It's not the first time I've had breakfast and lunch at this place. I have never been disappointed! The dishes are delicious and very tasty. The interior is austere and pleasant. A cool bonus for me personally is that the restaurant opens early in the morning. I would also like to note the attentive attitude towards the guests (it's not just about the service, but attention to detail).

Bad. We went to the set menu. My impressions were negative. It takes an incredibly long time: they bring an appetizer of 3 shrimp and pesto, and you wait another 15-20 minutes for the next dish. They brought a completely raw piece of meat instead of a minion. They took it away to roast, but even with repeated roasting, no one specified how to roast. All in all, the steak was very bad.
The quality categorically does not match the cost.

On June 19, we were at this institution. It was raining then. We were on the flight. At some point, the rain increased and the canopy folded. Everyone ran inside. The waiters and staff did not react in any way until one of the guests became indignant. To his suggestion, put him in the hall, we received the answer "there is a system in the canopy from strong wind, it folds up." No apologies, and at least no attempts to solve the problem. As a result, everyone stood on the inhale with plates in their hands. My friend and I brazenly went inside, where there were many empty seats and sat down at a table. The waiters did not seem to notice us, and when they had already made a remark to bring the menu, they brought it.
I ordered a salad, and my friend ordered tartare. The salad was not bad, the tartare was brought with soft bread and my friends did not like it.
The tubes in the cocktail were dirty, but they were quickly replaced. Coffee was made as an apology for the tasteless food and dirty tubes
The second time was a trip to this institution. The service is already a little better. There were no desserts, but a breakfast menu was offered. I had to wait a long time for the waiters

Although it would seem that the opposite is necessary… I admit that something is partly a subjective opinion about something, but such a "non-vital" attitude cannot be overlooked.
I would like to add neatness to the cafe itself, and the entrance area, and the area adjacent to the bathroom. Wipe the dust, even where you think the guests won't look. Staff advice. Leave if you don't like your job, respect people. Perhaps something of yours is waiting for you. You can't seem and be at the same time. Well, if you still have the desire, work. We waited a long time for the order, but this was compensated by a gift from the institution in the form of snacks (cookies with parmesan and cherry tincture with cloves). We randomly came to this place when we were looking for a place to have breakfast in Minsk. As a result, we had breakfast for three days in a row. A very pleasant calm atmosphere, competent customer-oriented staff, and, of course, the food, which is "5" points here! We tried almost all the menus in three mornings and there was nothing we didn't like. Especially bombic rice porridge with coconut milk (additives can be varied to your taste), poached with tongue- a dump of the head, for dessert I can recommend mango tartare-passion fruit and pancakes (a very interesting variation).
Oh, and if it's important to someone, the coffee is excellent.

Disgusting food.
You expect a normal piece of chicken, knowing from the picture on the menu that it will be small, but they bring you, God forgive me, two pathetic wings on an absolutely tasteless mashed potatoes that have already frozen and covered with a film. If I wanted to eat wings, I would have gone to KFC - both tastier and cheaper.
Another dish has the same tiny piece of duck, in which the tough skin makes up about two-thirds of the entire piece, and some carrot clippings.
The seafood risotto has three shrimps and about zero spices.
Sorry, this is not suitable for us.
It would seem that you can at least compensate with desserts. Alas. 100 grams of mediocre dessert for 20+ rubles is not even funny. And then there's the ironware. 🥲
For the first time in my life, I ate with the feeling that I had been robbed.
Oh, and there's a breeze blowing from the windows, even though the walls seem to be a meter thick.

We tried snails, a salad with spicy cherries, baked brie and lemon tart. Eat up to the last fork. From the pleasant - the snails were the most delicate and did not look like a piece of rubber) and also tart - there was perfect sugar in it. Without inflection. Which also happens not so often in my gastronomic adventures)
What else got me hooked was the atmosphere. Live music, hits for all ages (from Sting to Hands Up) performed by a talented guy. I didn't have time to take a photo, but it was very nice - three waiters began to dance and sing along to the soloist. The staff was friendly, they offered water to our dog right away - it's very nice! The place is not cheap for the city, I think we ate a little, but for three it turned out to be about 200 rubles, which is almost 6 thousand rubles. There are no desserts for those who do not eat dairy / cream, but really wanted sweet :)
