The security was disappointing, rude and unprofessional. I was taken out of the establishment just for dancing next to the tables after a complaint from a guest, even though there were girls dancing there all evening. There were no comments or warnings. We were at a New Year's Eve corporate party. The experience is terrible, the worst service I've ever seen. There is a crowd at the entrance, everyone is searched, and not only alcohol is taken away, but also ordinary drinking water. There is a wardrobe right at the entrance, you undress practically on the street. There are a lot of people, they can't fit on the dance floor, they're standing right in the aisle. It's very noisy, hookah smoking at the neighboring tables. The food is ordinary, the portions are not large, the price and quality do not match. At the exit, the guards are rude, they don't give back what they took, arguing that they don't owe anyone anything. It's just some kind of theft and complete violations, they have no right to search bags. It's a terrible place, not only are they robbed and rude, but they also threaten the police when you demand back what they took. I'll never go there again, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Hookahs on the menu, burgers, Mediterranean cuisine and even a little bit of Asia. The place just doesn't have any idea and soul. We wanted to make an authentic one, then decided that it was better to earn more money. Obviously, the contingent of the institution would not eat pork pancakes either. And you can't treat a young lady with a sponge when you meet her… The guards are dressed up in their own clothes, you can't understand at first glance, this is an employee of the institution and some redneck (sorry) types are standing near the entrance behind the bar. They also got to repair toilets, they offer visitors to go to some kind of horror like a school toilet. Obviously, the owner of the institution does not care about this moment, because they decided to raise prices for this case, how not to earn extra money on New Year's Eve. Example. The official website shows a dish for 42 rubles, it is already 59 in the menu of the institution (maybe 49), but the fact of inconsistency of information is obvious. The question is not the price itself, of course, the question is in the atmosphere, to return to which there is not the slightest desire.

The solution is simple - hookahs in one half of the establishment should only be booked, and also warn customers if this is not possible. Or the management of the institution calmly treats the fact that underage children and non-smokers breathe hookah smoke. The institution has a one-sided orientation towards the consumer. I wonder how they seat their children and non-smoking relatives in the hall?
