A great hotel in a stunningly beautiful location! One of the best locations in Abkhazia.
A comfortable private beach with sun beds and sun loungers. Few people, clean and incredible sunsets. An ideal option for those who want to swim and sunbathe.
The hotel itself has just been renovated - everything is new and clean. The territory is beautiful and green. There is a place to walk.
The rooms are pleasant and cozy.
We were in the fifth building, a room with a sea view, you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves.
The food is a buffet. Simple and delicious. Some dishes are for the amateur, but in general there is plenty to choose from.
The restaurant itself with panoramic windows is located on the shore.
There are also two restaurants on site for a fee. Live music. I liked the kitchen, the menu is varied. In general, I recommend it.
It is located in the center, there are shops nearby and where to walk.
The hotel is much superior to the average Russian resorts.
I definitely recommend a visit!
P.S. it is better to book through travel agencies, because they have much more profitable offers.

Deceiving people!
We booked a tour on May 16, 2025 on a well-known site through Alean for 8 nights for 59 rubles. The next day, the manager informs you that the rooms you have selected have run out and offers the same standard room, but with a mountain view for 132,903. He says I'm afraid to think where the view from the window of the standard room I ordered was if its price is 59tr))). I ask, on what basis?! and so on, to which they reply: most likely, several applications have arrived at the same time and the seats have run out. I'm looking at the tours again and they're still available, even though it's already the day after my booking. I inform the manager about this, send a screenshot, and silence, that's it, they didn't write anymore, they didn't offer anything.
To be honest, this is the first time I've done this, even though I'm an avid traveler and have traveled half the world.
The mood was greatly spoiled!

I really enjoyed my stay here!
First line, spacious room with sea view. Its own beach with 2 types of sun beds (soft and ordinary plastic). The beach with pebbles is clean. Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory and on the beach.
Very beautiful, well-groomed territory, blooming fragrant trees. 3 meals a day, buffet. The food is diverse, vegetables, fruits, pastries, for every taste.
The rooms are clean, slippers, bathrobe, luggage storage. The linen is changed on the 4th day. There are towels for the beach.
There are 2 swimming pools on site (outdoor and indoor in the SPA area). There is a sauna and a sauna, various massages. Parking space.
You can choose excursions right on the territory, Olga will advise and select the best option.
Holidays for families with children and for two. We were with my husband, very satisfied.
The restaurant has a variety of cuisine (European, seafood). There is a cafe with live music on site.
Convenient location, near a bus stop, shops with souvenirs and summer goods for recreation, a grocery store, a pharmacy and a hairdresser. Within walking distance of the Old Gagra embankment with attractions: colonnade, Gagripsh restaurant.

The Nart Hotel combines everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is located in Staraya Gagra. A 30-minute walk will take you to the Colonnade and the Gagripsh Restaurant. All of them have huge terraces overlooking the sea. There were two of them in our room. The room is two-room, despite the fact that the building is old, the rooms have a modern renovation. It seems that no one lived in the room before us. The rooms do not have the usual heating batteries and air conditioners. A climate control system is installed here. There is a sensor mounted in the wall, you just set the temperature that is comfortable for you. Both rooms have large plasma TVs, a smart living room, a large number of channels to choose from in high quality. There is a phone, you can order food from the restaurant directly to the room. The 1st and 5th buildings with standard numbers opened only in 2022. The rooms are also large, comfortable, and comfortable to stay in. Almost all rooms have sea views. Towels, bathrobes, slippers are everywhere. In ordinary rooms, the bathrobes are thinner, in the luxury ones they are terry. Towels are changed every day, cleaning on request. There is a Swedish line restaurant on site. It is located on the pier. The windows are panoramic with sea views. The food is without frills, but everything is cooked very tasty. Every day something new appears on the menu. A lot of fruits without restrictions, only the tray is empty, it is immediately replenished, a lot of greens, salads. Everything is fresh. For those who follow a diet, there is also something to eat. When you leave, you are given containers in which you can pack a lunch box for the road. There is an outdoor swimming pool next to our building, and there is also a SPA building with an indoor pool nearby. The water in it is very comfortable, you can swim all day. There is also a Finnish sauna and a gym. All of this can be used for free. Towels are also provided. The building opened only in the summer of 2023, so everything is brand new. In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel. It is clear that the owners do not save on tourists.

