Yesterday I was at the clinic for the first time for an overnight MRI scan. visually, it is a very pleasant center, but the specialist who did the MRI spoiled the impression: the mood when he asked a person something, and he gets annoyed that he clarifies the idea in a different way, leads to the fact that he does not want to ask even important things. this is wrong and it shouldn't be like this, especially when you pay a lot of money for the service.
There is no parking
There are constant queues, waiting for the doctor, standing at the reception desk... More than in the state clinic!
At the same time, it is one of the most expensive medical centers in Minsk.
The price does not match the quality of the services provided. But there are a lot of purchased reviews

You can have coffee on the 1st floor. Parking is small, but if desired, you can find a place nearby in the courtyards)

Expectations: careful questioning and examination (what movements / positions are painful), individual recommendations. Reality: a 1-minute appointment for 55 rubles, "examination" - a look from afar, "do you have flat feet", "injury - can you live?", "go for X-rays". This is not the level of a decent medical center.
I really like to go to paid clinics in order to get not only a good examination, appointment and treatment, but also a good attitude from doctors and all other employees.
It is possible to get an attitude in this clinic. Everyone smiles sweetly, talks very politely and that's probably it!
They'll write down information in your card that they weren't even interested in. And when this card turns out to be in your hands, and you read it, tell the doctor, to which you hear the answer to 5 plus!!! "The Ministry of Health forces us to fill out this information, so don't pay attention to it"!
And how can I not pay attention to it if it's my life and my health?! There may be different situations in which you will need to refer to information from my medical record! And then what kind of help will these doctors give me?
But that's not all, unfortunately!
You come to them with a CT scan and ask them to explain what kind of diagnosis it is and what to do with it? Some of them say that they have never heard of such a thing and diagnose VSD, while others generally claim that this cannot be, since I am 35 years old, not 65, to worry and think about it!
And all this instead of doing a repeat study, sending me to CT!
I will not wish this clinic success! I'd rather wish the chief physician and all those who opened this clinic to pay attention to their "doctors" and draw the right conclusions before it's too late!

I did FGDS 1 time in the summer, anyone familiar with this procedure knows how painful and unpleasant it is. They usually do it for about 5 minutes. I came across a very inexperienced doctor who is 20!!!! I did it for a few minutes and didn't do it fully in the end!! I had to redo her FGDS at another clinic! After this "torture", I could not come to my senses and practically fainted right at the reception, not a single employee came up to me and did not even offer water! My husband had to pick me up, I was so sick! Remarkably, they charged me almost 2 times more money than they talked on the phone!
Today I got in for the 2nd time by accident, I urgently needed to have an ultrasound of my knee! The cost was announced to me 33, at the exit I paid 66, because the doctor decided "for the company" to look at 2 knees, instead of one. Naturally, neither on the phone nor the doctor herself warned that it was worth the extra money, they just put it in front of the fact.
I strongly do not recommend this clinic. It is aimed at pumping out money, not at service and patient care.
