maid on the 4th floor. Thanks also to the chefs and the guys with the girls on the Swedish line, they are great! Everything is very tasty! I was ashamed of some of the guests who put themselves on the tables so that... Then put everything in the trash. Thanks to the animation girls, they tried very hard! There were super emotions when I was congratulated on my birthday! Thanks to the hotel for the gift of champagne and a postcard, very nice. There was no rotovirus. Take Enterol for 2 days before the trip, morning and evening, and then Enterofuril.

As a result, on the second day they seized rotovirus ... the whole family got over it ... and from the rest of the residents they also heard that people had the same symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea, fever), fortunately the hotel has medical staff who will help you day and night and give you the right injection ... in the end, you still rest under these circumstances it was spoiled... either go there at another time or it's better not to go, because vomiting and diarrhea are provided for sure!!!!

There is the most decent hotel in the whole of staraya Gagra (for relatively reasonable money). Beautiful territory, there are enough sun beds on the beach, the pool is clean and spacious, the Swedish norm line (if you don't find fault). Absolutely everyone is tested with rotovirus - but after a day it passes. Among the disadvantages: weak animation (you can add a disco in the evening for an hour for children and an hour for adults), a dining room for 4 and a rotovirus.

We rested in Nart for 10 days, the spa hotel deserves the highest rating. I liked absolutely everything. Snow-white buildings are trampled in the greenery of palm trees. The beach line is wide enough, equipped with umbrellas and modern sun beds, there is enough space for everyone. Everything on the territory is within walking distance, and the sea, and the outdoor pool, and the spa complex, and the restaurant Swedish line. Everything is well maintained everywhere, very beautiful. The food is wonderful. Great hotel, great cuisine, super service. We had a family vacation in May on the May holidays, ordered a personal transfer right away and met from the airport (we drove, we drove quickly across the border). Positive : Beautiful territory.
Cons: The room has never changed towels in three nights.There was only one cleaning.As soon as we checked in, we immediately noticed the absence of an urn in the room (there was only one in the toilet).But the next day it became clear why -there were ants in the room.
The buffet is a banal dining room .Pros - the girl who greets the guests at the entrance is friendly, which is rare in this hotel.
I recommend the on-site restaurant and coffee shop.But! No one at the reception said that they were functioning.My evening call (at about 20:00) about the availability of a cafe in addition to the buffet at the reception was answered only about the functioning of the buffet restaurant.
The spa area . The only advantage is that the pool is large.Cons-it is not known when it was last cleaned.There are white flakes floating in the water, the water is highly chlorinated.Only the sauna is functioning.Everything else is not .

A very comfortable modern hotel. The room is clean and spacious (junior suite) Daily cleaning, towels and linen every 2 days. We used the laundry service - everything is gorgeous. The buffet is good, there is everything you need, they make desserts themselves, even marshmallows. The restaurant admired the quality of the dishes, especially the strudel - the dough is made by themselves, no freezing. The spa complex was also pleased. For a good 5 minutes.

Let's start with the fact that for 5 nights we never had our bed linen changed, towels and water were brought, but we probably were too lazy to change the linen. We visited in March 2024, I really liked the hotel, a large territory, there is a free indoor and outdoor pool, a gym, the buffet is good (I really like mashed potatoes), a large selection of drinks: coffee, tea, kefir, cocoa, juices, yogurt.
The dining area overlooks the sea, so it is very pleasant to have a meal, even dolphins swam in the morning for breakfast.

For Abkhazia, this is a super hotel. In terms of nutrition, you can have a slightly more varied menu, solid chicken and pork. The territory is large, well-groomed, blooming. The beach is clean. It is clear that good money has been invested. A large beautiful landscaped area, two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a spa complex (for services the price is above average), a private pebble beach right under the window. You can move around the entire territory in the provided bathrobes (except for the dining room of course).
The food is very decent! There is not much of it, the eyes do not run away, but it is all edible and homemade. There are two paid restaurants, but there is no need to visit them, if only for a change.

For example, we had a triple room paid for. These are two single beds and a cot for a child . Well, a clamshell, so a clamshell I thought, until I found myself on it 😅 We rested at the end of October, the air conditioner somehow didn't work, but it wasn't really needed, we opened the balcony for ventilation. And I thought that my son might blow out at night at the balcony and I lay down on the cot myself 🙈 Probably, if it weren't for the deadly fatigue after the flight, etc., I would have rushed to the reception right away, but I didn't have the strength, everyone was asleep and I took the hellish torments on myself 🤣 The fact is that I was lying on a rack-and-pinion cot a thin, tiny mattress, rather even a mattress pad and all these curved slats dug into the ribs, lower back, and so on. Barely making it to the morning, I rushed to the reception with a request to put a normal mattress, to which they replied that we all have such, I said that we paid for a triple room and all three want to SLEEP at night! Our friends had a folding chair in a similar room, by the way, to which I was told that they were just lucky 🤣🤣🤣 As a result, after I asked the administrator to personally go and lie down for at least 5 minutes on this sleeping place, I was finally provided with a normal mattress)))) Friends , by the way , the balcony door did not open for airing , and the condee did not work either 😅
Things are also roughly the same with animation . Good two girls seem to be trying, dancing, but according to the schedule we gathered for a stretch in some clearing, the animators did not come. It was also with the disco , they just left one day ) Maybe all this is due to the fact that it was already the end of the season and no one really strained, but the hotel was inhabited, the weather was wonderful and the price was not low. For 5 nights we gave a little more than 50 thousand for three.
For Abkhazia, in my opinion, the holiday option is very good. It 's green , beautiful , we even swam in the sea in the first days of November 👍