We had a rest at the hotel in September 2023, with a small child.
Everything is fine on the territory, it is large, green and well-groomed, there is a Playground.
Two swimming pools, one of them is heated.
For food- a buffet restaurant, also left positive impressions. The food is more like homemade, but I want to note everything is delicious.
On cleaning - here there are questions. For some reason, cleaning is carried out on the 4th day of stay , this is very rare, given the high humidity. During this time, the towels are very wet, and they do not dry. This turned out to be the downside of the hotel.
Of the advantages, there are also bathrobes and slippers.
There is also a new fitness room.
In general, the impressions are positive. I think we'll come back.

Don't mess with me! The staff are arrogant louts! There is no light in the country due to the events, respectively, there is no water and heating, everything is from generators, I was not satisfied with this arrangement, I asked for a refund for New Year's Eve, I have every right, it's not my fault that this is happening!!! I wanted to have a normal and peaceful rest! When I booked, everything was fine. They refused to refund me, although the owners themselves wrote to the friends who are traveling with us from other hotels that there would not be enough generators for all this and returned the money even without asking!! Think for yourself! They are rioting there, and you will just give the money away))))) There are no laws for these people!

We had a rest from October 7 to 11, 2024.Everything is at the highest level. We lived in the 1st building on the 1st floor, gorgeous sea view, large terrace,cleaning every day. The staff in the dining room, like bees flying, all tried to quickly clean up so that other vacationers sat down at the tables. I recommend this hotel.

A very good boarding house, fresh renovation in the buildings, beautiful architecture, modern elevators in buildings 1 and 5. A large green area, the first coastline. The beach is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, there are enough for everyone. There are two swimming pools on site, indoor and outdoor, with sea views. There is a playground for children, animators constantly hold entertainment and sports events for both children and adults. Buffet meals, there was plenty of everything. Well, maybe without frills, but you definitely won't stay hungry, you especially liked the breakfasts, freshly baked Viennese waffles for coffee every morning, fruits of several types all the time. I'm taking off the star, since the spa complex did not work on our vacation days, sauna, hammam, repairs are underway there. But definitely if to Abkhazia, then here. P. S. And the rooms are very clean, this is important for many who travel to Abkhazia, daily room cleaning, full cleaning every three days with a change of linen.

For me, the biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, beautiful green area. There will be no such nature in the hotels of Novaya Gagra! We lived in the first building, this is a Soviet-era building. The rooms are not super duper cool, but the sea view is great. The cuisine is very tasty, not very diverse out of season. Restaurant: the prices are adequate, you can go to dinner a couple of times. The bar had delicious cocktails, the prices were also acceptable.
Swimming pool: large bowl, new, beautiful. They clean there much more often and better than in the rooms. In general, in public mets, cleaners generally do not stop rubbing floors for a second.

The hotel itself is not bad with good infrastructure. New modern building, dining room, restaurant, private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. A newly built SPA building with a swimming pool. While we were there, repairs were still being completed, but it was already possible to visit the pool and SPA.
But that's where all the benefits end. The staff does not work well, either they do not know how, or they do not want to.
The service at the hotel negates all other listed advantages.
We booked a junior suite with a balcony and sea view. In the video from the website, the balcony has a transparent glass fence, allowing you to enjoy the view of the sea while sitting. In fact, they provided a balcony with a solid concrete fence, where you can admire the concrete wall while sitting.
It was only after 2 rounds of negotiations that our room was changed, and then two days later. The table and chairs on the balcony also had to be knocked out.
At the SPA, during the massage, the masseur was just openly rude. We dealt with the SPA manager, after which the massage therapist apologized.
The NART restaurant is open from 9 o'clock, but at 9 there are not even waiters there yet. We waited 45 minutes for oatmeal on the water. In the evening, they simply may not come to your table, although the load is not full, we just left one evening without waiting for service.
The Swedish line is delicious in principle, but whether it's the food or the water, we each poisoned ourselves 2 times.
In general, the impression of the rest was terrible, we were going home with joy. We will not go there anymore and we do not recommend it.

