A beautiful and very cozy place. The staff is polite and helpful. Due to the fact that there is mainly a contingent of 30+ in the institution, everything goes smoothly and without conflicts. In winter, it's nice to go outside to breathe. Everything is decorated. Just in case, you can take a warm blanket at the exit of the institution. Well, the kitchen was naturally pleased. Everything is on top.

So, we chose a place for dinner, and we came as a large family.
The place is half-empty, you can see in the photo, we are making an order, the waiter does not warn about anything.
I understand that hot food will take 20-30 minutes to prepare, we order beer and ask for croutons for beer, we specify that they bring everything together, because usually croutons and beer, it's all within 10-15 minutes.
As a result, the hot stuff was carried around one o'clock, and the draniki arrived more than an hour later.
The hot stuff has already arrived, but our croutons have not reached us yet, of course we refused them.
I decided to ask the waiter what the reason for such a delay in dishes and ill-fated croutons was, the answer killed me - with a full load! And I remind you that there are not even half of the people in each hall. Looking around our room, I looked at the waiter again and asked how you cope when there really are no seats, he replied the same way.
I like to write good reviews, and in places where I didn't like it, well, just don't go there anymore, but here, here I just wanted to slap one star!

They ruined the New Year's holiday. It was December 19th, no hotter. The show program is just terrible, songs like "The ringer pierced my domes." Probably in the institution they think that people go to them anyway, "people grab". Don't come here and I won't go anymore!

I want to share a terrible experience in this institution. I ordered veal cheeks with mashed potatoes, and there was a hair in the dish, and instead of the meat I was looking for there, it was all fat and veins. The receptionist did not consider this a sufficient reason to cancel the dish and offered to pay 50%, claiming that "50% was eaten". They brought a compliment, but even it was confused with what I chose. However, when paying the bill, they still counted 100%, and the administrator said that all 5 people from the company "misunderstood her." It was one continuous nightmare! The dish that I used to love has now become my anti-man, and the institution, its staff and management clearly need to reconsider their attitude towards customers and conflict resolution. Of course, I will never go to this institution again, and I do not advise you!

Very strange service. I tried to guess which beer they had left, and only the next waiter (the table was served by several people) said that there was only 1, but he did not remember the cost. The bar card with wines was not brought at all initially, and when we asked, they brought it to us and asked us to look at it right away in order to pick it up, since they no longer have them (the establishment was full).
The food arrived quickly enough. The staff is polite, but please make a menu for them)) so that they don't have to carry one (and that torn one) all over the place.

You can't get on the dance floor, and it's impossible to stand anywhere near the bar, because there are a lot of people constantly jostling. The dishes that the visitors broke remain underfoot. The program includes live music, which is also very doubtful: they started at 22:30, 2 songs and a break. In 2 hours, it's good if you've played 6-8 songs.
But most of all, of course, the number of people in the establishment upset. I understand, of course, that everyone wants to make the most of it, but doing this in contrast to the comfort of visitors, I think, is wrong.

As an institution where you can eat delicious food - yes! Otherwise, NO! We celebrated the New Year's corporate party on 12.01.2024, the tables were ordered by 19.00. Everyone arrived on time, began to sit down. And then the nightmare began. There are two rows of chairs between the tables in such a way that it is impossible to pass: you sit down, and another person is already sitting behind you, with his back to you. Just like herrings in a barrel! Going to the toilet is a whole quest. There were no waiters, they tried for 15 minutes to get the cutlery brought to us. The entertainment program, if you can call it that, consisted of conducting some kind of "guessing game", Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden came to the table for 1.5 minutes and that was it. Live music - I don't want to swear... from 21.00 to 00.00 we sang a couple of normal songs. The rest of the time they turned on some nonsense. The dance floor is just not there. This is a small island near the stage, where a maximum of 20 people can fit, while waiters constantly walk past the dancers with whistles (so that they make way when they carry plates), crowds of girls into the women's toilet.
There is a crowd near the bar, a crowd near the wardrobe, a crowd in the toilet.
The room is not designed for such a number of people!!! It's scary to even think, God forbid, what kind of emergency... But the administration doesn't seem to care, just to cut down the money!
I won't come back and I don't advise anyone!

Wonderful music that you want to dance to, but this is possible only at your table, which does not exclude the discomfort of the guests who are at the next table (it is not pleasant when they rub against your shoulders, your head, even your chair). Please conduct a training session for the staff on how to communicate with visitors and not spoil their mood!