Great hotel! Only the best vacation memories.
Modern rooms (cleaned every day), large, picturesque area. Polite and friendly staff. Animation for adults and children every day. Nice beach, swimming pools, SPA center. All tours are available. The food was delicious (the menu was varied). There is a large playground.

We were with my wife in February, the weather is still the same, winter))) And I liked the place, we lived in building 5 (it's more modern), we didn't take an expensive hotel room, it has everything you need. I would especially like to thank the chefs of the restaurant, they cooked delicious! It's diverse! Super! The price was fine in winter, but in summer... it's quite another story, as they say)))

A magnificent hotel! Everything is very clean, beautiful, confident 4 stars. The rooms are cleaned every day. Reception, lobby - everything is very nice and modern. The girls are friendly, the staff, in general, is very pleasant, unobtrusive and helpful.
To the beach 50 meters maximum, on the beach, too, everything is very clean, sun beds, umbrellas are fresh, neat. Straining, as usual, the zeal and madness of our compatriots to take sunbeds at 7 in the morning and not come before lunch. The staff, as they can, is struggling with this, they warn, take things to the reception, but, you know, it's better not to mess with some - they yell, swear, almost fight. In general, there is nothing to be done about this issue, the hotel is definitely not to blame, nothing has been invented against it yet🥲
The food (we had a buffet 3 times) is good, for a solid 4, everything is delicious, there are dietary (boiled) dishes (special thanks for that)
I didn't want to write about rotavirus, the hotel is not to blame here, but perhaps you can try to come up with something in terms of dividing the common large dining room into 2 zones: with and without children! As a microbiologist, it is quite clear to me that the spread is carried out by airborne droplets, children of 2-6 years old are ill non-stop, parents drag them to the common dining room, and everything goes in a circle 😭
It is children who can drink water in the sea, shower, sink, drag unwashed fruits into their mouths, etc. It is clear that adult adequate people do not do this.
We came with our own water, and they even brushed her teeth. It is clear that we do not eat on the beach and do not drink water from the sea. However, 3 out of 5 days are with rotavirus 🤢
And the hotel - 5 plus!)) We recommend it to everyone.

A good parking lot, there is everything you need to relax.
The rooms are fully cleaned every 2 days, towels are changed every day.
The food is varied, there is both fish and meat.
I read the reviews and worried about the food, but it turned out that everyone has their own. If you go with the understanding that this is Abkhazia and 4 stars, and not the Emirates 5 stars, then you will be satisfied.
Animation every day.
2 pools are clean.

A great hotel. I had a rest in March. It was wonderful to enjoy the real spring when it was cold and snowing in my hometown. We had a new building, clean, wonderful view from the balcony to the sea and mountains. The room was cleaned every day. Very tasty food in the cafe and in the restaurant. There is an excellent spa center, a large indoor heated pool, and a sauna on site. The territory is green, well-groomed, in summer there will be a large swimming pool with a wonderful view of the mountains. It's just heaven on earth. I really liked the bar, with a good selection of cocktails and coffee. The bartender is a positive man, surprised by the excellent preparation of drinks. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I hope we will come to you more than once!

A great place to relax, modern rooms, polite, friendly staff. Excellent cuisine, buffet. Local fruits-feijoa, oranges, very tasty and varied. For both adults and children. Great beach, ten steps away. A whole complex with a swimming pool, in which the water is very warm and there is no smell of chlorine, sauna, hammam, gym.All excursions are simply available. A very beautiful, well-maintained area half an hour's drive from Adler. That's great!

A great hotel for families with children. There are 4 buildings, right by the sea. Umbrellas, sun beds are all there, and included.

It's a very nice hotel now. And the place is good, and the food is very good, and the hotel itself has been remarkably rebuilt. We lived in a nearby hotel, but went to the SPA in a sled and had dinner once. The SPA is brand new, we watched it being completed on New Year's Eve. The SPA costs 600 rubles per hour or 1000 rubles for 3 hours. You can use the hammam, sauna, 25-meter swimming pool and lounge area. In addition to the beach, the hotel has a large outdoor heated pool with good sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a paid restaurant "Caucasian courtyard" with delicious "boats". In short, everything is great.
