On June 10, I made an appointment with a doctor, Marina Mikhailovna Maysyuk. Registration on the website is carried out through a coupon.Bye. After the appointment, a coupon for a paid consultation with a doctor comes with a specified cost of 54.22 rubles. There is no "from" mark. And the specific exact amount. The day before the appointment, I received a call from the call center and was told the amount was 20 rubles higher at once. I told them that the amount was completely different when recording, and I was sent to the registry. After seeing a doctor at the reception, I was again told the price was significantly higher than for a coupon buy. I showed all the screenshots. To which I was told that when writing in small print it says that a doctor with CMN costs 75.95 rubles. What is "KMN" is not indicated there, in fact, as well as the fact that Maysiuk is KMN. That is, a paid medical center offers the patient to understand all medical terms for himself for money, to study the biography of the doctor in order to understand that the final cost of the coupon is not sent by the paid medical center correctly.

The endoscopist and anesthesiologist are professionals: they asked in detail, the procedure was carried out without consequences (there was not even bloating), the results were explained. The administrators left a dubious impression. If you can't solve the situation, call a senior manager, don't waste someone else's time. I received histology data with difficulty, I had to call and persuade them to send it to the post office for several days, although they had all the data. R. S. Polyps are not removed by the way, which was very upsetting, because I had to relive all the delights of colonoscopy in another place. In general, it's not bad, but I don't plan to apply here anymore.

The only thing that struck me was the disgusting smell in the toilet (3rd floor) and the lack of paper towels and toilet paper in the toilet (it was on Sunday). I informed the employee about this, but no action was taken, even after an hour (while we were there).

I visited this "wonderful" medical center on 02.07. The appointment time for the orthopedic doctor is 18:00. I arrived in 20 minutes, as requested the day before by calling from the reception. The queue for my arrival is 6 people. I waited 20 minutes, during which time there were not fewer patients, but more - 8!! When contacting the reception, the reaction is zero. "Come in at your own time"... would you like to work with your elbows pushing through the queue? According to my observations, the situation is similar in the offices of other specialists. It's not called anything else but a mess!

I went to the EGDS without anesthesia. I was very afraid because I had never done it before. But it turned out to be much better than I thought. The study took only three minutes, it didn't hurt, it was just very unpleasant. I won't do anesthesia next time either, it's tolerable. We had an MRI scan for my mom. To the work of the center and staff (before the diagnostician) there are no complaints. The results have arrived. But what can I say, in the description given by the doctor in custody, it is very poorly written. We took a lot of fresh documents and studies before the procedure and didn't really paint anything. There are comparisons with other doctors, other clinics, everything is clearly written there, in detail with recommendations for further action. Mercy did not receive any transcripts from the doctor. I think we won't apply anymore.
