I periodically visit the institution with foreign guests. Everything is very decent, especially after the renovation (11/2014). The musical part and cover bands are always pleasing. Nice receptionist girls. Reasonable prices. A good combination of price and quality. A good very varied menu. There are a lot of delicious things to eat. Good location, high-quality food and music make the place stand out.

We were at this institution for a New Year's Eve corporate party. The cuisine is wonderful, and I really liked all the dishes. The waiters were great too: you could always find and ask for something, you didn't have to rush around the room looking for it. They brought everything, they were very polite.
But!!!! There were so many people that the hall looked like an anthill. In this crowd alone, waiters with dishes that periodically broke, guests, a girl who wore roses, guards and ringers with hot coals tried to squeeze through. There is no dance floor. There's a spot near the stage, but it couldn't accommodate that many people.
A special disadvantage. To get to the bathroom, you need to push through this crowd near the stage.
There is little space near the wardrobe and people cannot freely enter and leave, as someone takes things away and no one else can pass through there.
Different organizations, different ages, and music a la 50+. I didn't like it very much.
Among the advantages: location, kitchen, service.
Among the disadvantages: a lot of people, music, the program and organization of the event as a whole, the prices are clearly visible that during New Year's corporate parties they want to earn more money, and that's why they stuff people like herrings.

We visited this place with friends. The food is definitely 5+, we took different dishes, everything is very tasty.
We were served by two waiters, one attentive and polite, the other the complete opposite (possibly an intern).
The huge disadvantage of this institution is the contingent. And of course the service, namely: all the ordered dishes, and the entire order, were brought separately, someone is eating, someone is watching, someone is drinking, someone is waiting for the report. This place does not look like a restaurant at all.
It is a pity that the works of the chef disappear in this baruch, there is no other way to call it.

Nice place, good service. The lights are dimmed everywhere (very much) - not everywhere you can comfortably read the menu.
Nice congratulations if someone in the company of others has several waiters with some flashing lights and a bonus cake.
On food: in general, everything is delicious. Cabbage rolls with crab are amazing, bruschetta with fish did not go in (homemade, bread is wet), pancakes are not bad, hearts and cutlets are excellent. The lemonades are medium, the fondue is not bad (there is little cocoa and the texture is a question).

Excellent cuisine for an adequate price. In terms of price-quality ratio, one of the best high-level places in Minsk (special prices on weekdays from 12 to 17 are just a cannon). Excellent location in the center. One disadvantage is a very small parking lot with an inconvenient check-in..

It's a popular place in the city if you want to dance until morning. A couple of days ago, we celebrated a corporate party for 45 people here, and three tables were set for us. Bags are checked at the entrance to ensure that no alcohol is brought with them. There are certainly a lot of people. The dance program starts at 21-30. Band bands are groovy, the dance floor is always crowded, people are dancing around their tables. The service was not fast, only glasses / glasses of alcohol were brought within 30 minutes. But the food was good, the chicken fillet and shish kebab are the most tender.
But the wardrobe is undoubtedly for 1⭐ maximum. Located right at the entrance, it is possible to change shoes only in the toilet room, and they offer to put shoes under their table, since there is no place for them in the wardrobe.

My husband and I went to have dinner at the famous Chef Novitsky's place.
And here are our impressions...
1. Serving the dishes: at the time of ordering, we immediately said what order of dishes we would like. As a result,

Then there were 2 soups at once (my soup was warm, not hot) and a drink for my husband.
But the appetizer came after the soup !
And then we waited an hour for the second course for my husband (although the waiter said it would take no more than 30 minutes to cook) and eventually we got a dish with a long female hair!!!moreover, it was so long that it was thoroughly mixed in porridge with mushrooms!!!
2. The administrator:
He was in no hurry to come up to us and solve this situation.
But when he came up, seeing what was going on, he said, "Yeah...really big hair..... He didn't apologize for such a dish service and ruined the evening!!!
Not a word of apology! I'm just surprised that it's a long hair!!
And what if it's not long can I continue to eat?
We paid and were about to leave, and on the go the administrator suggested that we redo the dish, i.e. wait another hour while they cook.
And again, not a word of apology, as if it were normal.
But the most colorful person of the evening was an employee who carried out a large bag of garbage passing through the center of the restaurant, past tables with guests, to exit through the main entrance of the restaurant!
I have not seen this anywhere in the establishments!!!
Bottom line: The chef may be a "star", but if the staff and service are low-level, then it's all doomed to failure!!!

I would like to leave a review specifically about the service during New Year's corporate parties (before that, we visited the institution at lunchtime on weekdays):
1. The seating was very tight, the aisles between the companies were minimal, and it was unrealistic to stand next to your chair. Initially, we were left with an aisle on one side (the person sitting on one side could only get out by lifting 8 people in front of him, only after several requests did the tables move slightly). On our last visit, when booking, they said that all the tables would be occupied, as it turned out, 3-4 tables were completely empty next to us, so this inconvenience could have been avoided
2. In addition to the people who booked a corporate party, others also came. By 12 o'clock, there were even more people (going to the dance floor, to the toilet, to the street was a quest). It was hot and there wasn't enough fresh air, and the air conditioner wasn't working.
3. The food and service are not comparable to what they were on normal days. The dishes were served to everyone in different plates, some were lucky and the hot stuff was served in suitable dishes, but most were served in deep dishes and because of this everything mixed and turned into porridge, it looked terrible. Some grilled meats were overcooked and over-salted.
We specially booked this place because of the good food and good service, but as it turned out, there are problems with this during the holidays and a large number of people.