Queues outside the cafe with a swear word (if you take more than 2 cups, the crowd is raging), wooden pears, cherries each 5 with rot. The waiters are young, not experienced, not well-mannered. (They clean the table when you eat and can dump food from dirty plates on you) I saw a rag fall to the floor, was picked up and wiped the tables again. The sun beds are always busy in the morning, towels are hung out by the pool as well. A separate topic is rotavirus! A lot of people get sick, fever, vomiting, diarrhea. There is a doctor at the hotel. But this is more psychological help)) the rooms are cleaned every 4 days!!! There are no animations for children. (The choo choo train.. We booked through Alean, we were with a child for 3 years, we were told that it was not necessary to enter it, we clarified this issue several times. And she said from the crib that she would not provide and had every right not to settle us. It took a lot of time and nerves, the little child already wanted to sleep. As a result, we settled in, but we didn't want to arrive there anymore. Everything could be solved with one sentence: "we will now call Alian and clarify everything," we were rudely told that we still have to make concessions. There were 2 girls and 2 children. The guys at the reception watched the conflict and rolled their eyes, clucking, instead of calling the crib. The trainee girl just picked up everything quickly and heard us. The maids are responsive, this is the question of one adult woman who actively did not hear the rules of accommodation, as she told in the concentration camp. The next day, we asked to contact the manager, since we were not going to stay here on principle, Aliana said that all the data was transmitted. The manager apologized, but the children saw it all. We tried to leave the hotel for the whole day, 4 days were ruined. + the whole hotel is suffering from rotovirus there, the pool is warm-children. We got sick on the last day in pm. The room smelled of cats, very unpleasant smells in the bathroom. nodes. But the overseers are everywhere, I repeat, like in a concentration camp, if you take too much in their dining room, where you didn't want to eat. A very nice and decent hotel! Their spa center is gorgeous! Special thanks to Irina, she is a super professional massage therapist, there are few such masters at all. Her strong, skillful hands work wonders. At my request, she gave me a deep massage, stretched all the muscles like no one could before, pressed all the healing points, dispersed the lymph, removed all the tightness of the muscles. The effect is instant, she actually has golden hands! A full-body scrub with massage elements after a steam barrel -Irochka did it magically, my skin still says thank you! Everything was fine. The territory is good, the staff is polite. The food is delicious. But at the end of the rest, my daughter caught rotovirus. Or the food was not fresh or rotovirus, we can not understand. But during the same period, several other guests had similar symptoms. It got to the point that I had to go to a local hospital to put ivs. While they were lying under a drip, they brought 4 more children with vomiting and one of them was also from our hotel.
Therefore, the impression was twofold.
Of the pros: good territory, beautiful views, its own beach, delicious food (I don't know how fresh it is).
Of the minuses: the room was not cleaned. We changed the towels once. The pastel has not been changed once in 5 days.
There is no club for evening pastime. Neither the sauna nor the hammam worked in the spa. It was only possible to get into the sauna for a fee.

A great place to relax. One of the best hotels on the beach. There were 7 floors in the 5th building after renovation, rooms with sea and mountain views.
Delicious food, a beautiful beach with umbrellas and sun beds, there is a warm swimming pool, a gym.
We were from 6.10-12.10 the first two days it was warm + 18 - 20, then the weather deteriorated there was a storm, after the rains.
We decided that we would not go again in October - it was cold.
But I can say that on the day of our departure, people came and even sunbathed. The temperature was about +16 sunny, but windy. The sea is warm +23, but the waves and wind break off. Maybe we were just unlucky, 6 days for rest is not enough, but there is nothing to do there in cool weather.

