It didn't go in!!! We were at breakfast, poached eggs were served with a taste of vinegar, apparently some amateur cooked them. The breakfast set only sounds beautiful, French with boiled sausage and Hohland cheese, we did not understand, American with strips poured with cheap sweet and sour sauce, no zest at all, the taste is like from a cheap eatery. It blows terribly from the window while you're just freezing. There was no toilet paper and towels in the toilet, we spent an hour in the restaurant, but they did not appear there. The terminal did not work, I had to withdraw money to pay. Only the coffee is normal, but it quickly cooled down due to the cold at the window, as I wrote above

I may have come at a bad time. I wanted to have breakfast, I ordered it, but I was not warned that the wait would be very long. As a result, I sat for 45 minutes waiting for the usual OMELET.
I had to go up to the waitress once and remind her of my existence, and only then did she say that the wait was long.
We made a 30% discount.

I did not like the dish of risotto with truffle, which was recommended by the waiter. It looks like a very salted pearl porridge with long strips of truffle. Another waiter said that the truffle is very salty, but it's unlikely. It's definitely not worth your money. There was one shared bathroom in the establishment, where there was a long queue. In general, unpleasant impressions from the visit, which is sad, because the plans were on the contrary to cheer yourself up)

We've been waiting for these dishes for an hour :) although it was morning and only a couple of tables were occupied. The amount of spinach hides the fact that there are a couple of shavings from the declared brie, and the tip of the croissant is black. Overprice for sure.

When I arrived, there were two more visitors in the institution, despite this, I was offered the only table near the aisle under the pretext that the rest were booked, and only two more people came in an hour and a half that I was in the institution. Please offer people tables with a time limit, and do not refer to the reservation, so everyone will be fine
The second moment, I ordered a croissant with jam and butter, as indicated on the menu, and they brought a croissant with marmalade, which I do not like
Please serve what you wrote on the menu or at least warn about substitutions, because it happens that a person does not just not like it, but he may well be allergic (for example, to citrus fruits from which marmalade is made)

The dishes do not match the price at all. We took a large green salad: wooden avocado, pickled cucumber so much that it hurt my jaw. We waited 45 minutes for drinks, and about 40 minutes for dishes, too. Of the 6 dishes ordered, we liked only 3, the rest were completely out of order.
The establishment aims at a high-level restaurant with fine cuisine and small portions, but in fact the food is tasteless or absolutely not tasty. The staff tried to be courteous, but we definitely do not recommend going there, and we will not return either.

The beef tongue was very tough, we answered the waiter's question "Did you like the language?" honestly said so. They asked for the bill, and the bill was brought to us after about 10 minutes, although we were ready to go for a long time.
Along with the bill, two desserts were brought as an apology (without warning or asking us about the appropriateness, the staff simply brought some two desserts of their choice). Because of the composition of the desserts, we are not allowed to eat them for medical reasons. The waiter knew about my dietary restrictions because we discussed them when we made an order.
As a result, we were simply forced to wait an unacceptably long time for the bill (without warning), "teased" with desserts that we could not, and we paid the full price for the spoiled beef tongue.
There were many options to get out of the situation beautifully and within the framework of good customer service, but the restaurant did not take advantage of any of them.
More from the unpleasant:
1. When we arrived, there was a huge stain of dried food on the table, which I wiped myself by wetting a napkin with water.
2. It's like it's not accepted to clean dirty plates here. Before the empty plate is removed from your small table, employees will pass by you 10-15 times (at the same time, the landing was minimal: only we were sitting inside the restaurant, and there were 2-3 more tables on the terrace). At the same time, there is always a gathering of idle and talking employees at the bar.

I hardly leave any feedback, but today is a different case. Choosing a place for breakfast according to the guidebook turned out to be a disgusting practice. The spinach in the dish "poached with avocado, spinach and ricotta" turned out to be unwashed, the earth crunched on my teeth. We were answered with consent to a legitimate request to replace the dish. That's just the kitchen returned the same dish that was taken away, with the spinach already washed, but not dried (the earth from the last call, of course, remained everywhere except spinach). And this is only the most surprisingly unpleasant, compared to diluted Americano and scrambled eggs with black carbon from the bottom of a poorly washed frying pan.

The French breakfast was not impressive, the poached eggs are absolutely tasteless, the yolk is pale. The madame's croc stated in the menu is not about anything at all, it remotely resembles what is really called madame's croc. They forgot to serve the cappuccino when I reminded them they brought it so hot that I burned my tongue. There is still work to be done on the service.
