A wonderful sanatorium, with a well-groomed territory, on which there are many palm trees and flowers, a gorgeous swimming pool, a pleasant beach, Parking, playgrounds, several restaurants, one of which has a buffet for hotel residents.
We "smiled" at the events held in the pool-morning exercises, aqua aerobics - a solid positive!
Clean, beautiful, smiling staff.
I really liked it!
Abkhazia is now very pleased with the service and approach +the stunningly beautiful azure and clear sea and beautiful nature, which I have not seen on our coast!

Oh-oh-oh-I really liked it, two steps and the sea, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, there were 6 days, I enjoyed soups for lunch, there were two to choose from, and all six days these two options were different. It is easy to walk to the colonnade. The pool and sauna are in the same room, which is very pleasing. Everything is clean and tidy. FishTaren can be seen from the room;)

Good afternoon. We rested at the hotel in early October. Very beautiful territory, close to the sea, beach with umbrellas and sun beds. Yes, compatriots bravo cover them with towels and rags, you come at 10 in the morning - all the sun beds are covered with umbrellas, there are almost no people - such an ineradicable tradition; at the same time, there are always sun beds to put them to the sea - without umbrellas.
The food in the restaurant is a buffet. Diverse, lots of fruits, for every taste. I personally didn't have enough desserts, cakes or anything else- except cupcakes.
The room was in the 1st building - almost everything was also comfortable. Except for the bathroom. Water from under the shower cabin spreads in a huge puddle on the floor after each shower. And the drain in the sink by the end of the rest drained the water for a very long time. Garbage collection every day, but the replacement of towels and bed linen - once every 4 days. For 5 days of stay, they have not vacuumed once - it was very upsetting..
There is an agent from the Atlas travel agency at the hotel - I do not recommend taking excursions from them. We went to the Ritz - they spent three hours of our time on tastings, they took us to the waterfalls for 15 minutes, to the Blue Lake - the same amount. And for the Ritz itself - as much as 30. Lunch for the prices of a decent restaurant in the cafe Lykhny is such a thing.. It is better to look for another tour company and read reviews before buying a tour.
And also, there is a problem with blankets in the hotel. We were given two for 3 adults. The reception at the request to provide a third, referred to the laundress - and promised tomorrow.. Well, that's it, we didn't remind them anymore, and neither did they.
I recommend the hotel if the above nuances do not bother you.

The renovated boarding house. The old houses are like toys: clean and tidy. New building: 8 floors, all spacious rooms overlook the sea. The park area is impressive. The outdoor pool is located in a palm grove. There is a Caucasian cuisine restaurant nearby, from where you can, at your request, bring soft drinks, ice cream, snacks. In a separate building there is a medical and massage center with spa treatments and an indoor swimming pool with a terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. Private beach with umbrellas and sun beds. A great place to relax!

I had a rest in October. The most powerful rotavirus, the whole hotel was sick, excursions were not going, because half of the bus did not reach. I'm sure it's because of the unsanitary conditions. For example: the staff wipes all the tables with an antiseptic with a cloth and immediately takes out a pack of napkins with the same hands and puts them in napkin holders on the table. Then we understand what will happen.... In this scenario, of course, quarantine should be imposed and the hotel closed, but we understand that this is Abkhazia. It is hard to believe that this sea is a source of universal sufferers, there is a sea in Sochi. There were no such problems there (in Sochi) in October. The food is a dining room, very much for an amateur. I don't recommend it, of course. The room stank of a toilet, the issue is not solvable. Only for fans of extreme recreation.

We had a rest at the end of June 2023.
The territory with a Playground, animation. The hotel is located by the sea with its own private beach.
Meals are served three times a day-buffet, in a chic restaurant by the sea.
Rooms for every bite.
The staff is polite and copes with their task perfectly.
There is one swimming pool (outdoor), the second in the SPA area (indoor), where there are saunas.
In the evening, a cafe with live music.
The territory is very large, clean, you can walk without leaving the hotel.
There was no rotovirus, they immediately bought 5 liters of water, boiled water in the room (there was a kettle), 1.5 liters of water was given every other day.
There is a 24-hour medical office.
We were in Abkhazia for the first time, after reading the reviews, I tuned in to the worst, but in fact it turned out to be just a masterpiece vacation.
It all depends on ourselves!

Friends recommended this hotel to us. We are thrilled! The rooms are new and clean. Room cleaning on request. Bed linen is changed every 4 days. The sea view is gorgeous. The hotel itself is located on the first line right by the sea and has its own beach. The hotel has a very beautiful territory, palm trees, cypresses, etc. everywhere... A warm pool for children and adults. Meals for 4+.Of course, at the end of the vacation, I began to get bored, but this is the case in any hotel, including abroad. The hotel staff is helpful. Special thanks to the management of the hotel, for the attitude of the staff - there is no aggression, only respect for vacationers. Thanks to the young guys and girls in the dining room who are cleaning the dishes, Well done! Always on the positive side and did their job with ease and speed! Of course, there is something to strive for, but in general - an excellent level! I would like to add small tables on the balconies to sit at it in the evening, drink wine and admire the sea and the view. We definitely didn't have enough tables. In general, everything is great! If only words could describe all the delights...... My soul rested royally.
Before we went, we read contradictory reviews about Abkhazia...about the hotel .....They wrote all sorts of things, especially negative ones.
But I spat on them, who was negative.... and rushed off. And I did NOT lose. I haven't had such a good rest in a long time.....I haven't breathed like this for a long time.... The sun warmed up my frozen bones, the sailor stretched my joints. 3 meals a day.....mmmm....what kind of soups are there ..... and the vegetables that grew in the sun.....they are divine. We can live independently in the hotel....of course, we also went on excursions....and we walked around the Garga (old and new).
Time, desire, money, of course, and Abkhazia will shine again not only with the beauty of nature....the scent of eucalyptus .... whisper with a sea wave and blow with a warm wind.
The sled is .....beautiful....magnificent ....calm ....peaceful.... the Soul is resting here.