Buffet meals:the choice of dishes is quite diverse, fruits in sufficient quantity, desserts are simple (cupcakes, biscuits, waffles, jelly).
The staff is helpful. The room is clean, linen change in 3 days. But the toilet room in the room is small and uncomfortable. The territory is gorgeous. The beach is very close. There was animation. There is a playground for children, table tennis.
The rest was wonderful, but there was an intestinal infection, we were ill for a day or two.
The location is convenient. The boarding house is located almost in the middle of the old and new Gagra

We rested from November 1st to November 5th, 2024. The territory of the Sled is gorgeous. She's just gorgeous. There is no need for any foreign country. And the stars are gorgeous, there are so many of them. Our room in the 4th building is excellent and on the 1st floor as I like it. There are only 14 rooms in the building. High ceilings, a huge room for two. The bathroom is spacious. The food is simple, but quite tasty cooked. But that's where the advantages of the sled end. Here it is worth its 24,000 rubles and honestly I am not ready to pay a penny for it anymore. Our maid is doing great!!! She cleans and cleans every day. It changes everything. I asked her to put 2 bottles of water each, she does. But it was only for us that she drowned. Everything is not so sweet in the central building. Administrators are generally people who have no idea what a service is. And anyway, I should have been glad that they deigned to talk to me. And the kitchen staff just hit the jackpot. It's not enough that yesterday breakfast time was still 10 minutes and he saw that I was going to the coffee machine, anyway he just turned it off in the frost and broke my nose. Then, of course, he turned it on when I put some effort into it. So then the receptionist didn't let me out on the terrace with a cup of coffee. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ Although before that, we had been quietly drinking coffee on the terrace and admiring the sea for two days. But the cherry on the cake was the epic of the evening's events. My husband and I were booked into the spa for a massage from 19:00 to 20:00. They have dinner from 18:00 to 20:00. In order not to eat before the massage (I had lymphatic drainage, it is generally desirable not to eat there for 2 hours, my husband has a general body massage) I called the reception at 18:20 and asked for 1 jug to take dinner to my husband. I was told that they do not have such a service. And the spa is not included in a respectful absence from dinner. And anyway, he can go and eat now. And it was all said in that tone. That I was just wondering who paid the money for the accommodation to whom.
The massage therapists at the spa center are great that the girl is Julia, that the boy is Anton. They earn their money honestly. A good quality massage that is worth the money.
I've never considered myself to be picky at all. But with such a relationship, you don't want to give away 25,000--30000₽ per day for a room at all. I had a girlfriend here and I thought she was exaggerating that there was no service here. (but they're not as lucky with the maid as we are)
The whole situation is saved by the territory of the hotel, the sea, the mountains and the stars🔥🔥🔥
There are just a lot of cypresses, so I always breathed in the air and went happy.
Separately, I would like to note the animation in the hotels. She's nothing. If you are going to eat with the children, be prepared for this!

We rested at the Nart Hotel at the end of October 2024 In the 1st building, in a suiteThe room is nice, with a huge balcony and a view of the sea, but there was not enough trash in the room.The maid cleaned daily and very efficiently👍The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and well maintained🌳There is a place to walk and there is a place to walk with the kids😊The location of the hotel is, in my opinion, ideal, everything you need is nearby😉The food is a bit monotonous🙄Unfortunately, not all the staff at the reception are customer-oriented, when checking in, after 20:00, they waited for 20 minutes, there was no one, only a guard🤷🏻♂️A pleasant spa complex with an excellent and warm swimming pool👏Surprisingly, there was enough room for everyone😊

We visited this summer, excellent territory, beach, rooms and food. But my recommendations to the hotel, change the shelves and toilet paper holders in the rooms, the shelves are rusty, but the holders do not hold) change the silicone around the sinks, it turned black. And in the economy room in the 1st building next to the basement, it smells terribly damp, they changed it to the fifth building, everything is fine there. Perhaps the owner of the hotel does not know about such little things, so much has been done, so great, but such little things still need to be taken into account.
