It felt like I had signed up not for a paid clinic, but for a free one, where there was also a queue for a month.
And what kind of incompetence is that?!
Why make an appointment with a doctor who does not do an ultrasound of the ligaments and then, as a result, call 3 times a day before the appointment and say that the doctor does not do this at all. You write it down to write it down or how to understand it.

And the last, not a little important, is the attitude of administrators. It's nothing. The doctor was late, and they didn't come up to me and tell me about it. I waited 10 minutes and came over myself. They called the doctor, did not receive an answer and told me "the doctor was already here, we will not call him personally."