I was on vacation with my 3-year-old son from May 23rd to May 29th, 2023. I really liked the hotel. Comfortable mattresses and pillows, the room has everything you need. 5-course meals - there is a choice of meat, fish, side dishes and first courses. There is a children's room in building 5. The work schedule is from 9:00 to 18:00 with an hour break for lunch. Also, there is a children's playground with slides, swings, etc. The territory is
large and well maintained, lots of greenery.
The sea can be said to be on the territory of the hotel. The heated pool was working. By June 1, a building with an indoor heated saltwater pool, a gym and a SPA were to be opened.
I plan to come to the hotel again during the velvet season.

We lived in a hotel for the New Year holidays nearby, where there is no food in winter.We went to eat at this hotel.They paid at the entrance to the restaurant after the fact.There is a fairly large selection of dishes, everything is always fresh, delicious, everything is replenished.You can always find something to your liking))Vegetables,fruits, salads, meat cuts,sausages,cheeses,sauces,several types of hot meat,fish,side dishes,omelets,pancakes,dumplings,soups,porridges,juices,milk,yogurt coffee,tea,toast jams.The only choice of flour desserts (pies, buns, rolls, etc.) is not like in Turkey)somehow it was not enough and not very much.it's delicious, what it was((.Everything else is fine.A beautiful, cozy place overlooking the sea, where dolphins frolicked close to the shore.Beautiful New Year decoration,Christmas tree,garlands,lanterns.The only price is for a child of 8 years old. It was the first time we were in Abkhazia and we did not make a mistake with the hotel. I liked everything, of course there are some shortcomings that the hotel management would like to take note of:
it is not entirely clear why the child cannot take an apple or something else from fruits for a snack, from the buffet area (to try everything, it is physically unrealistic!)
I wanted there to be some kind of laundry room There are a lot of families with young children and it is very expensive to wash a T-shirt for 200 rubles. And washing in basins is a pleasure on vacation.
There is no furniture on the balcony in building 5, it's a shame because the views there are gorgeous.
There were also cases that NOT the hotel guests occupied the deck chairs, but the hotel GUESTS occupied them for the whole day and were practically not present (it is not pleasant to roast in the sun when a place is "occupied" nearby, but no one is there.)
We were very pleased that we were settled immediately upon arrival (about 10 am). The sea is clean, we have not caught rotavirus since 28.08-5.09. Very tasty restaurants on site

I Express My Gratitude to the owners!!! We had a rest in May 2023, everything is great! The restaurant is perfectly clean, delicious, a huge assortment of fruits, vegetables, fish and meat dishes, a variety of seasonings. The rooms in building 5 are new, the maids are always nearby, all issues were resolved promptly. The territory and the beach are perfect!!!
One issue has not been resolved-Smokers poison all impressions. They need a separate place, away from the building, otherwise one smokes, and all rooms are filled with smoke.

There are several types of side dish and meat dishes in the same way. Stewed, fried, fresh vegetables, salads, fruits are always available. Cakes and buns are also available. Soups and porridges are lean. And the most important thing is that everything is natural.
The beach has its own, but it can be problematic to take sun beds under large umbrellas, since apparently someone gets up at 5 in the morning takes a seat and goes back to sleep. But in this regard, there is a main person on the beach who controls the process of who takes up space for how many hours. And also about the beach - the swimming area is fenced off from water vehicles.
The territory of the hotel is large, it includes 5 buildings, a Swedish line restaurant for residents and a restaurant for everyone. Past this, the area is planted with various plants and trees - it is very uplifting and walking here is good for your health. In addition, there is a playground, a swimming pool, a tennis court and a table tennis table, a national cuisine area with music, analogs of gazebos covered with laurel leaves.
The hotel is generally good, I would like more such resort equipped places to relax in Abkhazia.

And we decided to visit Abkhazia. We fell in love. The hotel is calm, not for noisy and cheerful companies. Who writes about food, probably at home they eat food from the chef. The food is delicious. But there's no booze on the buffet, and you can't have yours either. You can order separately at the other bar and for money. The rooms are cleaned every day. The area is clean . The Novoafonskaya hydroelectric power station, the Novoafonsky monastery, and the cable car are 40 minutes away by car. You only need to pay for Parking 200 rubles. near the New Athos cave, the cost is 700 rubles per person . We didn't like it, money is wasted. One crowd.

Who gave them 4 stars? I don't understand. Where did these 5 stars come from in the reviews?
Briefly, but in order:
1. Beach: sun loungers are not placed, you will have to take them yourself every day and put them wherever you have to. And then all the sun loungers are not always available, while if you put a chaise longue where you do not need it, you will definitely be told about it in a rough form
2. Staff: the cleaner communicated well with us and then exactly to the point when she realized that we would not give her money just like that. The staff is rude, they think we owe them
3. The territory is awesome, but there are a lot of dogs (without aggression)
4. Food: on the second day, both had rotovirus, despite the fact that we constantly washed our hands, treated them with a septic tank. The dishes are dirty. In my opinion, the food is tasteless in general, desserts are about nothing
Features:
1. Drinking water is not freely available. Usually there are coolers on the floors, but not here. Do you want some water? Buy "on the Swedish line" 0.5 for 50 rubles.
2. There is a tour desk on site. The woman is a noble boor.
3. Every morning at about 06.30 and every evening at about 21.00 the electricity is turned off. When the card is inserted, there is a click that can wake us up (it woke us up all the time)
